I had an amazing experience working with the Assai team! I was planning my destination wedding in Tulum, MX on 12/4/21 and I had a hard time working with my resort. I found out last minute that I didn't have a wedding musician because of the new covid restrictions that were enacted (but these regulations weren't communicated to me) and I completely panicked!
I reached out to Lee Lee, literally a month before my wedding, and she put my mind completely at ease. She gave me great advice and recommended two musicians that were available and affordable. They ended up being completely amazing! I can't believe the talent that we had for the price. On top of that, they met all the new covid vendor requirements of my resort! The day of, the two musicians were so professional and I cried walking down to the violinist playing! And the saxophonist was such a nice touch for our cocktail hour! Our guests raved about her! I can stop thanking Lee Lee for all your help! You truly are an angel! ❤️

We opted for a string duo at our wedding in Islamorada and we are so glad we did! The live music enhanced the setting and we got so many compliments from our guests. From arranging to the actual wedding, everything went like clockwork and the music was amazing! Jorge was everything we could have asked for! He learned two new songs for our Groom song and First Dance and played them perfectly! So so pleased!!

A true wow factor!
This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They provided music to choose from while also allowing us to choose our own. We hired a violinist and cellist for the ceremony and cocktail hour along with a DJ for the reception. The duet were professionals and played to our expectations. My grandmother and grandfather were a professional cellist and violinist and also did this kind of work so we had high expectations. It was very important that this part of my wedding was perfect since we were honoring my late grandfather. Everyone was happy and the music was the best touch. It rained after the ceremony but this was out of the musicians control, that's FL. I would recommend them for sure for your next event or wedding. Thank you Lil!

We hired Assai’s DJ services and we cannot recommend them enough! They made our party and everyone was dancing the entire time! The DJ was amazing, funny and was also a great MC! He kept the dancing floor packed for 3 hours! We also rented the white photobooth and it was tons of fun. We probably spent 45 min taking pictures with all of our guests! They provided a beautiful backdrop, props and the attendant. Its so cool to be able to share all the images inmediately to social media!! Recently, I hired for my wedding the HORA LOCA SHOW and the group made an incredible performance for all my guests at the reception! We booked the 2 samba dancers and LED Robot trio and they seriously upscale my party. They came the last hour to perform and were the best addition to my wedding reception. I will recommend them in a heartbeat. Lil was extremely nice and the whole booking process was seamless. We did not have to worry about anything, because Lil send the hora loca show's playlist to our DJ days before and they arrived early enough to enter the party on time. When I was planning my wedding I knew that I absolutely had to have a harp, violin and cello trio playing at our ceremony. It was the best decision. The music was beautiful and really added so much elegance to our wedding ceremony which was on a terrace overlooking the ocean. The ladies even wore navy blue which matched the color palette! Lil was responsive and great to work with. We booked a violin and guitar for our beach wedding, it worked out perfect! We also had her bring in a DJ and MC which were amazing! As a musician myself, I picked through many vendors trying to find one that was talented and matched the tenor of our wedding. Definitely consider them for your next event.

Assai exceeded our expectations! We had their string quartet for our wedding ceremony (230 people) and they also played during our cocktail hour. They provided the sound system for our ceremony as well and everything was perfect!! Leading up to the event, Lil was so quick at getting back to us. The quartet learned specific songs that weren't part of the their repertoire for our processional and recessional and they sounded amazing. They have a great list of songs on their repertoire as well. I am so happy we chose Assai to be part of our wedding day and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Overall Experience
I am HUGE on great communication and from the start that is what set Assai apart. I like my emails to be answered fast and Lil did not disappoint. We were pretty specific with our songs for the ceremony and the string trio musicians played exactly what we wanted beautifully. We also had them perform during our cocktail hour and gave them only a few requests. The songs they chose were wonderful and made our special day so elegant. Do not think twice! Assai was a great experience from start to finish.

We hired Assai Event Musicians for our Vizcaya wedding this Spring. Lil was very nice to communicate with. I was a bit worried since we planned the wedding from out-of-state and never met anyone before the wedding personally. As it turned out there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The musicians, despite some more uncommon music requests did an amazing job! I would recommend Assai to anyone planning an event, they truly made our ceremony amazing!!!

Magical classic music and 1st class customer service at a very affordable price! I felt very secure with Lil from the very first messages exchanged between the 2 of us. She worked wonderfully with my wedding coordinator and made sure to ask me for my fav songs and answered all of my questions in a very professional and timely manner. 5 stars all the way! For our wedding cocktail, we hired the Jazz Trio and they were spectacular! They played beautifully all my requested songs and also did a little bit of free jazz improvisation. My guests even ask them to play songs on the spot and they were able to play them by ear! They exceed our expectations and I wish we had contract them for the reception as well. After we finished our photoshoot, we were able to even dance to some tunes with them! The trio was very professional to work with and punctual. Lil, the booking manager was more than patience and understanding with us during months before our wedding. For any other family event, I will use Assai musicians again!

I highly recommend Assai Events Musicians, they are not just professional but exceptional! I hired them to play music in the background during my proposal to my girlfriend. I had selected 6 songs to play throughout a 30 minute period, several other musicians that I had spoken to previously were not able to play my selection of songs but Assai Events Musicians played them beautifully with the music sheets pertaining to each selected song. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and now my fiancée and I are thinking about reserving room in our budget to hire them for our wedding.

I was a little torn in how many starts to give. Let me start though by saying the musicians were phenomenal.
We hired Assai Event Musicians a little late in the game, as our previous musician had health issues and needed to back out. Lil was very responsive, and sent us a link to the company youtube page. We selected 2 musicians (a guitarist and a violinist) that we loved, and booked them both. After booking, there wasn't a ton of communication, which was fine, until a few weeks later, and only a few days before the wedding, when we were sent 2 lists of songs to go through, which we had to get back within just over 24 hours. Being that I'm terrible with song names, I had to youtube each song to see if they were on our "yes" or "no" list basically. This added a fair amount of stress just a few days before the wedding.
One other issue is that the guitarist we selected apparently booked a big gig at the last minute that conflicted with our wedding, so although he did play for a short time, he had a replacement come in to finish the time we booked him for. Our ceremony music was not as planned...I honestly didn't notice if the guitarist changed before or after the ceremony, so I'm not sure if it was poor communication to the replacement guitarist.
Overall, the ceremony was still beautiful, the music was beautifully played, the musicians were professional, our guests had a fantastic time. My husband and I were the only ones who would have noticed that the ceremony music was not as planned, so ultimately, for us, it didn't make a big difference, just little frustrating things.

The string quartet was amazing
The ladies were very pleasant, easy to accommodate, and the music sounds angelic.

Ana Camila was wonderful!
Ana Camila was wonderful. Only thing I wasn't aware of and I wish I had known was that apparently I sent in our music choices too late, and she didn't play exactly what I requested at my cocktail hour. I wish I had known there was a deadline! I would've honored it but instead at cocktail hour I realized she wasn't playing the music I chose in off their repertoire and when I spoke to her after, she said it was because I sent the choices too late! But she played everything for the actual ceremony as requested and it was beautiful!!!
