Everything about our wedding at Arrowhead was exactly what we were hoping for! We got married on 8/16 at their tent on the driving range and heard from every guest (literally) how beautiful of a venue it was. The day of went flawlessly even with a little bit of rain, but that made for even better pictures with rainbows in the background, and a much cooler ceremony.
Chantal, Kalli, and Isabelle were very helpful throughout the entire process, from the moment we booked through the end of our wedding night.
We would highly recommend hosting your wedding here and are so glad we got to experience the incredible scenes surrounding our big day.

I do not even know where to begin... Besides the fact that this is one of the most beautiful places in Colorado and the pictures turned out phenomenal, the staff were amazing! Whitney and Kiersten made my special day go so smoothly and were very accommodating with all of my special requests. The food was great and the catering staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend checking this place out because you will instantly fall in love!!

Beautiful Weddding even with rain!
I worked with Jen and Chantal, and Jen was there helping on the day of the wedding. Both were helpful, responsive, and great to work with both in the planning process (I did not use a coordinator and planned it myself) and on the day-of! Unfortunately it POURED the day of my wedding, but Jen was very helpful in getting everything moved and set up indoors and they did a great job of changing it from a wedding to a reception set up. Jen was great in coordinating the wedding party, and after the ceremony we were so happy when my groom and I went back to the bridal room for a break before the reception, they had a little set-up for us of appetizers and champagne (we otherwise wouldnt have had time to grab any!) They also still took us out to get some photos on the golf cart when we had a quick break in the rain, even though we had to drive through some huge puddles!

Arrowhead was breathtaking! Natalia made planning easy, especially since I lived out of state. We enjoyed a discounted round of golf for the wedding party prior to the wedding day. We even saw wildlife (deer came during the ceremony, a fox during pictures, and many beautiful birds serenaded guests), which is what I was looking for in a venue. Very nature-friendly. The backdrop of Red Rocks is stunning...and makes for beautiful photos! We had our ceremony out on the lawn and then the reception inside the grand room, which has windows that look out onto the greens and gorgeous views. Thanks Arrowhead!! ~Katie and Mike 8-5-11

I'm so glad we had our wedding at Arrowhead. It was spectacularly beautiful. We will forever have these stunning views captured in our photography. It was a wonderful backdrop for our special day. Our friends and family from out of town were delighted with the lovely views AND the facilities and services. Christy was our coordinator and she was so great to work with. She took care of everything and made us all relaxed and comfortable with the details, even the busy wedding day schedule. We had an amazing experience with Arrowhead Golf Club! Isabelle was on top of everything and was extremely helpful day of! The staff (including bartenders and waiters) were 10/10. Dream wedding in real life
I initially did a site visit back in 2018 but had to postpone our wedding due to moving and the Covid-19. There was a staff change after I signed the contract but the ladies at Arrowhead (Chantal and Jen) were true professionals. They helped me execute my vision better than I imagined! If you are looking for a beautiful venue that offers superb service and delicious food, look no more! Our guests can't stop talking about our wedding and we really couldn't have pulled it off without the staff at Arrowhead. Thank you times millions!

A perfect venue for a perfect day
Arrowhead was the most exquisite venue we toured, and we toured all over Colorado, even at venues 2-3x their price. The food was divine, the drinks delicious, and Chantal and Lindsay are so helpful that they made wedding planning a breeze. Our guests were wowed by all aspects of the venue, making this a truly memorable weekend for not only us, but everyone involved. We're already talking about having our vow renewal here when the time comes. I'd redo this day again and again but wouldn't change a thing.

Most beautiful venue in colorado!
We had our wedding on the most beautiful driving range in America!! (We're biased!) From our first tour we knew this was the place we had to get married at. Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. They took my husband and I out in a golf cart for photos on the course and it was stunning! We prioritized a venue with a view and boy did we get one! Our guests were equally as stunned and we even got lucky with perfect colorado weather!! The food was excellent, the drinks were delicious, and the amenities were perfect. Thank you Arrowhead for being so amazing to work with, we would recommend it to anyone!

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone dreaming of getting married in front of the most breathtaking backdrop! From start to finish, everything flowed seamlessly — the team was incredible to work with, the timeline was effortless, and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Our guests keep raving about how good the filet and bone in chicken was! Our wedding day was truly perfect, and if anything did not go as planned, we had no idea because everything ran so smoothly!

Arrowhead Golf Club offers a glorious natural setting for a wedding. With its gorgeous mountain view and lush golf course greens, it provides an ideal backdrop for an outdoor ceremony and reception. Add to that an amazing Catering Manager, Christy Scrivner, who is a consummate professional. From the first time we visited Arrowhead, until the last guest left the night of the wedding, Christy was with us. She was responsive and extremely organized. In addition, she was everywhere the night of the wedding, ensuring that no detail was missed. The food and service were impeccable and all of our guests were extremely complimentary. Arrowhead was incredible! From their event managers, the venue, their communication and execution - we couldn't be happier. We got married on Friday 10/3/25 and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about the breathtaking views, how good the food was, and how nice the accommodations where. We had a great experience with Arrowhead. I mean show me a prettier view to get married in front of, I'll wait.
We were on the driving range and it did rain, but what really stood out to me was that Arrowhead had tons of golf umbrellas ready for our guests to use at the end of cocktail hour before heading into the tent.
I also used Arrowhead's preferred vendor list to book the majority of my vendors (planner, photographer, shuttles just off the top of my head) and they were all fabulous too. Thanks, Arrowhead!

Our wedding at Arrowhead was an absolute dream come true! Nestled in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views, it was the perfect choice for us, especially since about 90% of our guests were traveling from the Northeast. The stunning backdrop provided an unforgettable atmosphere that truly wowed everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.
From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire planning process, making sure every detail was taken care of seamlessly. A special shoutout goes to our venue coordinator, Isabelle, who was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The venue itself is not only beautiful but also well-maintained. The facilities were clean, the décor was elegant yet understated, allowing our personal touches to shine through. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the ambiance and how every corner seemed like a perfect photo opportunity.

LOVED Kiersten, we initially worked with Oba and the switching of the event planners made me VERY nervous but I honestly think we hit it big with Keirsten. She was much more open and honest with us and I I felt WAY more comfortable discussing things with her than I had with Oba. She was very open to ideas and really able to help me sort some details out. She was honest about what things we should be able to save on (candles, etc) and really super helpful. When my husband and I were worried we would be over budget with people, she and Whitney helped us work out a more affordable plan.
The venue is gorgeous, except it rained on our daY!! But everyone was amazing at keeping things running and trying to help us wait the rain out (which we couldn't because it never stopped!!)

Arrowhead was the first venue we toured and we knew right away it was a perfect fit. It was realistically price for what you get, the food was delicious, and the views are unmatched. Arrowhead Golf Club is an absolutely beautiful venue. They were budget friendly and helped us make our day as perfect as it could be. Sierra is the catering and event manager and we worked almost exclusively with her to plan our wedding down to the last detail, she was amazing and so helpful! Sadly it was pouring the day of our wedding but they waited until I was ready to tell them to move the wedding indoors, which was a tough decision. Thankfully the banquet room has floor to ceiling windows so the wedding was still so beautiful. We even waited until the rain lessened and Sierra drove us down to the signature hole to take our outdoor pictures. I very highly recommend Arrowhead golf club!

My wife and I had our wedding at Arrowhead in June 2018. The venue and staff exceeded our expectations and the wedding was about as perfect as one could hope for. Christy, the Director of Catering Sales, was phenomenal to work with from the first time we visited to the wedding day. She has been there a long time and knows how to run/manage/put on a wedding. Her communication is excellent and she was flexible when we needed her to be. Her new staff assistant, Marissa, was also wonderful to work with on our wedding day.
All of our guests loved the venue and the beautiful scenery made it one of the most memorable weddings they'd ever been to. We had tons of positive feedback on the food, which was wonderful (especially the apps!), and the service. The venue was quiet, extremely well run, organized, and extremely servicing to my wife and I and all of our guests. Their service went above and beyond what we were expecting on the day of to make sure we had minimal stress and it worked. I couldn't recommend Arrowhead enough for future weddings.

Our Arrowhead wedding was perfect thanks to Jen and Chantal! Both women are so great to work with and Jen made the day run smoothly even with rain pushing back our photos on the golf course. The entire Arrowhead team was truly amazing! The views are breathtaking, the food and drinks were great (especially the prime rib and meat and mash option) and the tent is a perfect spot for a fun outdoor reception. There is no other place to get married in Colorado that matches the value you will get from Arrowhead. Jen and Chantal help you though everything and they really are the best!

Having our wedding here was the best decision we could have made! Everything was perfect and could not have gone more smoothly from the first day we toured the venue up until the last moments of our event. We received COUNTLESS compliments about the breathtaking beauty of the venue and the quality of the food. They even made sure that the entire wedding party was fed first before anyone so we were actually able to eat! The decorations were beautiful (even though you hardly even need them with the view!) and the service was impeccable. Absolutely worth every penny spent!

Having our tasting at Arrowhead was part of the fun of wedding planning. Whitney and her team had tons of food for us to try and even let us take it home. In the end, the food was a HUGE hit at our wedding and the guests continue to rave about it. You can't go wrong with Arrowhead! Amazing Venue!
Our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, and helped to walk us through everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better view and everything went so smoothly on the day of, everyone had such a great time!

My husband and I fell in love with the unique atmosphere and backdrop of Arrowhead, it fit us perfectly.
The staff was incredibly professional and I felt like I was the only wedding they'd ever had, despite having had one earlier in the day. They made us feel very special and did whatever they could to accomodate our needs and wishes.
We also had great feedback about the food, delicious!

What dreams are made of!
Not even the best pictures can do justice to how stunning this venue is! You have to see it to believe it. Add to that a fantastic team who will ensure everything goes perfectly for your special day. I worked with Lindsay and Chantal and they were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They accommodated all our special requests and everything was as we wished for. The food is great, the views are breathtakingly beautiful, the team is kind and professional, look no further for your wedding venue!

Insanely Gorgeous
Arrowhead Golf Course was the perfect wedding venue—its stunning red rock formations and green landscape created a breathtaking backdrop that left our guests saying "that was the most beautiful wedding we've ever been to". Chantal made the planning process smooth, guiding us through every detail, while Isabelle was amazing leading up to our wedding and on the day, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was flawless. Great food, amazing setting - you won't be disappointed!
Jen, Chantal, & the whole team at Arrowhead were a dream to work with! Our day ran so smoothly because Jen helped us craft a timeline that gave us enough time with our guests and also to sneak off on our own with our photographer. Kenny drove us to the best spots on the golf course and even held my bouquet and helped fluff my dress at times. Our guests were impressed with the food and the of course the venue - the views are to die for!

The place for any event!

The golf club is beautiful. If you want to get married at an amazing golf course with breath-taking views, this is the place. The ceremony site is outside looking at huge red rocks in the distance. The restaurant has big windows and you will feel like you are outside. The staff provided us with a golf cart so we could go and make pictures on the actual golf course and around the lake. Our guests loved the food. The food presentation was great too. The staff was very friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly. Great choice.

Epic venue
I was hired to be the videographer at a wedding at Arrowhead and it's an amazing venue. It really made my job easy by providing such a stunning backdrop. Along with the venue being amazing, the planners and staff were super helpful and flexible. Everything came together to make a great video for the couple:

A wonderful wedding with a venue that went above and beyond
Arrowhead and their wedding team was an absolute pleasure to work with! Their organization was wonderful, from breaking down food and beverage packages and their pricing, to walking us through setting up a timeline, to directing staff during the event. They know exactly what goes into hosting a wedding, from something as small as napkin color and fabric to the big items like setting up the ceremony space.

SImply the BEST!
Arrowhead literally has it all - stunning views and ceremony backdrop, delicious food, top notch planning support, and excellent day-of service. The quality of the entire package (we did a lovely brunch wedding) and level of professionalism are unrivalted -- could not recommend Arrowhead more, it is an absolute dream!!

A scenic wedding dream
Finding a venue is hard enough, but a beautiful one, even harder! Arrowhead is the whole package! They come with a venue coordinator, two choices for wedding locations, and include catering, which sometimes is scary but when I tell you our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was...I mean it. We truly had the best day and it was so seamless. I would do it over and over again if we could!

My dream venue
Arrowhead absolutely BLEW US AWAY!! We decided on this venue for the outstanding mountain views and affordable price for our large wedding (200 people).
The views, food, bar package, and hospitality were absolutely INCREDIBLE from start to finish.
Chantal and her staff were extremely polite to my rowdy guests and made the night so easy to maneuver even though I didn't have an outside wedding planner. The environment was so magical, all my guests were having the time of their lives.
I received dozens of attendees who said it was the BEST wedding they've ever attended and we couldn't have done it without Arrowhead and their incredible staff!! We even had deer and a bobcat make an appearance. Thank you Arrowhead for giving me my dream wedding!

Blown Away by Arrowhead
We were so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club! From our first visit to the venue, to when we were on our way home from our wedding night, we felt like Arrowhead checked off every one of our boxes. Not only did we get striking views, but we had the best experience and service from the staff as well. I had lots of questions for Chantal and the coordinators, and they were all answered. We had our ceremony in the Roxborough Garden and our reception in the tent, and they were both wonderful. The food and drinks were incredible! We were really happy that we attended the menu tasting because it opened our eyes to several items that we didn’t think we would choose, but then changed our minds. We were really happy with all of our food and drink choices (firecracker shrimp, BBQ meatballs, petite chicken wellington, chicken/salmon duet). We paid for an extra hour of event time and went with the consumption pricing option for the last hour (instead of the package option) and we were happy we did. We also paid the final consumption bill for the last hour and it wasn’t bad. We loved being able to go out on the golf cart to get the “Encore Photos” of just us and the photos came back really great. One tip I would have for other couples is to make sure you provide transportation for guests because there is no cell service and people are unable to call Ubers/Lyfts after the reception ends. Our shuttle had 3 pick-up times (10pm, 11pm, and 12am) and it worked really well. Guests are also allowed to leave their cars there overnight which was a good option too. Our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful Arrowhead was, how much fun it was, and how much they enjoyed the appetizers and dinner. The weather held out for us and we seriously had the most beautiful day and night! We cannot say enough good things about Arrowhead. We wish we could do it all again!

Better than we could have imagined

The most BEAUTIFUL wedding venue!
Every inch of this venue was spectacularly mind blowing. We had a Zoom video set up for live feed of the wedding and the guests watching thought it was a fake background. Even with a light haze of smoke from the fires, this venue and golf course is beautiful.

Arrowhead was an amazing venue for our special day! When we first visited the venue, we were struck by the amazing landscapes and the knowledge of the event planner, Christy, and instantly knew we were going to get married there. We chose to get married on the driving range with the reception in the tent to the right of the driving range. Throughout the planning process, Christy answered our questions quickly and helped us create the event we envisioned. She is a fountain of knowledge and an incredible event planner, who really knows what it takes to make a wedding amazing.
On the day of our wedding, Christy worked closely with our Day of Coordinator to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. The dinner service was delicious and we had many guests comment on how amazing the food was. We chose to do four stations (turkey carving station, beef tenderloin carving station, macaroni and cheese bar, and salad bar) and felt like the staff helped guests navigate these stations easily and without any real traffic jams. The tent was the perfect location for our reception and our guests really enjoyed having the extra space of the driving range to play yard games and let their kids run around.
We would highly recommend Arrowhead for any event you are planning! From the ease of the planning process to the seamless flow of our wedding, we could not have wished for a more beautiful, easy to work with venue. Our photos are amazing and we are incredibly grateful that we chose Arrowhead for our wedding!

Incredible wedding night at Arrowhead Golf Course
Although the stunning scenery at the venue of Arrowhead Golf Course speaks for itself, the wedding team and staff there really went over the top to make it a perfect night for us. The attention to details, including have our signature drinks ready for us as we whisked away on a golf cart to do on the course photos, was everything to us and although a small act, really summed up how accommodating and thoughtful the entire staff at Arrowhead is. The food is phenomenal, the bartenders were a hit all night long, and we can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere else!

Arrowhead made for the most beautiful place to have my wedding. Half of my guests were from out of town and everyone was impressed with the venue and setting! The food was amazing and the chef changed a dish to meet my tastes for the wedding! The staff was great and my only complaint was the cost added up a lot quicker than we thought it would and there was an additional fee we weren't expecting!
Overall, I had a perfect wedding day because of choosing Arrowhead!

We had an amazing wedding at Arrowhead on July 5, 2013. Part way through the wedding process our coordinator changed and I started to freak out. I thought the new coordinator wouldn't know anything that I had discussed with Oba but she was very prepared and made everything that much more special. Thank you Kiersten for everything!!! You are amazing! :) The scenery is spectacular! Nothing else beats it and the guests, most of whom aren't from Colorado, were stunned. Kiersten took us and our photographer out on the greens after the ceremony to take pictures and I think that was the most memorable moment. That moment when it was just my husband and I. The food was pretty good and we had a LOT to choose from. Everyone seemed to have a good time. The only little snag was after the ceremony and reception were over. We were a morning wedding so we had to get everything and get out FAST for the next wedding, which is hard when you have a lot of stuff. Other than that, everything went smooth.

Our October wedding in the beautiful outdoor tent was threatened by freezing weather and snow. The staff at Arrowhead was fantastic! They provided heaters that kept us all toasty and even provided gloves for our guests to wear outside. We wanted ice cream cake, they knew where to get it and how to keep it cold, we wanted an unusual seating and dance floor plan, no problem. Ask Whitney for the best or favorite ideas she has seen done and she'll give you some pretty cool inspiration.
I haven't even spoken about the beauty of the setting itself because you really have to see it. It is a stunning place! That the staff can live up to the expectations set by the view speaks volumes.

Breathing taking views
The views on this property are breathtaking. If you want to give your out-of-state guest a Colorado view close to Denver this is the location for you. On the day off we worked with Chantal and she was so welcoming. Chantal ensured all of my guests felt welcome and would check in during dinner to confirm if everything was good. The event staff was also kind. The event ran as scheduled with no issues. Our guest said that the venue felt intimate, welcoming and beautiful. The staff at Arrowhead know how a wedding should run and have experience with 100s of weddings. They are straight forward with cost and details. Lastly, the food is your standard wedding food, nothing to rave about but also nothing to complain about. Some things to note: the getting ready space is small. I recommend getting a nice hotel suite. They also only allow 2 hours for setup and if you have a lot of DIY décor it's best to hire a planner or day coordinator. We selected a Sunday wedding which meant we could have the garden ceremony and tent reception

Stunning venue and amazing team
Our wedding at Arrowhead was everything we could have dreamed of. The venue is gorgeous and the team is amazing. I could not have done it without Jen. She was such a huge help and made sure everything ran smoothly. The only hiccup was that there was another wedding going on at the exact same time (there are 2 wedding locations at the venue) when they told us they always do the weddings 2 hours apart. It just made it tricky to take photos and have all the guests arrive at the same time. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Breathtaking Views for the Best Day of Our Lives
Arrowhead was truly the most magical venue we could have ever asked for. With breathtaking views, interactive cocktail hour, and a magical tent & garden for the ceremony and reception, Arrowhead truly helped us have the best wedding day ever.
Additionally - all of our guests came up to us saying they had never seen a prettier venue! That was a definitely a plus!

They did an amazing job and the guest enjoyed everything.
The only complaint I had was I did not know my buffet would have to be on the dance floor until well into the planning process.
The chicken dishes weren't great - but they arranged a time for me and my husband to come in for dinner to try some other options. We went with the roast and everyone raved about it.

Whitney and Alison were great! Kiersten was ok but I think she is gone now. It's an absolutely beautiful place to get married and our wedding photos look fantastic. The off season prices are pretty reasonable even for a smaller wedding (no minimum).
The one big downside is that the food was pretty bad. At our tasting the salmon was overcooked and the appetizers that we had selected to try were all so bad that we decided to go with a cheese platter instead for the wedding. The food was mediocre the day of the wedding and the salmon was still overcooked.

She is great with managing vendors as well. Overall the venue setting at Arrowhead is stunning, all my guests talked about how beautiful the backdrop was! Everyone also complimented the food, it was delicious and most importantly hot! The catering staff was also on top of it, and cleared plates quickly, were attentive with serving desert, replacing napkins refilling water etc. Overall I would definitely recommend Arrowhead to every bride!

Whitney and Oba were great to work with. Both were very responsive and attentive, especially during our wedding. They really made sure that everything was running smoothly. Guests absolutely loved the butler passed appetizers. They even accommodated food that we wanted but was not on the menu. The views are out of this world and the main reason we just had to book them. The Roxborough Room provided the same stunning views but I think the room can be updated. Overall it was a great experience!

Amazing venue!
We had the best experience with Arrowhead! Our wedding truly was a fairy tale wedding. Chantal, and Jen were beyond amazing, and did everything to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Kenny was also so amazing! He went above and beyond for my husband and I on our wedding day. He drove us around with the golf cart, helped pick up the back of my dress while we took pictures, and made us laugh the whole time! We would 100% recommend Arrowhead for your wedding! You won't be disappointed!

Arrowhead was the perfect venue for our wedding. Since we first contacted them, Whitney and Kiersten were so amazing and so incredibly accommodating to all of our special requests to make our big day perfect. My favorite part was being able to spend so much time at the BEAUTIFUL Signature Hole in the golf course which gave us fantastic photos that will last a lifetime. I would highly recommend the tent pavilion as the reception site, which was unbelievably gorgeous!

Everyone at Arrowhead was fantastic to work with. My reception went off without a hitch and they really made it easy! The value is outstanding because it is one of the more affordable wedding venues and the view is SPECTACULAR!

Our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Course went perfectly! You seriously cannot beat the scenery that this venue offers! Christy was great in planning and executing our event. She was quick to respond to questions, and was very flexible in accommodating our special requests. She went above and beyond to give us everything we asked for! Absolutely beautiful venue! It's pricey but not more than other venues we looked at that offered anything more than a conference room generic feel. My guests couldn't get over the ceremony site and the view. We used to indoor space and everything went very smoothly. We booked a little over a year in advance and in that time went through 3 different "point people" which was a little unnerving, wondering if our new person would know everything the last one did. But they were all very helpful and on top of things. We had one issue (they booked the morning wedding too close to ours somehow) so setup time was shortened but they provided help to set up and made sure that we had everything. It caused some stress before hand but turned out to be fine. Food was fine (good but not fantastic). Many local vendors know the site which makes things much easier. They sat 2 unexpected guests without any noticeably problem. Overall a wonderful place!...

The view is incredible. I had the ceremony and the reception in the outdoor tent and all of my guests were so impressed. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. The only negative remarks I have is that our main coordinator with Arrowhead quit and did not notify us. However, somebody else picked up their load and contacted us immediately and were extremely professional. Great place to get your pictures taken. Finally, my compliments to the chef!!!! The food was amazing!! Try their salad.

amazing views!
We loved our day at Arrowhead! The venue is beautiful - our guests were gushing about the views (and some surprise deer guests). It’s super convenient to have cocktail hour and reception so close to the ceremony. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. We used a lot of preferred vendors who were very familiar with the venue which also helped everything run super smoothly.

We were so glad to get married at Arrowhead, it was a breathtaking place to get married and we couldn't of asked for a better place. We had our wedding in the Roxbury room and everything turned out great. I think the bar was the biggest bill that we were surprised with but I think it's steep with a lot of places for alcohol. Brittny is great to work with and always answered any questions we had, it was a great place and we highly recommend it!

Arrowhead was the reception site for our daughter’s wedding. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our initial visit with Whitney had us sold in the first 10 seconds. She had several photo books out so we could see what it looked like in the summer, she spent as much time with us as we wanted and we never felt rushed. At the tasting she made us feel so welcomed and was very accommodating to my daughter’s tastes and guest’s allergies. Kiersten was WONDERFUL!!! She took time to listen to all our wishes, made great suggestions and just took care of things. I had friends going through wedding planning that had drama at every turn.....We had none of that, in fact I didn't feel stressed about the reception venue at all. Kiersten poured her heart into making our wedding perfect and making our family feel like they were the most important thing to her at the time. In fact...our family would like to adopt Kiersten. Debbie & her wait staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. She personally filled a plate of food for the bride, helped my elderly mother several times during the evening. They were so professional, but not intrusive.
Then there was the scenery...WOW. The deer came out just at the right time (thanks to ever orchestrate that) and our Out of State Guests were blown away by the beauty. The tent offered just the right feel for a Colorado wedding.
Thanks to everyone at Arrowhead...It was Fantastic!!!

Loved our tour with Chantal!
Though we ultimately didn't end up going with Arrowhead for our wedding venue, we wanted to leave a review for Chantal because we absolutely LOVED our tour with her. Arrowhead itself was gorgeous (pictures really don't show the full beauty, so if you haven't seen it in person, go see it in person!) and Chantal was very responsive and thorough. All of our questions were answered. We also felt like the venue had a great amount of flexibility, which was another pro for us.

The venue is amazing, beautiful and makes for fantastic photos! The reception area (we had the room, not the tent) was so comfortable and inviting. All of our guests were blown away by the venue. The only hang up were some glitches when we were trying to schedule our final walkthrough. I'm not sure what happened, but we were "forgotten about" when it came time for our final details. If I wasn't a persistent bride, I'm not sure what would have happened. That aside, the day was perfect and better than we could have expected.

A Breathtaking Venue & an Unforgettable Experience
Arrowhead is absolutely stunning — we knew it was the perfect venue after our tour, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The food exceeded our tasting, the service and presentation were top-notch, and we loved that every guest got two entrees. Communication was a bit slow leading up to the wedding, but everything was handled beautifully on the day. The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was that we weren’t able to golf around our wedding date. With so many family and friends traveling from out of town, we had hoped to enjoy some time on the course together as part of the celebration, but the timing just didn’t work out with all of Arrowhead’s events. Even so, Arrowhead provided the most magical backdrop and an unforgettable experience—we would highly recommend it to any couple considering this venue.

The venue and venue staff are amazing at Arrowhead. We had several special requests that they took in stride and executed for us, which we are so thankful for. Everyone from the coordinators, to the chef, to the GM were amazing, pleasant, and professional to work with and we couldn't have done it without them!
My critiques of value for dollars spent has nothing to do with the service of Arrowhead or the success of the event, but of us grappling with the fact that the wedding industry is grossly overcapitalized. Arrowhead exists within that larger system.
If I look at our experience with Arrowhead in a vacuum, it was everything we could have asked for.

We just signed a contract to have our wedding here later this year and the whole process so far has been terrific! The representatives working at Arrowhead are extremely helpful and nice. They respond to emails and phone calls within hours, not days and have helped us create to wedding we want to have. Price-wise I would say they are right where most like venues are. They are fair and upfront with everything within their contract.

I loved this venue. The scenery is UNBELIEVABLE, there were people at our wedding from Colorado that had no idea this place existed. All the people that work at Arrowhead are so nice. They helped me with any questions I had and always got back to me right away. I was worried that the food wouldn't be that good (you have t cater your wedding through Arrowhead, and we were in the tent which is buffet only) but I was pleasantly surprised, the food was hot and delish, my guest thought is was delish as well. I really could not say a bad thing about this venue and the people who work here. If you have to opportunity to have your wedding here DO IT!!!! At least go up to the golf course and take in the beautiful scenery.

We used Arrowhead Golf Club as our ceremony and reception venue.
We didn't have any issues leading up to the day of the wedding, however when the day came out day of coordinator that we paid for didn't help set up any of the reception space, flower pedals were not placed in the aisle until right before I walked down..., we paid for hard alcohol but they charged our guest (this was fixed after an hour once someone told us). We were refunded due to the problems we encountered.
Do not plan to get ready in the bridal suite if there are two weddings happening, you may get off schedule ( but I got ready at my house and did all my photos...so this wasn't a problem for me)
We still had a fantastic night and they only people who knew something was wrong was my family and bridal party.
I highly recommend.

Brittny and Liz were always available to answer questions and so accomodating to all of my requests. I loved working with them and would not change a thing if I were to do it all over again. Arrowhead's prices are a bit steep, but you definitely get what you pay for. The service was outstanding, the food was out of this world (they even took the time to create a special menu for me when I wasn't happy with the food at the tasting session), and the staff made everything go off without a hitch.

We had our wedding here in the fall and it was really wonderful! Communication with the venue was really great (Isabelle and Kalli were super responsive and answered all our questions). The views are stunning and our guests were floored by the ambience of all parts of the wedding. I would just make sure you ask detailed questions at the tastings and leading up to it, especially if you don’t have a wedding planner. My only complaint was that I didn’t think to ask for multiple bartenders, and we only had one at the bar for the reception. We had a 120 guests and the bar was pretty slow moving/ always had a line so I’d ask for two bartenders if possible! Would absolutely recommend to host your wedding here!

First things first, this is the most beautiful venue I've ever seen!!! Even if I'd known the minor issues we ended up having, I still would have booked the venue, because the pictures are just so gorgeous and the prices for the value was wonderful. During the planning process itself, the venue was very easy to work with and we felt well taken care of. It was only during the wedding itself that things seemed a bit disorganized.
There were some issues with the venue that made our day a little more stressful than I expected. A few weeks before the wedding, I asked what I needed to bring with me for the sparkler send-off -- did I need to bring lighters? Buckets for dousing the sparklers? Anything at all? I was told not to worry about it, it would all be taken care of! Then, with 15 minutes left of my wedding, I was approached by the banquet captain asking "so, where are your lighters for the sparklers? And where would you like to do the send-off?" I was a bit frustrated because I had specifically asked about bringing lighters, and I also assumed the venue had a specific place where the send-off should happen. I didn't want to have to go into problem-solving mode while enjoying the last few minutes of my wedding. (Luckily a guest had a lighter!!)
There was no one to take us off to the golf course for our pictures after the ceremony, and a groomsman had to run around finding someone while we were losing daylight. We also heard from guests that it wasn't clear where the cocktail hour was officially happening, so some of them missed the passed food, while others were accidentally charged money for drinks inside our reception room (we paid for an open bar) because they wandered inside, not knowing cocktail hour was officially outside.
None of our issues were horrible, but I was surprised at the disorganization after such a smooth planning process. I would definitely recommend the venue, but maybe bring a day-of coordinator to avoid the stresses I had!

Very beautiful site for ceremony and wedding. We had ours in the tent in July and were very comfortable throughout the evening. Our ceremony was held on the driving range which also has an equally beautiful view. Our ceremony was delayed slightly because of rain earlier in the day and one of our shuttles had broken which delayed our guests arrival. I would definitely recommend brides and BMs to come dressed on the wedding day as there is not a very open or private area for this the day of. The staff were very courteous throughout the process. They allowed us to come watch as another wedding was being set-up so that we could get an idea for how the area would look "dressed up".

The pro's - Beautiful venue and amazing food. For my husband and I, these were two of the most important aspects for our wedding.
The con's - To start, we had not one, but two, wedding coordinators from Arrowhead Golf Club quit before our wedding. We had been working with one wedding coordinator for nearly 8 or 9 months until she quit, which was a huge downfall because we had been in constant contact with her and she knew what we wanted very well. However, we still had about two months to go over details with the new (second) wedding coordinator from Arrowhead Golf Club so we weren't too concerned... until she also quit within a month of our wedding. After that, there was not enough time for us to meet or go over details with our new (third) wedding coordinator. We actually met her at our rehearsal dinner and things just didn't feel organized or comfortable at all. On the wedding day, I had to wait an hour in a room waiting for things to get set up. They were not ready for us despite being told we could come in early to set up. Unfortunately, me having to wait for an hour took away from our photography time. By the time we started taking pictures, guests were already showing up! Then, I go to wait for the ceremony to start in the reception room and nearly half my guests are walking through the reception room where they can clearly see me. Not the way I wanted my guests to see me for the first time on my wedding day. The doors were supposed to be closed so guests could not access the reception room; when I asked the coordinator why guests were walking through our reception room, her response was, "I don't know." I know she was under a lot of stress, but her attitude and the work flow from Arrowhead Golf Club just put a huge damper on my wedding day. I think had our original wedding coordinator not quit, everything would have gone much more smoothly. It was just unfortunate timing. I will say that once our ceremony started, everything went very smoothly from then on!

This venue is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on how this was the most beautiful venue people had ever seen. They do seem to have a lot of turnover but once we were handed over to Christy everything was smooth sailing! She was quick to respond and also made sure we had everything we needed. Day of the staff was so accommodating and helpful. I can't imagine a better place for my husband I to have tied the knot!

Gorgeous Photos, but not an intimate or serene venue for a quiet ceremony
I had dreamed of getting married here for my entire life. I grew up down the street and I never even considered other venues. The staff was accommodating because we had to rebook because of COVID and my photos turned out amazing because my photographer and the background were amazing. The food and dancing were great. The actual ceremony space was so stressful and I couldn’t focus on my vows or family photos at all. There were drunk golfers heckling me and my family in our photos before the ceremony and there was nobody telling them to stop from the venue. And when I said something nobody cared. They were legitimately screaming that marriage was a scam and as a bride before my wedding I was trying to track somebody down in my dress to make sure it didn’t happen during my ceremony couldn’t find anybody... sadly that’s exactly what happened. During my first look there was a full blown rehearsal happening in my event space right before my wedding, so we had to move that next to a parking lot, luckily my photographer was quick on his feet and helpful. This all resulted in me crying my eyes out before my ceremony and being so stressed out. During the ceremony I had to tell our preacher to pause while he was giving the sermon because golfers teeing off were SCREAMING and drunk in the middle of the ceremony. I know nobody can control that but I was so confused why somebody from the venue couldn’t at least TRY to quiet them down for how much we pay for the venue. The setting is beautiful and planning with staff was fine but if I could have done it over again I would’ve done a weekday night or picked another venue. There are too many unpredictables that aren’t thought of there. The ceremony was the most important part to us and I felt like there could have been at least an attempt to help us out when there were drunk idiots screaming horrible things at my family and I. I know it’s a very popular venue so they have to rush weddings in and out for weddings and rehearsals but it just felt like the ceremony was not special and the party was amazing. We danced and the food was great, the event space was stunning and every single thing except the ceremony was great. I worked with a great person that helped plan but it was overall not the level of professionalism I expected when it came to helping us have our special moment and I was unnecessarily stressed out as a bride moments before I walked down the aisle and during my ceremony. If you like to party, this is your place.

Let me start by saying that the venue was absolutely gorgeous and is very reasonably priced during the off season. Everyone at our wedding was raving about the view and how it was the perfect backdrop. The wait staff and bartender at the reception were efficient and pleasant and everything went well for that part. It's also pretty close to Denver, but still with the outdoors/mountain feel. Overall, everything was nice, however, we did have a couple of issues that tainted our experience
First, we weren't thrilled with the food after our tasting (which we had to pay for, even though we had already booked). The food was cold, bland and the meat rubbery. When we asked to do a second tasting, although they agreed to it, you could tell they weren't happy AND they charged us for it. They also told us that "that's the quality you get when you choose the cheapest option" and that "we make the food bland so that it's not overseasoned and people don't like it". However, the food for our second tasting was better and it was decent at the actual wedding.
Kiersten was the coordinator from the venue that we worked with and she was really rude to everyone the day of the wedding. I understand running a tight ship the day of, but there was no reason for her to be as awful as she was to everyone. She kept arguing with my bridesmaids and family during set up over things that should have been easy to do (like putting up signs). More than one person commented to me how rude she was to them, which especially angered me, since these were people who were just trying to help me by making sure everything worked.
The kicker to everything is that right before I was going to walk down the aisle (our wedding was outdoors and it was windy), Kiersten yanked my veil out of my hair "because it wasn't going to work". This is the part that angered me the most, because it shouldn't have been her choice if I wore a veil or not, no matter how much it was blowing in the wind.

While I will still look back at my wedding day as one of the best days of my life, my fiance and I were overall VERY disappointed with Arrowhead. Our biggest complaint: another wedding happened at the exact same time as ours. Something we were told when touring wouldn't be an issue. We had been told weddings are always staggered (we were told since ours was starting at 5pm the other would be before ours and by the time our ceremony begun, the other party's reception would have already started).
Leading up to our wedding, we had minimal issues. Christy was quick to respond to email communication and wasn't overly friendly, but got the job done. Our rehearsal was an unorganized mess as Arrowhead had a golf tournament, another wedding rehearsal and was setting up for a wedding. While my whole group was standing around looking for some direction from Christy, she gave us zero attention and when we finally tracked her down, she acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking.
Additionally, service at our reception was not good. Many servers had attitudes when we asked for something. When we asked for the two kids meals that we had requested when we submitted our final head count, we were quickly dismissed and were told "sorry, we don't have kids meals. I don't know what to tell you." Not how anyone should be treated
Case in point, Arrowhead wants your money. They know most couples are willing to pay for the magnificent reviews, so service is not a priority.
If I were newly-engaged, I would have loved to know these things ahead of time and definitely would have looked elsewhere for a wedding venue.

Arrowhead Wedding Venue failed
My son was married at Arrowhead Golf Club, but sadly had a poor experience with the venue. We were treated rudely by staff the day of the wedding. The reception tent was not set up on time for our other vendors to get set up and golfers were very rude and loud during the ceremony. Wedding guests could not hear the ceremony because people on the clubhouse deck were so loud and rude. At the reception the food was very bad. Chicken and pork
loin was dry. There was suppose to be a sauce on the chicken and it was non- existent. The food tasted nothing like the food at the tasting. Portion sizes were small and overall it was embarrassing to serve that low quality of food to our guests, especially for how much we had to pay per plate. We were very embarrassed by the quality of the reception especially since so many of our guests travelled a long way for this wedding. The lack of personal attention, staff rudeness, and them totally catering to a few very rude golfers definitely had a very negative impact on the day. The scenery is beautiful, but as far as a reception goes we would never recommend this venue for a wedding.

We had our wedding there in April 2014. All the staff are nice to talk to. They messed up on our dates, when we had almost finalized the date and the venue at the last minute we were told that date won't be available. We were given an earlier date, me and my husband liked the views and the value so we decided to work around this earlier date. We met the event coordinator a couple of times, discussed things and timeline, and she was given list of our vendors. All correspondence after that was via email.
On the day of the wedding, one of our main vendors was really late. We didn't receive any calls from the event coordinator at Arrowhead informing us about it. When my husband reached the venue an hour and half before the ceremony he was then informed about it by the very calm and unstressed event coordinator. On top of that she had called the vendor just once and left a voice message!! Finally the vendor arrived but everything was delayed by 30-45mins. The coordinator was responsible for settling down the guests that had arrived, which she didn't do it & my sister had to step in. She was given our guest book to place & she placed it at a hidden nook somewhere, some of our guests were not even aware of it and we had to ask them to sign after dinner. After everything we were expecting the timeline to be changed a little bit but it was not and the coordinator just rushed us through most of the night. For our picture session I was under the impression that the golfers would be asked to wait for us to be done but it was the opposite, we were asked to hurry-up and be quiet so that the golfers could play. The time that we truly enjoyed was after dinner was served and she had left. I think she just wanted to leave soon so was rushing us. We apologized to our guests for not spending much time with them.
The food was average, views are good, rest of service staff is good. My advice would be that if you are going for this place, don't trust the event coordinator!!

I will start my review by saying that had it not been for the absolutely stunning (and unmatched elsewhere) view provided at Arrowhead, I never would have kept this place as our wedding & reception venue. I am a wedding coordinator myself, and never have I worked with a more unreliable and staunch venue. To start out, their 90 minute window for setup is absolutely absurd. Having done many-a-wedding setups myself, I know that for a setup time, this is REALLY cutting it close for even a simple wedding. We had dropped off our linens the day before (as instructed by Arrowhead), who ENSURED me that they would be set by the time we arrived so my decorator could start setting up centerpieces and decorations right away. WRONG. Tables were everywhere, linens were on the wrong tables (despite being hung on hangers and explicitly labeled as to which went where), forget the plates and napkins being set up. I (THE BRIDE) had to go out and fix the linens before I could get into my dress. MY BRIDESMAIDS had to run their butts off to get the place set up before the ceremony because their staff was incompetent and VERY late on setting up. The poor girls were exhausted by the time the ceremony started, and because of all the chaos, we barely even got lined up in time. Oh -- if you want more time? $300 per HALF AN HOUR please! Food: Disgusting. We did a tasting and the food was awful the first time so we’d tried to return for a second tasting (after we’d already put down a deposit that we would lose if we changed venues), though living out of state made that impossible. We sent specific requests to the venue about altering the food (adding more spices to the bland lasagna, adding sauce or something so that the chicken wasn’t so cardboard-dry) and none of that happened. Honestly I felt embarrassed serving that to our guests. Oh did I mention that their staff sat around all night and didn’t help break anything down, so my new husband and I got to stay and break down our own wedding???
