This is not my first time renting form Art Pancake's and it won't be my last. They provided outdoor heaters for our event [a November outdoor wedding would be a little scary without a back up heat source]. They come pre-loaded with propane and since our wedding was Sunday we could pick up Saturday night and return Monday.

I'm so glad I chose to go with Art Pancake! I rented tablecloths, chairs, S-shaped tables, punch bowl and other various items from them. Maybe napkins... a few things like that too. They provided great service! I was looking for quality products at a decent price, and they provided everything I needed for much cheaper than I could have managed D-I-Y. I would definitely use them again!

Art Pancakes rentals was the least expensive and most flexible place I found in all the Nashville area to rent linens. You can change your order up to a week before your event and your payment isn't due until then. Most places needed a downpayment. Not Art's. This allowed to me try and shop around but I just kept coming back to Art's. They were so sweet and nothing was impossible to do!

My mother rented tables, chairs, linens, and a champagne fountain from Art Pancake on our wedding day. My mom hosted a reception or after party at our home and the decor was very nice. The fountain just made it more sophisticated and the party was a hit.

Art pancake was very inexpensive and ordered everything we needed in a short amount of time. We appreciate their help.

I needed a white podium for the Bible signing at my wedding ceremony. I literally went in the day before my wedding to see what the Art Pancake crew could do for me. They had just what I needed and let me rent it and take it with me right then!! It was such a relief to have found exactly what I needed on such short notice!

We loved working with Art Pancake, but did have some confusion after the rentals were returned. We had to confirm that they were returned when we returned from our honeymoon.

When they did not have a black iron candelabra in the store, they actually painted one for me, which I thought was awesome. Plus, it saved me money. I also bought our napkins from them, and they did a great job with the embossing of our names.

Everything was delivered right when needed and they even helped set part of it up. It was a great company to work with and they walked me through everything from start to finish.

I was skeptical about using Art Pancake's because of reading some bad reviews online. But they had the BEST prices I could find — especially for a tent — so we went with them anyway.

We used them for: Tables, chairs, dinnerware, napkins, dance floor and tent***

The first 5 items where just as expected, and delivered within their given window (although towards the end of it... my mom was getting nervous!). The chairs we got (chestnut colored wood) were brand new and looked beautiful. Tables were ratty, but were fine since we covered them. You have to build a plywood base for the dance floor, but my handy brothers handled it, and it looked really nice.

Tent: we had an outdoor venue, and did not want to use a tent, but had one on reserve here in case of rain. Two days before, we called and cancelled the tent because the weather was forecasted to be perfect. Doing this, we lost our downpayment for the tent (about half?) but we knew that would be the case in advance. I don't think I could find anyone else that would let us cancel that late in the game and not pay full price, so we considered this "the cost of wedding outdoors". Oh well!! So I cannot speak to the quality of the tent.

The shop was a bit chaotic when we were there, but the people were nice and mostly helpful. My only complaint is that they require the dishes to be "clean to the eye" upon return. I guess our caterers did not clean them quite well enough, and we got charged a fee after the wedding. But it wasn't very high, so I wasn't TOO annoyed... But still. That's a frustrating request.

Easy to work with. Great value. Rented only table cloths. Round tablecloths had some creases towards the hems so didn't give a polished look. Was told when I returned them after the wedding that it happens because their presses can't handle 'round' as they are built for rectangle. Had I known it would be an issue I'd have brought an iron. Otherwise no problems.

Great prices - cheapest in town for chairs, linens, good prices on dishes! No extra fees! Stay away from dancefloor though - very low quality!

The were great as far as being on time. But the nice white plastic tables shown in the brochure are not what I got. Instead I got old wood/metal tables. The legs looked hideous underneath my nice table linens. Wish I would have known so I would have ordered the longer linens. UGH!

The staff at Art Pancake are nice but just not that professional. They also shorted me on two tablecloths which we didn't discover until we were setting up at the venue so we had to go back for them which was a pain

We rented a tent, chairs, flutes, china, and tablecloths. They good to have certain things we needed at the last minute. They have huge warehouses, so they rarely run out, even during the busy season. The only draw back is the price for delivery so we picked up anything we could ourselves, and the people there were not the nicest. But prices were decent. I believe the cheapest it town.

Competitively priced rental business. Provided everything they said they would for the quoted price. Only issue was delivery - wanted to charge $250 extra dollars for same day pick-up. rather ridiculous. Staff was great though, very clear communicators and helpful at getting you what you need.
