Ashley is truly amazing at what she does. From the start with our engagement session to the wedding day, she made us feel entirely comfortable and took the stress out of it. It felt like having a friend there solely for whatever you needed. Her work is fantastic! She gets you a sneak peek of your sessions so speedy, it makes you that much more excited for the full gallery.

Ashley did a phenomenal job. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. We had so much fun with her at our engagement shoot, so on wedding day we were already comfortable. She was efficient and got great shots without us having to "stage" much. She was really quick in getting photos back to us and went above and beyond. Saying Ashley (and her associate photographer, Bri) was amazing just does not do her justice. Ashley did both our engagement photos and wedding photos, and both were stunning. The communication with Ashley throughout the entire process was easy, she always responded quickly. She was so willing to answer our questions and give us tons of wedding planning advice. She made sure to get every single shot we asked for. Her skills are beyond unbelievable. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes sure you are having fun while taking all of your photos. She even helped me with our timeline, which helped the day run smoothly. Her turnaround time is extremely fast, unrivaled in the industry. We received our sneak peeks less than 12 hours after the photography ended. We received our full wedding gallery less than 2 weeks after our wedding date! We were blown away by all of the photos. Her editing is top quality and every single photo looks stellar. We could not recommend Ashley enough for any occasion, not just weddings!

Ashley was the most amazing photographer, we highly recommend her! She was easy to work with from the very beginning - my husband and I said to each other that we felt like we were friends with her from our very first call. Ashley was always very responsive, easy to communicate with, and just overall an excellent photographer - she is so talented! We were both nervous about having professional photos taken, but Ashley made it so easy to feel relaxed and enjoy our engagement shoot and wedding day! Every single person we have spoken to since the wedding commented on how awesome Ashley (and her second photographer Bree) was and how organized and calm they were the entire wedding. Ashley returned our wedding album so quickly which was awesome because we were able to share photos from our big day so quickly with friends and family! We could not have imagined our wedding day without Ashley!! Starting with our initial reach out, she was super responsive and thorough when trying to understand our vision. She set our expectations for the entire process and was extremely easy to work with. We had so much fun with her during our engagement session and were so happy with how the photos turned out. Ashley is an incredible photographer! Her photographs captured our wedding day perfectly! I love every single one! Ashley is professional, punctual, kind, reassuring, and goes out of her way to understand her clients. Navigating engagement photos, an elopement, and big wedding during the covid pandemic had my anxiety on high alert! Update:
With our wedding day behind us, we couldn’t be more THRILLED with Ashley’s work. I look at all our photos and instantly smile. And my mother, who is notoriously difficult to please, texts me every day to tell me what a great job Ashley did with all our pictures.
Let me add: Ashley was not just an excellent photographer. She was also a part-time bridesmaid, helping with my bustle and all the stressful wedding day snafus we went through. We never asked. She just jumped in where she was needed, because she is an incredible human.

I am so, so lucky we found Ashley to be our wedding photographer.
From day 1, she's been extremely responsive and accommodating. When we had to postpone our wedding because of coronavirus concerns, she offered to come to the courthouse for no extra charge if we chose to make it legal before the big ceremony/reception. Postponing our wedding has been an extremely emotional experience, and that gesture from Ashley meant the world to us.
While that shows how amazing Ashley is as a person, she's also an incredible photographer. She shot our engagement photos and we've received SO many compliments from family and friends. We were so nervous, but she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera-- and it really shows in the photos.
I would recommend Ashley as a wedding photographer 100 times over!

Ashley was AMAZING! She was such a delight to work with from our engagement photo session in the fall to our wedding in May! She is so much fun to shoot with too, we couldn’t stop smiling and laughing together and truly had a blast! Ashley was my favorite part of my wedding. The quality of photos is superior to any other photos I’ve seen. She is fun and energetic, she’s super cool and is so easy going. Ashley rocks!
Ashley did our engagement and wedding photos. She was incredibly professional and even had a few dozen photos for us to look at the morning after our big day. She had our whole gallery to us quickly and the quality is fantastic!! We are putting our album together now and can't wait to have it sitting on our coffee table for years to come. Ashley and her second shooter were on top of everything and we barely knew they were there during the reception but they were able to snap some great shots of the party. Will be using her for many photo shoots to come and highly recommend her!

Beautiful Engagement/wedding photos
I would highly recommend booking Ashley Hesse! We booked her for our wedding and as a piece of this we also received an engagement session. I am not someone who likes to be in the spotlight and I usually feel awkward posing for photos. But her calm and somewhat quiet nature put me and my husband at ease. The engagement session provided us an opportunity to get comfortable with her style and learn a bit about each other. She guided us through several natural poses and caught the candid moments in between. She is an expert at capturing natural light in any setting. She even managed to capture beautiful photos on an extremely windy and cold beach. For our wedding, she was flexible despite numerous last minute changes secondary to the COVID pandemic. We absolutely loved our photos and they were delivered to us less than a month after our wedding!

Great experience in time of COVID
We booked Ashley for our wedding before COVID-19 hit. In the months before the wedding, she was so gracious and flexible amid multiple shifting dates for our engagement shoot and the wedding itself. She made an otherwise stressful experience so much more pleasant with how accommodating and understanding she was of our situation. This just goes to show how much she really cares about her clients. The photos on the day of turned out beautiful, and we'll have so many lasting memories of our day because of them. Highly recommend working with Ashley!

Best decision ever
Ashley was an amazing photographer for our recent wedding. My fiance and I picked her because she had shot at our venue before, we loved her work, and her packages were straightforward and very reasonable. After meeting with her we knew it was a great choice because of her knowledgeable, professional, and relaxed nature (as well as a great sense of humor). Ashley was super adaptable to our requests that might have been a bit off the norm- shooting our engagement pictures at our home, including our dog, and having a massive group photo at our wedding. She also brought great ideas to the table and gave direction to our group so well. She helped to keep things moving, while simultaneously capturing AMAZING images. Looking back on our gallery I am completely brought back to that day and very impressed at the ease of which Ashley orchestrated capturing all of it. I know she worked so hard but she made it look easy! She was also very communicative before, after, and during our event and had the speediest turn around and plenty of sneak peaks to get us excited about what she captured.
The value of Ashley's work far exceeded our expectations. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in all of our wedding planning!

Easy Going, Funny and The Best!
Ashley was amazing! As a COVID bride, our original photographer couldn't shoot our new date, but she suggested I reach out to Ashley and I couldn't be happier she did! She is so flexible, easy going, funny, and truly captured the feeling of our wedding perfectly. There were TWO thunderstorms that came through on our wedding day that changed our timeline slightly and she was cool as a cucumber adjusting where the photos needed to be taken before the wedding. She was efficient on the wedding day and so quick in getting the full gallery to us after the wedding with all our beautiful photos. I can't recommend her enough!

Ashley is hands down the best decision I made while planning my wedding. (Besides saying I do, lol) Both her and her second shooter were AMAZING. Ashley really takes the time to get to know you as a couple to ensure your photos reflect your personalities and the uniqueness of your day and relationship. From the start, her details are evident in the surveys she provides to get to know you and all of the in and out details of your wedding, to help make sure she captures everything you want captured. And, the addition of the engagement shoot is just spectacular. It was great for her and us to get to know each other, and get comfortable in front of the camera. (the engagement shots looked awesome as well!)

I cannot express in words how wonderful Ashley is. I had absolutely no idea how weddings worked when I started the search for a photographer. I, like many other brides had searched and inquired with many but something was very different when I inquired with Who’s that girl photography. Ashley wanted to meet to go over the details of what she offered which was great for me because I had no idea what I was doing. When we met with her for the first time I immediately knew she was the one I wanted behind the camera on my wedding day. Ashley allowed us to ask all of the silly questions and also answered questions we didn’t even know to ask. We planned our engagement session and if was perfect! We had our engagement photos SO fast it was unbelievable. On to wedding day, Ashley was the person I trusted most. I felt a calm when she arrive (early, might I add). She got to work right away with the most beautiful detailed shots. Did I mention it was 90 degrees and Ashley was working that camera!! She is so easy to work with and I have gotten so many compliments from family and guest about her generosity and professionalism. She even had a slide show of sneak previews during the reception that had guest in awe! If you are looking for a photographer, I highly recommend you take the time to meet with Ashley.
