Dealing with Carver was so easy. He made everything happen and was very helpful in getting me the ring my fiance dreamed about. I did my research and comparison shopping and Arthur's Jewelers provided the best deal and customer service. Very satisfied and will no doubt do business with them again!!

Just the best; I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry! Amazing service with zero pressure. There's nothing like picking out your wedding rings while having a glass of wine/beer - so great! I absolutely adore my wedding set and my pearls!! We will definitely return for anniversaries :)

Arthur's has been noting but amazing to work with. My fiance was referred there by a former jeweler, and everybody that we have worked with has been amazing. He was able to custom design my engagement ring, and it looks exactly like he wanted it. When we went back to customize my wedding band and buy his band, Mandy was a consummate professional to work with. We talked through ideas, and she really listened to what I wanted. We live 45 minutes away, but we will continue to go there for all of our jewelry needs.

My Fiance and I went to Arthur's for the engagement ring and our bands. We both loved our experience with them! Like so many do, I found my dream ring on Pinterest, and Arthur's was the only place that had one like it! My fiance and I ended up making frequent trips for wedding bands for one reason or another - from resizing, to exchanges, order pick ups to re-orders, we were treated with so much professionalism, grace and patience. These were pretty expensive purchases so we appreciated the insight from knowledgeable employees and support in our decision making!

My fiance and I loved Arthur's for my engagement ring! We were able to get an amazing ring for a great price. We started with a simple halo-style setting, then added some custom work and a center stone. It was ideal for us because although I wanted lots of input to be sure that the "engagement moment" was perfect, I wasn't allowed to see the finished product until he got down on one knee. Our sales lady worked with us to find the most amazing ring and really respected our budget, which was a big deal for us. I can't stop looking at it!

My fiance and I went to this vendor because we'd heard great things about them. They certainly lived up to our expectations. We weren't sure what we wanted in an engagement ring, but Mandy patiently asked us questions and helped us narrow choices down until we found the perfect setting. Then she talked us through the pros and cons of various diamonds in our price range until we found a "perfect" stone. We were planning a trip to Europe in a couple weeks later and wanted to take the ring with us, but because my fiance wanted to customize the settingm it couldn't be done in such a short time frame; which was perfectly understandable.

But then, without my knowledge, Mandy arranged for our diamond to be put in a temporary setting so my fiance could take it to Europe and surprise me with a proposal under a lit up Eiffel Tower. When we returned home, Mandy made sure the diamond was re-set in the custom setting that was even more amazing than the surpise proposal! We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service or the final product! We will certainly be back soon to choose wedding bands. Thanks Mandy!

We used Arthur's for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They provided quality and professional service at a competitive price. All staff that we have had experience with have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing!! They were so helpful and knowledgable. We went there several times and each time we were pleased with the service. There was even beer and wine provided one weekend we went. The best part, though, is their lprices. After comparing the exact same grading of diamonds with different jewelers, Arthur's was BY FAR the best deal..I'm talking by almost a thousand for almost the exact same diamonds (wedding day was the most expensive..if you're curious). And the ring I ended up getting from my fiancé is the most amazing ring I've ever seen, anywhere. It was customized completely so it did take 7 weeks to get here (they estimated 8) but they called the very morning it came into the store. And they also provided photography for the proposal!! Highly recommend this family owned business!

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Arthur's Jewelers. We would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to shop here.
We were helped by April, who remembered us each time we returned (even if it had been months). She was extremely professional and responsive.
We ordered a custom Chris Ploof ring for my husband, and it was exactly what he wanted.
Every time I go in to Arthur's to get my ring cleaned I am impressed!

We worked with Gary for my engagement ring, wedding bands, and grooms rings. Very responsive, fun and easy to work with. He was patient and attentive in helping my husband find the perfect ring meeting all my unique requests. Not pushy, was straightforward and accommodating. Will definitely be going back to him for future jewelry purchases!

Carver helped my husband choose my engagement ring and I absolutely love it! He also helped us with our wedding bands and he was extremely helpful and wasn't pushy in the least. Every time we have gone into Arthur's everyone that works there have been nothing but helpful to us. We are extremely pleased with our experience there!

I can't say enough great things about Arthur's! My fiance and I were sold on Arthur's from the begining. It was the little things; offering a beverages while browsing, fixing a necklace for me that I didn't even purchase there, giving us the heads up on upcoming specials before purchasing. We worked with Carver who was so friendly and remembered us each time we stopped in which shows he cares. My ring and band are Tacori and I was able to convince my fiance to get a Tacori as well but no matter what your budget, you will receive high-quality service and a pretty incredible selection to choose from. Despite living about 45 minutes away, we will be back for any future jewelry purchases! They run some good promotions every once and a while so keep an eye out for them!

Due to the obscene expense of my engagement band, my husband and I had originally thought to hold off on purchasing the matching wedding band until further down the road. When this idea was casually announced two days before the wedding, many people in my family nearly had heart failure. So that evening, we scrambled to get to Arthur's to see if we could get something in the way of a temporary wedding band. We truly expected to get laughed out of the place, after all, the wedding was two days away, and I would definitely need the ring to be sized (I'm a 4). To our wonderful surprise, three of the staff members combed the place looking for something that might do the trick. Tucked away, they found a white-gold band that actually looked nice with my platinum engagement band, and even were able to assure us that the ring could be sized and ready to go the next day!

We were, and still are, thrilled!

Arthur's Jewelers were wonderful to work with! They helped my fiance pick out my engagment ring - which was perfect! They were also very helpful with picking out wedding bands. The jewelers were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They gave us the information about the rings and let us make our own decisions. They also have a great cleaning/replacement policy. GREAT experience! I will never go anywhere else for jewelery!

Arthurs is great. My husband bought my Tacori engagement ring there so we went back to buy the band. The service is outstanding and they are not pushy one bit! We also ended up buying my wedding earrings there and there was a small problem with one of them which they fixed right on the spot. We will continue to go to them for any future jewelry purchases!

I love my ring, and I love Arthur's Jewelers! I wanted a unique ring and I found it here! The staff is very professional, treats you like royalty (the food is amazing) and seems genuinely interested in you. They were also flexible. I wanted a wedding band for under a certain price, and although Tacori's wedding band was above that price they custom made me a wedding band that was right in our budget and looked amazing!

We purchased my husband's ring at Arthur's. They had WAY more selection of men's rings than other shops we went to. They educated us on the advantages and disadvantages of the two metals we were debating between. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonalbe. A good value!

We purchased our wedding rings from Arthur's Jewelers because we had met the store's manager, Carver, at the Wedding Fair in March. Carver personally assisted us and was extremely helpful even though we are people of no great amount of wealth. He was patient and helpful as we tried on a variety of styles. He even gave us $100 off with a coupon. The rings were ready within two weeks and they are gorgeous. Arthur's is really a valuable deal; with the purchase of your ring, you get a lifetime warranty on the diamonds, the band, and unlimited re-sizing and cleaning. Absolutely the best wedding choice we made!

They have a very good selection of diamonds, and unlike some other vendors, they are not out to cheat you on their jewelry.. and they always answer your questions about the stones or the make of the jewelry very well. I love my ring.

We got both bands from Arthur's. Mine was a custom design to bring the claddagh into my set and match with my engagement ring from another vendor. They did a beautiful job, and were quite reasonably priced. I've been getting remarks on my ring since it went on my finger 2 weeks ago. Their deal with men's bands, to include a tungsten band, was a major draw. We saw my cousin's band sink to the bottom of the lake because he couldn't be without a band on. With the solution of a "cheap" active/travel band, we don't have to fear my husband losing his real band (provided he remembers to switch them when engaging in potentially ring losing activities).

Love Arthur's Jewelers! And be sure to see April- she is great! My husband went to Arthur's after hearing their radio ad, walked in and was handed a Stella beer which sealed the deal to buy my engagement ring there. April helped him find options to chose from in the Tacori collection (gorgeous). We were later invited to their winter event in December (and have gotten the most personalized invites for the last two years). We went and were drinking champagne, eating decadent chocolates and trying on wedding bands after walking in on a red carpet- we got some great deals and felt so special. I highly recommend!

Great service here. I go here every 6 months for my ring cleaning/warranty check, and they always do a great job. We don't live anywhere near this place, but since my ring is from there, we decided to get my husband's there too. Great place with lots to choose from! Not pushy at all, like a lot of other places that we went to.

I love Arthur's! My husband bought my engagement ring and matching wedding band there! The salesperson was very helpful and helped him find the perfect ring within his budget! They were also very helpful with sizing and upgrades. We bought my husband's ring there too and they had a great selection of men's ring! Every time we walked into the store, they remembered who we were. It was great to always know that they knew our history and were willing to make an extra effort to keep us coming back. We had a problem with my engagement ring (it cracked) and they immediately offered to build a new ring for me. We didn't have to try to convince them to do it for us - they out right offered. It was a great feeling to know that our business was valued.

My future husband was out of the state until a week before the wedding. We were able to go pick the bands up when he got here and they soldered my engagement ring and wedding band together within 3 days to get it ready for the wedding. They are not just pushy salespeople, they actually tried to do everything to make it work out the best for us. I would recommend them to others since they also take care of you for life after the sale. (Sizing, rhodium plating, cleaning, etc)

I Loved Working with Bill, as well as the Owner. The only down fall is I hate when I go in and deal with the red head for a cleaning. she makes rude comments about my other jewelry because it was bought at another store, and has also given me my ring when it was super HOT and I burned my self. she Put the ring on a book to carry to me after cleaning, and then dumped it in my hand, while it was SCOLDING HOT. Other than having to deal with her, everybody else is nice very accommodating and helpful. Just try not deal with the redhead.

If you have a diamond and need a setting this is the place to go! Wonderful service and a beautiful, and plentiful, selection! Each time I have gone in I have been met with superb customer service that keeps me coming back! I was lucky enough to have been given both my paternal grandmother's and mother's wedding bands. I brought them both into Arthur's and each time Arthur's custome made my rings to the fit of the diamonds. Now both my engagement and wedding band are custom made from strong women from my past; a something old and a something new. You're rings are supposed to be special...Arthurs's is the place to go to make that happen!!!

Arthur's Jewelers was incredibly easy to buy from. They had a great selection but they took the time to educate us before we bought. They have designer rings in 'stock' but the styles they carry don't look ordinary at all and I've never seen another woman with my ring. They are not the least expensive but they have great value in their product and stand behind it.

I highly recommend making sure you take advantage of the service plan that comes with your jewelry. Unfortunately I lost my paperwork and while they will still clean my ring for free they will not service it for free anymore. So don't lose your paperwork! Otherwise, they have a great selection, they are very knowledgable and are not pushy in anyway, my husband and I actually made several trips looking for rings for him and they never once pressured us to buy the ring the exact day we came in.

Arthur's was very happy to source a green sapphire for my engagement ring. We loved the experience and service so much we went back for my husband's wedding ring. We received the palladium wedding band promptly, but it took 4 months to receive the complimentary tungsten band that my husband wears to work. Overall a great store with great service.

I wasn't thrilled with the sales person we got stuck with, he was really strange, and it was uncomfortable at times. Aside from that my husband and I are really happy with the service, and our rings. The value was great- we actually purchased them during a slae they had- so they were extrememly affordable.

We loved Tom and Mark at Arthur's, they were phenomenal to work with! They not only got us a great deal on our engagement ring, but also found a matching wedding band for my engagement ring when we didn't know that one existed. The prices were very comparable to other jewelers, maybe slightly cheaper.

The only issues that we had with Arthur's was that when I went to get my ring's main diamond re-set in my setting, it was not tightened and the prongs were loose. I did take my ring back to them and they fixed it as quickly as they could, which was excellent customer service. My husband and I were also confused because we ordered our wedding bands and waited to be contacted when they got in but never got a call. We called Arthur's to check the status of our order and were told that the rings were already there. We simply picked them up but thought it was a little strange that we weren't notified.
Overall the experience was fine.

We ordered the groom's ring from Arthur's. The ring is great, but we had some hassles in getting it. When he initially went to get his ring, it was the wrong size so it had to be reordered. The order for the correct size ring was not placed, and we had to scramble to get the ring before the wedding. He ended up having to pick up the ring the afternoon before the wedding - talk about cutting it close!

Gorgeous product, less than ideal service

We love our rings, the process to get them however was a bit messy. We had two sales people turnover without any communication and a handful of unreturned calls over a few weeks of time. We’re pretty relaxed people, but we had a ring custom built so we needed a bit more communication. In the end the manager did his best to make it right and again the rings are beautiful, just not great on the customer service end throughout the purchase.

I have a really unique engagement ring that my fiancé found at a small jewler. As my ring is oddly shaped I decided that I wanted a simple custom band to go with my ring. Yes, so far they have done a phenomenal job with the ring, however the customer service is severely lacking. When we purchased my wedding band and my fiances band I gave Bill my engagement ring to make the mold for my wedding band. He told me that it would take less than a week and that he'd call when it was ready. Well a week went by and I called for confirmation as to when my ring would be done. Needless to say my whole experience has been awful with them. When I finally went in to pick up my ring the woman that I spoke to was rude and the man that went to find my ring was talking crap about me to other employees. It felt to me that because my fiancé and I didn't spend a boat load of money here we did not get the same service as other people around. It was irritating. Now they have my ring again for placement with the wedding band. Again bill said a week and it has been over a week with no phone call or email to tell me what's going on.

My experience was SO BAD ON TWO VISITS ARTHUR'S HAD TO REMOVE IT. I WAS TREATED POORLY, LIKE I JUST FELL OFF THE TURNIP TRUCK. ASKING ME IF IT WAS REAL GOLD? MY RESPONSE WAS DO YOU SALE SOMETHING OTHER THEN GOLD? MY APPRAISAL WAS $120.00, I TOLD THEM IT WAS $50.00 MORE THEN CONTINENTAL DIAMONDS $65.00, HOFF $60.00 AND A CERTIFIED GEMOLOGIST $65.00. THE SALESMAN SAID WE ARE CERTIFIED ARE THEY? WHAT A IDIOT, ARE THEY CERTIFIED. I TOLD HIM TO CALL AND ASK THEM AT CONTINENTAL DIAMOND FOR AN APPRAISAL. ALSO THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME $290.00 FOR A MEN'S DIAMOND RING I BOUGHT THERE FOR $4500.00.
PEOPLE PLEASE SHOP AROUND.......MALL OF AMERICA, I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT CONTINENTAL DIAMONDS, AFTER THE SALE IS IMPORTANT ALSO.

I'm honestly shocked that Arthur's just sent me this review request. We had a Terrible experience with them and ended up returning our rings less than 2 weeks prior to our wedding leaving us to scramble to find rings elsewhere.

The TACORI deal that is currently being advertised on the radio kdwb101.3 is a scam. The value of the gift card is literally bogus. It's an absolute and total joke.

When they say $5000 back, it is $5000 tacori dollars. To be used in their Tacori Journeys travel program. Your Tacori bucks don't actually apply toward the hotel room cost. They are only good for the difference between the standard room rate and the "negotiated" discount rate. Aka you can use your $5000 Tacori bucks to get you a $18 dollar discount on a nightly rate 277 times.

Oh don't bother to ask the sales people they are or pretend to be clueless on how the program works...
