Seriously, don't hire any other DJ!

When I planned my sister's wedding in 2017, I came across Scott and Jina Fijolek. After meeting with Scott and seeing how much passion he had for his craft, we hired him immediately. At her wedding, he got people on the dance floor who we NEVER expected to dance. He kept the entire day running smoothly and basically was a DJ and day-of-coordinator all in one! Not once was there a lull in activity where people were wondering what was next and not once did we have to worry about missing something. They even jumped in and helped move things between the ceremony and reception!

Fast forward to December 18, 2021 and my own wedding. I told my fiancee I would rather have a backyard wedding with Scott and Jina than a fancy one without them lol! They could literally make any wedding in any setting an amazing one. Guests are going to forget little details after your special day, but what they will remember is what an amazing time they had. Because of that, it is 100% worth it to hire Scott and Jina! At our wedding they had trivia going during our switchover from ceremony to reception, they kept everyone informed of what was coming up, which kept people excited, and they catered to all ages! There was even a scavenger hunt for the kids which was a HUGE hit! Their online planner is extremely comprehensive down to how you want each wedding party member introduced and what interactive and traditional activities you would like to do. They always plan to arrive plenty early in case there are any issues and can pivot on a dime when something does go wrong (our venue didn't have good cell service so he changed the traditional "text in your guess" trivia to a "raise your hand" one. Everyone loved it.

I am so confident in Scott and Jina that I don't think you could convince me there is anyone better and I will know exactly who to hire for any future events where a DJ is needed. Do yourself a favor and just trust me on this one.

Amazing, Kind and Helpful

Scott and Jina were an invaluable part of our wedding. They worked hard to make sure we didn’t forget anything in the weeks coming up to our wedding and they were so great at keeping things flowing on our big day. Scott and Jina worked hard to make it all so perfect. They handled issues and made our wedding so much fun. I have received many messages about the wedding and the biggest thing I heard was how it was the most fun anyone has ever had at a wedding. They even coordinated with our venue and other vendors taking a lot of stress off of us. The photo booth was an added bonus and so much fun. A great value! I absolutely recommend them to anyone having an event big or small. If you hire Dj Scott you won’t even need a day of coordinator!

We chose DJ Scott after seeing how he and his wife ran a wedding for our friends. We were not disappointed. They took the helm and as master of ceremonies, they got the flow of the wedding down and even added some fun twists o keep it entertaining for all guests

Great and interactive DJ

Photo booth was great. Great communication and took the time to answer questions. Detail oriented website and setup calls to learn more about what is important to you for your wedding.

Genuinely good people, amazing service!

Generally, reviews can sometimes leave you more confused about a product or service, as they can contradict what the service offers or even what other reviews state. NOT THE CASE with Scott and Jina. We booked them for our wedding and they were absolutely AMAZING!!! Literally every review I read about them was spot on. Personalized experiences, sentimental moments, laughter, never a dull moment! So incredibly hospitable and professional - even taking time to meet up and help us plan layouts/come up with ideas at the wedding site a few months before the big day. They’re both so nice and were an absolute pleasure to work with. There are a few key things to invest in when it comes to your wedding, and their service should be #1 priority. So many people came up to me throughout the night to tell me our wedding was the best they’d ever been to, and we have to thank Scott and Jina for that. So thankful to have found them.

Phenomenal Experience

Scott and Jina made our wedding! When one of our vendors messed up on their timing Scott kept everything going and people happy! They were communicative, kept our timeline going, fun dancing and music and really pulled our wedding together! I got so many compliments about Scott and how he was just amazing and they loved everything he did, and my husband and I couldn’t agree more! Don’t hesitate when hiring Scott and Jina, you won’t be disappointed.

DJ Scott MADE our wedding!

We got married on July 4, 2021 and feel so blessed that we were able to book DJ Scott just in the nick of time. We had both been to weddings where he was the DJ and emcee and we were blown away with his services and how stress-free he made our day. The wedding website they have is incredibly thorough and immensely helpful for the planning process -- they've thought of everything! They shared in our love and excitement leading up to and during our special day and worked collaboratively with us throughout. We booked the "Can't Stop the Feeling" package and photo booth for 6 hours - they started early and stayed at least an hour later than we planned. It was incredible and unforgettable!

Best dj ever!

DJ Scott and his wife were absolutely wonderful! They entertained the guests with a ton of fun games and activities, encouraged guests to dance and made it SO much fun for all the guests and us! We received so many compliments about how fun our wedding was, and it was all thanks to DJ Scott and his wife! They have an online wedding planner that we filled out prior to the wedding that they used to make our wedding unique to us. They made sure everything ran so smoothly and we 100% recommend them. Choose them if you want a stress free & FUN wedding!

Such a great idea to go w/DJ Scott!

This photo booth service added so much fun and memorable moments to this surprise party! We even got some awesome take home souvenirs to remember the evening! The perfect music and so much more!

🎶Oh, What A Night🎶 Amazing, wonderful, professional and every other positive adjective you can dream up. Scott and Jina over deliever in every way. We did a small backyard/ covid compliant wedding (50 guest) and thought we could do it ourselves, we were wrong. As our date got closer and the to-do list got bigger I threw a hail-mary and luckily Scott was there because we didn't realize how unprepared we were until we looked back at everything this husband and wife team put together.
Scott's passion for and ability to provide the very best service available is second to none, our friends told us they didn't stop talking about our awesome DJ for DAYS after the wedding. Wedding-Amazing

While watching our wedding video, my Wife and I got to once again see how great of a DJ that DJ Scott was. A few years back we found ourselves interviewing multiple Dj’s for our wedding. Most of the DJ’s were recommended to us by friends. They were all offering the “friends and family” discount. Even though Scott was not one if those DJ’s that we interviewed, we still chose him. His pride and professionalism he brought to every meeting was above the industry standard. He is fun, helpful, and very interactive with you and your guests. He takes away the headache of planning all the guess work of your music portion of the night. He has alot of helpful tips and a very wide selection of music you can choose from ( all on a convenient database). I cant recommend Dj Scott enough.

Great Event

We had an event with a very mixed age group from young to old. As well as a mixture of in-person and virtual guests. DJ Scott did an excellent job involving everyone, easing the room, and creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement. I would absolutely recommend him for a wedding or any sort of event!

Fabulously fun and professional!

DJ Scott & Jina Fijolek brought our wedding to life with their wonderful energy! They led line dances for us, captained wedding games, made perfectly timed announcements, and played every song we requested. They were astoundingly professional, on top of things throughout the entire event, and a truly wonderful addition to our wedding. We had told them that we wanted our wedding to be memorable and full of fun times. They went above and beyond to fulfill these requests and we are SO glad that we asked them to DJ our wedding. They were truly a blessing and if we were to go back and do it again, we would hire them in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing- made our wedding day perfect!!

DJ Scott and his wife did such an amazing job! We were only allowed a small intimate wedding with Covid and he made the day absolutely perfect! He’s not just a DJ but master of ceremonies too and entertainment as well. He made everything run so smoothly. My sisters were unable to fly out for the wedding due to Covid and he had gotten pre-recorded messages from them of their toasts to me and my husband. It meant the world to me as it was so hard not having them there- and that simple thing made the day so much better and meant sooo much. I’m so glad we decided to go with DJ Scott! He was worth every penny!! So many of our friends and family said it was the most beautiful and best wedding they had ever been to and I think a HUGE part of that was thanks to DJ Scott. Wow! Scott and his wife, Jina, were AMAZING!
We had a small wedding for our son during COVID-19, that required some creative thinking. Scott was positive, affirming, and flexible, in helping us to have a beautiful wedding, filled with fun and memories to cherish. Unfortunate Cancellation

Due to the coronavirus, we were unable to hold our wedding with DJ Scott. Just what I needed.

I planned my wedding without a coordinator. I hired Scott and his wife a few weeks before my wedding when I realized how important it was to me to have more structure, and I’m so happy I did! He had an amazing online planner, and even though I had my wedding planned, there were so many things on there that I had t even thought of doing! I had so many people tell me it’s the most fun wedding they’ve been to, because of the environment and the fun games. They kept the guests entertained when we took pictures, and were absolutely fantastic. So thankful that we had them.

The Memory Makers

From our first conversation, to the after the wedding follow-up email, Scott and Jina were amazing. We found them last minute, and luckily they were available for a Monday wedding. Their planning process is so comprehensive, and they have thought of every little detail that you are bound to forget or not even know you needed. The online wedding planner is easy to use, and it was one of our favorite parts of the planning process. It got us excited about what the day would actually turn out to be, and Scott and Jina went above and beyond. The couple's trivia at dinner was the most talked about part of the day. Both of our families are competitive and it showed! It filled the time with lots of laughs and good memories. Scott took special requests throughout the night, quickly adding surprises for both of us. From adding a special father/daughter dance song, to playing a special song after my mom's toast, to making my husband sing me the karaoke song he sang on our first date, it was pretty magical. He took care of pacing the time, and keeping the party on track, which is something we didn't want to have to worry about. By the time my husband and I had our first look, all was in good hands with the details that are well-remembered. Six months before our wedding, my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was my matron of honor, and she brought all the attendees to tears of joy and a little sadness with her speech. Scott and Jina honored her that day, just as much as they honored me and my husband. A short 16 days later, she passed, and that night full of dancing, laughing, and celebrating will live on with even more meaning for all of us. Without these two as our hosts and memory makers, I can say it just wouldn't have been the same. Thank you, Scott and Jina! Your numerous positive reviews aren't exaggerated in the least. You exceeded our expectations, and we are forever grateful for the memories you helped create.

DJ Scott and his wife were excellent! They kept the party rollin all night long. I received so many compliments on how great our Dj was. Cannot Be More Happy!!

We truly cannot write enough about how thankful we are to have had DJ Scott and Jina be the MC/DJ for our wedding. They were amazing to work with from start to finish and are some of the most detail-oriented people we know. The online planner they spent years creating made sure that no details got lost during the chaos that is planning a wedding. This gave us a place to document all our ideas and explain all the things we wanted to see at our wedding. Scott & Jina listened and delivered on each one! They truly embraced our fantasy theme and made sure it was a blast for everyone who attended! They were so open to all the things we wanted to do a little differently, like film score trivia! Scott even contacted the bride’s Grandfather who couldn’t attend and asked him to record a special message for the bride and groom. It was a beautiful moment that caught us all by surprise and filled our eyes with happy tears.

As avid gamers, we loved all the options of fun activities to keep guests engaged and occupied. Everyone that talked to us about the wedding, complemented us on all the unique details that helped make our wedding special and were all made possible by DJ Scott and Jina! Our wedding was truly one of a kind and has gone down in our family history as one of the most fun weddings people have attended! So much of this was because of the fun twists suggestions by Scott. They are willing to work with you on any and every aspect of your wedding to get it just right.

You can see how passionate they are about making people’s dreams come true. They love every minute of what they do, and that vibe is contagious! They are so hardworking and very responsive. Scott always answered our emails and messages very quickly, making sure that all our questions/concerns were taken care of right away. The amazing communication didn’t stop with us. They communicated well with all our other vendors and because of this, no photo opportunity was missed, and our wedding remained on schedule.

We cannot recommend Scott and Jina enough. We had our dream wedding full of belly laughs and joyous memories because of these two.

Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We are so thankful to have met you both. You are a blessing to both of us and to this business! We could not have had the perfect wedding without you! It was so much more than we could have ever imagined.

The BEST DJ there is!

We asked our photographer (Kyle at Klear photography) for recommendations on DJs, and without any hesitation he linked us to DJ Scott saying “He’s the best there is!” We are so grateful to Kyle for that! Scott and Jina were absolutely amazing! Having worked as a wedding photographer I’ve been to many weddings (not only working but as a guest too)and have seen a lot of DJs and it always seems so cookie cutter and forced and this was not what I wanted. Having booked DJ Scott, I can honestly say that he is the best there is!
Our wedding had a lot of guests ranging in age and from all areas and walks of life and DJ Scott appealed to all of them! Our guests were entertained, and DJ Scott read the crowd really well. He was so attentive and sensitive to details in the months and days leading up to the wedding and made everything very personalized and special. Scott and Jina easily accommodated unforeseen changes in plans (sorry!) and kept our guests entertained with activities (for all ages) and accommodate and encourage requests. The music level is loud enough to keep you dancing, but at an appropriate level for sensitive ears of older and younger guests.
I knew I made a great choice booking DJ Scott, but it became even more apparent when during the day of our wedding when guests were coming to congratulate me, it would be followed by asking (and proclaiming) “where did you find your DJ? He’s the best!!”
I am so thankful for DJ Scott and Jina and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure their wedding is the best day ever because they helped make ours such. I just wish the party was hours longer or that I could do it all over again because it was so beautiful, so much fun, and the best day ever.

DJ Scott from the MOB’s Perspective

For months and weeks I have talked with my excited daughter Amber about her marriage to Daniel and the plans for their wedding, which took place last weekend at a beautiful venue outside of Sequim. Her carefully planned agenda had been honed to perfection, each detail checked and double-checked and this was going to be The Perfect Day. And as is the attitude of most MOB’s, “Heaven help anyone who screws this up!!!”
The ceremony was stunning and then it was time for all of the wedding attendees to celebrate, the very same wedding attendees who didn’t know each other for the most part. I’ve been to awkward receptions that I hope will end early 😁. This was definitely not one of those! From the start, DJ Scott engaged the interest of the 100+ people at the reception with activities and music that lent itself perfectly to conversation and fun. He takes the time beforehand to “set the stage” for the event by getting information about the bride and groom and also about their parents, grandparents, siblings, other family and friends. The FOB and me were treated to dancing to the same song that was the First Dance at our wedding, as were the groom’s parents! The entire reception was tailored to Amber and Danny and their family and friends. It was during the last toast that both my daughter and I lost it. Amber’s 86-year old grandfather lives in Texas and wasn’t able to attend. Finding this out, DJ Scott had arranged to have Grandpa record a wedding toast to the bride and groom. DJ Scott played Grandpa’s toast last and there was not a dry eye in the house! It was one of the most wonderful, poignant things I have ever seen. Fantastic job!

They did a fantastic job at my son's outdoor wedding! Lots of fun activities, and DJ Scott made sure there was never a dull moment! They were very detail-oriented and organized. They invited the guests to privately submit and share memorable things for the wedding couple. Favorite songs, dances, concerts, childhood musical memories and more. This personalized the occasion and made it special not only for the bride and groom, but also for the guests as well! I highly recommend Scott and Jina for your event.

He’s very organized, incredibly professional, super efficient, highly thoughtful and extremely aware of timeline, guest vibe, ambience... etc. He made sure all important family members were seated for speeches prior to starting, he was very interactive with guests during cocktail hour, playing music and games while we finished photos.

Spectacular

DJ Scott and Jina were wonderful to work with on our wedding day! They took all of the stress of coordination and flow away. My favorite part was the ceremony music because everything transitioned so beautifully, and he played the right parts of each song to create a perfect mood! I also loved that he played A LOT of line-dancing songs! Our friends and families are big into country western music and dances; it was amazing how DJ Scott read the crowd and adapted to our interests.

DJ Scott made the entire wedding from beginning to end incredible, memorable and professional!!! After attending many weddings in the past couple years and watching the party end too soon (sendoffs with only a handful of people, and many details being missed in photos), we made the decision to put a big portion of our money into entertainment for our daughter's wedding, and DJ Scott did not disappoint!! Having the ceremony music and all the words heard over pro speakers in the farm fields felt natural and everyone was able to engage, the video audio was great too because of this. DJ Scott entertained all our guests as we were away with the photo shoot during cocktail hour and everyone was still present for the grand entrance and already had fuel in their tanks to keep going too ;) He helped make the night magical, and I haven't even gotten to "the party" yet!! I don't think words can explain the moments we shared, the way he was able to articulate everyone's attention, including making sure the photographer was where he needed to be for all the special traditions a wedding has (cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, first dance, etc,), but DJ Scott also pulled some tricks out of his hat with behind the scenes music picks for speeches. Sending texts to specific individuals prior to the wedding to write or record letters to make the evening even that much more significant, inviting all mothers and sons onto the dance floor partway into the mother-son dance made it feel inclusive for all...and so many sweet tears and healing moments happened then too for relationships also. At the sparkler sendoff we had so many guests left that we had to tell them to keep walking up the road -- it was perfect. Like I said, words cannot express. DJ Scott, we will continue to recommend you and your team for people who know a party isn't a party without some organization, surprises and some good old-fashioned fun, plus you are super personable!!! We were able to kick back and relish in every moment without any worries. Thank you.

Everything was outstanding

From the moment the ceremony started DJ Scott was on top of everything, guiding how the night went until its eventual conclusion. Everyone who attended were saying how much fun they had and how awesome our DJ was. The games were fun and it was easy to move everything forward with the wedding with DJ Scott guiding the way. He had a warm personality throughout the whole night, a smile on his face, and even was willing to make a few changes at the last minute. Well worth every penny and would receommend him for anyones wedding.

We couldn’t have done it without them

DJ Scott made our wedding SO special, and was 100% on top of every detail the entire time. He made sure everything was running along smoothly, and was flawlessly communicative with us, as well as the family and wedding party throughout the entire event. He exceeded our expectations. My dad couldn’t stop talking about how impressed he was, and how thankful he was for Scott and Jina. He initially had reservations about hiring a DJ but as soon as he saw DJ Scott in action he was so glad we hired them. They helped make our day so special, and I can confidently say that everyone needs a DJ Scott on their big day.

We Love DJ Scott!

DJ Scott was absolutely incredible. He helped keep everything on track during the ceremony and kept the party rolling after. His games and commentary ensured that every guest was entertained. The PERFECT DJ for our wedding

Scott & Jina were the perfect Wedding Producer team for our wedding. They worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator and photographer to keep the entire event well paced and fun. We never felt stressed on time and were completely comfortable with Scott guiding the event. His unique twists he added really made everything feel so personal and memorable. We really appreciated that he was so attentive by checking on us and verifying/clarifying some of the proceedings to ensure that everything was perfect and flowed nicely. He was able to keep a room of 200+ people of varying ages and cultures fully engaged and was even able to work in some traditional Vietnamese music without it feeling out of place.

Other things of note, he was always very quick to respond via text or email, his client portal is easy to use with a vast selection of songs, and him and Jina were even able to capture some hilarious boomerangs of the night that they kindly emailed to us.

Scott and Jina truly helped make our night an amazing, unforgettable one and are a fantastic choice for ANY occasion!

DJ Scott was the BEST choice for our wedding!! Our guests continue to mention how much they loved all of the interactive "games" that he included during dinner. He made everyone feel included and important.
He went above and beyond when the venue's sound system went out in the reception area by hooking up his back-up speaker, so we could still enjoy the wonderful music and fun games. Our guests didn't even know that it happened.
The confetti shot during our first dance was perfect, and he did it at the exact time that we asked.
Such a wonderful experience!! We couldn't have asked for more!! :)

Worth Every Penny!!

I couldn't have done it without Scott and his wife! They helped us through the ceremony and took care of the rest of the night. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Scott and his wife! Our wedding was amazing thanks to there planning schedule! We had some kinks and had to move things around and Scott was so accommodating and easy going with letting us know and giving us the chance to make decisions without being overwhelmed! Scott and his wife Jina were worth every dime. I would have never imagined our wedding being as fun as it was. Every single one of our guests had fun with each of the events we picked out. Guests both young and old really got into the scavenger hunt. Easily one of the best parts of the entertainment. Their online planner helped us plan for items we otherwise would not have. Everyone or anyone want an amazing person for music please please contact Scott Fijolek I'm telling you this man was the most amazing person and has kept our wedding together and it just went so perfect thank you Scott and your beautiful wife!!! and the communication was perfect and when we lost the prize box he saved us and helped us out! and i would have been lost if we didn't have the amazing Scott!!!

DJ Scott was great! We really appreciated he and his wife's communication with us before and during our wedding. After hiring him, we were provided with a website which walks you through the planning stage; such as picking a music list, games, wedding party introductions, and a timeline of events. He was really helpful in making suggestions based on the projected composition of our guests.

What we really appreciated was his follow through in making sure everything went as smooth as possible the day of our event. We had enough confidence in him that we ended up deciding not to hire a day of coordinator from our venue. When things started to fall behind during our wedding, he would gently tell us that we needed to move on to the next item or he would offer to push an event further back.

We got a lot of kudos from our guests for Scott and Jina's enthusiasm and how fun and interactive the wedding was. He and Jina made things so much less stressful for us - which for those of you who are just getting started planning your wedding, is a godsend. Do not skimp on paying for a quality DJ - we highly recommend DJ Scott!

DJ Scott and Jina pulled our entire reception together, and made it an unforgettable night. My husband and I had several people tell us our wedding was the most fun they have ever had a wedding. I was so impressed with their organization, and attention to detail. They ran the entire reception, and everything flowed perfectly. Something that Scott and Jina have that is invaluable as an entertainer is the ability to read a crowd. I honestly had completely forgotten the timeline we had submitted with all of the wedding craziness. They were on top of it, and planned each activity, cake cutting, etc. with perfect timing. A lot people leave wedding receptions shortly after dinner and the cake. After our cake cutting we still had a lot of guests which made all of the other activities more fun. I would also recommend the text the tunes game, the shoe game, and the blindfolded bride. They were all a hit at our reception! Thanks again Scott and Jina for making our wedding SO much fun!! My wife and I got married on September 2nd, DJ Scott and his wife Jina helped make our wedding day so memorable. The entertainment was great! Near the end of the party Scott started a conga line and EVERYONE I mean EVERYONE was out of their seats. Scott himself said that it was the longest conga line he’s ever done. During clean up, all the family members talked about how great the party was and how Scott was so professional and entertaining. I recommend Scott & Jina to all future newlyweds!

Gosh... where do I even start! Scott has been amazing to my husband, Angel and I from the beginning. We first inquired about Scott’s services around November of last year, and we found him through Facebook, on one of many wedding community groups. Every so often new members would ask, “Who do you recommend to DJ our wedding?” And sure enough DJ Scott’s name was on every thread! So Angel and I inquire, and we meet at a local Starbucks. Let me also mention this HUGE deal for Angel and I, we needed vendors who were FLEXIBLE! Angel was going through his last leg of training for his job in the Navy, and we didn’t have a for sure date for our wedding. And he worked with us! He was willing to be booked and move to another available date if needed at no ridiculous expense! We thought, “AWESOME!” And omg DJ Scott has been doing this for long and is really good at what he does, I say this because only DJ Scott has a presentation prepared for the meet ups. I met with other DJs and none of them were up to par or even had the same enthusiasm the Scott had when explaining what he offers. Angel and I lead very busy lives and are guilty of not utilizing the wedding online planner till right before the wedding. So I panicked but not for long at all cause on the planner was the option to “let DJ decide” and I was like YES! Let him decide everything! And that was such an amazing choice. He lead everything the day of our wedding and it was such a great time, I loved that I wasn’t expecting anything and that I was just going with the flow. The music he chose to play all night was great, the light show was big and great, and also the first dance song he chose for us is so sweet and touching, Angel and I love playing it in the car from time to time to remind us of the magical wedding day we had. The entertainment was great too! DJ Scott had this fantastic idea to include kids entertainment during the reception and I was on board! Kids love to play! It was such a nice way to break the ice.

Dj Scott and Jina were awesome! Worth every penny. They were incredibly fun and kept the fun going from the time they got there until the time they left. The interactive games and dances were fun and had everyone involved. When Scott got there I told him my dad was too nervous to give his speech and Scott was able to give him a few tips and talked him into doing it! He even helped my dad out when he choked up a few times. I made some changes late the night before the wedding and they had no problem adjusting. Our guests have been telling us they had never seen a DJ as good as Scott and Jina.

Scott and Jina were wonderful. When the ceremony needed to be pushed back because guests still needed time to arrive, they took care of that so I could focus on getting ready. Our guests loved that they were playing music before the ceremony to get people excited. While we took our photos Scott kept the guests entertained with games galore and we could hear them having a good time! I am so glad we splurged on our DJ because they were the part of the reception everyone kept raving about the day of and still days later. During our ceremony Scott even stepped up to give me a tissue because I kept crying and I am so grateful he did that for me, it was very sweet of him. I have been to many boring weddings and so have a lot of our guests but none of us thought our reception was boring. They wanted Scott to keep playing through the night, and Kai and I did not want to party to ever end. I am highly recommending this awesome team to anyone that needs a DJ for any event. Where to start… Scott entertained the kids while the adults were eating/drinking and dancing. He was fun, supportive and asked questions if he had any! You would be SILLY not to hire him as your DJ. Him and his wife are AMAZING! Hands down the BEST!!!! We didn’t have any hesitations hiring Scott; we got to see him DJ at my sister-in-laws wedding and he was INCREDIBLE!! I would say the top 3 things that Scott did at our wedding would be 1. His music selection was amazing, 2. My sister-in-law and her husband’s 1 year anniversary is coming up and he played their first dance song at our wedding as a surprise for them! VERY thoughtful!!! And 3. Getting up and dancing with the guests!! Very good job Scott and Jina!! I also want to add, my Maid of Honor made a timeline for the day/night and Scott followed that to a T. He talked to everyone in the wedding party to make sure everyone knew what was going on or coming up. My wife and i had the wedding of our dreams on 7/22/17 over on the WA coast. In the weeks since, the number one experience that our guests have commented to us about, even more so than the beautiful venue, was the entertainment made possible by none other than DJ Scott Fijolek. He made the wedding happen. He put me at ease in the weeks/days/hours before the wedding, was flawless during the ceremony/reception, and was genuinely gracious for our business when it was all done. Obviously, words can't do this review justice. Scott was so responsive when I told him at the last minute the order of events at the ceremony was to change. He adapted without any hesitation. Also, the reception was an absolute success. In fact, he made the reception a memory no one will ever forget. The entertainment was non-stop. Guests were entertained and smiling throughout.

Scott was the reason we decided not bother getting a wedding planner. Scott is more than a dj. He is clearly a wedding producer. It's as if we had a music award host as our dj. What sets him apart are the games/trivia/dances that are perfectly choreographed for maximum enjoyment. Also, Scott is good in the moment. Scott told us months before the wedding if the mood ever got dull or the music needed a change to fit the mood, he would improvise. He sure did. For example, when various older relatives/friends left around the end, he changed the music a bit to appeal to the younger crowd. He even led us in three dances. Don't know how to dance? No problem - Scott taught everyone.

I have had several friends and relatives tell me our wedding was the best one they'd ever been to. We asked why? The most two common reasons were the entertainment and the coastal venue. The entertainment part says something about Scott and his wife who helped out - because they made it happen. We will be forever gracious to Scott for helping us create this dream wedding we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Absolutely amazing! I had my wedding on June 25th, 2017, the hottest day of the year. And yet, he really made it so everyone enjoyed themselves and things went smoothly. Even in the consultation we knew he was going to be a great addition to our wedding, and we were right. Not only was he an incredibly amazing help with the songs and planning, he even went the extra steps and filled in the gaps of time where there was unaccounted for time. My entire family was impressed and I'm so glad we had him as our dj.

I don't know where to start other then by saying scott is AMAZING!

My wedding was on June 18th (Fathers day!) and
He arrived almost an hour early, set up, and starting playing music while we finished setting up.

He has the best playlist, is very upbeat, friendly and interactive! He got on the dance floor with us and showed us some moves to some classics like the Cupid shuffle! Everyone was asking me how I found him because he is amazing!!

He truly kept my wedding running smoothly! You need DJ Scott at your wedding, trust me!

DJ Scott is worth every penny, and we will be recommending him to everyone we know and meet! He truly is the best!

My husband and I booked Dj Scott Fijolek for our wedding on May 28th and he did a spectacular job throughout the entire event. Dj Scott did an amazing job with song selection and was incredibly accommodating in getting songs that he was not already familiar with. He made sure that the schedule we made for the ceremony and reception was followed and kept everyone on track amazingly. Dj Scott even helped out during the reception by passing out cake to our guests in order to ensure that the schedule ran smoothly. All in all, he really does it all and was a wonderful vendor to work with. I highly recommend hiring him for any event.

DJ Scott was AMAZING! The minute my husband (fiance at the time) and I had our first meeting with him we knew we had to have him DJ our wedding. He is more than just the regular kind of DJ. He goes above and beyond and is always in contact, and helped us along the way in any way he could and very very kind. Everything before the wedding day was perfect then the wedding day came and again DJ Scott made it perfect. The music for the ceremony was right on and then when the reception started not a single person was bored. He created an atmosphere the literally EVERYONE enjoyed with the games and the dancing and the traditional things that he created a little spin on was so much fun! I could go on and on but anyone looking for a great DJ where everyone from the 1 year olds to the 99 year olds are thoroughly enjoying themselves the entire time, Scott is the DJ you want. I would recommend him all day everyday!

If We could give DJ Scott 10 stars, We would! He is worth every penny! If you are thinking about a DJ for your wedding, DJ Scott is your man. From the moment we met him in person, we knew he would be the one we would use to entertain our guests. He was very responsive throughout the entire process. He also helped us with organizing our timeline. On the day of our wedding, he was on time and set up was smooth. He made sure that our day was stress free. Now on to the music and entertainment. Wow! He was AMAZING! We enjoyed his choice of music for portions of our wedding where we asked him to decide on the music. The interactive games and dances were a blast. All of our guests enjoyed it and kept the mood very upbeat and fun. Just exactly what we wanted. Throughout the evening we received numerous compliments about DJScott. We hired DJ Scott for our recent wedding and he did a PHENOMENAL job!! His specialties that really set him apart from other DJs are interactive activities and MC/coordinator roles he plays. I did not have a day of-coordinator and did not need one with Scott on the mike! He is very professional and able to ensure a wide and diverse audience has fun. My wedding had many older folks and a smattering of people who had never been to an American wedding before and were not familiar with the customs or songs, but all my guests commented on what a great DJ he was and how much fun they had with all the games we played. If you're hesitating because you think activities might come off as cheesy or cliched, don't!! There are so many different activities he suggests that you're certain to find a handful that fit you as a couple, and Scott is very helpful and willing to work with you to design your own custom activities as well. He also has a very diverse repertoire of songs and can play your requests even if they are unusual/international music, and will help you select songs that are more likely to get people dancing. Although he's more expensive than getting your uncle Bob to DJ, if you want your guests to have an amazing and memorable night there's no question you should hire Scott, he is worth every penny!!

Scott Fijolek has years of experience and it really shows. Many of my wedding guests came up to me personally and said he's one of the best DJ's and MC's out of any wedding they've ever been to! He made sure that our timeline was solid, has online planners, great song suggestions and tons of ideas for fun guest activities, was very charming and fun with his announcements, played what we asked for but also selected some great, fun music to dance to. Our guests were literally dancing for the entire 2 hours after we cut the wedding cake. It was awesome! I highly recommend Scott for your wedding DJ and MC, he really helped our wedding be super special and fun!

DJ Scott was the wedding producer and DJ for our wedding September 17th and he made the event truly memorable. I met with Scott last October and from reading reviews and raves about his services, I was sold from the very beginning. Throughout the day, he would check in with Zach and I to let us know what was next and to ask how he was doing and the answer was always “Great!” because he was great. DJ Scott is absolutely AMAZING on so many levels, I'm not sure where to begin! From our very first meeting to the close of our wedding, he was just fantastic! He is quick to respond to any questions you have and offers so many fun and interactive games to keep EVERYONE entertained! He is thoughtful of everyone, literally from the bridal party and guests to the photographer and other vendors! When I say thoughtful, I'm talking about things from music selection and keeping guests informed to helping the photographer and asking if anyone needed any assistance.

My step father (who graciously paid for Scotts expertise) was hesitant when we first hired him and told me he had better be good. On the night of our wedding as things were winding down, I asked my step dad what he thought of Scott and he told me that Scott is an amazingly talented DJ/MC who knows what he is doing and was proud we hired him as our DJ/MC!

I recently got married to my favorite person in the world and I wanted everyone who came to our wedding feel as excited as we were to celebrate our love. I know wedding planning can be extremely stressful and overwhelming because you want your wedding to be perfect but also save money. When Mike and I were planning our day we were very money conscious. We did save in many ways but after meeting DJ Scott and seeing his services mike and I agreed we were going to spend a little extra on a DJ which now after the fact was the best choice we made. With all the commotion on your wedding day you want someone who is organized Professional, and creative. DJ Scott is all of those! He made our wedding flow perfectly. When we met with DJ Scott he a actually helped us make our timeline for our whole day to make sure we incorporate our photographer with each event so nothing was missed. He was spot on the whole time which made the day non stress and fun! You want to enjoy your day given all the time And money spent and I can confidently say DJ Scott will provide you with everything you need to make that happen. I really liked that he has an online planner where you put in all the songs you want for each part of your wedding so nothing gets overlooked. I also really appreciated that when the dancing lulled he would come out on the dance floor to teach some dances! He even started a Kongo line! Dj Scott is awesome and for anyone who is planning a wedding I would definitely recommend him. He made our day just the way I always imagined it would be.. Perfect. Even after our wedding our friends and family said we picked a really great DJ and he couldn't have done a better job. I give DJ Scott 10 out of 10 for his excellence.

DJ Scott did an amazing job at my wedding in June! I would recommend him to anyone considering getting a DJ. Before we hired Scott, he sat down with us and showed a great presentation with everything he offers, reviews, and talked about events he has done in the past. It really sold us into choosing him! On the day of the wedding he was set up very quickly and ahead of schedule and played background music before the wedding started as guests were arriving and mingling. He had awesome music selection and kept the guests pumped up the whole night. Scott made sure to come and talk to my husband and I throughout the night to double check everything was going okay and to see if we had any suggestions for him. He did an amazing job keeping the wedding rolling and making announcements when needed. He kept things moving really well by excusing people to the buffet for dinner and guiding us through the cake cutting process. While everyone was settling in with their cake we played the shoe game which turned out to be a huge hit! The night couldn't have gone any better and Scott was a huge part of that!

Scott was our DJ/MC at our wedding on Saturday July 16th. He came to set up 2 hours before wedding started on his own time. All we needed to supply was a long table with a tablecloth. His set up was clean and neat. I pride myself on detail and so did Scott. He worked with the crowd even got out on the dance floor and taught some new dances. He was friendly and courteous and was dressed professionally and very polite. He was very flexible when things were changed last minute
We highly recommend Scott Fijolek for any and all your musical events
He even played games and got people to participate in and laugh and have a great time who otherwise would have sat and done nothing
We had all ages at our wedding and everyone said they had a great time. We are 71 and 73 and danced like we were teenagers
It was all so natural and relaxed

I met Scott at a wedding show. His presentation was so professional that he stuck in my mind while "DJ shopping for my wedding. At first we hesitated because of his price. When my future husband and I met with him he put all of this dis-ease to rest with his actual presentation! He proved himself to be the most valuable expenditure for my wedding. We had a budget wedding with friends and family taking care of flowers from Costco, food, etc. Because of Scott, a wedding planner was unnecessary! He worked with our officiant, the photographers, the children at reception with interactive games, directing guests at all of the right times i.e. cake cutting, family photos, toasting, etc. All decisions were made before the wedding using his awesome interactive website. He "read the crowd" for dance music to keep them on the floor!
One of the best fun things and a great photo op was the Shoe Game. Highly recommended.
The photographers loved him, I had to think about nothing but our day, and we achieved the wedding that people are still smiling about!

We found DJ Scott online and then it actually turned out one of my friends from high school used him too. He said DJ Scott was outstanding and was a true pro. He was right.... Scott went over the top to meet our needs and was a pleasure to work with. His site was easy to use, he was easy to communicate with, he got everyone dancing, played great music, and made our wedding run smoother than we could have imagined. Scott is amazing its as simple as that!! He was so easy to work with and kept our wedding moving smoothly. What I loved most was he took the time to entertain our guests while we were taking pictures and signing the marriage license. He had everyone dancing and even took the time to thank our wonderful photographer as well as take a video of our sparkler sendoff which I'm very excited to see. What really impressed me the most was how well he catered not only to the guests but my crazy sugar filled nephew!! He even let him make the most adorable speech and do a dance off with Anthony (my husband). I knew he was good but he still impressed me with everything he did and how professional he was. He made sure to check in with Anthony and I before he made any announcements and kept the secret grandfather granddaughter dance. He was just so amazing and is worth EVERY penny believe me. He is the difference between having a mediocre boring wedding and an exciting well organized wedding. Dj Scott recently was the Dj and MC for our wedding. We will, without hesitation, recommend Scott for any event in the future where his services could be used. When you book with Scott you are investing in the success of your event and the enjoyment of your guests. Scott has a gentle and caring personality when handling your business but definitely knew how to encourage the guests to participate and he kept the party spirit alive, well into the event, even after the majority of our guests left. My day of coordinator, the venue and our photographer all had rave reviews about how easy Scott was to work with and how they appreciated how he kept the flow of the event moving and kept the guests in the loop of what to expect next. We loved the multiple options of interactive activities for the guests and us. Scott helped reduce my stress and went above and beyond his call of duty in many ways, from helping me with reception timeline and table placement, to making the moment my stepson caught the garter EXTRA special for him. Scott downloaded all our custom song requests, and I think even one of them on the fly! One of my favorite memories from our wedding came from a moment Scott created while observing the event; you see my MOH coordinator with Scott to create a flash mob with our guests- I loved it, but the best part was at the end of the song, I called out for an encore (teasing of course), but at the end of the night when our second to last song played Scott caught us completely off guard as we were running back from some last minute pictures. With the guests remaining he gave us our encore. The picture of my husband and I walking up to this moment is priceless, he helped close our night with so much love. You may think that music and guest entertainment is something you can handle yourself, but it's the one thing I'm so glad we chose to NOT DIY.

We hired DJ Scott for my parents 40th Anniversary Party & he did an AMAZING job! I'm not over exaggerating, he was incredible, the best DJ I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so interactive & gets everyone in on the fun! He was standin on chairs dancing to "grease lightning" & getting on the dance floor to get down with everyone, it was awesome haha! We had an entire table of people that were refusing to get up & dance, but he still got them to join in a few times. We were hesitant when it came to the price, but after the first half hour alone our minds changed real quick. He's so worth it! Dj scott kept our guest entertained and was well organized. If and when you decide to hire dj scott know that it lifts a big burden off your shoulders. He has an online organizer that you fill out so that he can follow it to make your wedding run more smoothly. We never once hesitated about hiring him, from the get go he was straight forward and answered any questions you might have. He communicates well with the vendors so that everything flows smoothly. I was a little worried about a DJ for our wedding. A DJ can make or break a good party, but after meeting with Scott I felt a lot better about our choice to hire him. It was nice to feel confident about our DJ leading up to the wedding and his website was great to use to customize our evening. As confident as I felt about Scott he exceeded my expectations in every way. He kept the dance floor packed, kept the night moving smoothly and couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We got a ton of compliments about him even days after the wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our choice to hire him. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy.

DJ Scott did the most amazing job at our wedding. He kept everything moving along and on time. Our dance floor was ALWAYS packed the music was perfect and exactly what we requested. We ordered the package with glow Sticks which was such a fun addition to the night and pictures. Scott was quick to answer any questions we had along the planning process. His website is so helpful while bringing up things we hadn't even thought about.. everything is all in one place where you get to pick everything for your special day. We had zero hesitation on hiring Scott and did so on the spot. He played a BIG role in making the night epic!! Numerous people have told me it was the best night ever! Scott is the best choice!

We hired DJ Scott for our April 23, 2016 wedding in Maple Valley, WA at the Olson Mansion. Let me start out by saying, I have a background in amateur radio broadcast as a DJ from years past. Having a background in radio, I am very selective when it comes to a DJ personality. After days of extensive research, I came across DJ Scott Fijolek who came highly recommended. My main theme I was looking for was a DJ who went that extra mile for his clients and could keep up the fun factor. After meeting with Scott, I felt extremely comfortable with his company and we talked about several "ideas" he had to add that special touch for a unique wedding; I immediately hired him for our wedding. We had family and friends coming from 3 different states and it was important that the DJ could host to a range of ages from the young to the very old. Scott was awesome at paying attention to the mood and feel of the event. He was moving all around the venue not just stuck behind his DJ booth. He was constantly watching how the mood of the guests were and kept the flow of our wedding upbeat and lively! I honestly never have witnessed a DJ that was more in touch with the "feel" of the party than Scott. There was never any awkward lull in the flow of the event and the energy was always high and pumping. I really enjoyed how DJ Scott timed the events that were planned like the "shoe game" which got a lot of laughs! Since my bride and I are huge Seahawks fans, he gave us the idea to put our Seahawks garter on a football and then toss both into the crowd for an added bonus to the garter toss, that was a very cool idea! We received several comments during the wedding from guests on how fun the DJ was and where did we find him? DJ Scott Fijolek not only was entertaining, he was even able to get our "non-dancing" guests out on the dance floor which was a delight to see. Thanks to DJ Scott our wedding was a huge hit!

At first I was hesitant based on how his services fit into our budget, but now i'd say it was well worth every penny and every customization. The gobo design was by far my most favorite and unique offering by DJ Scott. The online planning process was also easy for us to plan our timeline, songs, and activities.

Our wedding was comprised of guests of all ages. We had many compliments from our guests about how much fun they had. DJ Scott had a lot of fun games and activities that were entertaining to our guests. I highly recommend the shoe game. We always had the most guests out on the dance floor during the instructional dances put on by DJ Scott. He played a good variety of music that fit well to our guests.

DJ Scott is a great MC too. Everything went smoothly from keeping everything on schedule, to our introductions, releasing dinner tables to the buffet, toasts, and more.

I'd recommend using DJ Scott for any event you may be considering because you will not be disappointed.

Scott Fijolek is an AWESOME DJ! He was very organize and full of fun ideas. He had everyone participating the the entire time. I love the dance demo he demonstrated for everyone to follow! All of my guests loved him. :)

He kept my husband and I well informed of what is to happen next and guided us. Thank you Scott! You made the party all go smoothly for us and felt like we had a lot of time to plan. We really appreciate it.

We made a reservation with Scott two weeks before our wedding. Procrastinate much!? I know right. A word of advice, do not plan your wedding at the same time you are buying a house. It is going to be insane!

Anyway, with all the crazy things happening at the same time, Scott made it all possible within a short period of time. The program he had planned for the wedding was perfect!

I hate to be redundant but DJ Scott is truly is an AWESOME DJ! I would recommend him to anyone.

What Can I Say!!! DJ Scott is totally awesome! When hiring DJ Scott, be rest assured that you will have no worries at your event. He is helpful, attentive, and quick to adjust to changes during the event. Everyone at the retirement party commented the DJ was excellent and so professional! He is worth every penny and I would recommend him to anyone who is planning an event or party or wedding.

We hired DJ Scott for our wedding. I can highly recommend him. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his craft. He gave us many options to choose from, the type of ambiance we wanted to achieve for the reception, and had so many fun interactive games to choose from. One of the best services DJ Scott offers is his online planner. I spent an evening one night personally picking all the songs to be played during the ceremony and created a long list of all the beautiful sappy love songs that my husband and I sent each other during our courtship. It was so easy, and DJ Scott even added some special music pieces that were important to us that I used for my processional!
Honestly, I was not sure on how to run the reception, so I was happy that DJ Scott was able to smoothly transition everyone from the ceremony to the reception area, release tables for the buffet, get people up for dancing, and coordinate cake cutting/toasts, etc. with such ease that as the bride, I was able to sit back, relax, and actually enjoy all the festivities with no stress or worries!
Speaking of professionalism, DJ Scott honestly saved my wedding. I think there are many families out there who have that one black sheep family member who feels the need to be the center of attention and can be hurtful and inappropriate. Unfortunately, I had one of those people as a guest at my wedding. During one of our fun games (write advice for a happy marriage), this guest wrote down something very demeaning to women. DJ Scott handled it wonderfully. Rather than ruin the moment by reading something inappropriate, he showed the card to us. We were so happy that he intercepted it. Unfortunately, this guest had his ego bruised that his comment was not read, and the guest spent the night curse texting DJ Scott, and writing bad reviews online. DJ Scott handled it behind the scenes, allowing my groom and I to enjoy our evening in ignorant bliss. We loved DJ Scott, and highly recommend him!

We loved having Dj Scott at our wedding. After needing to change our wedding date, he worked with us to still be our DJ which was great. He was very helpful and did a great job helping make it a special day! We loved being able to go online and pick songs and get suggestions from his website. Our guests loved him and even after our wedding told us we had a great DJ! I will be sure to refer DJ Scott to anyone needing a DJ because he is so great with his clients. DJ Scott is an incredible DJ! He is extremely easy to communicate with, very flexible, and interactive. I had seen him DJ at one of my friend's weddings and said that I HAVE to have him as my DJ when I get married. Finally the time came, and he was available! My husband kept saying that his family doesn't like to dance so don't expect too many people on the dance floor. But I kept telling him that DJ Scott is amazing/so interactive that he makes people want to dance. Sure enough, when our day came, my husband's entire family was on the dance floor the whole night and kept telling us how much fun they had! We also just recently went to my best friend's wedding where Scott was the DJ again and he even dedicated a song to us, and it was our first dance song. I thought that was so cool, it really showed that he cares and remembers his clients.

This is the second time that we have used DJ Scott and he was as good as he was the first time, I would recommend him all day long for any event... I
Happened to hire him for both my daughters weddings and just love him! The only thing I would recommend to you is to give him enough information to work with on his website, songs, dances, games, etc. if you don't provide him with what you want he doesn't know so you must do your part as well to have a successful event!
