Every part of the process—from our initial call to the moments after the grand exit—could not have been better. We would recommend Ashley Ridge to anyone looking to get married in the Denver area!
We knew that we picked the right venue from day one. Ashley Ridge clearly laid out what to expect: a process just standardized enough to ease the mountain of decisions we had to make, yet with plenty of room to add our own personal touches. Ashley Ridge offered a wide selection of secondary vendors—ideal for out-of-towners like us—and an intuitive timeline for what to do at different points in the planning process. It was helpful to see, as two very busy people, email reminders to select our food or music, or to schedule a call with our DJ. The Ashley Ridge team was very responsive and helpful in answering all types of questions we had, especially as the big day drew closer and our occasional emails turned into a five-times-a-day situation. We were glad to have seen the venue in person, but it was unsurprising that it lived up to the expectations we had formed online. As a nod to one of our favorite reality shows, love is blind when it comes to selecting a venue sight unseen!
It was also such a great joy working with Ashley Ridge. The overwhelming nature of wedding planning became much more manageable with the Ashley Ridge team by our side. Otherwise, neither of us would know the options of napkin-folding, how to arrange a cocktail table, what drapery is and why we might consider it, or how long it takes for certain parts of the night to unfold. They helped us at key points, yet their involvement never felt overwhelming.
We found Ashley Ridge's attention to us—not just as another couple, but two people they got to know over the course of a year—even more impressive. Even though their job is to make everyone’s wedding magical, it still felt like they were just as excited for us as they undoubtedly are for everyone else. We were so touched that they went out of their way to make sure we had vegan champagne to drink. It would have been easy for them to assume the benefit of the doubt of an unlabeled champagne (especially since we had told them it was vegan), but they put in the extra effort to visit a liquor store and verify.
For the event itself, so many people told us it was the best reception they had ever attended. Ashley Ridge was flexible with people coming from downtown (there was a protest that day that messed with the schedule a little bit). When we arrived, they offered a plate of vegan appetizers to us and made sure guests had everything they needed. Esias’ DJing ensured a packed dance floor that never faltered. We also could tell people loved the nachos and s’mores.
We could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator in Calypso. We trusted her very early in the process, and we are so grateful for her attention to detail, industry expertise, and moral support! McKiah also had incredible enthusiasm, even through the process of packing up at the end of the night! With Ashley Ridge, we did not have to stress, not even in the slightest way, that something would not be going according to plan. Phenomenal experience all around! -

We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Ashley Ridge and could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the planning team was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. The venue itself is beautiful with a layout that flowed perfectly throughout the night.
We received so many compliments from guests on how smooth and well-run everything was. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service from the DJ, bartenders, and staff was outstanding. Everyone went above and beyond to make the evening special and stress-free for our family.
A very special thank you to Calypso, our wedding planner, who was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. She helped bring our daughter’s vision to life and made sure everything ran flawlessly.

The team was great to work with from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, and Calypso was able to bring our vision to life. Their website and binder was very easy to use and super helpful for keeping us on track for wedding planning deadlines. The whole team and partnering vendors we worked with were always easy to reach and had answers to all of our questions. They were wonderful with helping us with all of the details, big and small. They made our wedding day absolutely perfect and we would recommend a Wedgewood venue to anyone. -

We had the pleasure of working with the team at Ashley Ridge to plan our wedding. From start to finish, we felt supported, heard, and prioritized. Whether it was our initial meetings with Bekkah and Calypso or the final meetings and day of coordination by Summer, Kira, and McKiah; the team consistently went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Our day came to life flawlessly and it’s truly because of the work of this team. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, atmosphere, and how seamlessly the night went. We truly attribute that to all the little things that Summer and McKiah did to make our dreams a reality (and then some!!) Summer made sure that the set up and execution of the schedule was spot on… she even surprised us day of with some thoughtful details that blew us away.
McKiah was so attentive to us and always made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the night. We went into the wedding planning process looking for a venue and team that could help us reduce the inevitable stress that comes with wedding planning and boy did we find it. Everyone needs an expert wedding planning team like this one on their side!! -

We had a great experience with the coordinators at Ashley Ridge -- they were extremely responsive and organized, and made the process of wedding planning so much easier. We got a package deal which also made flowers, DJ, cake, etc. so much simpler to pull together! Our wedding was a huge success; beautiful venue with some great spots for photos, fantastic food, all the staff at the venue were very attentive and thorough. We would definitely pick them again! -

Professionalism. This group truly works as a team from Sales, to Planning, to Execution. The staff is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. This was especially crucial for me as this was a destination wedding for me, so everything was accomplished virtually. The planning process was enjoyable, and for an out of town bride like me, the wedding planning binder was a lifesaver. The team the day-of was amazing. The extra, small touches were above and beyond what I expected.
Value. It was amazing how far our dollar stretched at Ashley Ridge! At other venues, the cost of simply renting the empty space covered the venue space and so much more at Ashley Ridge. They have great decor and extra features that would be an additional fee at other venues like the greenery wall and cloud lighting. The food was absolutely delicious as well! They also provide a military discount!
Location. This was an amazing spot for out-of-town guests as it sits by several hotels, restaurants, and things to do. The views of the mountains were stunning as well. There are several parks nearby for wedding party photos. There are tons of restaurants nearby for rehearsal dinners. -

Our wedding was everything that we dreamed of! Everything that I had planned and pictured came together beautifully at Ashley Ridge and that’s all thank you to our Coordinator Calypso. Calypso was seriously amazing. She made us feel like we were close friends and she was just a good friend making sure our wedding came together how we wanted! She even got us cute little glasses for me and my husband that said “til death” to match our theme 💕 the whole Ashley ridge team did an amazing job. They were the best at communication, whether that be through text message or email they were always answering all my millions of questions right away! Bekkah was also amazing! She made sure we had what we needed throughout the wedding and also before during planning! Sydney (also known as Rich) was our bartender and it was his birthday the day of our wedding. He was such a great time, kept coming and checking if me and my husband needed a refill on our drinks and he has such a great time with our guests! Everyone loved him and loved all of the Ashley Ridge team. All together they did such an amazing job I can’t say it enough. Then helping with setting up and taking everything down and packing everything was so helpful! Summer also helped during our rehearsal and was a huge help for me the day of the wedding. She helped put my vail in and also helped to bustle my dress. The one downfall of the night was our DJ through DJ maestro. Their name was Elizabeth, she was so sweet and kind but was not going off of our playlist at all and I do feel that she did not help with keeping the flow of the wedding, we felt so behind which I know can happen as the day flies by! But I do wish that she would have stayed on our playlist. Another small issue I felt, was that they did not have the curtains closed or have my husband turned around so that he didn’t see me as I was waiting to walk down the aisle so he did see me before which I felt took away from the moment a bit. Other than those small things, I would recommend Ashley Ridge over and over again! I wish I could throw another event there because of how much I loved it and loved the team! Your day would be magical with Ashley Ridge🖤 -

We had a small wedding of 50 people and it turned out perfect! Our coordinator, Erin, and the team were able to beautifully create what we wanted and it was the best evening of our lives! We had such a great time up to the very last minute! Our banquet captain Dylan was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were catered to the whole night. I can't say enough good things about our experience at Ashley Ridge. Bekkah and the entire team were incredible to work with. We had clear communication from our initial consult right up to our wedding day. They made the whole wedding experience seamless as I barely had any stress other than making the fun decisions like picking our colors and schedule our rehearsal. They literally took care of everything, we had a few meetings with the florist, bakery, DJ and the officiant, and we loved every vendor they paired us with. We also were able to attend a menu tasting event at another location before we settled on our choices. Again, it was so stress free that many of my friends commented that they had never seen such a relaxed bride. We had a ridiculously fun wedding and we couldn't have done without the expertise of Bekkah and the entire Wedgewood team. I'm beyond happy to have chosen Ashley Ridge as our wedding venue. -

Erin and Calypso and the whole team were such a great help! They were so patient and helpful! The quality of the whole wedding is so excellent the Ashley ridge team definitely made our day so special I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! It would have been the same without the amazing team! I love this team they were very helpful, understanding and made sure everything was very personalized to our liking and so much value! Amazing Experience!!
Ashley ridge made the wedding planning process so easy, they provided a binder with information and suggested dates to plan along with. They went above and beyond to answer any question we had and were so informative with details we had no clue to ask about. They executed our day so beautifully, no detail was left untouched.
Our guests and wedding party were able to relax and have a great time, the Ashley ridge group took care of everything for us! Bekkah, erin, and mckiah set our decor up, tore it all down, made sure we were all taken care of, and so much more. I can’t recommend Ashley ridge enough! -

We toured a number of Denver-area venues when we were getting started with the planning, and Ashley Ridge stood out to both of us immediately. We absolutely loved the location, with gorgeous mountain views in the background, and we were also in love with the ambiance and décor, which had a kind of modern luxe feel to it with an absolutely stunning crystal chandelier in the entry, beautiful recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, and large two story floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom.
We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning.
The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere.
We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. We both felt very well taken care of, the whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding!
Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Having quality vendors who have worked this venue before really contributed to a seamless flow on wedding day, and we were in love with the work all of them did, so we greatly enjoyed having all of those vendors included in our package from the get-go!
Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that.
A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! It was exactly the day we wanted, we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!! -

The Best Venue Ever

We got married on Friday, May 19th at the Ashley Ridge venue and absolutely everything was even more amazing than what we could have imagined! Rebekkah, our day-of event coordinator, was so helpful in keeping everything and everyone organized! She was still flexible and incredibly sweet even after falling a bit behind schedule due to a wardrobe malfunction! She took care of basically everything to ensure we had a perfect day, and surprised us with a framed picture on our sweetheart table of us kissing at our ceremony which seriously choked me up! McKiah, our event captain, was also wonderful! Her and Bekkah transitioned during the night seamlessly and McKiah took care of us for the rest of the night. She also had our best interest in mind for the rest of the evening and checked in with us to ask how we were and see if we needed anything! The chef, kitchen crew, and the banquet staff did an amazing job as well. Everything was setup perfectly, and the food was delicious which was a sentiment echoed by our guests as well from what they told us! Tara, Dani, and Jordan and the rest of the sales and planning stuff also did such an incredible job and made our lives so much easier by offering great advice, input, and their organizational skills throughout our entire planning process! Overall, we are beyond happy that we chose Wedgewood Weddings and Ashley Ridge to host our wedding - it was the most special and beautiful day of our lives and truly the wedding of our dreams! :) -

Amazing Team and Venue!!
We loved working with the team at Ashley Ridge! They were all so nice and helpful in planning our wedding day. We loved the all-inclusive aspect of this venue and how easy that made the planning process! We received so many compliments from guests on how yummy the food was, and how it was the best wedding food they'd had. And honestly, we'd have to agree with them! Everything went so perfectly, and we couldn't be any happier! -

Beautiful venue
I absolutely loved this venue! The ladies that work there are so helpful and will walk you through the entire process. They have an option for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. Their food was amazing as well. They have many options from the food, the lighting, to how everything is set up to fit any style! Incredible team
Ashley Ridge was INCREDIBLE to work with. We decided to have a destination wedding which was what has leaned us towards a wedding planning/venue. They smoothened every process so I never once felt like I was behind/stressed about wedding planning. From initially choosing them as our vendor, they sent us a binder for everything to plan with it perfectly laid out along with an expected timeline. Also their recommended vendors they such as their DJ or their officiant went above and beyond. The DJ helped get the party started with dancing, and the officiant even went to shake everyone’s hand after the ceremony.
Lastly, my team for the night were so good. The bartender made amazing drinks, and I was taken care of and never without help if I wanted a drink or water and didn’t want to get up. I would recommend them x1000! -

This venue was amazing, Mountain View without having to travel up in the mountains, walking distance to hotels. The staff were amazing, they ensured everything was set up and arranged perfectly, the whole night went smoothly. Even with the last minute change from outdoor to indoor ceremony due to wind and dust they had it perfect where it didn’t even look like it had to be moved. Their all inclusive packages make everything so easy, highly recommended -

We worked with Courtney throughout our planning process and she was incredible. She made everything so easy and fun. It was such a pleasure to work with her and she is a huge asset to your team. The venue is beautiful. One reason I loved it, is it has a close proximity to several hotels. People were able to walk over or take a short shuttle ride provided by the hotels. There is a separate space for ceremony and reception. Since our wedding was during March, we opted for an indoor ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful and romantic. Courtney made it so easy to connect with all my vendors. We appreciate all her help. All the vendors they work with were awesome and we had no issues at all. -

I am a wedding planner here in Colorado and I got to work with Ashley Ridge on three separate events this season. Their staff is phenomenal! I worked alongside with Courtney to plan out all the venue details for each event and she kept very thorough notes on all we talked about making my weddings a success! Vito was also another person I got to work with and he was literally on top of everything! Getting all the tables and chairs set to my specifications, working with me on last minute changes, working alongside myself and my staff when things needed to get done in a flash and never complained about anything or said no to me about anything. The staff there is so easy to work with and have such great positive attitudes that made working with them a breeze! -

It was great to work with planning team. Wedding was great and organizers were helping as much as possible with accommodations. Food service and DJ service was also good. Me and my wife enjoyed working with.
Logistics-wise. Venue is great for accesibility. There are hotels nearby which makes it easier for out-of-state visitors. -
