welcome party, wedding and day after cookout

My wife and I had a wedding that consisted of a three day event. It included a welcome dinner/party since most of our guest were from out-of-town as well as the wedding and day after cookout. Dara and her team did a tremendous job with all three venues. Dara and her team made the occasion special by ensuring all our needs were met. The food was spectacular and our guests raved about the food as well. I highly recommend Dara and her team for your event.

Thank you artichoke and company

I highly recommend Artichoke and Company. We just got married 2/15/25. Dara helped me with everything. They delivered chairs to my mom’s for our back yard wedding had them set up beautifully and cleaned them all up. We then went to artichoke and company for the reception that was beautifully decorated. We were an hour ahead of schedule and they accommodated us no problem. The bartenders were so friendly and fun! Rick cooked the most delicious meal for us! I am SO happy with our decision!

Savory Memories

Our guests raved about the food at our wedding reception, and we loved it as well! Sofia did an amazing job coordinating the delivery of our customized menu, which even included gluten-free and GF/dairy-free items. This vendor added a delicious element to our event to celebrate our elopement, one that we will all savor!

Fantastic Company!

I held my Bridal shower at Artichoke & Company’s event center. It was the perfect day. The planning process was easy and stress free due to their terrific staff! The event space has plenty of table options that can be arranged to your preference. The company offers so many food options for every cuisine and dietary restriction. Mia was extremely helpful making suggestions and helped put together the prefect menu that coordinated with my orange/citrus theme. The food was amazing and is still being raved about by my family and friends. If you are planning to host a bridal shower, baby shower, business dinner, etc. I highly recommend contacting Artichoke & Company.

My Perfect Wedding at Shangri-La Springs

My wedding 11/10/23 was beyond perfect thanks to Riley and the entire Artichoke team. Not only was customizing the menu a breeze, the day of went so smoothly and my guests thought the food was delicious. They coordinated with my other vendors so nicely and communication every step of the way was on point. Would highly recommend for amazing food and professional service. I also rented most of my decor through them. Ask for Riley to be your coordinator and you won’t be disappointed! She really understood my vision and is super sweet. Thanks again Artichoke!

4-15-23 wedding

I would absolutely recommend Dara and the entire team at Artichoke Catering! When our first venue was no longer available after the hurricane, Dara was able to secure a new venue right away! The food was delicious, everything was on time and according to plan, every detail setting up the venue was taken care of. Dara was very easy to contact and always responsive during the planning process, I didn't have to worry about anything.

Best Caterer!!!

We hired Artichoke & Company as our wedding caterer, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Dara and her team were so helpful and pleasant to work with, not only with food selection but also all our rentals and day of coordination. Between the appetizers, main course, and cake everything was a home run and all our guests raved about how good the food was! Artichoke and company did a great job catering my daughters wedding. Many guests have Celiac Disease so it was very important that the food was gluten free and they really took it serious. Several other guests were vegan, vegetarian or dairy free and the food accommodated all those dietary needs and was delicious! Dara was so nice to work with.

Top Notch Food and Service

Artichoke has the BEST food and service ever!
Dara and her team are top notch. She has tons of experience and knows how to do things right. Our guests left the wedding and the other wedding event we hosted that weekend raving about the food and service. Dara and team were able to improvise as necessary in the background to make things flow seamlessly. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong with Artichoke.

We used Artichoke for three events over the wedding weekend – rehearsal assistance, wedding and a Super Bowl party the next day.
o Sally was on top of everything at the rehearsal dinner. She made her way around an unfamiliar kitchen and got the job done. We used her for help setting up, cleaning and attending to guests. She poured wine, packed up our leftovers, cleaned up all the plates, set up the bar. I couldn’t have done it without her. She saved me a lot of time and work. Very professional, super nice and helpful. She made my job as host very easy.
o Debbie helped us with the Super Bowl party. She is nice, so versatile and helpful. She is so professional. She came early to set up our table with a great spread of delicious food. Walked around with some apps, in her down time, even heated up the kids meals from our freezer, poured wine for guests, anything I asked. She cleaned up at the end and put our leftovers away. I will be requesting her for our future parties for sure.

Riley Gorman is the best!! She has a wealth of knowledge in the wedding business. I chose artichoke catering for our wedding because of her! You must hire her as your day of coordinator, in addition to the catering services. She went above and beyond for us at every stage. Her communication is best in class and I had full trust in her that everything on our wedding day would run smoothly. DARA and her team are AMAZING! Planning a wedding is stressful, that is not a secret, but finding the right vendors definitely help. We booked Dara right after we had our tasting. Every single dish that her chef created for us were so delicious. From day 1, Dara was always available even to answer my silly questions. Like I said, hiring the right vendor helps wedding planning go smoothly. I feel so blessed to have had Dara by my side. My then fiance and I knew we were taken care of. The day of the wedding came and all of my guests were in shock when they saw their plates. They were all beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. To this day, every time we talk to our family and friends, they cannot stop talking about dinner! I myself still dream about my plate :) Dara also put together a specialty drink for our guests to enjoy. We have an English bulldog who was not able to attend so we created a specialty English cocktail and our guests enjoyed it so much. To all the brides out there, look no further than booking Dara and her team, trust me when I say she will take care of you and she will make your vision come to life! Wedding Process Done Easy!

I can not express this enough my experience with Artichoke and Company truly exceeded my expectations! As a recent bride I was stressed and did not know where to begin. Every staff member (Kendra, Brenden, and Elle) helped along the way ALL took every step to make sure every detail was exactly as I envisioned. The quality of food they provided was exceptional. They work with you to figure out your ideal wedding menu and they even created custom dinner menu cards for the special day! This is a one stop shop for all your wedding needs: décor, food, and day of coordinator! I will always recommend Artichoke and Company and continue to choose this company for any future event!!

Working with Dara and her team at Artichoke and company for my wedding reception was fabulous! She helped with making the menu when I told her what we were thinking and she was a great resource for good vendors in the area since I was planning a destination wedding and did not live in the area. The food was incredible and the staff was friendly and willing to help out with whatever we needed. 10/10 recommend working with them, can’t say enough good things about them.

Fabulous Artichoke and Co.

Our experience with Artichoke and Company far exceeded our expectations. My daughter and I worked with Dara for menu selection as well as very detailed wedding planning and the final timeline. They have a tremendous selection of rentals which facilitated turning our daughter’s wedding into a magical evening on the beach. Artichoke handles it all and is the best!

We worked with Dara at Artichoke and she is amazing. She made us feel at ease from day 1 that she’d got everything covered - clearly a pro! Rolling all our rentals thru artichoke and hiring her as our day of coordinator was a total lifesaver as Dara really just handled everything allowing us to enjoy more and not have to deal with anything day of. Our wedding was on the great lawn at the Everglades Wonder Gardens which takes some imagination and the magic touch of Dara and team since you start with a blank canvas, but it came out exactly as I had dreamed and was a magically evening. She thought of every little detail, got all the other vendors coordinated, and was super easy to work with. And also the food was great! We had a blast getting to select our favorite things (like chicken and waffle bites) from their large selection. The menu was exactly what we wanted and delicious! Thank you Dara and team Artichoke!

Stress Free Planning, Great Food, Perfect Day.

We just got married at Shangri-La Springs and used Artichoke & Co. for catering, decor, and planning/coordination. I can’t thank Dara and her team enough for bringing my perfect wedding vision to life. She was always available when I had a question or wanted to meet and made everything so easy. If there was something I wanted, she made it happen. Her attention to detail and wonderful team made the planning process stress free. We have not stopped receiving compliments about how beautiful our day was and how awesome the food was. While I got ready with my bridesmaids and the moms, Dara set up lunch and mimosas for us. We also had a great brunch the day after our wedding at Artichoke & Co. It was a nice place to catch up with guests before they left and the food and entertainment were fantastic. I highly highly recommend Dara and her team if you’re planning a wedding or other event.

Makes your dreams come true

Dara and her company did an amazing job turning my wedding into the most perfect day! Not only did Dara step in without hesitation to help my mom with anything she needed but she also made sure everything went according to plan with ease.

I did not have to worry at all which every bride knows can be very hard. She made sure everything was set out and in place and even went above and beyond and added a few items to elevate the vibe. She is a 10 out of 10!

Not to mention the food was beyond amazing! Artichoke was very reasonable and easy to work with .One thing they don't skimp out on is the quality of their food. Hats go off to the chef! My guest raved about the food even days after.

The staff was on top of everything! They made sure that we had food and drinks waiting for us ! The bartenders were a hit! They made everyone feel like family! My guest loved them!

Overall we can't thank Dara and her company for giving us the best night possible! I highly recommend their catering and Dara's expertise to every bride who is looking. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious food and courteous staff

Artichoke and Company is best-in-class

I just had my wedding on the 23rd of January, 2021. Early on in our stages of planning our big day, we had issues with a handful of other vendors as the coronavirus started to impact events around the world.
Dara from Artichoke stuck with us through it all and was helpful every step of the way. She helped us put together a new list of vendors, find a venue, and made the event everything we dreamed it would be. The food that Artichoke catered for the rehearsal and reception was fantastic. Their serving staff was kind, patient, and attentive. Artichoke's in-house reception venue was gorgeous.

Artichoke and Company is the only catering company I will use from here on out.

Beyond Amazing

Artichoke and Company is by far the best when it comes to catering, rentals, and customer service. I worked with Dara (owner) and she made sure everything was how I wanted. Artichoke and Company did both our son's rehearsal dinner (at their venue) and wedding (At Shangri-La). I cannot say enough about them. They pay attention to every detail and idea you have. The food was absolutely delicious !! They are a full service caterer and can help you find DJ, Photographer, Florist and more. They truly love what they do, and do to the best of their ability. Without a doubt the best!

Artichoke and Co. was absolutely fantastic to work with! We traveled down to SWFL from the Midwest for our wedding and had received recommendations from our wedding coordinator to use Artichoke and Co. and they did not disappoint. Dara went above and beyond in every aspect in putting together a menu and event decoration plan for us. She was always available to answer all of our questions, no matter how small! Planning a destination wedding during COVID was stressful in itself, and she helped ease A lot of the stress with her willingness to help in anyway she can. She was also extremely flexible with all of the last minute changes we had secondary to COVID. On the day of the wedding, it was executed it all perfectly. Dara was there to make sure everything ran perfect. Her attention to detail was impressive. All of our servers and staff were extremely friendly and attentive to all of our guests. Amazing Caterer and Day of Coordinator

We hired Artichoke to do our food for our wedding at Shangri La Springs. We were able to make a custom menu for our wedding day. I would also like to mention that it was completely catered to our tastes and some dietary restrictions. Artichoke was extremely responsive during the entire process. We opted to provide our own alcohol for the wedding, but Artichoke provided all of the mixers, as well as the special requests for our signature drinks. We were able to schedule a tasting to try our food for the wedding and we made some small changes to make our menu perfect to meet our needs.
I would have to say that the BEST money spent on our wedding was our Day-Of coordinator Alex. She was the original contact we worked with for our menu. Not only was she extremely responsive, but she made the entire weeks leading up to our wedding easy and stress free as she was there for any questions we had. She knew our venue inside and out (which is SO important). We had a last-minute change with our reception location due to weather and Alex handled everything. I could not say more positive things about Alex and the professionalism she portrayed on our wedding day. I had to worry about nothing because Alex was there to make sure everything was running on time and we were where we needed to be. I am so happy we hired Artichoke and their team to host such an amazing wedding for us.

Dara and her team were with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for our special day. Dara is easy to work with, answered our questions quickly when we called or emailed, and reached out to other venders to make sure we are all on the same page. Her team not only provided the food, but tables, chairs, decor, and set up for our wedding. Whole package, and it looked beautiful. We are thankful!

Miracle workers

Working with Alex at Artichoke was an absolute dream. We used them for our catering, all of our rentals and hired Alex for our wedding coordinator, they knocked it all out of the ball park. Alex made every single vision I had come to life, even last minute additions. The food was amazing, we have received so many compliments on how good it all was and the service was top notch. Artichoke made our dream wedding a reality and we could not be more thankful for every single person there!

AMAZING experience

Let me start off by saying how AMAZING Dara is! She went above and beyond our expectations. Any questions or concerns we had she took care of with no problem. The staff was great, the food was amazing! We got married in May of this year and people are STILL talking about the food. The day of, Dara stepped in and was on top of EVERYTHING at the venue. What a God send! I highly recommend Artichoke!

Timely responses and friendliness impeccable!

Artichoke & Company’s food quality was like eating at a five star restaurant in our backyard! We had a beautiful outdoor wedding with almost 100 guests at our home and the presentation and service was outstanding. When the event was over, our home looked just as it did before.

Timeliness of customer service was perfect and we were made to believe we were the only clients. Stress level was low and the process was easy. Our guests enjoyed themselves and were blown away by the professionalism and quality of the set up and food. Our wedding cake was also amazing and created just as we wanted!

I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Best Catering/Event company in SWFL!

When we first chose Artichoke as our caterer, comparing side by side with other caterers, it was a no-brainer. Not only is their level of customer service exceptional & their experience is second to none, but their food is AMAZING. Marrying an Italian put a lot of pressure on the food situation, but Dara and her team made sure the food kept flowing! I didn’t realize that when we hired them, we were getting a full service! They were there every step of the way, with whatever we needed or wanted! I mentioned that I wanted to have This local coffee company there and they took care of it and made sure every detail was worked out. They remembered little details and took care of it all! We even did a sparkler send off and it was so much fun! That kind of service is priceless when you are busy young couple that can’t dedicate as much time to planning as you would like! Our guest are still talking about how great the food & wedding was! It was truly the best day of our lives, thank you Artichoke & Co!

More than just delicious food! Alex was amazing!

Where do we start with our RAVING review?! :)

Artichoke & Company was the PERFECT catering company for us for so many reasons!

We were referred to Artichoke by our venue coordinator at Lover's Key State Park. Being a super busy couple in our residency training on the other coast of FL, we knew we wanted to work with a company who we could trust with the most important day of our lives. And Artichoke was that PLUS MORE!
Artichoke provided us with: food, bar, rentals, and staff. PLUS ALEX - who is more than just a staff coordinator! :)

From the start, Alex was very proactive in the creation of our menu and the timeline of our wedding day. Our food tasting was beyond delicious - the chef presented all courses professionally and beautifully. And it tasted so fresh and delicious!! We loved the food so much at our food tasting that we hired Artichoke to cater our Luau Wedding shower as well (which was FANTASTIC too)!

Alex was truly phenomenal! She became my right-hand throughout the wedding planning process - creating a realistic timeline of events and offering to set-up items on the day of the wedding that I never expected her to assist with. She was so accommodating and was a crucial part of making our wedding day run so smoothly. Alex was even there for our rehearsal to assist our venue coordinator in directing our wedding party, and was there the day of to direct my father and I down the aisle as well as coordinate her staff and ensure everything was set up in the correct place the day of the wedding.

Everything was more beautiful than we expected! And the food was so delicious! When you're hiring a caterer for a wedding, you often worry that the quality of food will suffer, but let me assure you - It didn't! Our guests are still raving about how tender the beef tenderloin was and how fresh the grouper tasted!
We also hired Artichoke for our dessert table and cake - which were also a big hit amongst guests.
The bartenders were friendly and had fun interacting with guests. One was even dancing, which I appreciated :)

So in summary - ARTICHOKE IS FANTASTIC! Their staff will ensure your wedding day is as perfect as it can be by going above and beyond their job description. Thank you so much Artichoke (and Alex) for all you did to make our wedding day so special and so perfect. You really took the stress off of us so we could have a magical and fun wedding day!

Amazing experience

When we started our wedding planning process we knew we wanted to work with a company that doesn’t only cater food but does much more - we were blessed to meet the Artichoke team! For our wedding Artichoke Company provided us with : food, bar setup, rentals, and staff. It was a FULL PACKAGE!

Our food tasting was absolutely amazing - the chef and staff was so professional and the food was delicious!! (Right there we knew we picked the perfect vendor for our wedding)

I kept in contact with Dara throughout the process. Dara became my BEST FRIEND !!! She was so amazing and so much fun to work with! Her guidance throughout the process allowed us to really organize a smooth day. She has so much knowledge when it comes to coordinating the wedding and much more. She ran the show and without her our wedding day wouldn’t of been as perfect as it was ! She had an answer for every question or concern I had. Not only did she make me feel like we had it all together - my husband and my family were amazed by her and her work!! She was there with us throughout the whole process - even managed to show up for our rehearsal!

The day of our wedding Artichoke team made our dreams come true! Everything was as beautiful as expected!

We had two bartenders at the venue and they were great - they worked with what they had- we received lots of compliments about the bartender!

The food was on time - so delicious! Exactly how we wanted the food to be.

Absolutely amazing!

I hired artichoke & company for cocktail hour apps, open bar, and day of wedding coordination. To say everything was perfect is an understatement! The food was so good, a server even brought me and the wedding party apps to enjoy while we were taking professional pictures (which was much appreciated from this hangry bride!). The drinks were great and the servers kept the line moving so no one had to wait very long at all.

Now the part that I am most appreciative for, the “day of coordinator” Alex! She was much more than a day of coordinator. She did anything & everything I needed her to. She made sure every detail was absolutely perfect for us! She met with me before the wedding and kept in close contact throughout the wedding planning process and was my lifeline the day Of! Everyone keeps commenting on how perfect our wedding was and I truly believe that wouldn’t have been possible without Alex! She is so sweet and I can’t begin to thank her enough for everything she did for us!!

Artichoke Exceeded our Expectations

I don't think our guests realized we had a meatless buffet. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We had no worries and the wedding day went smoothly. The catering staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Alex was our contact person and 'day of' coordinator and she listened and made sure everything was just as we discussed and envisioned. The staff is always available to answer questions and were always responsive in a timely manner and patient with all the planning.

No regrets. Excellent company and their brunch on Sunday is wonderful.

Amazing food and planner

I began to plan my destination wedding earlier this year, we got married at the Burroughs Home just this past weekend. We decided to go with Artichoke and Co. and also hired a wedding planner from their staff to make things easier planning a wedding from a distance. The food, setup, bartenders were absolutely amazing the compliments we received about the food were endless. The best part about using Artichoke and Co., was their wedding planner Alex- she truly made this process EASY. I can honestly say I did not stress out about any detail because I knew she had everything handled. My wedding day went down without one hitch and I was really able to enjoy myself. I do not think this would have been the case if I chose another catering company. Thank you so much for everything I highly recommend others choose them in the future trust me you will not be disappointed!!!

The most creative and flavorful menu

All I have to say is if you have any doubt at all on who to hire for your wedding TRUST me, Artichoke is the best. We had a boho Key West style backyard wedding and their menu was a raving success. They really carried our theme with one of the hour-devours being deep fried alligator bites, adding a mashed potato bar for dinner and key lime pie instead of cake for desert. I really can’t say enough about how perfect the food was. The hour devour options we had were crispy (the deep fried selections) and so tasty. The beef carving station and chicken at the dinner were super tender with very flavorful sauces and marinades. So flavorful in fact that people would stop me in the middle of the reception not to just compliment but RAVE about how good the food was. Also, with my family being from southwest Florida for many generations we take our key lime pie seriously. So, I was a little nervous about how it would be... and I can safely say it was the best Key lime pie I’ve had in my life. Beyond the food they are amazing to work with as well, super flexible and creative. I can’t recommend them enough!

Delicious & Great Service!

Artichoke & Co. catered my February wedding in Fort Myers. Their staff was very responsive from the beginning of the planning process all the way through the night-of. They have an extensive menu to choose from and were very flexible on our very specific alcohol and mixer requests. We got a lot of compliments about the food and the meals were delicious! Their servers were all incredibly attentive as well. I would 100% recommend them!

Dara and her team are unbelievable. Everything I wanted, she was able to provide. She was so easy going with my back and forth. Very timely, responsive, and kind. Beach wedding

We are so glad that we chose Artichoke and Company as the caterer for our beach wedding at Lovers Key. We decided to go with a pasta station since we had a smaller wedding, and the food was fresh and delicious. Guests were raving about the food all night! Chef Gary and the rest of the staff were awesome and accommodating. Megan was great to work with and very understanding of all of the changes we made during the planning process. Outstanding!

Where do I begin! I live in Ohio and our daughter lives in Miami, FL.
She’s always wanted a beach wedding! We settled on Naples for the wedding because some wonderful people offered there beach front property for the venue! All God! And we had another friend who owns a home in Naples let us use their beautiful home for the reception! And the really awesome part is the homes are across the street from each other, one being ocean front! Again, All God!
So now that we knew where the wedding would take place I needed to find a caterer!
Artichoke and a few others were recommended to me by a friend who knows Naples!
I started by emailing venders, from the very beginning, Dara from Artichoke stood out!
So in April while we were in Naples we went to Bonita Springs with the soon to be Bride and Groom and had brunch at Artichoke! We all felt the same way after that experience, and we ask Artichoke to cater the wedding!
Little did I know then how thankful I would be that we choose Artichoke!
As the planning began, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dara many times by phone and countless emails! It was like a one stop shop for all your wedding needs!
Dara and Brian Gorman are so well connected in south Florida! She helped me with everything!
They catered our rehearsal dinner, set up the beach front wedding, and a cocktail hour on beach, followed by a great reception! They provided all rentals, took care of the floral, decorations, gave me her vender list which helped us find an awesome DJ and even helped me find awesome valet Parker’s! Brian and Dara were present for it all, she even helped us with the rehearsal on the beach and made sure everyone was in place on the day of the wedding!
I am so thankful and greatful that we chose Artichoke! They are very professional, a well oiled machine! I feel like a have a new friend for life! I highly recommend Artichoke for your party needs!

Delicious food, hardworking staff, kind people!

Artichoke did an incredible job catering our wedding! It feels like an understatement to say they were the caterers. No detail overlooked

I was blown away by the attention to detail that artichoke and company provided. From the initial meetings with Dara to my wedding day, every step of the way was perfect. I had a intimate home wedding with 50 guests and we all walked away with that wow factor.
I am OCD when it comes to presentation, food and service and they hit it out of the ball field with all three.

Fantastic!

My Reception was probably the best part of my Wedding lol! The food was to die for thanks to Dara and her wonderful team! The staff is super friendly and Dara went above and beyond to make my day special! She even hooked us up with a driver for our honeymoon lol! Our wedding Reception was at Artichoke and Company's Event Center. If you have never been there it's beautiful! looks better then the photos on there website! One of the best days ever!

Dara and her staff at Artichoke and Company helped us to have the best day ever! They were attentive and helpful in the planning of a special menu and did an amazing job putting finishing touches together for Courtney & Isaacs wedding. While we were all away getting ready, Dara took my daughter's vision and brought it to life, It was a beautiful evening filled with food, fun, family, friends and lots of dancing under the stars at the Shangri-La Springs in Bonita Springs, FL, We wouldn't have changed a thing. We hired Artichoke for our bartenders and they were astounding! The bar service was fantastic but what bears special mention was how above and beyond the call they went for us whenever something came up and we needed more. At one point we were in the position where we were going to have to use disposable plates and utensils for our reception, which we were opposed to because of the environmental issues involved, something very important to us. Artichoke saved us by working with our caterer (a competitor of theirs) to provide plates, silverware and the wait staff needed to bus them. When we wanted to arrange to have specialty beers from Fort Myers Brewing Company served at our reception, they worked with the vice president at the brewery to make that happen. And at the last minute when our venue coordinator had to step out to attend to a family emergency, Olivia at Artichoke stepped up to coordinate everything, including storing our decorations at their site the day before and setting everything up during. She saved the day, all the while being incredibly upbeat and reassuring to us and having nothing but good things to say about our caterer (who we did love and who was again, their competitor). While we were planning we heard numerous good stories about Artichoke and now we can see first hand where they came from. For the company of Artichoke as a whole and for the people we worked with in particular (Olivia as our impromptu wedding planner, Megan over email and all their wait staff and bartenders) we were blown away by their professionalism and excellence. We can’t thank them enough and would without hesitation recommend them in any capacity to anyone planning an event.

Dara was an absolute dream to work with. She made the planning process much less complicated than I thought it would be. She was very attentive to my wants and needs and made sure my special day was absolutely perfect. She works with every budget and is worth every penny. The food was great and the service even better. I'd recommend Artichoke again and again to all of my friends planning a wedding.

I cannot say enough about this Company. They were simply amazing in every way. Not only did they Cater my special day, but they catered my entire wedding weekend. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff exceeded our expectations. They were so attentive to detail and helpful. The day after the Wedding it looked as if nothing had ever happened. It was incredible. The venue had various rules about what had to be done for the event, Artichoke made sure that everything was done in accordance to the T. My Planner Olivia was perfect, she was there every step of the way to make sure the night was one to remember. Boy was it! If you are looking for a Catering company that can do it all look no further.

Dara and her team at Artichoke made this day super easy to plan and extremely enjoyable. We were very open to opinions and suggestions for our big day and were thrilled that Dara was so attentive and full of amazing thoughts and ideas. Between picking out table linens, glassware, dishes, layout ideas, and suggesting the florist AND DJ... Artichoke was there for it all. The day of our wedding, when it all came together, had to have been one of the most naturally beautiful days that I have ever seen. The majority of our guests were from up north and were beyond pleased with the atmosphere. One of the MOST important parts of the days... THE FOOD. It was amazing! Artichoke put together a beautiful lunch for both bridal parties and was there throughout the day to help organize time and appetites. All of our friends and family are still talking about all of the food. Cocktail hour was amazing! Dinner was excellent! The raw bar and pasta station were a huge hit and the dessert shooters were such a great idea for the dance floor! The staff was beyond superb. During the reception, I spilled some juice on my dress and didn't notice and one of the female bartenders pulled me aside and gave me soda water to help the stain. It did the job and she made my night! During the evening, the Artichoke staff made sure that everyone, especially myself and my husband were comfortable and satisfied. Because of Artichoke and company, our day was the most picture perfect day anyone could wish for and for that, we will forever be thankful!

Artichoke and Company catered my wedding at Lovers Key and it was nothing short of amazing! We didn't want to go with the traditional buffet, instead set up stations with larger hors d'oeuvres. The food was outstanding! We had a wide variety ranging from fresh rolled sushi - chef included- , pulled pork sliders to eggplant rollitini. To say our guests were impressed and full is an understatement. They were so easy to work with and coordinated with our other vendors to make a timeline and keep the wedding flowing. We also hired them to bar tend. The entire staff was so professional and very attentive. I would highly recommend for any type of wedding style - they are very flexible and the chef is fantastic at all types of food styles. They helped me with the planning process and narrowing down different foods that fit into my idea - as well as suggestions on what has worked in the past. If I had to do it over, I wouldn't change a thing!! Fantastic food and presentation.

We had Artichoke Company set up a cash bar at our wedding at Lover’s Key on 4/21/2018. My husband and I are not drinkers so we had no idea what this would cost. We were a bit shocked when they told us they charge $4 for a beer and $6 for a glass of wine, but our guests didn’t think anything of it and enjoyed having the bar there. They were professional and kind to all of our guests. It was so nice not to have to worry about set up or clean up since they took care of it all. Thank you so much for making our wedding day what it was!

Dara and Artichoke & Co. delivered the wedding of our dreams. From the food tasting, which was incredible, by the way; to the attentiveness of the staff on our actual wedding day. Staff members continuously rounded our sweetheart table throughout the evening and assured that my Husband and I had everything we needed to make our night memorable. Dara does an amazing job of controlling the flow of not only her own staff, but also took over and insured a smooth and seamless evening from the venue staff.

On a side note, we recently stopped into the Artichoke & Co. dining establishment and had dinner and enjoyed a performer. Once again, the food was excellent. I highly reccomend them.

I have attended many many weddings, I LOVE WEDDINGS! Always such a wonderful, happy event. Then I became “mother of the bride”. Not only was this my first time planning a wedding, but the date was December 30th. 5 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS! Who does that? (Apparently, we do!)
{Enter Artichoke & Co} Dara was amazing! She eased my nerves and had so many ideas to make it all come together to perfection! From our first consultation until that last drink had been served, Dara was there, always available to answer any questions. And believe me, I had many. I made last minute changes, added about 25 additional guests, had some very last minute seating arrangement changes… Dara and her staff handled it with such ease. It was an outdoor wedding and Dara/Artichoke coordinated and catered everything. They went above and beyond our expectations. Even up to a few hours before the wedding when I panicked and realized I had forgotten something… Dara hadn’t forgotten, she was already on it.
And the food…. PHENOMENAL. Our guests are still talking about it! I will never know how they manage to serve 150+ people at an outside wedding when it was 40 degrees, and have us all eating a plated dinner, that is still hot, at the same time! AMAZING! Oh, and speaking of 40 degrees, (which was an unexpected weather change) just hours before the ceremony was to begin the artichoke staff was running to bring in additional heaters for the reception!

Artichoke and Company was everything we hoped for! We had them cater our wedding on Lover's Key in February and they were great! The staff helped us halfway through the night when it rained, and were so helpful in keeping our guests happy. The food was awesome, and they were able to provide vegan meals for the family members of ours that are vegan. Prior to the wedding they allowed us to do a food tasting to dial in our menu. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! They even helped execute this donut cake idea I had. Would fully recommend them to anyone in SW florida!

We used Artichoke for both our rehersal dinner and the wedding. Megan worked with us and was available for any questions. She was willing to help me find any decorative items and put in a lot of time making sure all of my questions were answered.

They are very good at assisting you in keeping to your budget and have a lot of different options to make it work.

The food was delicious. There were a few last minute changes, such as the salads not being pre-set on the tables, but everything turned out great none the less. We had a pasta buffet bar and lots of guests shared that it was delicious! Make sure to ask for plates for the bride and groom to take when you leave as we didn’t eat much and forgot to mention it. All in all a fabulous caterer and we will surely use them again in the future!

Being a Bride and planning is hard, planning from far away makes it even harder. From the beginning Megan made the process SO easy and painless and listened to my millions of requests and changes. I can honestly say I dont think the wedding would have been a success without her and am so grateful for her and artichoke and company. They were also SO accommodating when our wedding was postponed by the hurricane by a month and a half and made our dreams still come true come November. The food the provided for cocktails and the reception was beyond amazing and everyone is still talking about how delicious it was. They also made our dreams of a donut wedding cake come true and to say the donuts were a hit would be an understatement. We used them for day of planning, catering and rentals and I think it was the best decision we ever made.

Dara Gorman of Artichoke and Company coordinated and catered an amazing outdoor wedding for our daughter on October 7, 2017 in Naples, Florida. We live in New York, had never met Dara and had four months to prepare for a wedding with 110 guests – not much to ask for ☺. Our flights for the first meeting were canceled because of hurricane Irma, a time when Artichoke was feeding first responders. Correspondence continued through emails and phone calls. Artichoke and Company assured us they would deliver. The event exceeded our expectations and dreams. Artichoke designed and created an enchanting ambiance. They prepared exquisite food on-site using their mobile kitchen. Our guests were greeted with wine, baby lamb chops, tuna tartare, skewered chicken, prosciutto wrapped melon and a magnificent iced seafood sculpture. As the ceremony began, Dara personally guided our guests to the torch-lit lakefront. She worked seamlessly with the hotel director, officiant, photographer and band providing a flawless evening. We are not done…

The next day, Artichoke catered a baby shower at our daughter’s home for 55 women. Again, Artichoke did not miss a beat!

I just want to start off by saying how incredible artichoke and company staff is. From the moment from consultation to the final ending of the night everything has been more and beyond perfect. The food and the spread of everything was absolutely beautiful and not to mention one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. Without the staff and this company me my wedding would not have been the magical fairy tale that I have dreamed of. I owe my entire amazing wedding day to this company and their staff. If I could hire them over and over again I would do it 100 times over.

Dara and the entire Artichoke and Company team are like wedding angels sent from heaven. To call them merely a "catering company" is a gross understatement. They are everything! I'm not quite sure how Dara does it all- the woman is amazing! From our first meeting we were confident in her talent, skills and abilities. Only after the wedding can I truly speak on and appreciate the amount of time and effort that was put into our event. She truly listened to what we wanted and made thoughtful suggestions. Despite being very busy, she was very easy to communicate and coordinate with and always answered our questions. And can we talk about how delicious the food was?! It was well prepared and beautifully displayed.
We are still getting compliments nearly one month after the wedding from guests. We are so happy with how our wedding turned out! We had the most beautiful and perfect day that was everything we could have hoped for! It was all thanks to Dara and her amazing team. We are so grateful for their exceptional services that were above and beyond all our expectations!

Wow!!!! Words cannot describe how thankful we were to find Artichoke and Company for our wedding day. Dara, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were happy with every detail. Her team was so professional and she helped us find the perfect photographer, florist and DJ. I do not know how we would be survived without them!!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Artichoke & Company! We had our rehearsal dinner at their venue Friday night and with it being a destination wedding, people arrived at different times. They worked with us to make sure everyone had plenty of food. I was able to review decor set up with April and Dara to ensure we were all on the same page and get all of my questions answered. On Saturday, they were there early to set up with Lovers key. It rained and April called to ask me if I wanted to move the wedding to Artichoke or if I wanted to stay at the beach. She even sent me some pictures and assured me they would make it great regardless of the weather...and they definitely held up their end of the deal! The food was absolutely delicious, every guest loved it (and we have some picky eaters!) And the staff was wonderful. They even came to check and see how everything was before the chef left. At the end of the night I asked if they had a bag because I collect sand and wanted a little from where we got married. Our server (I wish I got his name) got me plenty and told me he went and got it from under the arch so we have sand from where we said our vows (that was incredibly sweet for me!). Dara told me during planning that whatever I could imagine, she would make happen, and they did an outstanding job! Thank you all for making our wedding wonderful!

We used Artichoke and Company as our bartenders during our wedding reception in Lover’s Key State Park. Dara and April were incredibly accommodating to our needs. They did a beautiful job with arranging tropical drink pitchers for pre-ceremony drinks and their bartenders were attentive to refilling drinks both at the tables and at the bars throughout our event. They were very professional and set up and broke down everything as we had discussed. We were very satisfied with Artichoke and Company and would gladly use them again for another event. I can't say enough good things about Artichoke and Company and Dara! Three months before our wedding our venue told us we were not allowed to use the caterer they required us to use when signing the contract almost a year prior. Heartbroken I didn't know how we would have a successful wedding with this sudden change. I reached out to Dara and was immediately comforted and assured that the food and wedding would be perfect. Dara answered all of my questions and was there for anything we needed. The chefs worked hard to help create a new menu with plates they specialized in as well as incorporating some of the dishes we had from the original caterer. They arranged multiple tastings ensuring the changes in dishes were all what we wanted. The service was amazing.
When it came to the day of Dara helped with everything. I spent time with friends and family getting ready and when the time came I walked into the pavilion where we would be eating and was serisously stunned. Dara set the tables and decorations up perfect. I could not have asked for anything more. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and helpful.
I would highly recommend this company for a wedding and/or any big event.
Thank you Dara and everyone at Artichoke and Company. There was a moment when I wanted to give up on planning but your help made it the best day of our lives!

Food was fabulous, presentation great and when our celebration was over, everything was clean and put back in place. This is the 2nd time we have used Artichoke. I'm so glad I decided not to go at it alone. We engaged Artichoke knowing our wedding was going to have "some family" drama.

Artichoke & Co was a dream to work with, especially Megan! Regardless of how many changes or questions I had, she always took care of me. Our guests could not have been more impressed with the food, either! So many compliments on their presentation as well as their service. Definitely recommend this company and will 100% be using them in the future!
