Atenea was so great and accommodating to work with! I had a brunch wedding with a very early "getting ready" time, but Gloss assured me from the beginning that it would be no problem. The team arrived before dawn and styled us all beautifully; no one had to retouch their hair and makeup all day. Plus, they were really fun to hang out with, too. Would definitely recommend! -

Exactly what I wanted!
I was so happy to have Atenea as part of my wedding day crew! Not only was she super sweet, but affordable, responsive and great at her craft! My make up looked perfect for my wedding day and it was exactly what I wanted! I wanted to ditch the “traditional” wedding day make up and do something a little funky and she was so enthusiastic about it! I 100% recommend Atenea and will definitely be using her in the future! :) -

Atenea and her team were incredible!!! They were amazing and so professional. Atenea created a timeline and made sure that things ran smoothly! I was coming from out of town and did not have time to do a trial, but Atenea spent a lot of time with me and let me look in mirror step by step to make sure I was happy with how my hair/makeup looked!! She brought great sample pictures and made some very valuable recommendations. I would definitely recommend Atenea and her team to all brides/bridemaids!! -

I am so happy I found Atenea and her team! From the first email conversations to the first time I met Atenea at my hair and makeup trial I knew I'd be in good hands. She makes you feel so comfortable and like you've been best gal friends for years. She listens to what your wishes are for the look you envision on your wedding day. For me, it was the natural look. The team of vendors you have on your big day is so important that you want to pick the best ones, They pride themselves on arriving early and that they did! This allowed for everything else to flow smoothly for the rest of the day. Thank you Atenea for making my bridal party and me feel special and look beautiful on my special day!! -

I originally planned to use a different company for my wedding hair and makeup. When this company was booked they recommended
Atenea, well I am so glad that other company was booked because she and her team were beyond amazing
and I couldn't imagine my day without them. First she was incredibly organized and communicative. She went out of her way to schedule a trial
for myself and my Mom, who was pretty nervous about getting her hair and makeup done for the first time. It was like hanging out with a girlfriend.
We had a blast, she is so down to earth! I had airbrush done once before and I hate it. It looked very thick and unnatural. Atenea assured me hers was different and to trust her.
I did and I am so glad I went with the airbrush, she was right hers was way better than whatever was used on me before.
Come wedding day, her and her team arrived extra early to make sure we followed my timeline for the day. All the ladies were very sweet and professional.
My bridesmaids looked amazing and my Mothers looked flawless. I opted to have Atenea do my and my Moms hair and makeup. I have never been so happy with someone
doing my hair in my life. It was exactly what I wanted. She even added and cut extensions the day of to make sure they were just perfect.
The best part of she is I extended her time to stay with me until the ceremony for touch ups. She ended up being the person who queued me to walk down the stairs into my
ceremony. She was my rock in that moment. Her and her team are much more than just hair/makeup artists. They genuinely care about your big Day! You will not go

On your wedding day, you want all the people around you to be nice and easy going and to calm you down. I couldn’t have asked for a more laid back artist. She played calming music and was so patient and accommodating with all my requests, including getting a lot of people’s make up done in a short time (3 bridesmaids, mother of the groom, grandmother of the groom, mother of the bride and myself- tall order, I know). Most importantly, Atenea and her team are amazing listeners. They will nail whatever look you are going for. She did subtle, natural-looking, elegant make up for me and a range of different beautiful looks for everyone else who got their make up done. And, better yet! Her pricing is unbelievably great for what she offers. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone who’s trying to look perfect for a special day. -

Atenea is the best, my makeup was perfect for my wedding day, and I felt like a beautiful princess the entire day all through the reception. She has a calming effect on everyone around her, including my entire wedding party and especially my mother. She was recommended to me, I am so happy I used her as a makeup artist, she is awesome. -

I really wanted a service that would do on-site. I am beyond happy that I found Atenea, I needed hair and makeup done for myself and 3 of my ladies and loved that we could all be at my venue having our hair and makeup done without the stress of time and travel. She was our makeup artist and she was the sweetest and did beautiful work. After my trial, I knew I wanted a few things to be different with my makeup, the day-of, I let Atenea know and she listened and executed my makeup beautifully. Andrea was our hair girl and she was honest and a perfectionist which I loved. She took the look I was going for above and beyond and I trusted her opinion 110%. Andrea even stayed until after I put my wedding gown on not only because she cared about seeing me as a bride but in case any hair had fallen out of place. Given our snow storm, both ladies arrived to our venue earlier to set up and did not make us feel rushed in any way. I feel so lucky that I had these two talented and fun ladies to share my special morning with. I would highly recommend the services of Atenea, I felt the price point was reasonable and to have them on-site made me feel relaxed and I didn’t have to worry about a hectic morning getting ready. -

My experience with Atenea and her team was brilliant from start to finish. They were very flexible in organising the trail around what I wanted, and on the day everything went very smoothly. I absolutely loved both my hair and make up - glamorous and I felt very elegant (for once!) but still looked like me. They listened to what I wanted, but also gave great advice when I was unsure of colours and styles. I'd definintely recommend them to any bride to be. I know my Mum and bridesmaids were super happy with their hair and make up too. -

Atenea was absolutely amazing from our original contact straight through to the wedding day. The entire staff at the salon was so easy to deal with and responded to our many e-mails right away. My daughter Pam got married this past Friday at Greenville Country Club. Having the ladies from Gloss do our hair and make up at the wedding venue was perfect. They were on time and worked non-stop to get hair done for 7 members of the bridal party and make up for 3 of us. Atenea is so talented! We all had different pictures of all different hairstyles - down, up, braided, curly and they were all PERFECT! She did our make-up and it was beautiful. All of us received so many compliments about how beautiful the hair and make up were. Choosing Atenea Mua is without a doubt one of the best decisions we made planning the wedding! -

My maid of honor was responsible for getting the makeup artist for my wedding. We made an appointment with Atenea and I was in love with everything. She was a true professional who is worth every penny. Atenea listened to my requirements and what I wanted and she delivered perfectly. The results were amazing and I looked so beautiful. When my husband saw me he told me right throughout the ceremony how beautiful I looked. Atenea made my wedding day feel special. Thank and I will recommend.
