From "Yes" to "I do" Arrowed Beginnings with White Oaks Vinyard, turned our daughter and now son-in-law's wedding, in Dahlonega, GA, into a flawless celebration. With seamless coordination for a year, meticulous attention to detail, and what I feel like was a lot of love, the day unfolded without a hitch. This meant so much considering it was a little rainy the day of and a little storm occurred during the reception. The guest did not even notice. All the special moments such as the first look, first dance, final dance, and send-off, were perfectly timed, beautifully executed, and unforgettable. It meant the world to this momma, to my husband, and our daughter, Payton, and son-in-law. Michael.
Mary Lynn was extremely involved from the beginning to the end, Sierra helped with coordination planning leading up to the day. In addition, I cannot speak enough about Landyn and Conner who provided rehearsal and day of coordination services. They helped set up menus, napkins, and other details. Landyn took photos of the tables and sent them to me to verify everything was set up correctly. It warmed my heart so much.

By far the best decision I made deciding to work with these ladies! Not only did everything turn out beautiful, but I didn’t worry about anything the day of! Arrowed Beginnings made it all happen perfectly!!
Arrowed Beginnings (Mary Lynn, Charlotte, and Sierra) was instrumental in coordinating the most amazing wedding that our families could have imagined at White Oaks in Dahlonega. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Mary Lynn walked us through every detail of the planning so nothing was missed. There were many details that we wanted/needed direction on, and the suggestions given were perfect based on what she knew we would like.
As promised, we had absolutely nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding. There was someone there at every turn to provide help or to provide direction. It was like clockwork! They were professional and knew exactly what to do to make the day perfect! Our wedding party was particularly impressed at how smoothly everything ran behind the scenes. Many of them have been in weddings before and commented on how the planners were usually “not very nice”. Mary Lynn and Charlotte were able to make things happen when they were supposed to with a smile. We had such comfort that they had everything under control, and we didn’t need to worry about anything on the big day. -

Wow, Mary Lynn and her team were absolutely amazing for the entire year that I worked with them. ML was readily available, gave honest feedback, stuck to my budget and always explored all my ideas with me - she truly knows what she is doing and made my life 10x easier. The day of ML and Jenny took such good care of me, they brought me a phone charger, a coke for energy & ensured I had a moment to myself to take in what the day meant to me (none of those things I asked for, but truly meant a lot to me).
The team was supportive and on top of everything. They executed my vision and packed everything up for me so I didn’t have to lift a finger - truly a 12/10 experience all around! -

We hired Arrowed Beginnings to help us with planning/coordination & photography for our special day and couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out! A Great Team!
MaryLynn and the entire Arrowed Beginnings team were amazing! We use the services for "Day of" coordination (more like months of) and Event Design. There is no way we would've been able to pull off our wedding without them!
The day of coordination helped ease most of the stress of wedding planning. We had 2 meetings as well as emails back and forth with MaryLynn and the coordinators. They were readily available the entire way through. They answered all the questions I had as well as asked me questions that I would have never thought of. The day of everything ran smoothly thanks to Sierra! They worked well with all of our vendors and with the venue to bring our vision to life.
We decided to add on event design kind of last minute and are sure glad we did! After the first call with MaryLynn my mom and I expressed that that 1 call is worth the money we paid. We felt as though there were a lot of missing pieces and a disconnect in our vision in order to bring everything together. The event design package fixed all of that! I would highly recommend adding this service on in addition to your florist. MaryLynn communicated our vision well to the florist and it all came together perfectly.
We had an amazing wedding day all thanks to the Arrowed Beginnings team! I would recommend them to everyone!! -

I hired AB as my month of coordinator as I had already contracted for all of my vendors, but needed help putting everything together. I soon realized that I needed more help and signed on for their Event Design, Event Rentals, and Floral services. BEST DECISION EVER. I mainly worked with Mary Lynn and Lauren and could not say enough nice things about these ladies. Mary Lynn was able to hear my vision and bring it to life, more than I ever could have imagined. She offered recommendations outside of what I had thought of as well as bringing in another vendor for some seating rentals + AB using rentals as well for table decor and florals. Lauren ran our wedding day so smoothly and kept me informed the entire day. We had one issue that came up with lighting and when Lauren came to me, she came with a solution, not just a problem. I can't thank them both enough for the extremely hard work and long hours they put in to make a brides dream come true.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Arrowed Beginnings. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT, they worked with our crazy schedules (I work and am a PhD student & my husband is a business owner), and made our dream wedding come true. They worked well with our photographer who is seriously the best (Into the Embers Photography-- one of her pics attached) and the vendors they suggested (Acuna Cakes, Hannah Easterwood Hair, and Stylish Stems) were fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Gracie was an absolute DREAM. She completely understood our style and made sure the day went off without a hitch. We are really so thankful for her, she made sure to save us hors d'oeuvres since we were taking photos at the time and really made the day match us, we were able to just focus on enjoying ourselves. -

We used Arrowed Beginnings for our wedding coordination and decor rental. I cannot say enough good things about them. We personally worked with Mary Lynn and she was hands on, super helpful with any and all questions and put together such a beautiful reception. Mary Lynn literally took the stress of coordinating the day and the tiny details out of my hands and it allowed my bridal party and I to just enjoy the day and be in the moment. Megan Pendley from Arrowed Beginnings made our wedding day run so smoothly! She is so personable and friendly. My husband is a Wedding DJ and he has worked with several coordinators in the past. He recommended Megan because he has worked with her before. I'm so glad we went with her because she went above and beyond our expectations! She anticipated our needs and did it with such grace. Some coordinators can be effective, but they come off as rude or as a B*TCH…not Megan.
She kept our group organized, attended and directed our rehearsal the night before, lined us up for the ceremony, helped decorate our wedding venue, lined us up for the reception announcement, checked in on us throughout the night, packed up a bunch of our decorations, and the list goes on.
We had an emergency situation where our junior bridesmaid burned her hand on a curling iron before the ceremony and it was starting to put us behind on our timeline. Megan got us back on track and put my mind at ease! Arrowed Beginnings’ services are affordable and they go above and beyond! We’re so thankful for Megan! -

How do I even put into words how AMAZING Mary Lynn is?? Right from the start, she was enthusiastic and attentive to all my needs. I originally hired Arrowed Beginnings to be our day of coordinator for our May 2020 wedding, but the world had different plans. We had to scramble to make arrangements with guests and vendors to postpone our wedding and ensure availability for a new date. We found one in October that worked for us and we're happy to see that Mary Lynn would continue to be on our vendor team. We had to change our venue and landed. The venue offered coordinator services and asked if Mary Lynn would switch us to an event design package. She happily did that and we got busy selecting head table designs and looking at ALL the pretty decor options. She was super responsive and patient with all my crazy ideas and last minute changes. May Lynn came to our venue meetings to take notes, talk about head table layout and design, and help us envision what our day would look like when it was set up. On the day of our wedding, I was dressed and about to head down to the ceremony site with my parents to begin the ceremony. I had some pre-wedding jitters and also had to stay hidden from everyone and Mary Lynn was there to talk to me before we headed down. She helped us soooo much throughout the whole process and I couldn't recommend her enough! -

My husband and I got married in September in Dahlonega at White Oaks barn, and coordinating services with Arrowed Beginnings came included in the cost of the venue. Mary Lynn was our coordinator, and I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about her! She was so sweet, organized, and attentive to the small details.
Mary Lynn's communication skills are fabulous- she responds to emails/texts in a timely manner. She told me from the beginning of the planning process that she is a firm believer in no family members working on your wedding day. I SO greatly appreciate that advice because it allowed our family to enjoy spending the day with us! In addition to the great coordinating services, AB also has lots of beautiful rental items to put the finishing touches on decorations.
I am so thankful for Mary Lynn! She made our special day run so smoothly, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the day to the fullest without stressing about the little details. I highly recommend Arrowed Beginnings! -

I'm not kidding when I say that I would give Arrowed Beginnings infinite stars, because that is what they deserve!!!! You will not find a better coordination team.
I loved Mary Lynn from the moment I met her. She is the kind of person that you meet and instantly feel like you’ve known her for years. She was so patient with me through every single idea and question and always guided me in the right direction. She was so easy to communicate with, promptly responding to e-mails and then my text messages, once we were weeks out from the wedding. Mary Lynn was the last face I saw before I walked down the aisle, helping me calm my nerves just by her natural calming and positive presence. She made me laugh and gave me the strength I needed to get out of the golf cart when I was so nervous I thought my legs wouldn’t move!
My now husband was also calmed by Mary Lynn. In the midst of the guys getting ready and a delay in the timeline, Mary Lynn brought him back down and told him everything was perfect and on track, reminding him that the day was about us and that was all that mattered.
The Sunday after our wedding, we realized that we forgot to pack up the corn hole boards that we brought that were part of the assembly package. Mary Lynn took the time to drive them to our house!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! After she just spent the last 24 hours doing everything for us, she offered to bring them to us with no hesitation. That is just the kind of person that she is and the kind of service that she provides.
Hannah did our rehearsal and was so efficient that I couldn’t believe how fast we were done! She was kind, professional, and came prepared so we were able to get things done quickly. Hannah also assisted in our day of coordination and I saw her busting her butt all day, making sure everything was on track and exactly where it should be.
We did the Assembly Package, which I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We were able to bring all of our décor to the rehearsal and didn’t have to worry about setting it up or taking it down. At the end of the night, Mary Lynn and Hannah made sure that everything we brought was packed up and put in one space for us to take home.
Mary Lynn and Hannah truly went above and beyond for us, from doing the communication between our families to bringing us beer and appetizers while we were finishing up our pictures because we were going to miss cocktail hour. Not only were they aware of every detail of décor and what our guests needed, but they were also still 100% focused on us as the bride and groom. I cannot say enough good things about Mary Lynn, Hannah, and Arrowed Beginnings as a whole. From the décor options to the team, they are as good as it gets. I can honestly say I didn’t stress or worry about one thing on the day of the wedding, because I knew that they were on it.

Mary Lynn and Megan coordinated my wedding last month and I can’t say enough great things about them!
Mary Lynn answered every question we had, gave us lots of tips and advice and helped us with whatever we needed during the planning process. She was wonderful to work with. Our day of coordinator was Megan and we loved having her! My make up artist (Lauren Maher) didn’t show up and Megan made it work seamlessly. I was so stressed all morning about not having a make up artist, but as soon I arrived at the venue, I felt like it was all under control knowing Megan had it all figured out. She rearranged our timeline and the day ended up being perfect. She made sure everyone and everything was organized while being super kind and friendly. We LOVED their team and we’re so glad we used them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

I was the Maid of Honor in a wedding at White oaks barn that Megan helped coordinate. Our makeup artist never showed/ contacted us the morning of the wedding and within a matter of minutes Megan was on it. She contacted multiple makeup artists and sent pictures of their work. Within an hour she had someone driving up from Atlanta to do the bride's makeup.
Seeing how Megan worked behind the scenes really was amazing- Any issue, big or small, she handled so well. Not only was she professional and calm, but I really appreciated her attitude the whole day. She was so encouraging and sweet to the bride. If it wasn't for Megan I think her wedding day would have gone much differently. As a bride myself, I would spend every penny to have someone like Megan coordinating your special day! -

I was recommended to Mary Lynn after the original wedding coordinator I was going to go with was booked for my wedding weekend and I am SO happy that our paths crossed. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me every single step of the way. Planning a wedding this season was anything but ordinary, and Mary Lynn made sure to help keep me positive. Throughout the planning process, I really was not sure how anything went (ceremony line up, dinner, just the whole day in general) . I was one of the first people in my friend group to get married so I have not attended many weddings as an adult yet. Mary Lynn helped me create the ceremony and made sure it was perfect! One of our meetings I remember her telling me she had reached out to all of my vendors already, and I was thinking “wow, what would I do without her”. She was super responsive and texted me back even on Sunday mornings when I had questions. She created a timeline that was perfect. Her attention to detail and organization is exactly what you need while planning a wedding and the day of your wedding.
On wedding day we got to have both Mary Lynn and Hannah for coordination. I truly do not know how to even put into words how awesome they were. They made the day PERFECT. I am so grateful for both of them. Every single thing I asked for, they did not hesitate. It was so nice to have both of them because Hannah was able to keep the wedding party on schedule and Mary Lynn was able to set up the details and help with guests when they arrived. Not to mention, my wedding dress was never professionally steamed. Mary Lynn took my dress the night before the wedding and steamed my dress (about a 10 layer dress) and veil for me. I am so incredibly grateful that I was able to have Mary Lynn and Hannah throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding day. It would not have been the same experience without them. -

Mary Lynn and Lindsey are the best, they made every step in the process easy! From our initial meeting, which felt like sitting down with friends, to our menu/decor selection, where they are on top of every detail, they killed it! The team at Arrowed Beginnings is phenomenal!!!
These ladies thought of everything! From the very beginning of planning stages to our grand departure, every detail was taken care of! I felt like they understood what was most important to us and easy turned our simple conversation into our dream day. If I would have lost my head one of these professionals would have said, “oh honey that’s just over here, this way”. They truly create your fantasy and make your big day the easiest day of your life! I can not say thank you enough to this team of hardworking individuals! -

We cannot thank this team enough for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. They were professional, kind and efficient from the very beginning. They listened to our ideas and were so easy to work with. They coordinated with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. They handled all of the potential stresses and logistics on the wedding day which took all of the pressure off of me and my family. The rentals were so beautiful and made for a stunning head table!
Thank you again!! I only wish we could go back and do it all over :)

Mary Lynn and Lindsay were our day of wedding coordinators and they were absolutely amazing! They kept a constant communication with us in the month leading up to the wedding to ensure we had everything we needed and our details were sorted. They were so easy and pleasant to work with. They had great recommendations for our day and were also great at acting on everything we wanted as well. Overall, they ensured our day ran smoothly and that we were both happy and taken care of. We had the perfect wedding day and I can’t thank them enough for all they did to make our day beautiful, enjoyable, and peaceful. -

We got married at Kaya Vineyard in Dahlonega, GA and Kaya required that we work with one of their preferred vendors as our day-of coordinator. In speaking with each of those listed on Kaya's preferred vendor list, I felt most confident in doing business with Mary Lynn and the Arrowed Beginnings team. On our introductory call, it was clear to me that she knew the industry, the venue, and was a very good communicator. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to work closely with her throughout the planning process until nearly 1-week until our wedding which lead to confusion and frustration on my part given her team is not as knowledgeable or experienced as she is.
I want to be clear that our wedding day was a perfect 10, and when it comes to executing and delivering on the plan (especially the assembly package!): Arrowed Beginnings did well. It was the lead up to our wedding day that was painstaking which I will not put holistically on Arrowed Beginnings as I believe they were facing the same challenges as I faced in working with Kaya. Kaya was clearly understaffed and overwhelmed by their wedding commitments leading up to our wedding weekend at the end of Spring wedding season. As such, response times from the team were slow and repetitive with a lack of efficiency I am used to as a businesswoman. There weren't very clear expectations laid out at the beginning (from our venue or from Arrowed Beginnings) as to what the relationship and flow of communication should functionally look like which lead to confusion and mis-management of communications on my end.
I was disappointed in the management of our rehearsal by the Arrowed Beginnings team: they lacked authority and command of the group in running the rehearsal which lead to an extended amount of time in 90+ degree heat.
The Arrowed Beginnings team was pleasant to work with and did ensure our wedding day was a perfect 10 for which I am very grateful for.
