Everything was perfect

We used Atent for Rent for our wedding in June 2022 and they did such a wonderful job. We had a sailcloth tent with lights on the inside and it was so beautiful. They seamlessly set it up and took everything down a few days after the wedding. We also communicated with them a lot before the wedding because we kept changing our minds about different rentals and they always responded professionally and promptly. Highly recommend!

Where to begin?! Planning our wedding from the ground up was pretty difficult, but the people at Atent for Rent, and more specifically, Alisha, were fantastic. They made it all so easy for us and even with my numerous call backs to adjust our order, they didn't skip a beat. They had everything we needed for the wedding day and picking stuff out was easy.

They were able to set up everything we needed right when we needed it there and the guys setting up were very accommodating. We were very happy with service overall and can't recommend them enough!

I rented paneling through Atent for Rent to cover the sides of the outdoor porch at the Endicott Estates. The process of booking was extremely easy and the paneling looked great.

A Tent 4 Rent was very professional and helpful from beginning to end. They viewed our backyard lakeside site in the dead of winter to figure out how many tents to use in our oddly configured yard. Lots of good ideas and we ended up with three tents. As time got closer and we had changes, they were very agreeable to our changes. The installation and tear down crews were very considerate and left the grounds neat and tidy. I'd definitely recommend them to others and use again!

These guys were great. We had a backyard wedding and it felt anything but. The entire process from booking to delivery was flawless. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Very professional and good attention to detail. Stressed the importance of avoiding staking near my septic system, something the other company I was considering did not take the time to educate me about or avoid. Everything was delivered on time, and the friendly employees made quick work of getting the tent set up. I highly recommend Atent for rent, they did a great job in a tight space.

We loved our wedding day and were thrilled with all the vendors with whom we worked, but we can say hands-down that A Tent for Rent was the most important choice we made for our backyard wedding at my parents' home. We had envisioned a clear-top tent strung with bistro lights, and AJ and his team executed that vision more beautifully than we could have imagined. Moreover, working with AJ was an absolute delight -- he was attentive, listened well, and was pleasant with every phone call we made (and we made a LOT). We wanted to make sure we had the tent setup exactly right, because the tent *was* our rain plan, and it could not have been more perfect. AJ offered advice on everything from including a carpeted floor (a great decision that added to guests' comfort) to arranging the tables to deciding how best to keep the temperature moderate inside the tent. On our wedding night, he even noticed that the area near the restroom trailer was too dark, and he added a light unasked. It was that kind of attention to detail that defined our experience working with A Tent for Rent.

The team came on Wednesday to set up for our Saturday wedding, and they were so hard-working and pleasant. If we ever host an event where we need a tent again, we know who we'll be calling!

Alisha and Atent for Rent were amazing. They were easy to work with, professional, responsive, and always pleasant...even when I realized the day before delivery that I had missed a few tables and linens. I appreciated that Alisha provided sample floor plans that helped plan the size of the tent needed and the layout. I didn't have a wedding planner so her help proved to be critical. She accommodated every request and helped work within my budget.

The best part was the product quality though. They delivered the most beautiful sail cloth tent - better than I had even imagined. The delivery crew was on time, efficient, and very nice. They strung all the lights and created a magical setting for our wedding. I highly recommend Atent for Rent.

I was so pleased with the services provided by Atent for Rent! I had contacted about 10 other companies trying to find the style of lighting I wanted (Italian string bistro lights) and was told that no companies provide these lights anymore because they are too difficult to set up and break easily. Fortunately, I was put in contact with AJ from Atent for Rent who had both the perfect style tent, lighting, and dance floor that we were looking for! AJ was great to work with- answered all my questions and multiple phone calls/ emails. He came to CT and did a site visit to ensure that the lawn at our venue was adequate, then sent several diagrams with lay-out options. AJ and the other staff were incredibly supportive when we were forced to make last minute decisions about rain protection. Our tent, lights, and dance floor looked perfect! I am so pleased we used this company and highly recommend them! My only recommendation to future brides is to ask the company to bring extra dance floor squares in case you decide last minute that you'd like it to be larger.

Atent for Rent was one of the most professional companies we had on our wedding vendor team. From the very beginning they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and concerns before the big day plus the week of our wedding they were stellar. They installed a 32x50 sail cloth tent and provided some lighting around the tent on the porch a couple days before our wedding. The tent was so beautiful. We also realized during installation we needed more power thanks to their expert team. They helped us get some generators and delivered them the next day. These guys are smart, they work hard, and they made our wedding fabulous. I can’t recommend this company enough!

A.J. was a pleasure to work with and made the process very simple. While I didn't have contact with Atent for Rent on the day of my wedding, my father (who was the day-of coordinator) had nothing but rave reviews. We used A Tent for Rent for our backyard wedding. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with. Sara was very responsive to all emails and questions I had. She provided really great CAD drawings of what our tent set up would be. AJ came out for a site visit to ensure the tent would fit in our space. The pricing was very reasonable as an alternative to utilizing a venue. We rented a frame tent, lighting, tables, chairs, dance floor, and linens. Everything was in excellent condition! Jose and his team did a wonderful job setting up a couple of days before our event. The lighting was beautiful! And you could actually see under the tent after dark! We received many compliments on our set up. I would absolutely use A Tent for Rent again!

Atent for Rent, and in particular our main contact there, Alisha, were the hero's of our big day. Her friendliness, attention to detail, guidance, and recommendations were amazing....she truly went above & beyond our expectations. Come set up day the crew couldn't have been more professional and efficient. You're crazy if you use anyone other than Atent for Rent for your event rental needs.

A Tent for Rent was recommended to us by the Endicott Estate, and they were extremely easy to work with to plan our wedding and rental needs. Even with changing our order a few times, all changes were made promptly and with updates to our invoice. The tent and all of the rentals were in great shape, and everything looked great for our reception. We would definitely use them again for our tent and rental needs!

The sales staff was incredibly responsive as well as provided a much better rate then their competitors. The crew that came to set the tent up was very fast and professional. We where very happy and will use them again!

I highly recommend Atent For Rent to anyone in need of a beautiful tent and/or other party rentals! Sara was our point person and absolutely wonderful to work with. She made the process so simple. I had so many questions and we changed our minds about things more than once and it was never a problem. The team that set up the actual tent and delivered all of our rentals was amazing. Very efficient, patient and kind. We rented one of the larger sail cloth tents and it was SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Thank you so very much Atent For Rent!!!

A real class act...

When my niece decided to have a family backyard wedding for 100 people I knew that I had to call Atent for Rent.

Years ago we had my grandma's 100's birthday party, they came and set up everything for an afternoon party. The tent was perfect to keep everyone cool, it looked nice and everyone had
a great time :)

The wedding is a whole other ballgame...

I started a year before with the wonderful Atent
for Rent family, I say that because they are like a loving family who have been together forever and work so well together that nothing us missed...a real treat to find these days!

From the time they came to measure and mark off with me where the tent would go and what we would need to the very last bottle cap and stray piece of paper that I witnessed the breakdown crew stopping to pick up after thanking us and heading out this is a top run operation and I couldn't be more pleased with
our choice.

I wish I could put pictures on here but you can see them on the website. The wedding was absolutely beautiful...the tent, white chairs and cushions, dance floor and amazing lighting system!

Throughout the wedding all the guests commented on how beautiful the Japanese lanterns looked and they loved the different sizes and how they moved gently in the wind.

With the lightning show off in the distance we were confident that we had a rain plan in place on the dance floor, luckily all we got was a tiny spitting that cooled us off in the 96 degrees and the nephews had fun.in the pool!

I am happy to continue to sing Atent for Rent's praises and will any chance I get!

Thanks Steve, Sara, Alisha and the entire crew for holding my hand and doing an amazing job! I look forward to the next function we can plan together :)

Atent for Rent is fantastic to work with. I have worked with them for many years as a corporate vendor and so when I was getting married and needed at a location that required I bring everything in myself I knew I could count on them.

They were amazingly responsive and attentive considering that my order was quite small compared to what I had done with them on corporate events. They helped me figure out my tent layout, made multiple changes as the guest list fluctuated and catering needs changed. They also were prompt to set up and even came back to ensure fire codes were met.

For such an important event, price is definitely a concern, but I wanted to know I wouldn't have to worry about the tent, tables, chairs, etc and with Atent for Rent I knew I could trust them completely. Totally worth the money!

I used Atent for Rent for the tent, tables, chairs, and dance floor for my wedding. Alisha was incredibly responsive and available to resolve any issues that arose, and responded to inquiries often within minutes. You can't ask for better service than that when overwhelmed by the stress of wedding planning. The guys drove all the way to Manchester-By-The-Sea, where my wedding was, multiple times to do a site assessment and then multiple deliveries when my order ended up separated. This was all in the busy month of May - I never felt like I wasn't a priority for them. Everyone was professional, extremely prompt for appointments (a rarity!), and a pleasure to work with. I can't speak more highly of Atent for Rent - I appreciated everything everyone did to ensure that I didn't have to worry about some of the most crucial pieces of my wedding day. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about working with Sara. I had a semi-DIY wedding and needed a contingency plan for rain. We ended up needing the tent and it was beautiful. So happy with the service and the price.

I hope they pay Sara well because she is awesome. I was a wreck..Sara was extremely helpful as we worked out the details of our tent and rentals. She was extremely calm on the phone, new her stuff and kept a welcomed, positive spin on the whole process. I would use your company again in a minute and have already recommended you to others. The delivery and set-up team were very nice and I was there as they did the installation. They were total pros as they put the tent up and I appreciated that, especially because we were putting it on a neighbors property. These guys did a tremendous job. Everything was beautiful and exactly as we ordered, and at a great price. There's enough stress already on the big day, what a relief to hire a company that takes some of that stress off your plate.

The service was tremendous! Alisha helped set up our order and bent over backwards to take care of us. She even helped us change some last minute details, and made everything effortless. The guys that came to set up and take down were also very nice and polite. They were super speedy putting up/taking down, did an excellent job, and were very professional.

Overall, this company really surpassed my expectations. I've driven by, and it seems like a huge operation (they even custom build tents to spec if you need!) but I understand it's a "small business" run by the same guy that founded the company - you can really tell. There's a seems to be a more personal approach to this business than normal, as if they are building a relationship with you as opposed to booking a job. Book them , and you will not be disappointed!

We have used Atent for Rent many times for parties at home and were always very pleased so we knew exactly who to call to tent the patio of the restaurant where ou daughter's wedding was being held.

It was a tricky tenting job because there were mature trees in the patio but Atent for Rent designed a creative solution that created an outdoor room that looked magical under the lights. Our guests loved it ( and so did the restaurant).

Atent for Rent was so easy to work with...they had everything we needed and were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I can't imagine using another company.

Our daughter Kathryn's nautical themed bridal shower was recently held down the Cape in Falmouth, Massachusetts. To further incorporate the nautical theme Atent for Rent staff, James Quigley, recommended using the blue and white tent for added color and coordination. The blue and white tent, round tables, lawn chairs and white linens were delivered, setup and broken down with professional ease. The rentals created the perfect nautical background to enhance the vision we had for the day. All of the details came together to take what could have been an ordinary shower to the next level, all while providing shade to the forty plus guests and tables of food. The event was such a hit with all of the guests in attendance we overheard "This shower was nicer than my own wedding!" and "This is the best shower I've ever been to!" more than once! We could not be more pleased with our Atent for Rent experience.

It was incredibly easy to work with Atent for Rent. They responded to all of my inquiries and questions right away, and they provided me with documents and diagrams that helped me understand my rental. The tent was beautiful! We also chose the lantern package with perimeter lighting. It was plenty of light inside the tent and the photos with the lanterns in the background came out fantastic. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality and customer service of Atent for Rent and am very glad I chose them.

Very responsive and accomadating. Went with these guys because first to respond,(by 3 days) willing to come to my house to make sure the size of my yard would be big enough for the tent I wanted. Price seemed very reasonable for the way they took care of everything.

The tent that we had set up with the lighting was gorgeous. The only mishap was that the team didn't leave a mic that hooked up to the speakers. Alisha took time out of her evening to come to our house to ensure we had the right equipment. The tent was beautiful and the staff handled the mishap efficiently and professionally.

High quality & easy to work with

This tent was for a wedding rehearsal dinner and we wanted a specific look and feel for a backyard barbecue. They delivered! The tent was fantastic and they recommended lighting to suite our needs perfectly. Communication for installation was great. The installation crew was friendly & helpful.

We rented a tent for a small backyard wedding, the team was very helpful from the planning process all the way through the event. They were able to accommodate specific set up and take down timing requests, were professional, and informative about how to use heating and lighting equipment. Very happy with our experience.

This company was great to work with. We have a location that is a bit challenging to work with, on a private dirt road with limited access, uneven yard, limited space, etc. They were able to overcome all of these challenges and everything was beautiful.

I would definitely hire them again.

Sara at a Tent for Rent was incredibly responsive to questions that I had at several points in the rental planning and set-up process. She was quick and concise in all of her emails and phone calls with me, though at the same time never rushed. I truly appreciated her advice as we chose the size of our tent and type of lighting, etc. She worked hard to ensure we had what would work best for us, even helping us to choose less costly options along the way. A Tent for Rent staff completed a site visit and had to make significant adjustments to our tent rental plan after discovering the reception venue would not have sufficient space to accommodate our original plans- even these last minute changes were incredibly smooth.

I would definitely recommend this company, they were very accommodating, I liked that I did not have to commit on side walls until 24/48 hours in advance, as this saved me some $$$$

Atent for Rent did a great ob providing all of the rentals for my cliffside wedding in Boston this fall. I worked with Sara, who was lovely and always responded quickly and professionally to my emails/phone calls. The original quote they gave me was very high, but Sara helped to rework my order to cut the costs almost in half. The Atent for Rent representatives came on time to install the tent (in the rain), everything from my order was correct and they were all very helpful. The garden chairs I received were a little dirtier than I thought they should have been, but overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this vendor for your wedding needs.

Unprofessional and dishonest

To say that I am disappointed in my experience with A Tent for Rent is an understatement. AJ and his team came recommended as a 'preferred vendor' of my venue, given their extensive prior experience tenting weddings there. I signed a contract in March 2021 and was thrilled to have secured a beautiful sailcloth tent for our wedding. One year later, I received a new contract to sign with a 34% price increase over our original contract, with AJ citing an "off hours installation fee" required for our venue, despite him having worked there numerous times and this never having been charged previously. Our venue has always required a weekend installation--including morning of installation and next day removal--, a fact well known to AJ at the time of our initial rental quote. While the contract stated that "if weekend work is required, additional fees will apply", this fee, despite its known guarantee for our venue, was left out of our original quote. If this had been transparently included upfront in the original quote, thus making the price ~$3000 higher, we likely would have pursued an alternative vendor. Left without any options, and only three months out from our wedding, I was forced to sign a new contract, and AJ refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. The dishonesty, disorganization, and lack of professionalism couldn't be more glaring. I explicitly do not recommend AJ and A Tent for Rent.
