Professional, responsive, and worth every penny!

My husband and I could not have picked a better photographer for our big day! I was a COVID bride, which threw everything off, but they just went with the flow. He took amazing pictures, and was soo nice the whole day! They are very responsive to emails, phone calls, etc, and are very professional. They clearly aren't just in it for the money-- they love what they do! Worth every penny! They did my brother in law's wedding as well as ours, and I can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Reed from Artistic difference for our engagement shoot and our wedding day at heritage hills golf resort. From the moment we met Reed he was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt like we knew Reed already because he was that pleasant. It was so easy to warm up and get comfortable with him while taking photos because it can be a little awkward. Reed was very easy to talk to and fun to work with. Thank you Reed and Josh for capturing our wedding day we are so excited to see all of the awesome and beautiful shots/video footage from our big day. We look forward to work with you again. Weddings last a day . . .pictures last forever

As the father of the bride and in the entertainment industry, I only had a couple of interactions with Reed on the phone but it was the day of the wedding that Reed and his team really impressed me. You spend 29 years raising your daughter, hoping one day she might find the love of her life and maybe get married. And even though I enjoyed that special day, it came and went so fast that I knew the only physical memory would be what Artistic Difference had in their cameras. I have only seen some of the shots taken but they are spectacular and really capture the love and energy of the whole day. Reed has that eye for capturing those special moments and our families will forever be grateful to him and his team for our reliving October 19th over and over again through the years. A solid 5 out of 5 stars!

Magical Experience

I cannot express how excited I am to see the entirety of the photos Reid Mayer took! What we have seen so far has been breathtaking. All of our wedding guests had positive interactions with Reid all evening, and I just could not be more pleased with his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Artistic Difference

Phil and Reed were great to work with. They were always available for any questions we had. We hired a photographer, and videographer, and it was such a great decision. They know what they are doing, and knew exactly what poses we wanted! Highly recommend, and they have packages for every budget!

Artistic Difference did a wonderful job with all of our wedding pictures and did everything we asked for and helped us with so much. We got so many amazing pictures that lets us relive the best day of our lives. Reed was very professional and easy going and was an absolute pleasure to be around. He was patient with us and guided us all through everything and made everyone look like models. They have a great price and live up to their promise of creating truly beautiful pictures.

Phil was so laid-back and easy to work with from the start, which made wedding planning much more pleasant for us. But he really blew us away the day of our wedding. Phil seemed to go above and beyond, making sure everything was running smoothly and even offering a ride to the groom’s parents back to the reception after the ceremony when space ran out in the limo! He was kind and professional to all of our guests and family members, yet somehow kept everyone in line to make sure everything was perfect. I got married in the same church my parents were married in, and had a few photos from their wedding I wanted to imitate and Phil took this request very seriously and made sure he replicated them as much as possible. It also snowed that night, but Phil wasn’t phased at all and instead took gorgeous shots of us outside. He made our day less stressful and more carefree and laid-back, which was just what we wanted but yet we still got the amazing, quality pictures we also wanted. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Phil was incredible! 'Flexibility' doesn't even begin to explain what I put him through. We got married during a snow storm... OUTSIDE. Phil wasn't even phased. He simply threw on a coat and went to work taking the most incredible photos.

We hired Artistic Difference to do our wedding photography at Cameron Estate Inn on June 3, 2017. They were everything we could have wanted in a photography vendor! They have so many different photography packages to choose from! Phil was always so responsive and we had a phone meeting with him a couple weeks before the wedding. He made sure to go over every detail with us. Reed and Billy were the photographers for our wedding. They were so great to work with! They showed up on time and were very professional. Reed was so helpful and made sure we stayed on schedule. He was so personable and fun! Our wedding pictures turned out beautifully! We are so excited to have these wonderful pictures to cherish for years to come! We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer in the area and we will make sure to tell our engaged friends about Artistic Difference!

Phil and his photographers were amazing to work with for our wedding. His packages and prices are just about unbeatable and the pictures are perfect! He definitely knows how to catch the right angle :) On the day of the wedding he kept things moving, kept things on track, and kept me (the bride) calm and relaxed throughout the entire night. Not to mention I was married on New Years Eve, so it was nice that he was able to get some pretty awesome shots quickly, because its was cold outside. He sent us a couple of teaser pictures the next morning, which made us both so happy to see some of the shots. We got the rest of our photos about a month after the wedding and were absolutely in love with them. Thank you all so much for all the memories!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Phil from Artistic Difference. He was professional, fun and calm all throughout our wedding day. We got exactly all of the photos we wanted and we were able to enjoy our day as well! We were so happy with how our pictures turned out and got them back in the exact time he told us we would! We received so compliments from our guest about how nice and great to work with! We found him through wedding wire, and he offered so many different packages that works for every price range. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for wedding photographer!

Reed was great! He showed up on time, ready to go. We got a lot of photos done before the ceremony, without having to see each other, so we could enjoy more of our reception. He was super creative in working around the thunderstorm that showed up right before the ceremony. Throughout the night he showed me a few great photos that he shot so I wasn't concerned at all that he would miss anything and I new the photos looked great. He even pulled up my Pinterest board and made sure to capture the specific photos that I really wanted. The photos were promised to us three weeks after the wedding and they were right on time. Definitely recommend Artistic Difference and Reed to everyone!!

I worked with both photographers and absolutely loved them both! They are so easy to get along with and are fun to work with. My engagement and wedding pictures are everything I wanted and more. Not to mention, they are extremely reasonably priced.

Phil and his team were great! They were very easy going but still got everything done for us! They were very professional and really helped run things on that day. They weren't intrusive during the night, but remembered to capture certain shots we asked for. We've seen just a handful of the shots so far and they are incredible! We can't wait to see the final products! Phil and his team were so easy to work with, they were fun and created a relaxed atmosphere for our pictures. They provide a great service for a very reasonable value! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Phil, reed, and billy were wonderful to work with! They all made our wedding day flow smoothly even with me running a bit behind schedule. They took amazing photos and captured great moments throughout the day. I don't think we could have found a better company to work with and I recommend them to everyone!

Phil was the perfect photographer for us! He did an amazing job with our engagement pictures and from what we've seen so far, an amazing job with the wedding pictures. Everyone was commenting on how great he was and how on track he kept everyone. Will definitely be going back for more pictures in the future! He is personable,professional, and the price was perfect!

Phil and Reed are FANTASTIC! I would recommend this company to everyone! Phil kept in touch and answered any and every questions we had leading up to our day. He was flexible with times to talk and meet. He always returned phone calls and emails in a prompt manor. He captured all our special moments and the pictures came out beautiful! I can not stop looking at them. They came back so fast as well. I cannot wait to get the video back and re live our moment over again. Again, this is the company you should choose if you want amazing, beautiful pictures of your wedding day!

Reed was our photographer and we couldnt have been happier. He was a true professional. He obviously enjoyed what he does and it showed in the results. He was unobtrusive, organized and very personable. Reed was quick to assess best angles, managed group photos with finese and humor. We received the pics quickly and love the idea that they are ours to make as many copies as we want. I highly recommend Reed and his company.

I cannot rave enough about the Artistic Difference team! Not only are they extremely talented and deliver high quality work, but Phil is great to work with. He listens to what you want, and incorporates your ideas while still using his artistic skills. Throughout the day, they were completely out of the way, but captured all the great moments and then some. Our wedding photos and video came out beautifully, and I would recommend Phil and his team to anyone who wants high quality photos and video of their wedding day.

Photographer and videographer with both extremely helpful on the day of the wedding, even putting the boutonnieres on the men! Was sure to capture everything that the bride requested and more! Barely noticed that they were even around during the ceremony and reception!

Phil and Artistic Difference were amazing! He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. The day of my wedding, I met him for the first time, since I planned the wedding from 2 hours away. I instantly got along with him, which was awesome, since you know, we got to hang out pretty much the whole day. I'm waiting to get my pictures back, so I can't comment yet on the outcome of the pictures, but when I get them back, I will update this review. But as far as day of services, he was amazing and I would definitely recommend him. He was a lot of fun to work with, and put my groom and I at ease. He wasn't in the way at all, which was great.

I used Artistic Difference (AD) for my wedding at the castle at Maryvale. The best thing about AD is the value. Our pictures are beautiful and the price was exactly in my budget - you need to go to the website and check out his wedding packages. Our pictures were a mixture of photo journalistic and traditional, which was great to satisfy both my mothers and my taste. Phil was responsive to any questions that I had and great to work with during the wedding day. Since I was not seeing my husband before the wedding, Phil was very quick to get the shots we wanted after the ceremony. Overall, AD was another wedding vendor I was very happy in selecting!

I seriously wish I could give 10 stars we got a package that included engagement photos and wedding photos. The engagement photos are awesome Phil did them and the wedding photos we have not got back yet but we got to preview some and they look absolutely amazing!!! Reed was our wedding photographer omg he was the best not only is he down to earth and good at his job he actually helped with my veil and helped the guys with boutonnières!!! He is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend these guys to very bride in the York area!!!

This photographer was excellent and the value was great. Even three years later, I am still recommending him to friends. I was very impressed with his professionalism at all points during our event. I hardly noticed him during our ceremony and our reception. He even asked if there were any final pictures I wanted before he left later in the evening. Our package also included posed engagement pictures at his home studio. Because I was still in college for the majority of our engagement it was a little difficult to fit those in with his schedule, but that was no fault of his. He worked with us to create an excellent product and a wonderful experience.

Very professional and easy to work with! Both photographers were friendly and made the photo sessions easy and fun. We hardly knew they were there at both the ceremony and reception and they took some gorgeous photos. Would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Phil and Reed for my wedding and they were perfect. Prior to the wedding Phil answered my many questions and met with me for several meetings so my family could meet him too. He always was very prompt with everything. The day of the wedding he was right on time and was super flexible because us girls were not ready yet. He just went and did more pictures and we had a great time with them. they were fun and very attentive!! He showed me a few pictures during the day, I cannot wait to see our pictures finished!!!

Philip and his assistant were wonderful at my wedding on 6/9/13 at Gramercy Mansion! Would reccommend them for anyone in the area who's having a special occasion. They were much more affordable than everyone else and I loved that I could customize their photograpy packages. The other photographers that I met with would not allow us to change the packages that they offered.

Artistic Difference is amazing! I booked Artistic difference and was planning on doing my wedding on a sat. On my property but I had to change and he was very flexible and worked it out with me. His prices are very reasonable, he walks you through every step of the process before the wedding and on the wedding day. The pictures are amazing and he is very prompt in emailing you back. I would highly recommend Artistic Difference to anyone!

Phil is a wonderful videographer, I am so glad we booked him for our daughter's wedding. I would highly recommend his team for your next event. It was money well spent, the day goes by so fast it was nice to sit back and relive those moments. He was very professional and even helped the photographer I had previously booked set up some shots. This is was what impressed me the most about his dedication to his clients, he is a true artist.

If you are going trim back on your budget, don't cut the Videographer. This is perhaps the best money you'll ever spend. Planning that special day takes months and when your wedding day finally arrives the day goes by in a blur. You miss so much, it is nice to sit back and pop in that Blue-ray and see what you have missed. Phil and his team do a beautiful job, he sets the video to your choice of three songs but when choosing don't include your first dance song as husband and wife, he takes care of that. The video was beautiful and we were so happy with the quality. He even helped our photographer set up some cool shots!

Phil is fantastic! He took such beautiful pictures on our special day and made everything so simple for us. He was very familiar with our venue and captured such amazing photos during our ceremony & reception. He was quick to respond to all our questions + kept everything on time during our day. My wife and I were married on July 21 with Phil as our photographer. Phil had great communication before the wedding and took spectacular photos on our big day. Phil made the day very easy for us, was familiar with the venues, and took creative pictures that we will have forever. Although he took tons of great photos, we barely even felt like he was there and our guests commented on how great of a job he was doing. I woud highly recommend Phil to anyone in the York area as a photographer.

Phil and his assistant were absolutely wonderful for our wedding! Phil's prices are very reasonable and include so much! Phil was very professional and kept everything moving the day of the wedding so that we did not spend so much time getting pictures done. He was also very willing to take the silly and goofy pictures, as well as the more romantic pictures that my husband and I wanted. While taking pictures, Phild would show us a couple, so that we could see how nice they were turning out. He took beautfiul pictures and did not miss any of the important wedding events. I would recommend him to anyone!

Photos were beautiful. Phil was amazing at keeping everything on schedule. He is great at herding everyone around (in a nice way) to get all the posed pictures done.

Price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the product and the fact that we get to keep a CD with all our pictures to print later.

THE BEST! Do not even look at any other photographers! Look at their website and that's all you need!!!! Such great picture ideas and amazing photographers to work with! Ask for Reed and Billy! At first I was opposed to having two males and wanted at least one female, but I am so glad I stuck with them both. They both made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and always had me laughing!! Everyone found them such a joy to work with!! I will be seeing them in the future to have pictures done with my hubby and our baby that is on the way!!

Phil was wonderful to work with! We had our engagement photos taken by Phil & they turned out beautifully. Our wedding photos were shot by Reed & Billy. They turned out magnificent! They were accommodating, relaxed, and fun to work with! Our photos were posted quickly online, and we are waiting to receive our album. We are more than excited about how our photos turned out! Artistic Difference did an excellent job at our wedding in August. They captured all our special moments and were very professional. Once we got to the reception, they let us enjoy the evening and we honestly forgot they were there taking pictures and video-taping. I would recommend them to anyone!

Working with Artistic Difference has been a joy. Phil listens to everything you want and is more then willing to accommodate. He has been so helpful along the way in organizing everything. Our pictures were posted online really fast and our photo book was here before we knew it. He put together a beautiful DVD slide show to music that is amazing. Reed shot the photos at our wedding and they are absolutely beautiful. He was very easy going and made everyone feel comfortable. We went back to the college we met at and he was more then willing to go to all the spots we wanted pictures taken. Even so far as to go into the dorms and take shots in the lounge. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the pictures turned out. I would recommend artistic difference to any bride to be! their talent is beyond words!!!

I can't say enough about Phil from Artistic Difference. First, I love love love the pictures. I loved his style, and his prices are really a great value. The best part is that in all of his packages you get a high-res CD with all of the pictures and full rights to them. Turn around time to get the photos on the website was really fast. The CD will come soon (it has only been 3.5 weeks since my wedding). His artistry is really fantastic. I trusted his style and ability, but I gave him a list of ideas for photos that I saw either on his website or another blog that I would like, and he got every shot I wanted him to. His personality is great, and it was very comfortable for us to work with him. He also helped make the entire day go smoothly. He would carry my veil or our props, made sure we looked good for the pictures, and he even noticed during the reception that we didn't have champagne in our glasses and got someone to take care of it before the toasts. He was great. Brides in the area should definitely check him out.

We did the Photography services as well as a video. The video was wonderful! The Pictures are very clear, Hi Res pictures, and the best thing about them is you get the rights to all of your photos so you can do with them what you please. This was very important to us for sharing with family and friends online. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer.

I heard about Artistic Difference through one of my other girlfriends weddings. Her pictures were absolutely stunning! So I knew that I would be using Artistic Difference for my photography needs. Because they are based in York, PA the packages are cheaper, and you get more for your money! I was definitely impressed. Everything we looked at didn't compare price wise to Artistic Difference. Phil was delayed in getting back to me only because he was on vacation, but every other time he has responded in at least 2 business days. We have our engagement session coming up and I can't wait!!! They are a wife and husband who own the business and take the pictures.

It was also fabulous that our guests could get on the website soon after the wedding

Phil Savard of Artistic Difference was very nice, took great pictures, and made himself very invisible during everything. The photographs before and after the ceremony were quick and easy, and I was very happy with the photos. He was very flexible in the way that you get your pictures - I didn't have to buy a big expensive book, I could just get a DVD with my photos and do with them what I wished. My husband is camera shy and Phil worked in such a way that my husband barely knew he was there, which was really good for getting my husband's true personality. My one and only complaint was that Phil left before the reception was over, so I think I missed a few shots that I would have liked to have had at the very end. But, he did let us know he was leaving, and I think I could have asked him to stay longer, but I didn't think anything else picture-worthy would happen.

We used Artistic Difference for our photography and videography. The photo/video packages that they offer are remarkable, especially for the amount that they charge. In addition, the pictures came out beatifully. The combination of candid and posed shots truly captured the emotions of the day. Our photographer was also very personable and blended in at both the ceremony and reception so that he got great shots without being distracting. The videographer also blended into the scenery (even when he was in the middle of the dance floor filming the action). Every word at the ceremony was captured by the mic that they put on my husband's lapel, too. The DVD that we recived included an edited video of our wedding day, which captured all of the highlights without dragging on, and a very creative picture montage, both of which featured songs that my husband and I chose. Two thumbs way up for the folks at Artistic Difference!

Update: We finally got to the bottom of everything, and unfortunately for both Reed and us, there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication after the business changed hands. It was a long process but we finally were able to connect with Reed and rectify the situation. He was organized enough to find our video and have it completed in less than a few weeks. Phil can come off a little brusque, but I appreciated his no nonsense attitude. I've been in weddings where bridal party and family photos were a disaster because the photographer let people horse around. This was not the case with Phil. Photos were quick and painless. Be willing and able to speak up about any photos you want. His style is pretty straight forward so if you want any of those pinteresty shots, make sure to speak up. My one complaint is that there seemed to be a little bit if lack of attention to detail. There is a table in the background of all my pictures. The table could have easily been moved but it sticks out like a sore thumb in the photos.

Wedding on 10/1/2017 and I still don’t have my 2 wedding albums

I, unfortunately, am the unlucky bride/customer. I chose Phil at Artistic
Difference for my wedding because of the wonderful reviews I read online
and the great package that he offers. However, the experience wasn’t great
for me and I have to say I can’t recommend him and his company to other
couples. While the pictures quality is good, his videographer seemed like
someone in training and he was constantly giving her direction of how to
shoot and zoom in/out. The package that that I chose has a “no time limit”
(one of another reasons I chose him because Asian wedding is a whole day
event) but I was restricted to a 10 hours limit or there will be extra
charge. However, Phil was willing to travel to three locations for the
photos instead of two like we originally decided so I was grateful for
that. The worse of my experience is that I still haven’t received my 2
wedding albums that I paid for and paid in full before the wedding day.
Similarly to the other couple, I was originally reached out by Reed, his
partner, whose inform me early this year that he is taking over the
business and that they still have my photos. However, after a few text
message exchange, he had completely ignored me. I tried calling, texting,
and emailing but no luck.* It has been almost 2 years and Phil, whose I
originally worked with and paid, never bother to reach out to me to resolve
the issue. It was Reed who finally reached out to me, apologized for the
delay, and delivered the two albums to me, so thank you Reed.

We were impressed with Phil when we first booked him. He seemed friendly and enthusiastic. The day of the wedding was a different story. After reading other reviews, we're very confused. Maybe he was just having a bad day, maybe we weren't as highly valued as his other customers because we purchased one of the lower-cost packages, maybe one of his staff members was supposed to do the wedding and called off, or maybe he is just jaded with his work and sick of weddings. We finally surmised that the real reason he was unfriendly, pushy, and lacking in passion and motivation the days leading up to and day of the wedding is that we didn't stick with "his" schedule that he gave me (the bride), two days before the wedding, while I was on the road home from picking up my wedding dress, over speaker phone because that's the only time he could fit me in to talk to me. The day of the wedding, he kept saying things like "it's your wedding", snarkily, after asking multiple times if we were ready. While taking pictures before the wedding, he turned to the videographer, and said loudly "and we have to start a wedding in 20 minutes," instead of just running things smoothly along. He took pictures of the reception tables before the decorations were up, so my beautiful details were either not captured at all, or by friends. He left the reception and was nowhere to be found after taking a few pics. When my friends from the other side of the country wanted a picture with me before they left, people had to leave the reception hall to go hunt him down. There were no creative or unique pictures, just"everyone stand together and take a picture." He took pictures in front of a mirror and the flash is in the mirror, between people's faces. It is worse than if a random guest took the pictures on a phone. After the wedding, we waited 5 months for our pics and only got them after my husband called and left a message. He didn't call back or apologize, just sent an email with the link.

Our wedding was 8/26/2017 and we have just received our last item 2 weeks ago. I will say overall we are very happy with the outcome of the photos themselves, but the timing, turnaround, video production, and the video editing all leave something to be desired.

Our first issue was encountered when our guests received access to our photos 3 weeks after the wedding via guest accounts before we had even seen any of the pictures. Guests should never be provided access to any items prior to the Bride & Groom who are paying for the services have given approval. It is their wedding after all and their viewing of the photos should be priority. Our version of photos for viewing/download were not ready for an additional 2 weeks. Our wedding video was not provided to us until nearly 4 months after the wedding on 12/21/2017.

The video itself had a lot of bad shooting angles and zoom. The entire ceremony was shot from the back of the aisle for the first portion and zoomed in a bit after rather than having cameras closer to the ceremony. The walk down the aisle does not capture the aisle but rather the approach to the aisle. The audio during the ceremony was affected by interference in the area and the video had audio cutting in and out. While this was fixed a few days after mentioning, this should have never been delivered to us with this issue.

We wanted to have a highlight video so we could share this abridged version with all of our friends and family who could not join us. While the video came out well (We sent in a list of requests and fixes based off what we had seen from our full video and wanted changed), it took nearly 6 months for us to receive this video.

Again, we were happy with our photos, but the remainder of services left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we are unable to recommend Artistic Difference to any other couples, and hope that other couples go elsewhere to capture the most important moments of their lives.

My biggest regret

My choice is photographer is my only regret of my wedding, but unfortunately it is a big one. The owner, Phil, was our photographer. Initially we really liked him and he was on our venue's preferred vendor list so I figured it was a good choice. We had a nice engagement session that was included. I will say he is a talented photographer. However, the day of my wedding, the entire time he was rushing to get pictures done and made no effort to be engaging or likable. He had a team of 3 people, but no one went to the groom's hotel room to take pictures of the groomsman. When we were doing group pictures before the ceremony, he did them all in one spot, despite us being on a beautiful golf course with so many places to take pictures (a venue he knew very well too). When I asked him if we could go to other places, he actually gave me push back and got annoyed. He started making excuses (one of my groomsman had a boot on his foot, said it would be too much for him even though the groomsman was fully ready and willing to treck all over the golf course. Also, we had golf carts at our disposal). He was rude, acted bored and uninterested, and literally made me feel like crap on my wedding day. My bridal party and family were appalled. I was just sad but tried not to let it get to me.
Fast forward to the wedding reception, he barely took pictures of my family and friends, just of the dance floor. We have no group pictures except one that I had requested the DJ do of my college friends, and one that my dad asked him to do. He only took pictures of the dance floor. He never pulled me and my husband aside to take some pictures during the reception.
There was no creativity in his work and he truly acted like he did not give a crap. Now, on to the results. Remember the spot where he insisted we take ALL of the pictures? There were spotlights sticking out of the ground of a tree right behind us, and he didn't edit any of them out of the pictures. I had to ask him to edit them out and he did only when I asked. You shouldn't have to ask your photographer these things. I liked a lot of the black and white pictures his assistant took, and he did convert those to color pictures for me when I asked, so that was maybe the one positive. That was the extent of him being cooperative and nice. Once the "spotlights" were edited out of the photos, I do like them, but I am so disappointed that we barely have pictures of family and friends at the reception because he didn't do anything at all above and beyond the bare minimum. Now, I had bought the second-most expensive package, with the only thing excluded being the photobooth. So, we had a videographer too. Beware of his definition of a "videographer", as he brought someone who looked like they were in training - he had to give her directions on how to work the camera. The video and highlight video (which I paid extra for) are not very good. Poor quality, no creativity - don't expect a cool wedding video to post on social media if that is what you are expecting. I haven't done anything with either video because I'm embarrassed and don't like them. The final icing on the cake - included in our package was a photobook. I asked multiple times via email about the photobook after we never received it 6 months after the wedding. His associate Reed (who was not present the wedding day) initially would respond to me and told me he would look into it. Eventually, even he stopped responding. I never received a photobook and both Phil and Reed have been ignoring my emails and phone calls for the past few months. Because I already paid for the photobook and it is included package we bought in the contract, I told them that if they did not resolve the situation I would report them to the Better Business Bureau at the 1 year mark of our wedding day - that was last month. So, I recently reported them. I did give them a chance to rectify the situation and let them know I would be reporting them and writing reviews, but they never responded. I have no intention of trashing someone's business but at this point not only did Phil make my wedding photography experience miserable and fill me with regret for choosing him as a photographer (one of the most important vendors you pick...), they have also broken their contract by not creating a photobook which I paid for in full before the wedding.
