Unparalleled Wedding Day Photography

We hired Tatiana and the ArtVesta Studio team for our May 3rd, 2024 wedding. Tatiana was FABULOUS leading up to the event. My then-fiancé and I had an engagement photo shoot with her 7 months prior to our wedding to get comfortable with her and so that she could get to know our personalities a bit. Throughout the planning process, Tatiana was extremely quick to respond to any of my emails, and was always so patient when ensuring that I understood what was being communicated, which was super helpful in order to understand her process for someone with essentially zero photography knowledge. Tatiana is extraordinary detail oriented, and had every photography-related moment of the day mapped out within a timeline so that everyone knew what was happening when. We had multiple calls with her leading up to event day to ensure that everything was in order. Towards the end of the planning process, my fiancé and I were agonizing about enhancing our package from the one we had originally booked in order to have 2 photographers for the whole event. In the end, we made the change and we have absolutely zero regrets that we did so that all moments were captured.

On event day, Tatiana and her team showed up exactly on time. Despite us getting slightly behind schedule due to my mom arriving at the venue later than anticipated, the ArtVesta team more than made up for lost time and extraordinarily efficiently made it through each and every one of our “must have “ formal photos in record time, as Tatiana’s assistant checked each one off a list as they were taken to ensure that none were missed. I got SO many compliments from friends and family about how organized, professional and accommodating Tatiana and her team were throughout the whole event.

The photos arrived ~6 weeks after wedding day—weeks before I was anticipating them. I am truly blown away by both the quantity and quality of all of the photos to choose from. Tatiana and her team are INCREDIBLY talented in capturing every detail using a broad range of techniques and photography styles. My only struggle now is finding enough wall space for all the photos. I truly cannot recommend Tatiana and the ArtVesta team more for your next event. Although wedding day is sadly over, I have the breathtaking pictures to serve as memories for a lifetime to come

An artist and a pro

Tatiana is a wonderful photographer and a complete professional. From the beginning, she put us at ease, took our requests and suggestions seriously, and worked with us to do an engagement shoot that resulted in incredible photos, even though neither of us feel natural in front of a camera.

On our wedding day we trusted Tatiana and her team to do their thing, and they were able to get everything on our shot list without any stress. Beyond posed and staged shots, Tatiana has an amazing eye for interesting and creative photos. Also, we got our photos back faster than anyone else we know, and they're beautiful.

Best photographer ever

I first met Tatiana Valerie in 2012 at The Knot Gala through another connection. At that time, I was a freelance writer for The New York Times. I wrote feature articles about wedding technology trends. Aside from her warm and positive personality, I could tell how passionate and committed she was to her craft of photography.

Due to her professionalism and pure talent, I hired Tatiana for my headshots in 2012 and 2015. The walls of Tatiana’s photo studio are filled with large canvas photos of some of her past wedding clients on their special day.

She instantly made me feel comfortable in front of the camera in both photo shoots. Tatiana was able to capture my essence and personality in the photos. I deeply appreciated the amount of precision she applied to every shot. Before snapping a picture, she noticed a strand of hair in my face and politely asked me to move it behind my ear. After working with Tatiana on two photo shoots, I knew that I wanted to hire her to capture every magical moment on my wedding. That big day came this past May.

Tatiana arrived early to the venue. She made sure to take all the “getting ready” photos (of my matrons of honor helping me put on my dress and shoes, and my dress and shoes on a customized hanger with my new surname). She captured the love, laughter and magic as my husband and I exchanged our handwritten vows and rings during the garden ceremony. Aside from completing all the photos on our must-have photo list, Tatiana also captured candid photos of my relatives and friends joyfully dancing with my husband and I.

All the pictures authentically tell the story of my wedding. It was difficult to choose one wedding photo for the thank you cards. I’m so grateful that I met Tatiana. I highly recommend her studio (Artvesta Studio) for any of your photography needs (especially your big day)!!!

I don't even know where to begin in expressing my extreme gratitude for Tatiana and her team. Absolutely incredible experience. Tatiana was wonderful from beginning to end, she was not only sweet, friendly and a beautiful person, she was also the picture of professionalism. The entire time I was in great hands and I didn't doubt it for one second. When I received the photos and footage of my wedding, my heart stood still. My wife and I were blown away by Tatiana's photographs and videos. We flip through our album all the time and people rave about our pictures. Just beautiful! Our wedding venue uses has her pictures all over their instagram page because they are the best. Looking through her pictures brings our wedding back to us every time we look through them.

Tatiana was such an incredible photographer. She made my wedding experience at Essex House truly special and memorable. She captured the most important moments and was extremely attentive to me throughout the entire day. She was very professional, organized and made sure to capture everything I wanted. Tatiana went above and beyond for my wedding. She even took a special engagement photo shoot for us and those photos turned out to be so gorgeous. Tatiana and her team are THE BEST people to work with hands down. I hired Tatiana initially to do my professional headshots and we kind of hit it off because we both loved travelling and food. That was why I hired her to capture my surprise engagement to my long time girlfriend.

I was soooo nervous and also struggled to find the best moment and spot. Tatiana was both professional and helpful. She helped me pick out the right spot after I waffled back and forth 15 times. She also calmed me down and reassured me with her own story of her engagement to her man. Long story short... We got the shot and it was OUTSTANDING.

I have already hires her for our upcoming wedding.

For anyone trying to decide on a photographer I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tatiana. The pictures from our wedding were amazing and captured everything from leading up to the ceremony all the way through the very end. There were an unbelievable amount of great shots of not only us but also family and friends, truly a great job capturing the emotion of us and family members. Tatiana and her team were very professional a detailed oriented making sure to capture all the different combinations of family we requested as well as so many candid shots. photography and beautiful experience working with Tatiana's team.

We met Tatiana at her Wine and Cake Social and were impressed by Tatiana's warm personality, positive vibes, and her beautiful work. We knew right away that we found the perfect wedding photographer... Our wedding photographer.

I have two words to describe Tatiana: she cares. She really cares about her clients. Sometimes her replies to our emails were sent out at 2AM! She spent a significant number of hours consulting and educating us about wedding planning and wedding photography. She helped us improve our family combinations list to ensure smooth flow of our after ceremony photo session. She also scouted our reception location a few weeks prior to the wedding day to better plan her photos.

Our photographs and video turned out gorgeous! We were so excited to watch our video for the first time! It felt like we were reliving our wedding day!

We would definitely recommend Tatiana to anyone in need for professional photography or videography

Tatiana is the best!!!

We had a wedding recently in the NYC area and the logistics were totally chaos. We had family flying in from all over and folks from the far east had their flight delayed and were also terribly jet lagged.

We spent most of our energies just trying to adjust and keep everyone on an even keel and just didn't pay much attention to the pictures.

Thank goodness for Tati!

She was totally calm, cool and collected. We had our ordering wrong... Some of the parents, aunts, and uncles were dying of heat and cranky. Tatiana stepped in... even fixed the order we took pictures to make sure we get the most "delicate" people out of the way ASAP (we originally had it completely backwards!!).

The whole wedding experience ended up being just fine but it took everything out of us! We are just so glad that Tatiana and her team were so professional and fantastic because they actually took a whole load off of us on our most important day.

Best of all... The pics came out FANTASTIC!

When I saw my photo in a major nationwide wedding magazine I was overwhelmed with joy and satisfaction that we made the right choice hiring Tatiana to document our wedding. Tatiana has some serious talent and her photos are mind blowingly amazing! Seriously amazing.

Speaking about our wedding day, it was the most beautiful day of our lives so far and Tatiana captured so many gorgeous photos of us getting ready, our parents and bridal party, the ceremony, our families and so many other great details and moments that are so precious. Tatiana has a great eye for detail and she is very good at capturing candid moments.

I really liked and appreciated Tatiana’s gentle guidance throughout our engagement and wedding photoshoots, we look so natural and beautiful in all pictures thanks to Tatiana. Tatiana was the best parts of my wedding planning experience! She started our photo shoot earlier then was scheduled but we were running a little late with the hair and makeup. Tatiana and her team worked very well under pressure. They were very organized, sharp and focused. They knew exactly what to do to stay on track with our “must-take” pictures and kept everyone calm. I also had a fashion emergency and Tatiana’s sewing kit saved me from going insane on my wedding day! It felt like I had a reliable friend by my side all day long and it was incredible!

Tatiana is not only a gifted artist, she is also very personable and warm. She helped my wife and I before the wedding deciding the flow of photographs, suggesting make up and accessories for my wife and teaching us the proper way to pose. (That was a special challenge to teach me :).

During the ceremony and wedding, she captured the vision and spirit of the affair. There were numerous photos of people gathering and dancing that we missed on our big day. But we have them forever now, thanks to Tatiana.

She was very aware of the time she took on staged photos and did not want to interfere with the experience of our day. She was pretty innocuous after the staged photos in the church and reception hall.

Her artistic talent is really showcased after the wedding when she helps the bride and groom sort through ominous number of shots and waddles down to the agreed upon number of shots to be prepared for the album.

She creates a seamless story through the way she creates the layout. We had a prepared first dance. In the layout, she created an outside circle of pictures depicting the movement of the dance and in the middle, slightly larger, she had a picture of me dipping my wife at the end of our song. It was beautiful.

The final product, a burgundy leather-bound, photo album with gold trimmed pages and very high quality images imprinted directly onto the thick pages is a work of art - from outside to inside.

I love showing my album to our friends. I feel like I'm reliving that special day each time I open it.

What more does one need? She's an award winning Manhattan-based artist / photographer. Scoop her up if she's available!

I had a great experience working with Tatiana. It started two years ago when my now wife found Tatiana's website online and convinced me that we needed to schedule an appointment with Tatiana because she thought that Tatiana's weddings were very classy and clean. I've never been one to go overboard with taking pictures. In fact, I hate taking pictures.

When we met Tatiana in person, we thought she was very real. You can clearly tell she is very much into the work. She asked us a ton of questions about ourselves, how we met, and what we liked about each other. We could see that she really liked learning everyone's stories and how she could get some pretty up tight people to open up, which I think is generally a good thing. We were convinced after spending an hour with her. What's MORE is that listening to her and seeing her work actually made me feel that going with a higher end photographer is worthwhile. What happened next was that Tatiana carefully planned our wedding day photo session. Tatiana exceeded our expectations in every possible way. She captured the whole story of our wedding day with all its details and emotions yet she and her team managed to remain unobtrusive and practically invisible throughout the entire day.

A special kudos goes to Tatiana for dealing with our difficult family in doing the family photos. Tatiana carefully planned the sequence of our family photos.

Looking back at the two years periodically interacting with Tatiana, I can tell that she is so dedicated to her craft. There is so much more to being a photographer than taking pictures. Tatiana has that gift to draw out the best from those around and then to capture those brief magical moments, which is simply priceless.

My wife and I can't thank Tatiana enough for capturing our magical moments and being such a pleasure to deal with throughout all this time.

Our wedding party photographer, Tatiana, provided us with highly professional services and beautiful wedding pictures. She was extremely easy to work; she met with us before hand to discuss what we wanted and exceeded all our expectations at the event. She dressed professionally and blended into our wedding party becoming more of a "fly on the wall" rather than being intrusive. She was always nearby to take spontaneous group photos we wanted to with our friends but at the same time she was not hanging over us and posing us during the party. She let us be natural. Before the party she did pose us for formal shots and was prepared to take all the combinations of shots we requested as well as creative shots of her own which were wonderful. The results of her photography were beautiful. As an amateur photographer myself I had lots of questions for her; all her answers set me at ease. She gives the customer exactly what they would want at a very reasonable price. The things that stand out about her services are: beautiful pictures, easy to work with, uses suggestions, dresses appropriately, blends into the crowd, always available and polite. Our pictures were delivered to us in large digital formats not only on disc and USB but also online. We could not ask for anything more!

We had the priviledge of being clients of Tatiana before our wedding.Tatiana chronicled our engagement and bridal party meeting by means of pictures. We knew that when we were planning our wedding that Tatiana would be the perfect photographer to capture our wedding moments. Although we had a destination wedding, we wanted our welcome party and wedding to still capture the love that we had for our friends and family and certainly one another. We also wanted our guests to feel as if they were part of our event. Tatiana made everyone feel more than welcomed and she ensured that everyone was a part of our celebration. Welcome pictures were taken and all of our guests were excited to be a part. Over the past two years, I have come to appreciate Tatiana as a professional and as a special part of our lives. She has such a warm personality and is keenly interested in capturing the love that a couple has for one another. Our family and friends all spoke favorablly about Tatiana personally as well as her detail to her art. They admired her dedication to her craft, and commented on the fact that she really is focused on capturing the perfect moment, which is exactly what we wanted. We recently had Tatiana from Artvetsa photograph my husband's surprise birthday party. What a delight she is to work with! Tatiana is extremely professional and helpful. When I called her a few weeks before the event, she answered all my questions so patiently and didn't push me into making any decisions. Given her immense pleasantness and flexibility, I chose her photograph our event and couldn't be happier that I did.

Tatiana asked me about my preferences prior to the event and was meticulous in making sure that all of them were fulfilled during the event. I wasn't sure how long we would need her for that evening and she was completely flexible about letting us decide on the fly about until when we would want her to be there. She even gavve me great suggestions about a photobook I was trying to put together for the event.

And can't say enough about how spectaculat the pictures have come out. All our friends haven't stopped complimenting the amazing photography! We are so glad to have such fantastic memories to relive that fun evening!

Tatiana approached our wedding day photography like a business project that needed to be planned in advance and her plan actually worked out perfectly! We got all must-have shots taken as well as a lot of spontaneous, natural, photo journalistic photos. Tatiana is very personal, before our wedding day she learned about us as a couple and asked about our significant moments and significant items to photograph.

Tatiana is a very hard working and passionate individual. She was snapping away with no rest throughout the entire day caring a professional smile and maintaining calm demeanor.

I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone in search for quality photography and video services.

Tatiana at Artvesta Studios was an absolute dream to work with. She is extremely professional yet personal. Her communication is great. Her photos are so creative. Many of my friends were so jealous at seeing our photos because they were so creative. I found her out of the blue and feel so lucky. At our reception, she was so subtle. You barely knew she was there but you'd see flashes going off. Creative, attentive, reliable..... I would recommend her and her company to anyone.

Spectacular wedding photographers!

I am giving this place 5 stars because:

- The pictures of my wedding came out simply breathtaking and spectacular!
- All my pictures came with touchups (other studios charge $15-20 per image for any retouching or color corrections)
- We received 1,654 awesome digital photos in hi-resolution and everyone looks great in the pictures.
- The amount of time Tatiana (the owner and the lead photographer) spent with me on the phone and in person making sure I'm getting everything my way is simply ridiculous! Day and night she was there to assist me.
- They made it easy for our guests to order pictures online making it really easy on us.
- Our wedding video is S-P-E-C-T-A-C-U-L-A-R, it looks like a real movie and I am not exaggerating. It is so beautiful, every single second of it, that it makes me cry tears of joy every time I watch it.
- The entire experience with the Artvesta studio team was completely stress free. They were always on time, well-organized, and well-prepared.
- For the quality and service that they offer their prices are very good.
- Top city location.

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our wedding pictures and our overall experience with Artvesta Studio team. Their attention to detail and absolute organization at the event were secondary only to the quality of the photography they delivered. We received about one thousand AMAZING, BREATHTAKING, ARTISTIC photographs which ranged from photojournalistic snapshots to wonderfully and tastefully arranged group pictures. Every meaningful detail was captured on camera; we keep looking through all the wonderful pictures and relive our big day.

The owner of Artvesta Studio, Tatiana Valerie, deserves a special praise for her valuable input into our planning process. First of all, when my husband and I first met with Tatiana she spent an enormous amount of time educating us about different options in photography and videography coverage, demonstrating various samples, and introducing trending styles. Once we were both confident in our choice, we happily worked to finalize all terms of our contract.

Tatiana took her time to carefully plan our engagement and wedding day photo shoots. As a result neither of our photo sessions was stressful. As a matter of fact, we kept getting compliments from our relatives and friends on how fast and efficient Tatiana's team was.

Indeed! They were professional, unobtrusive, friendly, and well prepared.

Artvesta team shot our wedding this past June in NJ. They were beyond amazing and we still talk about how thrilled we were with every element of their work. They shoot exquisite pictures, elegant, artsy, romantic, classic, modern & creative. They are sweet & fun & made the whole experience so pleasant! We had quite a few “sides” of our family, and many young children involved, and they were patient & worked with us. Our video is gorgeous, creative & captured all of the key moments. They were professional & efficient & should probably charge 10x more than they do. You guys are the best!!

After a long search for a photographer for my wedding, I stumbled across Artvesta's website and was immediately impressed with the style and quality of the photography. I contacted Tatiana and she was willing to work with our budget and time frame (we had just over a month until the big day). Her responsiveness to our questions was always prompt and she provided feedback and perspective that helped us make stylistic choices for the photographs that would be taken that day. On the day of the wedding, she was prompt and prepared and controlled the photography sessions with complete professionalism. We enjoyed every bit of the experience and absolutely love the pictures. If I need a photographer for a future event, I will definitely hire her again.

Words cannot express how happy my family and I were left with Artvesta Studio. Tatiana and her team were absolutely AMAZING!

During the wedding, Tatiana made me and my husband so comfortable and it became instantly easy to pose and be stress free. Overall the pictures were FABULOUS and the video left me, my husband and family overwhelmed with emotion. Everything was done so beautifully that while watching this video we cried, laughed and were left extremely happy.

I am so thankful for Tatiana and her team. They are super professional and overall great people to work with. I know without a doubt that my wedding is not the last time I will be using Artvesta Studio and will definitely be recommending her to anyone that needs a photographer or videographer.

I just had the pleasure of having a photo shoot in Central Park and in the studio with Tatiana. It was a fantastic experience!
Tatiana is a highly skilled and very creative professional. She came up with loads of great ideas for locations and poses for the pictures.
She was also very detail oriented -- kept checking my make-up, and clothing to make sure both were neat. She was technically skilled,
had a good eye for setting, and was warm and very professional. She kept showing me the pictures after each ten shots, so we could mutually decide which ones were "keepers" and which ones needed to be modified. The whole experience was collaborative and fun.

Highly recommended.

My Family and I would like to thank you for your wonderful work at my daughter's "Cross into the Blue" Party on June 15 of 2007.

I could not believe that I was able to get a CD with all the photos taken at the party right after the event, that same night. You managed to capture the very spirit of that special evening.

Having Artvesta studio as our wedding photographer and videographer was a truly amazing experience. The team was very professional and stress free. When we got our pictures on the CD we kept looking on the screen for hours enjoying and reliving the special day. All the photos were of exceptional quality and true to life, and truly depicted the energy of the day.

Tatiana did an amazing job on our engagement photos! She has a great eye and was able to spot amazing colors and sites around NYC to take creative pictures! I would definitely hire her again- and am thinking about possibly a second shoot with her later in my engagement to capture different seasons in NYC. My friends have commented that these are some of the best engagement photos they've ever seen! Just beautiful!

Professional, creative, personable, honest, great value. These guys know how to work under pressure and deliver outstanding results. Tatiana's team is super pleasant to deal with - they provided us with helpful information not only about wedding photography but also about planning our wedding day in general, Tatiana also recommended us a wonderful florist and a cake designer.
