The best day!
I threw a bridal shower for my niece Saturday. From setting it up to having the shower, everyone was beyond helpful! This is the second shower that I have thrown and both times were perfect! I’m already planning my next event. Thank you so much!!!! -

Ceremony and reception all in one place dream wedding
I was a flower girl decades ago at the Arrowhead Country Club and always envisioned my wedding to look like my cousins did one day. So when looking for affordable wedding venues for my wedding Arrowhead was a no-brainer. Despite loving the venue for many years my hubby and I still browsed around several different venues throughout the valley and Arrowhead had the actual date we initially wanted and availability/affordability. Plus, you cannot beat the location! Arrowhead had everything we wanted when it came to a venue an outdoor ceremony but a close reception all in one place. A venue that not only dealt with food and alcohol but had accommodations for getting ready as well. All outside vendors were on us separately from the venue though as far as cake, flowers, DJ, decorations, and more but Arrowhead dealt with all the cleanup, chairs, basic linens, etc. Our guests said this was the best wedding they had been to in years and how amazing the food and experience was. For the price, you cannot beat this venue as far as weddings in Phoenix in February go. In most places you have to book out years in advance to get a wedding on a sat in Feb and Arrowhead had the availability and date we wanted. It was a no-brainer to book with them. The staff was professional and the chef personally checked with me several times throughout the night that we were happy. The backdrop of our ceremony overlooking the golf course was breathtaking. I will have many memories that will last a lifetime thanks to Arrowhead!-

A Great Day
We had an excellent day, we got in early to set up the large amount of decorations. The ceremony under the trees turned out gorgeous. The ballroom was perfect for all the decorations and quests that attended. The food was very good and they accommodated for our guest with gluten allergies perfectly. From Stephanie to Rebecca, Tom and his staff everything turned out great. Tom stayed till the very end of cleanup and is so pleasant to work with, and also very funny. Thank you all -

Wedding of our dreams!!!!
Our wedding was at Arrowhead Country Club on 10/28/2023 and it was amazing, just exceeded our expectations. We used a few of their preferred vendors (DJ, Baker, Florist) as well and they all did a great job. Rebecca was my coordinator and she was there for me throughout the entire process from start to finish. And the Arrowhead staff were too notch. Go visit you will love it!!! We are so thankful we did the same was incredible and just so much fun.

We chose Arrowhead Country Club for our ceremony site and venue because of the beautiful and lush scenery. Our ceremony site was under the tree canopy and could not have been any better or any more magical for our special day. We had our reception in the upstairs ballroom and the room alone offered a cozy and romantic ambiance. The staff was amazing and very organized and attentive. Jennifer Cada possesses amazing organization skills and kept everyone on track. We highly recommend Arrowhead Country Club for all wedding needs! Did we mention the location is beautiful?!?! -

The Staff was fantastic and the food incredible. The setting is beautiful and the day was perfect due to all their help. I especially thank Ken who made the dinner and reception area perfect. He is such an asset to the organization. -

Both were wonderful to work with and was so patient and helpful me during the planning process. They were always available to answer my many (many, many, many) questions.
The food was really good, and everybody seemed to like it. Everybody talked about what a great time they had at the wedding and how they were able to go in and out during the reception with no problems.
We felt well taken-care of in every aspect.In fact they went above and beyond in every way. One of my bridesmaids has a very young child and nobody to help her with him. They watched him while we walked down the aisle so that he would not run after her. I could not believe they did so much!
If you are looking for a location this is the place! It is so beautiful location as well. -

My Husband and I fell in love with the venue and it fit within our tight budget. When we first viewed the venue we met with Amy and it was her last day there. Our new coordinator was then Carrie who was just as helpful in answering any questions we had. Carrie was flexible to mostly all our request throughout the planning process. A few days before our wedding we worked with Jessica while Carrie was on maternity leave. Even though Carrie was gone Jessica was still extremely helpful and was informed about all the details of our wedding. The service from the employees the day of the wedding was awesome. They served all of our guest their meals in a timely manner and kept everything on schedule. The bridal suite was amazing to get ready in. There was so much room and enough light for our makeup artist to make my bridal party look gorgeous. The men's room was great as well! Overall our special day turned out perfect and we appreciate everything you did for us! Thanks to everyone at the Arrowhead Country Club :) -

We had 5 star service, 5 star views, 5 star food and a 5 star set up for our entire wedding. The venue brought class to every touch of the day, and the servers made our guests feel like the only one in the room. It was perfect!The Clubs at Arrowhead's reply:

We started with Amy, but when she left, ended up working with Carrie. I have to admit, Amy was amazing and at first I was really bummed to see her gone. However, Carrie was amazing. She was really responsive to all of my questions, and her staff is on it. We were able to get there when we needed to get there, get ready, get the room set up, and Arrowhead was amazing. I cannot say enough about their banquet manager! He kept our food warm the entire time we were up and talking, and catered to us. Always wanting to know if we needed another drink or if they could do anything for us. He kept the entire thing going with an eye to the Bride and the Groom, and it was much appreciated. The venue was everything I wanted it to be and more. I am so thankful we chose Arrowhead.The Clubs at Arrowhead's reply:

The staff at Arrowhead was spectacular to work with! Friendly, accommodating, and offer flexibility in creating your perfect day! Our wedding was beautiful and exceptionally well planned and executed by Amy and her team. The grounds are beautiful and the natural lighting of the whole space was a selling point for my husband and I. My parents were delighted with the way everything turned out; if we could do it all over again, we still have our reception at Arrowhead Country Club. With less than 3 months to our wedding, we made a quick decision to change our ceremony location and fortunately Arrowhead was available! We absolutely loved Arrowhead Country Club! Amy Kirk did an amazing job making sure we got everything we wanted. Amy was always responsive to emails and phone calls and she answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. Her advice and enthusiasm was a great help! We couldn't have asked for better customer service from Amy and the whole club.
The setting was beautiful and our pictures came out great! We had our ceremony on the fairway and we used the standard arch and white chairs the club provided, and it looked elegant without us having to add anything else. Our reception was on the top floor, and we loved the set up. Having the bar in a separate area with tables and chairs provided a nice quiet larea for guests who wanted to sit and talk but who really didn't want to dance or be so close to the loud music. The main reception room was beautiful even with the basic chairs and linens included in the package. Our guests enjoyed the balcony too since it was a beautiful cool night. We went for the buffet option, and all of the food was excellent. They even labeled the food so our guests with gluten allergies knew what they could eat.
We looked at dozens of venues and Arrowhead provided the best value for such a classy full-service venue. My big day was stress free since everyone we worked with was so professional! Thank you Arrowhead!The Clubs at Arrowhead's reply:

The food was AMAZING! All of our guests really enjoyed the meal and appetizers! Our guests also haven’t been able to stop talking about how beautiful the reception was, not only the décor and site of Arrowhead, but also the atmosphere and we wouldn’t have been able to do that without the help and support Amy provided us during the whole planning process.
Amy had previously worked with most of our vendors which made everything go very smoothly. We were able drop most everything off ahead of time and there were no surprises, problems or concerns of any kind during the whole process.
Mike and I were very happy with the service that we received from ACC and would definitely recommend ACC for anyone’s upcoming wedding!

I am admittedly biased as I am one of the Catering Directors here at Arrowhead Country Club, but I still have to review my experience as it was amazing.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous with a ton of photo opportunities everywhere you go.
The food was outstanding, thanks to our wonderful executive chef, Mark Waishnora.
The staff was discreet, prompt, and friendly thorughout the entire evening. They really made the whole night run smoothly.
Seeing ACC from a different pair of eyes, "bride's eyes", was a new experience and I had the time of my life. I decided to have my wedding here because I love it and I have full trust in every person here. I knew that I would love every piece of the puzzle because I've seen it from the back end. Best day of my life! -

We could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. Arrowhead Country Club is a very beautiful club and if we had to chose all over again, we'd pick ACC again in a heartbeat!!
Throughout the planning process, we dealt with Amy. She was wonderful and a joy to work with. Always responsive (quickly!), helpful and seemed like she was happy helping us plan our big day. She was very organized, and knew all the answers to our questions.
The food was GREAT! All of our guests really enjoyed the meal and appetizers! Everyone we talked to since then has mentioned that the food was pretty awesome and not "typical wedding food"
Everything that I was having for our wedding (lighted backdrop, wishing trees, card box, escort cards, etc) was dropped off the day before and placed exactly where we talked about. There were no surprises, problems or concerns of any kind during the whole process.
The ONLY thing I didn't care for was when the bridal party was having pictures taken outside, a group of kids showed up right outside the ballroom door to take prom pictures. This was slightly annoying since the photographer had to wait for them to move from that spot so we could take family photos. I understand that they were members of the club but it would have been nice if they could done this is a different area.
Daniel and I are were very pleased with the service that we received from ACC and would definitely recommend ACC for your event!!! -

Words are not enough to describe my experience at Arrowhead Country Club! The Club Staff and Amy were wonderful to work with!
I had to plan my wedding from Chicago, and could not have had a better experience.
Amy was very accomodating and helpful; she answered everyone of my many, many questions with professionalism and thoughtfulness.
The wedding ceremony location was lush and breathtaking! I could not have found a better backdrop.
We had the upper ballroom for our reception and it fit our guests (approx 150) and band (8 members) without feeling cramped. It actually felt very intimate. The food was out-of-this world...my guests are still raving about it! We added a late night Chicago Hot Dog Bar and it was set-up perfectly and our guests really enjoyed it.
Overall, this was a great experience and I couldn't have dreamed of just how truely lovely it would be! -

We couldn't have asked for a greater experience! After spending an enormous amount of time calling/researching tons of vendors around town, we found Arrowhead Country Club to be the MOST affordable and inclusive deal around. Honestly, this was the BEST deal out there. We had a tight budget, but still enjoyed a lavish ceremony and reception. The venue coordinator was super flexible and truly did an outstanding job. She helped us throughout the entire planning process and then went above and beyond with ensuring that the day of our event went as smoothly as possible. The ceremony locations are perfect. The inclusions in the packages exceed their cost. The food was fantastic. We really had no complaints at all. Most people were suggesting we be prepared for at least 3 things to go wrong...we didn't have a single one. We highly recommend this venue to anyone, small budget or extravagant! -

We were extremely happy with all aspects of our ceremony and dinner reception. The servers were totally attentive without being intrusive and the food was prepared as requested. Me and my now wife searched high and low for just the right venue and were so pleased with what we found at Arrowhead Country Club. We worked with Amy Mires, the wedding coordinator through every detail of the event and she was very flexible and accommodating to our ever changing needs.
The property at Arrowhead is gorgeous, we loved the golf course where we had a mini golf tournament the day before the event and the layout was perfect for us with the beautiful outdoor setting for the ceremony, very nice accommodations for the bridal and groomsman suites, a cocktail lounge, and the main reception hall is beautiful with it's high vaulted ceiling and as pretty as it is in the day time, trust me when I say it's 100 times better when you're wedding is going and you look up to see the DJ's lights dancing on the ceiling.
If you do choose Arrowhead I also highly recommend utilizing the baby grand piano in some way, it is a great addition to the venue. We chose to hire a pianist for the cocktail hour and dinner before cranking it up with the DJ after dinner. It was the perfect mix of a romantic and formal ceremony and dinner, followed by a full night of dancing!!
As we’ve started to share stories with our family & friends about their experiences at the wedding we’re learning that everyone says it was one of, if not the best weddings they’ve ever attended. -

I could not have had a more perfect wedding. The personnel were attentive to our needs. They set the venue exactly as I requested. I was worried about having a buffet, but it was excellent. The food display was attractive, the food was correct temperatures, and most importantly the flavors were excellent. -

Beautiful place to have a wedding, great location, excellent quality for the cost, some things in the contract was not really clear, but they were always available for clarification and very helpful with helping with whatever we needed! Very good food! -

The staff at Arrowhead Country Club were always available when needed. Even when you just walk in without an appointment they are there to help you and answer any of your questions. The staff is friendly, courteous, warm, welcoming, and basically know everything you need to know about having a celebration there and if they didn't know the answer, they would find out. I have had numerous celebrations with ACC, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings and recently a 90th birthday for my father. What a great time was had by all with the appetizers being delicious, the dinner being hot and tasty and also the ice cream bar brought out later. What a great place to have your celebration. Arrowhead CC will always get a high rated mark from me. Thanks for all your never ending fabulous service. -

We chose Arrowhead Country Club as the venue for our daughter's wedding. It was a beautiful location. The staff was professional and helpful. The Events Coordinator, Amy Mires, was especially helpful and went the extra mile to get things done the way we wanted them done. I would highly recommend this venue. -

We were married here in December 2010 and it was the most beautiful wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the staff was professional. It is the most perfect setting and the upstairs dining room is highly recommended due to the view and elegance. -

The wedding coordinator who is provided for the wedding day is fantastic! She took charge and made sure that everything ran smoothly; I don't know if I would have survived without her. The ceremony site was beautiful and the staff was friendly and professional. The food was fantastic and we were given enough choices to satisfy even picky eaters. Everyone had a good time, and a year later, our wedding is still a topic of conversation! -

Amazing experience
I loved our experience at Arrowhead Country Club!! We just had our ceremony there and it was fantastic. I was a frantic bride as the weather forecast came out and it looked like it was going to rain. Jennifer, the coordinator, calmed me down and said they would set up an option inside as well just in case. I got there that day and both options were set up and the stress rolled off my back. Thankfully it did not rain and we were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Additionally they provided us with delicious getting ready snacks: muffins, fruit, champagne, orange juice, etc. They had an attendant that was walking around regularly to make sure we were doing well. They even let my husband and I borrow a golf cart so that we could get around the course with our photographer to take photos more easily. Loved my experience!-

Our day was absolutely perfect thanks to all the staff! Like some of the other reviewers mentioned, I was also sad to see Amy Kirk go but Carrie filled her shoes and did an amazing job! Our banquet manager, Jose, was awesome! He seemed to be everywhere all at once the whole night! We got so many compliments from our guests on his services as well as the rest of the service staff. Everyone was very patient and able to help me in any way possible to make sure everything was the way we wanted and as stress free as possible. The food was DELICIOUS...just wish I could've had more (but my fault tho, being the bride I had to mingle & say hello to everyone). -

Amy (our Wedding Consultant) was amazing!! She was on top of everything and answered all of our calls and emails in a timely fashion. Jose (Banquet Manager) catered to our every need during our rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding reception. He was fantastic! We decided to go with their most expensive package which included a lot of the vendors. Brides: If you are thinking about going with a package that does include vendors, please please please take the time to talk to them and ask for many many many samples of their work. The DJ we ended up with was probably not someone we would have chosen if we were booking these other vendors ourselves. All in all... totally recommend Arrowhead Country Club!! -

Everything with the country club went great for entire wedding planning. THe wedding also was beautiful. The food was great. My only complaint is there were two weddings, mine and another couples. With this meant the other party was eating and drinking at our cocktail hour and we had a minor misunderstanding with our open bar. We were able to get it fixed as soon as we found out about it though and everything else was great. -

I just got married at the Arrowhead Country club on 10/9. We live in DC but decided to get married in the PHX area since my mom and sisters live there. Most of our guests were from out of town but a lot, almost half, were Glendale and other Arizona residents. Our wedding was spectacular! we are currently on our honeymoon in Maui, and people are calling and still talking about our fantastic wedding! The most important part of it all is the atmosphere at the country club. It was sooo elegant, so beautiful, the lighting was perfect, the food was delicious and hot, and served on time, and everyone at country club was so accommodating! THANK YOU for making our wedding a memorable one. I don't know what I would have done without Amy Mires, the events manager there. Because ours was a destination wedding, she worked with us long distance and still got everything right! I was worried at first but she was on top of her game. When she said no worries, she meant it. A few times she did not respond right away, but no worries brides, she knows what she's doing and I'm sure follows her priority book, so she focuses on the wedding at hand. She even helped till the last minute. They calmly made some last minute changes to the seating I requested and provided a room where I could sit and relax before our reception began. They helped feed our 5 member band after dinner was over, they helped direct our guests, everything was just perfect. If I needed something done, they were absolutely efficient and quick in getting it done. I even changed around the timing of events but they were quick on their feet to make adjustments. The entire staff is extremely flexible and helped relive any anxieties I had.
I did not find one single thing to be a problem. The main dining floor itself is beautiful and the lighting was great, it looked phenomenal and turned out so beautiful in all of our pictures. Kudos to the chef, the main meal, appetizers and Desserts were fantastic, nice presented, and perfect. To Amy, who worked with us closely, was patient, answered all my questions, helped me make my decisions when i didn't have a clue, and helped to quell my fears of what could possibly go wrong. And to Tony/Christina, our head waitstaff at Arrowhead who helped make our wedding reception truly unforgettable. I am so very happy I chose to have our wedding there! It was affordable and really very beautiful. THANK YOU so much. -

They were extremely helpful and responsiveness to our needs. Further, the prior event coordinator left out of the blue and the current event coordinator took over and ensured we would have an excelled wedding. We did and would go back to Arrowhead Country Club for an event anytime. -

Amy was wonderful! She absolutely deserves 5 stars, very friendly and more importantly organized. Everything was beautiful as set up as expected for the day.
My only complaints would be related to the bar staff. Per some of our guests there was a very long line during the cocktail hour (because there was only one bartender for our 140 guests), my father-in-law actually had to go talk to the banquet manager to get another bartender so our guests could enjoy the hour rather than standing in line the entire time.
Overall, Arrowhead is a great venue. Beautiful location, good food and very affordable. -

The venue was beautiful and was the perfect size for my wedding of about 50 guests. I would absolutely recommend this venue since it is one-stop shopping for food and beverage and the cake is included too! My only small complaint was that I sometimes played phone tag with the staff. -

Overall my experience was a positive one. The ceremony site, reception site and food were excellent. The only aspect I was not happy with were the food servers. They stood around, did not smile, and it was difficullt to get their attention when needed. One additional comment I would make would be to have the bar set up in the banquet room. It was distracting to have my guests have to leave the room to go to the bar. -

It was not as easy getting in contact with their wedding coordinator. However, once we were in contact, we communicated by person/phone/email. We were able to make our decisions, and Arrowhead followed through. I was disappointed that I could not bring in my own caterer, but their food was wonderful!!
I have no complaints really, they did a great job.

We had our wedding here in Oct 2009. Katie Krell, who was the wedding coordinator was awesome and helped up get our wedding plans within our budget. I was a little dissapointed that they wouldn't allow a horse drawn carriage. The food tasting was awesome and we really looked forward to having it on our wedding day.
The day of our wedding, Katie was unavailable and another wedding planner was there. She was really nice and helpful and even though we had a few missing items (a bridesmaid bouquet and cake topper) she didn't panic and got things fixed. My real dissapointment came when I was making my rounds to greet people at the reception and noticed that some of my guests were eating fried mexican food appetizers when we had ordered wonderful things like coconut chicken and steak satays and petite quiche, ect. We planned food for 125 people and less than 100 stayed for the reception. When the management was questioned about this, they said that people just took too much food and it was not thier fault that we ran out. We recieved a small refund, but it was not worth the embarrassement of having my guests eating food that should not have been there. -
