  I cannot say enough about the artistic abilities as well as the professionalism of the entire Artistic Elegance Team we had the pleasure of booking with. Marisa and Jessica's talents far exceeded our expectations of what my special day would be like in prepping for my wedding! Not only was each member of my bridal party completed at the exact times on the schedule, but they looked flawless! I too, being a bride, was nervous for my own experience, but having a pre-trial booked I had complete confidence for the actual event and I was right! They not only delivered with amazing work and exact replication of what we all asked for, they did it with flexibility and great communication! They made the start of my day a wonderful, calming and fun experience! Thank you to the whole Artistic Elegance Team!!!!!

  Donna, who was the Spa Director & Special Event Planner, was so helpful and responsive through email. I had a trial for hair and make-up that was so great and really made me excited for the wedding. The day of the wedding the two women that did all of our hair/make-up were so great. We had to start very early in the morning and they were such troopers! I LOVED my hair and make-up! It came out so well and lasted all day/night! I definitely recommend them!!

  If I could give Artistic Elegance over a 5.0/perfect score for Responsiveness and Professionalism - I absolutely would. Donna, the woman who runs Artistic Elegance, is a gift from above - I swear. Her organization, flexibility and overall attitude is so incredible and great to work with.
  
  Donna helped coordinate having her staff beautify all my maidens, and myself, at a mountain house I had rented for my bridal party. Having the staff come to a location easiest for my girls made the day much more relaxed. Having everything done on time is crucial for pictures and everything, and again we got thru that with no problem at all! Mentioning that organization was key is an understatement.
  
  Jessica, who took care of my hair, was amazing. As my maid of honor/sister so cleverly and appropriately put it - turned me into an "amplified version I myself." Which is exactly what a bride should be for her big day. Debbie, who did my maids' hair, was fabulous too.
  
  I was honestly surprised at the price when I was originally quoted, but it was worth it.

  I have mixed feelings on this vendor. My first trial went amazing but unfortunately she left the company. I went for another trial with Diana that went pretty bad. I showed her the pictures from the first trial and she could not get close to replicating it. I left feeling really scared but my wedding was only weeks away. I called Donna the owner and she communicated with Diana my concerns. She reassured me that everything would be fine. Day of the wedding Diana was kind of a wreck. She was flustered, so busy with her kids on the phone, her style is just off. She put dark lip liner and light lipstick which I think is so out dated. She made my mom's eyebrows so dark and uneven I had her take a step back and she said should I darken some more? What! I had her start my hair but then got so upset that I switched to the other woman who was working on my bridesmaids for makeup. She was 10x better. I feel bad that the mom's had to use Diana and I am glad for myself I switched halfway through. My hair in photos does not look that great but at least my makeup is nice.

  I was completely disappointed with them . I had to buy my own make up because the stuff they use didn't last for more then an hour . The artist didn't use any kind of primer so I brought all of that too . Plus the owner is unprofessional , I called her with some issues I wanted to fix and of course she assured me it would be . When the artist got there the owner hadn't talked to her about anything . Plus the day before my wedding I got an email saying my information had been shredded ! Horrible
