Perfect Wedding
We had our wedding at Ashton Gardens this past weekend. It was honestly the best, most perfect night of our lives and everything went even better than we could have dreamed. In fact, we had multiple guests tell us afterwards that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.
We are from out of state but have family who live in GA. From the moment we had a phone call to find out more information about the venue we knew it was the one. The venue is STUNNING and the staff helps to keep everything running smoothly. We loved the all inclusive packages that help to keep the day running seamlessly. We booked the florist, DJ, wedding coordinator, and photo booth and cannot express enough how great working with each one of them was. Specifically, Ty’Asia was amazing. She was our wedding coordinator and from the moment we met her months prior, she has been one of the best parts of booking at Ashton Gardens. She helped us to book the venue and coordinate the details, even with us planning it remotely. She helped us with building our timeline, floor plan, answered all our many questions with patience and knowledge, and checked in throughout the planning process to make sure we were on track. On the day of the wedding, she was very supportive, flexible, and kind. We believe that the day was perfect because of her attention to detail and quick thinking. We cannot recommend Ashton gardens enough!!! -

We Highly Recommend!
Wow—where do we even begin? We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue and our incredible coordinator, Autumn. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, calling it “perfect,” “magnificent,” “elegant,” and “the best wedding they’ve ever attended.” Even the food was phenomenal!
Autumn is an absolute gem. She made the entire experience seamless, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Every single detail was flawlessly executed, and she went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Her dedication and care were evident in every moment.
We wholeheartedly recommend Ashton Gardens—and especially Autumn—as your wedding coordinator. You won’t regret it!

Ashton Gardens Chapel is breathtaking. I saw the venue I knew this is where I wanted to have my wedding. The reception area is very big and accommodating. Everything you can think of for your wedding they have or can improvise. My wedding coordinator was Dominique and she was very attentive to my needs and specifications. She paid attention to the details and everything that I wanted for the big day. Literally the best day of my life and it could not have been done without the team at Ashton gardens. -

Ashton Gardens - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Also recommend requesting Dominique as your coordinator! The fact that we could plan our whole wedding in house with them was huge. Having a coordinator as part of the package was also huge! Just with her experience, advice and encouragement to make our wedding our own. All the vendors they have in house are also so good and I am grateful to not have had to put brain power towards seeking vendors! Truly it was beautiful and I have 0 regrets/second guessing/doubts that we made the best choice in a venue with Ashton Gardens. -

We celebrated our wedding on Dec. 29th 2024 at Ashton Gardens and it was an amazing experience for us as well as our guest. From our first visit at venue, we feel in love with the building and the staff. Through all the planning and meetings, they helped make our wedding very memorial. From the very beginning we know this was where we wanted to get married and I’m so glad it was the final decision! We took one tour and signed with ashton gardens! The price for what you’re getting is unmatched to anything in the whole state (trust we’ve looked into traditional and non traditional ones) ! From two bars two seperate halls for the reception and ceremony ,elegant decor, tentative coordinator it was a dream! Our coordinator was Autumn and I could write a whole thing just based on how amazing she was but to sum it up I will say darn that girl is GREAT! She was so easy to talk to, she was constantly behind me anytime I needed her (almost in a way like she knew when w.o us saying) she brought us drinks throughout the night so we wouldn’t lose time on our dancing and what not! She was so kind so sweet and so genuine in her actions, she never felt like a coordinator she felt like a friend that wanted to make sure I had a perfect day from our meetings to even after the wedding! For the venue I’ll say lastly you won’t regret it, they took care of EVERYTHING we barely ever lifted a finger in this whole process! I had a specific vision and they made it come true, thank you ashton gardens and most importantly thank you autumn (and dj elimber 10/10 recommend for Spanish weddings here WOW) -

Dominique was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. She does a really great job of coordinating with vendors and Bridal Party to ensure the day is smooth sailing. Also, we had a lot of personal requests and she was very accommodating towards them. Also, she is EXTREMELY sweet and caring. She went above and beyond for us and went out of her way to make the whole process and night so memorable for us. We celebrated one of the most important days of our lives at Ashton Gardens and we are so glad that we did. Our venue coordinator, Merritt Lay, was key to making our day as amazing as it was. From the beginning of our time working together, Merritt went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and handled every little detail throughout the wedding planning and at the venue on the day of the wedding so that our focus could be on each other! During the wedding planning, Merritt would make sure to regularly check with us about how we were feeling about the planning and give us reminders about things to think about and prepare for the day of. This made it easy for us to have checkpoints throughout the months of planning so that we didn't feel overwhelmed. On the day of the wedding, Merritt captained the ship and made sure that everyone in the wedding party was where they needed to be, made sure that we (bride and groom) were fed throughout the day, steered people away from asking us questions and directing them to her instead, and also helped us in a crisis when the groom's button on his suit fell off(!!) before the ceremony. I didn't even know about the button until after the ceremony was over! She is truly the epitome of a professional venue coordinator. Our guests were in awe of the chapel and reception hall, the food was fantastic, and the staff were all so professional. We couldn't have asked for a better place to say our "I do's" or a better team. Thank you Merritt and the Ashton Gardens team for helping to make one of our most memorable days of our lives such a beautiful one. -

Olivia was a wonderful wedding coordinator at Ashton Gardens! She allowed the day to run so smoothly and worked so hard to ensure we were enjoying every moment of our special day. The Venue was everything we wanted, it is obviously beautiful from chapel to ballroom but all the services they included were unmatched. We wanted something close to all inclusive and that was what they provided, all I had to bring in was flowers, baker and photography. They provided vendor recommendations which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this venue if you are in search of one near the ATL area. -

I am happy that my son and daughter-in-law choose Ashton Gardens for their wedding. From day one they were partnered with an awesome wedding coordinator, Brittany Sayers! When I finally had the opportunity to meet her I saw that she was very attentive to their needs and always available to answer any questions they had. She was also very accommodating. On the day of the wedding she seemed to always be right there when you needed her! She made the day less stressful. Her smile and easy going personality made it very easy to work with her.

I have told everyone how much I recommend Ashton Gardens. I pointed to the things I wanted and didn't have to think about it again. They created a curated experience that made my wedding day EASY. That's right - EASY! I showed up and saw my dream come to fruition without sweating on my day.
I think there is a jarring effect when you hear how much it can cost since so many of the needs of your wedding are bundled into this cost. My friend built her own wedding from the ground up, had to source her own vendors, DIY Decor, rent/buy her own linens, and ended up spending only a smidge less than me.

Words cannot describe or express how happy my husband and I were when choosing Ashton Gardens as our wedding venue. From the initial walk through, we were very impressed by how beautiful the site is. The packages they offer were explained thoroughly and to our surprise included so much more compared to other venues, including a stationary voucher that we used and were SO impressed, they also provide a DJ, wide variety of food/full bar. We chose the Exceptional package, with all it came with. We also chose the preferred photographer vendor. Our wedding planner was Merritt and y’all… she is the BEST! From our first video call she not only heard and fulfilled everything we asked for but also was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our wedding. She also provided lists for rehearsal dinner venues and limousine rentals. She was always a quick text/email/call away. We described to her that our wedding wanted be effortless and boy did she deliver! -

Ashton Gardens Sugar Hill is a beautiful venue offering the fairytale wedding experience with the beautiful chapel and the amazing ballroom that will guarantee the most amazing lifetime wedding memories. However, the wedding planners, and specifically, Brittany Sayers who was our event coordinator are the ones that make the difference. Brittany made us feel she was vested in our event as much as we were from the beginning doing as many zoom calls as needed, guiding us with every single detail, ensuring all of our questions were answered thoroughly in a prompt manner with her calm, professional demeanor taking care of every single detail and even ensuring we had a Spanish-speaking DJ to entertain the needs of our culturally diverse guests.
We are forever grateful to her for guiding us through the process by providing ideas and making us think outside the box and still keeping us focused during a very stressful time planning my only daughter's Sabrina & Eduard's wedding. We had an amazing wedding day and memory. Brittany did not miss a beat even on the day of the wedding she was very attentive with every detail up until the very end. February Wedding at Ashton Gardens
We absolutely loved our experience with Ashton Gardens Atlanta! Olivia was our coordinator and she was so helpful to me (Bride) throughout the entire process! She had great feedback, which we incorporated into our day, and was quick to respond to my many, many questions and ever-changing ideas. Every one of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue and how much they enjoyed the food! The Georgia Peach Salad, Mini Crab Cakes, and Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, in particular, were a HUGE hit! We also had the Duet of Grilled Petite Filet and Roasted Chicken Breast. We actually had guests tell us it was the best meal they’d ever had at a wedding. For vegan meals, we did the Mushroom Ragu, which I’m told was also amazing! A tip - understandably, Ashton Gardens can’t provide access to the venue for photos too far before the wedding (we got there at 4 to start setting up and our ceremony started at 6, with guests arriving about 5:30). So, we took photos at nearby Sims Lake Park (First Look and some Wedding Party) and then headed over to the venue for final bridesmaids pictures. Everything worked out perfectly. Highly, highly recommend this venue! You cannot beat the coordinator and vendors that are included here. It streamlines the process immensely so you aren’t running around trying to find a caterer, DJ (their preferred entertainment company is seriously AMAZING, shout out to Luke!), bartenders, etc. For table settings, we chose Ashton Gardens black table clothes, gold chargers, and the candles and greenery (photos included). They also provided the gold cake stand! We did the floor sparklers for the first dance and sparklers for our exit (see photos). We brought in our own candles (fake) and flower arch for the ceremony (see photos) and then moved the arch to the reception area afterwards. If you have the chance, do the 360-photo booth! They send you all of the videos afterwards and they’re so fun to go through! THANK YOU TO OLIVIA AND THE ENTIRE AG TEAM!! -

My now wife and I fell in love with the Ashton Gardens Atlanta as soon as we walked in. It. checked all of our boxes and more! From the floor to ceiling windows in the chapel to the beautiful crystal chandeliers in the ballroom. This venue is absolutely stunning and the provided decor is enough to make any event feel elegant! In January, my wife and I were assigned our wedding coordinator, Brittany Sayers. She was very attentive, thorough, accommodating and extremely patient with our never ending list of questions after all, we were first timers. lol She eased all of our concerns prior to our big day, March 14th, and continued to reassure us that everything would be just perfect! Honey!!! She did not lie! If there were any issues, I had no idea there were any. She stayed calm and collected when our ceremony started late. She was just as excited for our wedding as we were and it was so genuine! She was the perfect wedding coordinating hype women and I don’t know if our day would have been the same if we had anyone else. So truly happy and blessed to have crossed path with Brittany and that she was a huge part of our wedding day being so successful. Our experience at Ashton Gardens was amazing! The venue was beautiful. Food was perfect. Especially the salmon! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The staff was professional and attentive at every turn. How was an amazing DJ, having our guests on the dance floor all night. The day wouldn’t have been the same without our wedding coordinator, Brittany Sayers!! Brittany was amazing not only the day of, but with all the planning beforehand! She showed up to every meeting ready to listen, and answer any questions we had. Going above and beyond to facilitate certain things to help our vision. When we arrived at the venue, everything was perfect! She checked on us all morning up to the ceremony. After the wedding started, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If there were any hiccups, my wife and I would’ve had no idea because of how greatly it was handled. I would recommend everyone ask to have Brittany coordinate their wedding! The venue of Ashton Gardens was extremely beautiful. I enjoyed the seclusion of the entire venue, and how elegant everything was. It was more than enough bathroom and a ballroom big enough to host several groups. I would definitely consider have a wedding/event here. The wedding coordinator, Cocoa, was phenomenal! She made sure all the guests were appropriately accommodated and kept us entertained during gathering moments. Her energetic spirit was infectious and a pleasure to be around! I came here for my cousin's wedding and I was the point person he designated to help on the day of to just help coordinate the two families. I have to say that Ashton Garden's was the most beautiful venue for this wedding, and most of all, the day could not have been possible without Dominique, the wedding coordinator. She was so helpful every step of the way, troubleshooting and keeping calm when all of us were worried about running late, where we misplaced thing, what to do when the MUSIC STOPS PLAYING SUDDENLY. She kept us calm, laughing, and most of all helped my cousin and his wife enjoy their special day and made our families feel that we could all together put on a great celebration. First things first! This venue is amazing. Ashton Gardens will always hold a special place in my heart because the best day of me and my husbands lives happened here.
Shayla was my coordinator and she went OVER and BEYOND my expectations. She was ahead of everything way before it happened and she was warm, and professional throughout this entire process.
Shoutout to Chef Keno! My family is still raving about the food
Kaylin my event manager, Gustovao, Consuella, Olivia, Cocoa, Ciera, all the bartenders and servers went beyond their duties to give my guests an elite Expeirence. I am overjoyed and still overwhelmed by how perfect my wedding day was and I am so glad I’m an AG bride! -

Our wedding was truly a dream! The venue speaks for itself! Our theme was simple elegance and the chapel was everything we were looking for! The reception area is spacious and we love that we were able to open it up after the cocktail hour. The elite vendor package was exactly what we wanted. There were minimal things we added to the decorations, Ashton Gardens did the rest! The food was amazing and there was plenty of variety. The signature drinks were great too!
We were honored to have Brittany as our wedding coordinator. She was there for everything we needed and any questions or requests we had. During all of the planning calls and text messages, she was so helpful and gave great advice/ideas. The morning of our wedding was more hectic than we expected but Brittany was right there keeping us calm. Every time we needed her she was right there. We have a lot of family with tons of personality but Brittany fit right in being of assistance and just a good time any way she could. With every hick-up that came, Brittany was quick to find a solution and reassured us along the way. Brittany was truly a joy and has an amazing personality! She worked well with our outside vendors and they all had great things to say about Brittany.
Overall, everything was AMAZING!! We would choose this venue a million times again. Brittany went above and beyond any way she could! We truly appreciate Brittany and all of her hard work! We love you, Brittany! 🥹

Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was this weekend 1/28/24. The first thing I want to say is the wedding planners Dominique and Merritt were the so professional, loving, kind and enjoyable! They did everything to meet our needs and this allowed me as the mother of the bride to focus on the fleeting moments and enjoy everything I could with my husband and daughter. Dominique and Merritt ensured everything that had to be done was done, and they were always just an arms length away asking what we needed or how they could help us. They didn't act like we were a bother - they embraced our ideas and needs and were so helpful! They took care of every detail and I felt that their focus was just allowing us to savor every moment with no stress. Oh, that everyone could have the experience we had!
The venue was gorgeous! We were served brunch and the food was so delicious. The plans were so detailed that I thought it would be hard to appreciate every moment, but every plan from the photographer, to the reception, to the DJ to the grand exit was timed so well. Everything was perfect and we were sad to leave that day! There wasn't a single thing that did not go as planned, smoothly and without any issues. Thanks to our Ashton Gardens staff and especially our wedding planners - our daughter had the wedding, photos and experience of her dreams with the love of her life and I couldn't be more thankful or moved. First off this venue is to die for! The opulence and elegance it exudes caught my wife’s and I attention instantaneously. From the time we toured and all the other times we visited for their showcases and walkthroughs for our wedding, we feel in love each time. The best thing about this venue is the different packages they have to offer including having a brunch wedding which is what we decided to go with. All the planning we did helped us when we were assigned our day of coordinator Shayla 45 days out from our wedding date.

Wow, where do we begin???!!! Shayla has to be the greatest and most attentive wedding coordinator that there is. From the very time we had our initial meeting with her to the very end of our wedding day, Shayla went way above and beyond her call of duty to ensure we had a wonderful wedding experience. My entire bridal party, family and close friends also got to experience her awesome customer service and raved so highly of her the days after our wedding. She is so down to earth and made everyone feel right at home and that is what made this wedding experience so special. We can’t say enough positive and great things about her. She even came up with the title of how the DJ was going to introduce us at the reception which was , The Illustrious Mrs. And Mrs. Barker-Hobbs. And as soon as we heard it, we loved it!!! Shayla has a special gift of dealing with people and making any and everyone in her presence feel like the most important person in the world and that skill is not something that can be taught. That is ingrained in her and she deserves all of the praise. So, Shayla this is our way of giving you YOUR FLOWERS because you truly deserve them.

My husband and I got married at Ashton Gardens this past Saturday and we had the most amazing experience. From the moment that we met Dominique all the way until the end of our wedding she was always just so available to us, always willing to help us, and just carried a warm energy with her. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were ready all the way up until the wedding and then on the wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that we were catered to and that everything we needed we had. She also did the same for all of our immediate family members and our bridal party. I would always recommend Dominique and Ashton Gardens to anyone I know getting married. Our wedding day was beyond beautiful! Thank you so much Dominique for all of your help! -

I cannot thank Ashton Gardens enough for all the great work that they did! My husband and I were married a week ago at this venue and I had been concerned when they needed to switch my coordinator one month before the big day but the switch was smooth and Brittany Sayers was exceptional, efficient, and helpful throughout my big day. She kept us all on schedule and made sure that me and my husband were kept up to date on any changes being made on the fly. Everything was seamless between her and my Day-of -Coordinator, Brandy Youngel. I received many compliments about the menu and the venue, about how beautiful it was and how great the food tasted and I must agree! My only recommendations would be to include steak knives when serving a menu with steak. The top sirloin was tender but you would not know it right away having to cut it with a butter knife. Also, we would have liked the food to have been hotter. We had decided to do a buffet but the staff served me and my husband separately at our sweetheart table and the food was not as hot as we hoped. It did not diminish from the flavors, though. Overall, this venue is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you, Britany, for all your help, effort, and kindness throughout my big day! -

Ashton Gardens took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning! There’s so much included in their packages that take worries off your plate immediately after booking, biggest for me personally being the DJ. Everyone from booking a tour to the wedding day was easy to work with and as helpful as could be. Our coordinator Amanda is a bona fide superhero; nothing could go wrong with her at the wheel, and our whole day was perfect! The food and drinks (we had the brunch buffet with mimosas) at the reception were delicious, and everything went off without a hitch. Our rehearsal the day prior was made to be foolproof, so there was no worry about anything on the day of. And to top it all off, the biggest note of all, the chapel!!! I fell in love with it in photos, and it’s just as breathtaking in person. The massive windows at the altar make it feel like you’re out in the woods, but you still get the ease of an indoor wedding. If I had to do it again, I’d pick the same venue in a heartbeat! -

I just had my wedding at Ashton Gardens at the end of June, and it was perfect! The staff was SO AMAZING! They did not miss a beat! The servers passed the apps smoothly, got everyones plates out so quickly, and efficiently bussed all of the tables through the night! We ended up doing a late night snack as well so the food was continuously going throughout the entire event and it was flawless! All of the food was also amazing! If you're doing an appetizer, highly recommend the bacon wrapped jalapeño shrimp with a chipotle sauce!
The bar was also SO GOOD! The bartenders were so quick and fun! All of the guests loved the bartenders and couldn't stop talking about the signature drinks! We did 'something blue' as one of our signature drinks and it was the best!
The staff through out the planning process was also seamless! I always felt like my event was in great hands and everyone was making sure my event was exactly how I was imaging it (the turn out was even better).
Out of all of the staff, I was blessed to get Ciera as my coordinator! She is truly incredible! She made sure all of the details that I wanted or executed perfectly, she was on top of getting my wedding party in line (they were defiantly a rowdy group), she made sure all the staff was working together perfectly, and made sure all of my guests were taken care of as well as my husband and I!
If you're looking for a venue that will make your dream wedding come true, this is a venue for you! The quality of everything at the venue is top notch, and they work with you on everything that you are wanting! -
