  Fantastic All Around

  Kurt is the most patient and kind salesman we have ever met. He listened and presented us with lots and lots of options. We highly recommend going to aspens for any jewelry needs!

  Superb quality and great service

  We had a short turnaround time from engagement to wedding due to family issues and Mike at Aspen Jewelry Designs in Herndon VA did an excellent job getting my husband's custom made wedding band finished in time. My husband knew what he wanted, but couldn't find anything exactly right. So, he worked with Mike to design a one-of-a-kind ring with a stylized dragon that he loves wearing. Mike also helped us choose the setting and center stone for my engagement ring and wedding band. Couldn't be happier with the service.

  We worked with Erica for the engagement ring and Kurt (owner) for our bands! Erica was great with listening to what I wanted and then working with Paul to make it happen. Then Kurt went above and beyond to find the best way to match my (soon to be) husband's want of a ring with varying textures and colors (ending in a white gold band, with hammered white gold in the center that is treated with black rhodium). Then he reset my great-grandmother's diamonds from her gold band into a white gold band that matches my engagement ring. We are so happy with the final products designed with us, and great service throughout! Thanks Aspen!!

  I went to Aspen jewelers for my Husband and I's wedding bands, and got my Engagement ring there too. I must say, this is a wonderful jewelry shop. Kurt was fantastic and helpful from the beginning. Even when my now husband and I went in to "look" at rings when we were dating, he was helpful. I love my rings, I cannot stop staring at them, they are so sparkly!! He even comforted and gave advice to my husband when he tried on his wedding band and hated how it felt! Almost a month after we got married, he still plays with the ring, but now loves it. :)

  My husband's family went to this jeweler when they lived in this area so my husband went there for my engagement ring. He had his grandmother's ring which we put into a new setting, which I LOVE. We went back to get that resized, they were able to do it right then in about 20 minutes. Which was great because I did not want to leave it! We went there again for our wedding bands. It took me about 30 seconds to select the matching band for my engagement ring, but my husband took about 45 minutes to pick his band. Who knew there were so many options for men these days?! Kurt was fantastic, as usual, and really helped with the selection. We live in Arlington and drive about 45 minutes to get here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Aspen came recommended to us by my mom who swears by this locally owned "mom and pop" style jeweler. Apparently the story goes that mom wanted to have her wedding ring fixed and had been told by another store to sell her diamond and get a new one... Aspen wouldn't let her do it and insisted that she keep her original diamond - it is, after all, her original diamond!! It was that kind of integrity in business that caused her recommendation.
  
  When it was our turn to start ring shopping we went to the chain stores at the mall first and weren't impressed with the service or the quality. On our very first visit to Aspen we found the ring. Unbeknownst to me, my now-husband went back and got the ring, and he proposed less than a month later. We eventually went back and found the matching wedding band for me and a handsome ring for him (and boy, were the staff patient!!). Now, whenever we're in the area we stop in and get my wedding set cleaned which makes it glimmer like the very first day I put it on. I love that we get to support a local business like this, but it doesn't take much thought to recognize the difference you get here compared to the stores at the mall.

  I suppose I am a little biased because both of my rings are made by Bryce - and my husband's is about to be reworked by him... but seriously, people.
  
  My engagement ring is an amalgamation of my husband's 2 grandmothers' rings, with added details that are uniquely "me". Of course, I didn't know anything about it until it was thrust in my face along with a well known question.
  
  My wedding band - I designed with Bryce, based on a design I'd seen in his portfolio - and I couldn't be happier with it. His attention to detail and just general skills are way above average, and I feel privileged to be able to wear these rings for the rest of my life.
  
  If you know what you want, or even if you don't know what you want - but you want something that no-one else has - that's not your run-of-the-mill jewelry store item, then drop by and see what's up. You won't regret it.

  I will never buy jewelry from another store again! David at Aspen is my jeweler for life! I had an idea of the engagement/wedding band I wanted to have but couldn't find it anywhere. David worked with me to bring together all my ideas and design the perfect ring. Then he found the ring for much less than what my husband and I had budgeted! There is nothing better than having the perfect ring CUSTOM MADE for less than what you expected to pay! Thank you David!

  We purchased my husbands wedding band and had my wedding band custom made at Aspen. They were responsive and professional. They gave us drawings and 3D design images of my ring. We were able to make changes and the ring is perfect.

  Never received order/ got no response

  The jewelry I ordered I never received. Tried emailing the company twice and did not hear back from them. Wasn’t even able to cancel order or get a refund and still have nothing to show for the money I spent. Not happy!
