The crew at Aspen Lakes went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. From answering our millions of questions, allowing us to bring decorations and set up early, to their impeccable service and attention to detail, they created an atmosphere that felt truly magical. Chef Gage outdid himself, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. And did we mention how insanely beautiful the venue is?? We can't recommend Aspen Lakes enough. -

While the venue was amazing the best part was Kelly the coordinator! While sometimes she took a few days to respond she was available 24/7 the entire wedding weekend and went above and beyond! -

We chose Aspen Lakes as our wedding venue and we couldn't have picked a better venue! Kelly and her team worked with us every step of the way to make sure our special day was as perfect and stress free as possible. The food is absolutely incredible and we are still getting compliments on every aspect of the venue staff and accommodations to this day. We would easily recommend Aspen Lakes to anyone, thank you to Kelly and her team! -

This was the perfect venue for our 80-person wedding. I love that everything (ceremony, reception, cocktail hour) is right there/ easy to access. You get gorgeous views outside and a beautiful lodge inside. Big spacious getting ready room upstairs for the bridal party (two options upstairs depending on size of bridal party). Kelly, the venue manager, is really lovely to work with and a true expert and professional! All pricing is very reasonable. Food is solid. -

Kelly and her team were fantastic to work with! Kelly was fairly quick to respond to my many questions and was very flexible to accommodate all the necessary changes amidst the pandemic to keep our September 26, 2020 wedding as we had originally imagined it. Kelly was very easy to work with and was open to our requests. Her experience with other weddings was also extremely helpful and took away a lot of our stress. The venue was absolutely beautiful and offered a range of picturesque areas for photos. We did our catering through Aspen Lakes and were VERY pleasure with the food and beverages! Kelly gave us so much more than we were expecting for the cost and we highly recommend Aspen Lakes as a wedding venue and caterer! -

We were charged for things we did not get and while it was amazing to decorate early the whole time we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Also told we could easily fit 200 and couldn’t even fit 100 chairs insideAspen Lakes Golf Course's reply:
Brooklynn, we take each wedding very personal and give each bride our full attention. There was obviously some miscommunication that we were unaware of. We allowed you to bring in outside catering in order to save money, but in those cases, we staff lighter and the caterer is responsible for serving the guests. We also allowed you to decorate a day earlier than normal and it was a little overwhelming when you showed up with 20-30 people to completely rearrange our building, but we worked through it. I'm very sorry if you felt at all unwelcome. As to number of chairs, we always represented that we could seat 200 guests inside for dinner, but certainly not an additional 200 chairs for the ceremony when weather forced the wedding inside. Again, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. We always strive to make every wedding as perfect as possible.
