Used this service for our wedding

We used this company for all the dishes and glassware we needed for our wedding. My contact Michael, he was amazing and super friendly. The prices were great and they were on time with everything we asked for. They are professional and kept the communication going until our wedding. Would use them again for sure.

Professionalism, Great Service, Would Recommend

We had AYS cater our wedding with their bar services. From day one, Kimberly was extremely helpful and professional. She answered every question that we had in a timely manner, and she even threw in some extras at no additional cost to us. We were able to customize our bar menu to our preferences with absolutely no pushback from Kimberly or AYS in general.

As far as the actual service, the bartenders were extremely professional. They showed up on time, brought their own equipment, and catered to our and our guests requests. They had the beer cold and stocked our guests. They never came close to running out of product. They also made our orders as the bride and groom easy. They memorized what we were drinking all night and put a cold drink in our hands before we even got up to the bar table.

We would for sure use AYS Catering for our future events, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for bar services.

I don't know where to start? I would give this company more stars if I could. They were so great to work with, from the beginning to end of our event. The presentation, food and the staff were so great! We called and basically they took care of all the details. A one stop shop. We did not have to worry about nothing! They made planning our wedding hassle free. Great job!!! I so glad to have used this company. When I look back at this day, I just think how lucky I was to find this company.

AYS went above and beyond!! The staff is impeccable. Everything was perfect. The food tasted AMAZING. People are still raving about it, and I celebrated my one month anniversary today. They got there early to set up. The on site coordinator came around multiple times to check and make sure everything tasted good, if we needed anything else, and even brought me and my new husband wine! I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars. So glad I chose AYS!

At Your Service is THE BEST wedding catering company you could find. Ive been to SEVERAL weddings and the food is awful and so i kind of became accustomed to the idea that wedding food is awful. I tried several places before i found AYS and boy was i happy to find them. Their presentation is amazing, they provide their own decor for every spot they occupy. The food was AMAZING, something i would actually order from a restaurant and be satisfied with. It was served hot to all the guests and i cant tell you how many ppl came up to us telling us how great everything was. Best part, after a long day of wedding festivities and a few glasses of champagne they sent my groom and i off with togo boxes to eat later that night, heavenly even reheated!! xoxo AYS

Awesome vendor! At Your Service Catering catered my daughter's wedding at a venue where nothing (no kitchen) was provided. They were incredible! The service was top-notch, the food delicious and plentiful, and my guests were impressed. The bar service was also smooth and professional. They brought in every service item needed, from linens, to China, to glassware, bar ware, buffet tables and ovens! They were flexible with changes to menu items I specifically requested and did everything with a pleasant smile and courtesy. I would definitely recommend Autumn Sadler and her team at At Your Service!

We are so glad we chose AYS to cater our 25th wedding anniversary at our home. Everything was excellent! My guests commented on the beautiful food presentation, how delicious and savory everything tasted, and the excellent service. AYS worked with me to plan our menu, determine the best layout for the food stations and bar, and figure out how many chefs, servers and bartenders were needed to provide a high level of service without over-staffing. Everyone at AYS was helpful and professional from the planning stages, to the attentive service during our event, and a thorough clean-up after.

It wasn't until 2 wks out from our wedding date that AYS blew me away! There was never an issue. Autumn, was friendly, professional & a big help. I was given SO MANY options in regards decor & display details that gave our wedding the personal touch we wanted & help tie everything together. Their menu choices seem almost endless, not any typical boring wedding food here. Our guest loved the custom Southern style cuisine we selected.

will most definitely keep in mind for future catering needs.

I can't say enough good things about At Your Service Catering!

Food wasn’t at the top of our priorities when we started planning (we were more worried about the booze, lol), but the food from AYSC was amazing, and we were blown away by the service! It was pure joy working with Autumn in the planning stages, she always went above and beyond and didn’t miss a single detail. Thank you Autumn! The staff on our wedding day was also top-notch.

AYSC was by far my favorite vendor, and they even worked with us budget-wise. If you can get out of using your venue’s “preferred caterer” I highly recommend AYSC. Even if you can’t get out of it, I say it’s worth it to pay the fee for an outside caterer and use AYSC.

Love doing business with AYS. They met my budget needs, listened to my request and and understand my situation. The Barbq style buffet was the greatest. They customized everything around my specific needs.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful job At Your Service catering did at my wedding. From the food to the bar to the service of the staff, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. We heard more about how great the food was all night than we did about us (the bride and groom)! AYS was so helpful from day 1. They customized everything around us and our specific night. The displays were all beautiful. We didn't have a single complaint. It wouldn't have been the perfect night that it was without them. I highly recommend AYS to anyone looking for great catering!

Best caterer ever. Top notch food for the wedding of two culinary school grads. Staff was welcoming and worked with us to create a menu from scratch, unlike some caterers pushing mass products. They even allowed some of my families traditional food to be served as hors d'oeuvres. Glenda and April were so friendly and creative, and they even noticed an accounting error in their favor and alerted us to it right away, saving us hundreds of dollars. That's just great guest service. If I ever have another event to cater, I know exactly who to call. Thanks for creating a beautiful display, and feeding everyone until they were stuffed! I just hope my friends getting married will use them so I get to eat the delicious food again!

Out of all the vendors we used for our daughter's wedding, we still have guests that are talking about the delicious food and the quality of service that At Your Service Catering provided for us that evening. The food was absolutely perfect, and they have been so easy to work with. When I e-mailed them with a question, I got a quick response.

I planned my wedding from Atlanta, GA without any tastings or face to face meetings. The staff was able to communicate well via email and was very responsive by phone. Everyone love the food and AYS Catering was fantastic to work with.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about AYS!!! They worked with our budget... Listened to our vision... and created the MOST beautiful spread I could have imagine for our wedding! Not only were the displays beautiful, but the food was AMAZING!!! Everyone left our wedding full and happy:-) I am still hearing compliments from people!!! The clear winners were the Short Ribs, Broccoli and Cheese Casserole and the CHEESECAKE!!! If you want the best value for your money, with all the bells and whistles, do yourself a favor and use AYS! I couldn't be happier with them.

I cannot say enough good things about them, particularly Carolyn, who practically became my "wedding planner" before it was all done. The food was amazing--both in taste and presentation, there was plenty of it, and the service was top-notch. When there was a mix-up in our initial consultation about the food-tasting, they actually offered to ship food to me in Florida (where I live)! We were able to work something else out, but that really said something about their customer service. They know exactly what they are doing, and I couldn't have done it without them.

We were thrilled with At Your Service as our wedding reception caterer. John and Mary were both very easy to work with in planning our menu and discussing various options for our reception. They came highly recommended by our reception venue, and, now that we've had our wedding, we have to agree with their assessment! The food was both delicious and beautiful, at a very reasonable cost - definitely the most reasonably-priced caterer we met with, and with no sacrifice to the quality of the food. They were very helpful in planning - when we were trying to decide between two reception venues, both of which they'd catered at before, they were able to provide advice about which setup worked better with a buffet setup (due to the limited kitchen space) versus a seated dinner (we ended up with the buffet venue).

We had their fruit and cheese tower as appetizers for our guests while they waited for us and the wedding party/families to finish taking photos at the church. It was beautiful! Really quite a display. For the buffet dinner, we ended up with green beans, roasted new potatoes, blackened chicken breast, salad, and rolls. All of it was delicious! When we met with the caterer to do a tasting beforehand, we couldn't decide on which salad dressing and sauce for the chicken we liked best - they were gracious enough to let us have all of them so our guests could choose for themselves! They were by far the most flexible vendor we worked with - we asked if they could pre-set drinks on the tables - no problem! We wanted to use the reception venue's silverware, napkins, and tablecloths (included in our venue fee) to save on costs - no problem! They lowered our rental fees. They were also happy to accomodate our request to pass champagne to guests for a champagne toast.

Our reception venue also allowed us to buy our own alcohol, and At Your Service provided licensed bartenders and all of the necessary glassware to staff our bar. One extra touch which was especially helpful was that they went through the buffet first and prepared plates for the bride and groom before opening the buffet to all of our guests - this allowed us to get something to eat while everyone else was going through the buffet, which was great (all of our friends had told us they didn't even get one BITE of dinner at their weddings, and we got 5-10 minutes of uninterrupted time to eat due to them serving our dinner first!)

In addition to the food, At Your Service provided glassware and plate rental (and would have done the linens if they weren't already included with our venue). They also cut and served our wedding cakes (at no extra charge). The service we received was unbelievable! We were very happy with the food and the service, and would highly recommend them to other couples looking for an affordable, friendly, flexible, and most of all delicious caterer!

First of all, John's food is scrumptious. Our guests told us that they've never used the word "love" with wedding food before, but they loved ours. His ingredients are fresh, his menus are unique and gourmet, his presentation is beautiful, and his service is sterling.

His waitstaff made us all feel like royalty - professional down to the last man.

Before the wedding, John and his staff were totally professional and always helpful. There were no hidden fees. He came in on budget. He was accomodating to the children of our guests and to our vegan guest. He even made my family's favorite salad from our recipe - and it wasn't even on his menu!

We had a simply wonderful experience with At Your Service.

We loved AYS Catering for our wedding!!! They did a wonderful job with everything that they did. My husband loves brunch, so they did a brunch theme for our food, and it turned out fantastic!!! They made cute little waffles and french toast sticks for our passed appetizers, and the theme continued on for the main food. It all looked great and tasted even better!!!

Autumn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She had great ideas, and wasn't satisfied until we were 110% happy with the plan, the menu, and the taste of the food. The day-of staff were great to work with and very nice and accommodating to all of our guests. I can't say enough about these guys!!

Delicious!

My fiance and I discovered At Your Service catering online and gave them a call. They helped us set up our menu and we did a taste test with them. Their food is excellent! Our guests loved it and they couldn't stop talking about the mac and cheese and broccoli casserole. Highly recommend!

Overall was pleased.

The food that was given to us at our tasting was different than what was at our wedding. Some guests were pleased while others were not with the food.

The company was very responsive. After our consultant left the company, the owner stepped up and was very helpful! John is a very caring and nice man! I really enjoyed our meeting with him.

At You Service Food is very delicious for the price. Autumn was very accommodating to our needs. We were grateful to find a catering service that was flexible. However, my brothers were pestered by one of the servers at the wedding. My brothers doesn't drink alcohol. Two of them are over 21 years old. My underage brothers did NOT request alcohol. They said they didn't have fun at my wedding because the server kept giving them a hard time. I think it's unnecessary to make my brothers feel uncomfortable. If the server has a problem with it and need to check their ID... They can at least be nice about it. But NOPE she made the situation uncomfortable. I don't think that's a service to give high ratings. The server scanned their IDs and questioned every drink they had on the table. I don't appreciate hearing that. And the servers ate our food. I wasn't happy that I was not informed about it. I never authorize them to take any food we ordered. The director sent an email explaining they had every right. She explained that someone gave them permission. First of all, I paid the contract. Second of all, only I and my husband should have a say in that. She then said they were excellent in their service. She wasn't there so her opinion in that is biased. We had to tell our coordinator several time to fix the issue during the wedding. There were plus and minus. But Autumn was awesome. She made the process smooth. I wasn't satisfied with the wait staff that's all.

Mother of the bride's review: " The experience was mostly great, but one glaring incident causes me to not be able to recommend this company. I have to say the food was very good. And the salesperson who took over for an employee who left suddenly was very thorough and took time to understand the kind of wedding reception we wanted to provide for our guests. During the event however, I was called away from watching my daughter cut the cake because guests were being told they could not have "seconds" because the rest of the food was for the staff (and this was about 30-40 minutes before the "station" food service was supposed to close down). Other guests were waiting in line behind the catering staff who were serving themselves from the same lines. When I asked the catering captain what in the world was going on, she accused me of having more people in attendance than we had told them and that was why we had run out of some foods and why the staff was being fed in front of our guests. I insisted that was not the case (this in one thing we are SURE about--as we had a seating chart and place cards. We were actually a few people under the count we submitted). She said she had based her claim on how many plates had been used (at a buffet). I won't waste time with the other disappointing details, but suffice it to say we were left with a sour taste in our mouths. A follow up phone call after the event ended in a note "thanking me for my feedback" and a "refund" check in an amount equal to approximately 2% of the amount we had spent. Although our salesperson admitted many mistakes were made and that our guests should never have endured that embarrassment, we don't think money can compensate for our disappointment. We hoped for a phone call or some contact from the owner, and we were disappointed about that too. Nothing can undo what happened, but we can hopefully prevent this unfortunate outcome for someone else."

We had our wedding catered and staffed by At Your Service Catering, for almost $80 per person we figured food would be amazing along with service. Boy were we wrong, food was not as sampled, staff seemed untrained, and at times very unprofessional. When doing place settings, the staff seemed to not know how to place silverware except for one of the staff. We had some guests with special dietary requirements and one of them was served the same exact plate twice, so not wrong just once but twice. The next course was not served for almost 30 minutes and many of the desert plates were missing items. For the most part the staff was friendly, but that is about it. I have guests complain about lack of service, as in needing something and not being able to get a server to actually do it, no refills no nothing. O and it gets worse, so we had a photo booth and got copies of the pictures with wishes from the guests, apparently staff from the catering company decided to partake as well, so now I have pictures of people i do not know with their wishes. We contacted the owner and a representative of At Your Service Catering, nothing has been done even though all we have asked for is an explanation of the since they are obviosly unwilling to do anything else.
