Working with Ash was great from the beginning to end. She is super professional with great energy. She made the event fun and took excellent photos to help me capture all the moments I missed. If you want someone who is fun, energetic and excellent at photography, Ash is your person. -

Don't hesitate- get Ash Renee Photography!
If you're getting married in the Austin area don't even hesitate- just do it! Ash is absolutely fantastic, professional and will go the extra mile for your special day! We initially talked to Ash over a year out before the wedding because I have had my eye on her work before we were even officially engaged and I didn't want to miss out on her. She answered any questions we had and was super personable through Zoom (we currently live out of state but got married in Texas). She kept in contact between our deposit and big day, and was quick to respond to any messages I sent. The day of she was a life saver- I was dealing with an emergency and she was Wonder Woman taking decor pictures and helping my family get the venue together. She got all the shots we were wanting and when inspiration hit she went for it! She was even able to quickly get family shots that we had planned to get before the ceremony but couldn't due to my emergency. She was adament that we got our few moments of alone time before the reception, made sure we had some food and drinks. She helped us keep on schedule - major points when everything goes by so fast. She was committed to her job the entire time she was scheduled. I just can't say enough! Prompt - Professional - Perfect! If I could give an infinity out of 10 I would! Thank you so much Ash for our amazing day! -

Exactly What We We’re Looking For!
Ash was fantastic and I’m so happy we went with her for our wedding photography! She was super easy to connect with and great at communicating! She definitely got the vibe/flow of our wedding and offered great advice when needed. Day of she made us feel so comfortable and our guests loved her! Our pictures are amazing and exactly what I was wanting. We love that her photos have a very bright, natural, and timeless look. I’m sure we will love getting to look back out our pictures for years to come! -

Ash was an amazing person and photographer to work with during our wedding. Not only did she take amazing photos of us and our families during our ceremony and reception, she provided comfort to ease nerves and helped around our venue during the reception without being asked. She was joyful, personable, funny and we have such great memories of working with her. The photos are lovely and you can tell that Ash is a true professional and is skilled at what she does. She has a great eye for capturing posed and candid moments. We will work with her again for any event or celebration that needs photos! I highly recommend her services. -

We're big Ash fans!
Ash is a true gem. We first met with her via zoom last year and immediately felt comfortable and excited to work with her - even with the barriers of not being in in-person space! Her energy is amazing and we 100% aligned on aesthetic and she understood our vision super well. Also a great communicator. For the day of the wedding, she was a wonderful presence (she even got me a glass of wine as I did some deep breaths!). She had to manage some less than ideal lighting conditions for the ceremony, and she did marvelously. The pictures were beautiful and captured the day so well! Highly recommended! -

Ash did an outstanding job at our wedding. We were lucky to have found her within a month of the wedding date and she was quick to respond and easy to work with from the get go. During the wedding day, Ash was sure to come prepared with a list of shots that suited our venue and also our specific requests. Ash’s positive energy really helped make our day special and as a couple who doesn’t take a lot of professional photos, she made us feel comfortable and made the experience a fun one. -

Ash was super easy to work with and responded to our last minute request quickly. She was at the spot early and was super helpful as we figured out all the moving pieces of our wedding/engagement photo shoot with our anxious dog. Our relatives loved the pictures and I thought her pricing was fair a long with the photo options that she gave us at the end. We also didn't have to chase after her for our photos she sent them to us in a timely manner. -

Ash didn't *just* take beautiful photos of our wedding - she was instrumental to the comfortable, laid-back atmosphere of our wedding. I was a very relaxed (unprepared?) bride without much of a vision for what photos I wanted, or even how the wedding day would flow, and I was able to just sit back and follow Ash's lead on what to do and where to go for the best possible pictures. Her confidence, warmth, and calm demeanor really helped ease my pre-ceremony nerves. Ash also went above and beyond what I would expect of a typical wedding photographer; she noticed that my niece communicates with sign language, and used her own sign language skills to communicate directly to her while taking family photos, which meant so much to our family!
All of our favorite photos were Ash's ideas that she took the initiative to capture. Her attention to detail shows in the photos we'll cherish for the rest of our lives! -

WE LOVED HER! Ash made our wedding experience run smoothly, and it was nice to not have to worry about the picture aspect of things on the day of. She was flexible, communicated clearly, and helped walk us through the whole picture process on the day of. She provided poses, and even let me send her a list of pictures I wanted before hand that she referenced on the day of. She was very detail oriented, and it showed in the photos when we got them back. She was easy to communicate with and get ahold of beforehand (which brides you know is not always the case for vendors). Our families loved all the photos and I am currently working on figuring out which ones I want to blow up, and frame for our new home! I can't recommend her enough! -

Just. Book. Her. Ash Renee provided such a smooth experience for my husband and I. During the beginning of the Pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding several times before we found a safe way to gather friends and family. Despite this she was so flexible and understanding and I was so thankful for one less reason to stress. The pictures came out amazing and I show them to as many people as possible...haha even if they get annoyed.
If you are awkward when it comes to taking photos, dont worry she will make you look confident and fabulous anyways. She hosts virtual consulations to get to know you and what you want the photo experience to look like. Coming into the shoot, she comes waaaaaay early, scouts out amazing spots and is able to give you cool creative poses. You feel completely at ease with her!
Also if you are a black bride like me, she will capture you and your families beautifully AS WELL as any shade. My wedding photos had people of many backgrounds and shades and we all looked so good.
Also, her packages are VERY well priced, and is very honest about costs, (she even suggested I chose a lower price tier based on my needs)
I can't recommend her enough. -

Ash photographed my husband and I for our engagement and wedding day. Neither of us like having our photos taken, but we enjoyed the experiences. I just have to put it out there that I am the most awkward person. That being said, I was SO nervous about being in front of the camera. Ash is seriously so sweet and so personable and made us feel as natural and comfortable as possible. She does beautiful work and we are so thankful we'll have her pictures to always look back on. Logistically, Ash is communicative and quick to respond. It was also a nice touch to FaceTime with her beforehand so we weren't having to pose in front of a complete "stranger." We would 100% book with Ash again. -

Ash was excellent to work with both beforehand to meet with us to go through the services she provides, to our big day to capture the moments we wanted most. She even recommended a wedding coordinator for us who we ended up booking!
The day of our wedding Ash arrived early to shoot the venue, accessories and decor, & our getting ready photos in both of our suites. From the ceremony to the family photos, the quality she sent us is exceptional and we are SO glad we hired her - she even went so far as to push herself back into bushes to get some of our family shots! I'd absolutely recommend Ash for her professionalism, her quality and stealthiness (which is important during the ceremony to remain unseen while working so hard!) Thank you SO much Ash for helping us forever remember the day we said "I do"!!! -

Ash was very punctual and professional throughout the whole experience. Communication with her was very easy and she responded to all of our questions via email or in person. Neither my husband nor I had ever taken professional photos for anything and we were super nervous in the first engagement session, but we relaxed by end because Ash was nonjudgmental and encouraging. We even had a second engagement session with our dog. And our wedding pictures, they turned out beautiful! Ash captured many nice moments; we only hired her for a few hours but we wish we had her longer!

Ash was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was always so quick to return emails or phone calls, and arrived perfectly on time for the wedding. The preparation and shot list was so well organized and inclusive, it really took a lot of the anxiety out of trying to think about what and who needed to be in which picture! We paid for an extra couple of hours, which was definitely worth it. The photos we got back were such high quality, everything from the ceremony to family pictures to people busting a move on the dance floor. And Ash is just the sweetest person, she even helped to fix my bustle! Before, during, and after the wedding, Ash was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We definitely made the right choice!

The shooting sites she chose we are all in line with our vision; she took the time to make sure the right shots were taken; her knack for catching small but special moments is real; and her willingness to help during the wedding was above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. All at a reasonable rate to boot! We recommend her and her company without any reservation. We will hire her again!

Kenna Sent on 01/09/2018Ash captured our wedding day beautifully!! We met with Ash twice for coffee before booking her, and she was so kind and professional. She listened to our hopes and dreams for our photos and even came up with a special package for us as we wanted something more specific.
On our wedding day, she was early and so professional! She was very patient when trying to take pictures of our large wedding party and families and all of the pictures turned out wonderfully! We are so in love with every photo that she took!!
For our couple shoot during the wedding, she let us be ourselves and captured our personalities so perfectly and all of the photos turned out AMAZING! We highly recommend Ash for your upcoming wedding or family event! She is easy to work with, friendly and very good at what she does! -

Ash is very bubbly and friendly. She is a great listener and remembers everything. She even wore my wedding colors. She was early to the site (two hours away from Austin) and left late. I’m not expecting anyone to do this but I’m just telling you what happened. I did my own makeup and she took shots of my face multiple times to ensure I wasn’t making any terrible mistakes. We discussed ahead of time that I am a fan of candid shots and she caught plenty of those!! Poor Ash had to jump in the very very back of my cousin’s SUV to ride with me to the altar due to the setup of the venue. She even traipsed through the woods with us to get those important wilderness shots. And best of all, the sunset photos. The sunset photos brought out so many colors that were actually there but barely visible during our November wedding. I don’t have a single complaint about Ash and I absolutely love all of my photos! -
