Very personalized and affordable

I cannot speak highly enough about Derith, her artistry, care to detail, personalization, and creativity. When we first met with her, my mom kept asking to see a catalog so we could pick out the style of flowers we wanted. Derith explained that no two weddings she's ever done look the same. Instead of talking about color schemes and budgets, she wanted to hear our love story. We had an outdoor wedding by the marina and wanted tropical florals. She worked with us to keep everything spectacular and well within our budget. I'm honestly amazed with what we got. The highlight of it all was my flower crown!!!!! Her work made me and the day exceptionally beautiful.

Beautiful Flowers and Great to Work With

We are so happy we chose Artistic Florals for our wedding! Derith was great to work with during the planning stages, responding promptly to our emails and working things out over the phone when it came time to decide all the details. She made the planning process very easy. When talking to her on the phone, we could hear the passion she had for her work. On the day of our wedding, everything turned out great. I received so many compliments on my bouquet, and couldn’t be happier with the way it looked. We are so happy with the way things turned out! Wild Wedding

My theme was tropical, and they exceeded my expectations. Their enthusiasm for the theme was great. Our guests were impressed with the arrangements, and our coordinator said the bride's bouquet was the most beautiful she has ever seen. They worked very well to meet our budget needs.

Absolutely Perfect / Incredible / Beautiful

They did the spray, bouquets, boutonnières, and cake flowers for my wedding and I am still in absolute awe as to the beauty of the flowers. My jaw literally hit the floor when they brought my flowers in to my wedding suite. They are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in my life and I still can’t get over how beautiful they are. Just incredible.

Artistic Florals did the floral spray for my wedding ceremony, the arrangement was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. I was clueless as to what type of flowers I wanted but after discussing my wedding theme/vision they helped me out so much with floral selections during our consultation.

Derith and Patrick did a fantastic job for our wedding on 11/18/2017. They are warm, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, and the arrangements they created were absolutely gorgeous and unique! I had a limited budget, so I told Derith my colors, budget, and needs and trusted Artistic Florals to choose the flowers and create something beautiful. Our guests raved about the flowers, and all the centerpieces were taken home. We are still enjoying ours 5 days later because they are still fresh. The quality of the roses is amazing! I received the advice early on not to micro-manage my vendors, and would pass that on to anyone planning a wedding. If you state your preferences, follow your contracts, and trust your professionals, you will save yourself a lot of stress and your wedding will turn out amazing. This absolutely worked out for me with Artistic Florals because they know which flowers are in season, what looks fresh at the flower market, and how to put everything together to create something beautiful and special. Derith, Patrick, and their team are very nice and honest people with an artistic gift for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements. I highly recommend them!

Patrick and his wife at Artistic Florals were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make our special day the most memorable ever! We met with Patrick and picked out what colors and flowers we wanted. We got married at the Bahia in San Diego. Patrick had worked there many times which made us feel comfortable. He was very early and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The bouquets were amazing and so were the boutineers! Overall, we highly recommend Patrick and Artistic Florals for their amazing flowers and professionalism!

Patrick and Derith are awesome! They really spent time talking to me about the specifics of my floral needs. Their prices were very reasonable and the flowers were stunning! Highly recommended for your SD wedding!!

My husband and I found Artistic Florals through our venue, Loews Coronado Bay Resort, and we are very glad we did! From the moment I walked in their doors, I knew we were going to have a good experience. My husband and I connected with Patrick right away and were on the same page with practically everything we discussed. I came in with a list of flowers i would like to use and Patrick directed me to which were best because they were in season. He was always trying to give us the best value! Patrick and Derith were so extremely accommodating through out the entire process and they know how to deliver great customer service.

The flowers that they provided for our wedding day were an absolute dream! We had selected all white flowers with a touch of some greenery since our wedding colors were deep teal, turquoise, hemlock, and pale grey, and since it was a beach wedding, we wanted the design to be loose. The chuppah at our ceremony was so stunning and the flowers on it translated so well to our sweetheart table at the reception!! We also had several glass vases that I had placed at the beginning of the aisle and they designed some greenery to go in each one. Those were also recycled for decor at the reception! Our reception, being beach themed, looked like an underwater dream!

The bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids were absolute perfection as well!! They smelled amazing, not too powerful, and went perfectly with our wedding style! The boutonnieres and corsages were gorgeous and also exactly what my husband and I had pictured for our big day.

We cannot thank Artistic Florals enough for their amazing work and for making our wedding day a dream come true!!

Patrick and Derith were so wonderful to work with for our wedding floral needs! My sister-in-law used Artistic Florals for her wedding 8 years ago (so I already knew of their beautiful creations) and I was thrilled to have them create arrangements and bouquets for our wedding day!

When we initially met with Patrick and Derith – which felt more like chatting with friends than a business meeting since they’re so friendly and easy to talk to! – I showed Patrick a picture of a bouquet I liked. It wasn’t the right color nor were the flowers going to be in season for our wedding, but Patrick is such a master at his craft that the bouquet he created for me was spectacular and an even better version of the bouquet I’d shown him. It was stunning! The bouquets he created for my bridesmaids – yellow calla lilies – were also beautiful. It’s now been almost two weeks since our wedding, and the flowers still look good (we are using them as centerpieces at home)!

For our ceremony flowers, Patrick created two 3 ft round arrangements and placed them on two pillars at the front of the aisle, perfectly framing our altar with the San Diego skyline in the background. I couldn’t have been happier with how they looked! Our main color was yellow, but Artistic Florals beautifully interweaved whites and greens so that the yellow wasn’t too overpowering – it was just perfect. (These arrangements are also so long lasting that we’re still enjoying them, as well!)

On the business side of things, Patrick and Derith were incredibly accommodating and responsive with our questions and needs, especially since we held our event on a military base which has specific rules/regulations we had to abide by. We feel their prices were very reasonable and we would not hesitate using them again in the future for other events!

Artistic Florals was the perfect fit for our wedding floral needs and you will love working with them for your big day, too!

My fiance and I had interviewed about 4 different florists because we knew flowers would be a very important part of our day.

Artistic Florals was the last vendor we interviewed, and we found it to be the best by far. Patrick, the owner, was by far the most knowledgeable about flowers. We told him our vision and what flowers we wanted, and he worked with us and our budget. In fact, our final cost was a lot under our budget.

On the day of the wedding, my expectations were exceeded. Patrick and his team came on time and made our ceremony and reception more beautiful than I could have imagined.

I am so very thankful for Artistic Florals. Patrick is truly an expert and I don't think you'll find anyone else better!

We worked with Patrick at Artistic Florals. The flowers were beautiful. I just showed him my Pinterest inspiration board and he ran with the arrangements. I made all my centerpiece vases, so he was able to assemble my arrangements on site. They brought in potted plants to help fill out the natural landscape, and it was beautiful. They created our ceremony site exactly how I envisioned it and it was beautiful.
My in-laws hired them for our rehearsal dinner florals as well, and those arrangements were beautiful too.
The contract was easy to read, the breakdown of pricing was easily to follow, and the prices were reasonable.
The only thing is the florals were pinker than I would have liked, and the bouquets didn’t look quite how I imagined; but I take that on as my fault for not making sure the ideas in my head were communicated out loud.
I would recommend Patrick and team for others who are looking for beautiful arrangements and an easy to work with team.

First of all, Patrick and Derith are the nicest people ever. Secondly they are extremely professional and easy to work with. I met Patrick for about an hour to review all the wedding details and the look/feel I was going for. I also told him we were limited to a budget and didn’t have a ton of money set aside for flowers. He had great suggestions as to how to get the look we wanted, at the cost we wanted and we actually ended up coming in approximately 200 under our allotted budget. They completely understood the look we were going for, and we had very few questions after that first meeting. When the flowers showed up on the day of, they were perfect and exactly what I was envisioning. Because he and Derith were so professional and knowledgeable, we felt very at ease and trusted they would deliver something breathtaking- which they did. On the day of Derith informed me that one of the original flowers we discussed wasn’t in season and it was switched out for a different one-I couldn’t even tell the difference! We highly recommend these florists for any event, especially weddings!

Patrick did the flowers for our wedding and they were gorgeous! The bouquets were so pretty and romantic and the boy’s boutonnieres were fabulous! We just loved how soft and romantic the flowers looked! We met with Patrick a few times before the wedding day to talk about detail and we really enjoyed working with him. He is friendly, professional, and really wanted to give us the unique look we wanted for our wedding! The flower arch that he designed was also amazing – it was the perfect complement for our outdoor San Diego wedding! Thank you Patrick for all of your hard work and for making our wedding look so amazing!

Patrick provided us with beautiful flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception while still keeping within our budget. We had some minor issues with responses on emails and our quote, but it didn't affect the quality of service and product on our wedding day. The bouquets and boutonnières added the perfect touch to the wedding party. I loved my bouquet, which had more pink flowers in it that everyone else's.

To save some money we were able to re-use the flowers from our ceremony to decorate the reception hall. We chose two different types of centerpieces: a short floral arrangement so guests can actually see each other and flowers submerged in water in cylinder vases. They were within our budget and they looked beautiful. Patrick also gave us extra petals and flowers to use on our sweetheart table and wedding cake table. We would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone who is getting married in San Diego.

My wedding was two weeks ago for 150 people in San Diego.
We had a good initial meeting with Patrick. He is professional and knowledgeable.
The bouquets and boutineers were good.
Unfortunately the flowers for the reception didn't turn out the way we expected. We asked multiple times "No pink" on the flower arrangements as my wife does not like this color. Unfortunately, we had a lot of pink in the arrangements. :/
They also said that they would open the bridesmaid bouquets and add greens in order to make them bigger for the centerpieces on the reception. This was not done. Our wedding coordinator and caterer tried to contact them with no response.
We had one year of wedding planning, with 11 vendors working with us. Unfortunately, they were the only ones that we felt were not there to support us.
