We hired their quartet to perform at our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were absolutely fabulous and did an incredible job. They were very responsive and helped us plan even though we were not local. Answered every question we had and were incredibly timely and responsive. Even when I had problems on my end - they helped me work through it and figure it out. All the guests were impressed! -

Airstrings was an absolute dream to work with and brought such a beautiful, dynamic energy to our wedding day. They played for both our ceremony and cocktail hour, setting the perfect tone from start to finish. We had a few special requests—Lord of the Rings music before the ceremony for me and some Taylor Swift for my wife—and they worked them in seamlessly.
One of the standout moments was our ceremony entrance. We chose Spring Recomposed, and Airstrings executed it flawlessly. They looped the opening section to build anticipation, then hit the dramatic crescendo right as my wife walked down the aisle—it was absolutely breathtaking.
During cocktail hour, they switched things up with a fun and lively setlist that gave the evening an amazing vibe. Their versatility, talent, and attention to detail made our wedding feel so special. We couldn't have asked for a better group to provide the soundtrack to our big day! -

Artistrings was just perfect for our wedding and reception! We used a String Quartet for our wedding ceremony and for our cocktail hour. We heard amazing things from our guests and so wish we would have been able to sit and enjoy them more, but were kept busy by pictures and such on our wedding day. They are true artists with all the songs they are able to play and how they timed everything. They were also very friendly and responsive during the whole planning process and patient with us. I would highly recommend them to everyone if you want to make your wedding day classy and perfection. Thank you Artistrings!!

The string quartet from Artistrings added another level of magic to our ceremony. Not only did they perform an original classical arrangement as well as a set of Bollywood arrangements they already had on hand, the cellist also improvised throughout our ceremony alongside the chanting of the priest. So many people commented on how much the music really pulled the whole ceremony together - it really made for a truly magical experience for our guests. Would happily go with Artistrings for any other event music needs! -

My partner grew up playing the violin, he played for 8+ years throughout gradeschool, including in a quartet, and classical still has a soft spot in his heart.
When we learned that Artistrings existed, we were overjoyed at the idea of having classical renditions of pop music play on our big day. Having a string quartet not only made us feel as though our day was appropriately formal and sophisticated, but having that quartet play the music we chose (heavy t-swift) we knew would be fun. That moment when you're like "wait...is that... omg yes it is!" is all we wanted. And we got it via Artistrings and more.
Everyone we interacted with made us feel so special and heard. They were as passionate about our day as we were. Every interaction felt like we were talking with friends, and yet still had the professionalism and attention to detail you can only dream of./
Planning with them was so easy, but so very thoughtful. The questionnaire was very detailed, and thankfully one of the few vendor forms that successfully autosaved as we worked on it over multiple days ha. Their attention to detail in confirming where and how things would be setup, and their familiarity with our venue and where we might need extra speakers was so great.
On the big day, we didn't even have to think about anything and it all went so perfectly. We couldn't have dreamed for a better experience for us, nor our guests. We got so many compliments! Overall definitely can't recommend them enough! -

Fantastic wedding string quartet
We loved our experience working with Artistrings! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the selection process, offered us plenty of different combinations to choose from, and also have a massive song catalog to work off which lets you customize the vibes you're looking for! Carol and Chris are extremely kind and thoughtful people, super easy to work with, and the quartet sounded incredible at our wedding! We were thrilled with how it worked out. We highly recommend working with Artistrings if you want to add some wonderful live music to your event! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Artistrings through Sarlas for our wedding in Chicago in May 2023. They were super responsive, professional and easy to work with. We booked a string trio and pianist for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Our ceremony location had a grand piano already in the space that could not be moved so we knew we wanted to incorporate it somehow. I fell in love with a gorgeous piece of classical music by Franz Liszt called Liebestraum (Love Dream) and knew this was the perfect song to walk down the aisle to meet my husband. I still remember the swell of emotion and excitement once I heard the Artistrings musicians playing this piece I had dreamed about for so long. From my layman perspective, it seemed like a complicated piece, but Artistrings played it with seamless skill and artistrty. It was one of my favorite parts of the day. They also played some of our contemporary choices beautifully (e.g., This Must Be The Place by Talking Heads). Artistrings was an absolute joy to work with and we would certainly recommend them for anyone searching for live musicians for their wedding day. -

Wonderful sound & beautiful music
Airstrings is absolutely spectacular! We had them play at the ceremony and again at the reception. The music is beautiful and really made our ceremony special. Everyone at cockatiels was talking about how much they enjoyed the music in the background. They were PERFECT! -

Artistrings created a romantic ambiance during our wedding ceremony. I asked if they could play "Only One" by Yellowcard for my bridal march (which is not on their repertoire list), and they agreed without hesitation. I walked down the aisle to an amazing string quartet playing the end of that anthem. Although we missed cocktail hour to take photographs, our family and friends raved about the string quartet. Music has always been important to us and they were definitely worth the money. -

We hired Artiststrings to play before and during my daughter's wedding ceremony and for the entire happy hour. A week later and I'm STILL hearing from family and friends on how they were blown AWAY by this group of world class professional and incredibly talented musicians!! I worked closely with both Chris and Carol on coming up with the song choices (their repertoire includes EVERYTHING from classic standards, Bach to the Beatles as well as contemporary hits of today. Personal choices of mine included rock hits by Rush, Led Zepplin and the Who...omg you HAVE to hear it to believe it, along with Game of Thrones theme song and more!) and they were EXTREMELY helpful with ideas and advice.
Artiststrings took my daughter's wedding to the next level and beyond. Loved their customer service and commitment to excellence. I TOTALLY recommend this group for ANY Party or gathering requiring music!!!
As a musician myself, the right music was paramount for this event. Artiststrings DELIVERED ! -

Artistrings provided music for our wedding reception. We had the string quartet play for 4 hours and could not have been any happier. The music they played was beautiful and all of our guests loved them. They were also extremely easy to work with and we were able to choose all of the songs that were played. They have a very extensive repertoire list! -
