I called Arrive in Style a week before my Daughters wedding after I found out that she didn't book a Limo for her special day. Jarod (owner) and team jumped right on my request and had some room in the schedule for my late request. Just to make you aware I called and emailed some of other companies in the area and they either were higher priced or they never even called me back. Jarod and his team gave over the top service and the Driver (I forget her name I am sorry) was just fantastic. My daughter and son-inlaw drove to the reception in style and thanked us for giving them the alone time after the church. Thanks Jarod I would use you again in a second if needed.

Arrive in Style Limousine was professional, courteous and most importantly they got us to and from our venue on time! The limousine was spotless and the champagne bottle we received was a nice touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing limo service!

Arrive in Style Limousine's service was part of to our teens' great prom memories. From the beginning, Jarod provided timely, professional, and flexible service. The limousine driver arrived promptly, she was courteous, and had a smile that gave us, parents, a sense of ease sending our teens off. We will definitely use their service again when needed.

It was a great ride, the limo seats were very comfortable and we only had 5 people, but it could easily fit 5 more comfortably. We all had a great time, and the driver was very flexible on times he had us text him when we were ready and he was there to pick us up.

We needed a flexible company to work with us on providing an amazing experience for some young students that won a PTA fundraising contest - Arrive in Style did not disappoint! From the moment I reached out to them, they were proud to support our cause and worked with us on an affordable and exciting experience. The kids loved it and the red carpet was a nice touch. Arrive in Style did an incredible job on my wedding day! They were so on top of it and professional. I was very pleased with the Bentley limousine they had available. My girlfriends and I were able to dance and listen to music as we arrived to the venue. It made the beginning our day that much more exciting!

My husband initially found Arrive in Style Limousine one evening; around 10:30PM. The owner, Jarod, and him started exchanging emails and Jarod ended up asking for my husband's number so that he could give him a call if that was alright. They talked on the phone that evening and ironed out all of the details. It was the most responsive vendor I worked with throughout my entire planning experience, and I loved being able to check something off of my to-do list so quickly! The night of the wedding, our car arrived on time and was beautifully cleaned. They had champagne waiting for us in the car and very romantic music playing in the background. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to be whisked away after their big day! They were fabulous!

Jarod and Joelle really came through for us in providing transportation during my mother's funeral. They showed kindness and helpfulness all through that difficult day. They will be my first call next time I need a limo or car service. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Our driver was prompt and accommodating. She went back into our venue to grab a few items we had left behind and loaded everything into the car for us. We were dead tired after our wedding and her service was pleasant and professional.

Could have not asked for a better experience... Arrival and Pickup was on time and all communication was key and well done! We were all treated like stars and the pricing was also very competitive and fair for the services... I would definitely recommend and or use their services in the future for sure!!

I was beyond impressed with Arrive in Style. From my first phone call to book them to the day of service, they were responsive, helpful and professional.

Our limo and SUV arrived 5 minutes early and the drivers were so courteous. At the end of the night, the SUV gladly returned early to take our tired parents home.

I can not recommend them enough. I also found that the prices were on point for the area.

Our experience with Arrival In Style Limousine was great! From the first interaction they were professional and courteous. Arrive in Style was one of my favorite things about planning our wedding. There were multiple times when I thought, "this is too good to be true." The owners were incredibly nice, personable, knowledgeable, flexible, offered advice when asked, and worked to ensure we were happy, secure, and confident going into our event.

The drivers were prompt (as in 15 minutes before each arrival time), very friendly, and so much fun. We have one vehicle from point A to point B running all afternoon / evening, and one additional vehicle at the end of the night. Our guests on the other bus were having so much fun they were sending us photos and videos of their ride...and it was only 15 minutes. Our guests were so impressed by the size, cleanliness and comfort of the vehicles as well!

If you have no yet booked transportation for your wedding or event, look no further then Arrive in Style. Save yourself time (AND MONEY - trust me, I did the research) and make the easiest decision in booking this amazing team!

We had a very complicated wedding schedule with pickups and drop offs from several hotels to a variety of venues over a four day period. Arrive in Style handled the transportation beautifully. Their coaches were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were reliable and professional.

It's not often you need a limousine but when it's for your only daughter's wedding you want everything to go right. The moment Jarod pick up my call I knew I was with the right car service. Jarod completely understood my needs and anticipated a few I never thought of. He was able to describe the experience we were seeking and was able to scale the size vehicle we needed. Our wedding was early in the morning and Arrive in Style were right on time! Our biggest fear was avoided. The driver was extremely professional and made it fun for the wedding party. What a nice touch with the "red carpet" treatment. I would absolutely recommend Arrive in Style for your next car service need.

I would HIGHLY recommend Arrive In Style. Not only was Jarod (the owner) extremely friendly, professional and easy to deal with but we also had a wonderful limo driver (I cant remember her name). We were picked up from our hotel and went to 1 location (Botanical Gardens) for photos. The limo was clean, comfy, and came with water; as well as 1 bottle of champagne. Also stocked with ice and cups. I would absolutely book with them again :)

Arrive In Style was quick to respond to my email inquiry and was the best value for the price. The driver was very friendly. Our drive was short (3 miles or so from the place we were getting ready to the venue) and we were trying to enjoy a bottle of champagne in the process but the driver made sure to take her time for us so we could really enjoy ourselves despite it being a short trip. Definitely would recommend this company!

From the quality of the responsiveness in booking the limo, to the outstanding service of the driver and cleanliness of the car, 'Arrive in Style' made the end of our daughter's wedding very special. The driver was there a little early (which worked out great for us) and had a red carpet for the bride and groom. They had a bottle of champagne which the driver opened and poured for the couple. Since neither the bride or groom had been in a limo before, they made the wedding night experience end perfectly! We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this company and would use again in a heartbeat, if needed!

Joelle was our driver for our wedding day and she was wonderful! Especially for a limo (your main transportation for the day!), it is so important to be on time and she was! She was very nice, professional and so accommodating- doing multiple trips for the girls, then the guys, etc. She even rolled out the red carpet for us (B&G) after our reception, what a wonderful surprise! We would not hesitate to recommend or use them again, you will not be disappointed!

I contacted Arrive In Style for my son (and his friends) prom. The owner Jarod was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! The driver, Dan, was so great as well! One of the girls was running late for pick up, but Dan was so patient and understanding. The limo had Sparkling Cider for the kids to toast with during their ride to dinner and then to prom. They also gave the kids the Red Carpet treatment... a very nice touch! I will definitely be using Arrive In Style again!

We used them for our son's prom and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They were on time. The driver was personable and courteous. What I loved most was that they texted me to let me know the kids arrived safely at prom and then again when he picked them up and they were in their way home. Excellent customer service.

After we expressed interest in a limo transfer at the end of our wedding night, our planner recommended Arrive in Style. We booked a limo to take us to our wedding suite from the venue, which was an easy process. We did a sparkler send off which they had no problem with (we just didn’t get a red carpet to walk down — no big deal!).

Our wedding planner was able to get all of our personal items from the venue into the trunk of the limo prior to the send off, so all we had to do was get inside! The limo was very nice, and once we had a seat the driver asked if we would like him to open the bottle of champagne (of course!). This was perhaps the only conversation we had with him, which after an exhausting day, was just perfect with us. We had a lovely ride to our hotel while sipping on what was actually really good champagne. He and the hotel staff helped us out and he got all of our personal items to the bellman, who took care of the rest.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience to leave our wedding and get to our hotel! We can recommend Arrive in Style to any couple without reservation.

I would 100% recommend using Arrive in Style. They exceeded our exceptions and transportations needs. Our son was married in Arizona and we are from out of town. Jarod and Joelle provided for all our our transportation needs from getting people to and from the venue, rides to and from the airport, transporting the bride and groom and even arranged for a bus for all of our guests to the wedding venue. They were so friendly, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them for any and all transportation needs.

The owner, Jarod, was very helpful when I inquired about his limo service for my daughter's special birthday celebration. The white limo was nice and clean when it arrived. Start here and skip the rest! You don't need to spend as much time and effort on arranging limo service as I did. I experienced companies that didn't respond to my contact and even a reservation agent who argued with me about what time I wanted the limo to arrive.
Steve, representing Arrive In Style Limousine, responded immediately to my inquiry in a kind and courteous manner. When I needed to make a change, he responded favorably. Steve was very professional and a pleasure to have on our special day. This is the second time I used this service. The first time I used this service was over one year ago for our wedding. Both my husband and I were pleased with this service the Limo was late for pick up due to an unfortunate mechanical problem.which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it allowed to the photographer to get some beautiful sunset pictures that would we would not have gotten otherwise. This second time I used this service was for a tour of Christmas lights in Phoenix and surrounding cities. This too was exceptional .What I really like about this company is it professional and personal service. I did not have to fill out a lengthy form and press a bunch of buttons all I had to do was leave a message and a real person called me back. Find that in these big fleets! I am pleased to give a star rating for promptness, professional, friendly and personal service .If you are looking for a limo service for the first time (or even second time)call this vendor and it will put your mind at ease especially if you are planning your wedding , it's one more thing to cross off your list.

Steve and Arrive In Style are truly a class act. We hired them for our Mesa wedding for transportation to the hotel at the end of the night. Steve is extremely nice, responsive to emails, and flexible when we requested an earlier pick-up time. He had worked with our venue, Stonebridge Manor, before and gave tips on planning so the limo entrance/exit would work out well. They gave us the Bentley limo for no extra charge and arrived right on time. The limo was clean, came with bottled water and champagne, and the ride was smooth. Steve even kindly took a video of our grand exit on his phone, and showed us when we got to the hotel! What a nice guy. AND it's reasonably priced! You can't beat this limo company -- we'd recommend them to anyone.

Arrive in Style Limousine service did just that for my daughter's wedding, "arrive in style". We had reserved a Lincoln limo to take my daughter and new husband to the Princess Resort. At the last minute Steve, the owner, generously upgraded the limo to a Bentley at no extra charge because no one had reserved the Bentley at that time slot. **EXCELLENT SERVICE** Steve was very friendly and took the time to explain details of their services that I had never considered. After speaking with him it was clear that he cares about making your event one to never forget and treated me like family. Not only did he provide exceptional service and saved me because this reservation was a last minute forgotten detail but he also provided complimentary upgrades that allowed my son to enjoy the only Bentley limo in Arizona! I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was and how grateful I came across Steve!

Customer service and attention to detail is AMAZING..! As mother of the Groom, I wanted a grand entrance and exit for my Son and his new bride. Steve showed up in the Bentley limo and made sure the Bride felt extra special that day by helping her in/out of the limo and rolled out the red carpet for my Son and his new wife on their grand exit. The evening wrapped up sooner than expected and Steve was able to accommodate an earlier than originally planned departure time at a moments notice. Much to my surprise, he even provided champagne for their ride to the hotel. Limo was impeccably clean, comfortable and roomy enough for the entire bridal party (moms included). This was the first time I ever used a limo service and have to say Arrive In Style went way above and beyond to make my Sons wedding day a memorable one.
