Fun, spontaneous, and directive!

From the ceremony officiant, photo booth, and the extraordinary DJ service, the services from Arpeggio went above and beyond what we were expecting. They were everything we hoped for and more.

Our guests had so much fun with the photo booth and so did we. The attendants were so kind and fun. The photo booth book is such a thoughtful keepsake and it makes us laugh and aww every time we go through it. The memories of dancing all night will always be with us. Rick was an incredible DJ and always kept people engaged and knew the flow of the night. Richard was so wonderful as our officiant. He was personal and funny and made the ceremony so wonderful.

Debbie made this process so smooth and easy with being so communicative and attentive. It was so great working with this company for a plethora of reasons, but above all else, they were communicative, dedicated, and friendly.

Great Lighting Vendor

We used Arpeggio for uplighting during our reception for our June 2024 wedding in Newport, RI. We loved setting the tone with first a soft glow then transitioning to fun colors when the band kicked in for dancing during the reception. It was a perfect touch and Arpeggio was incredibly easy to work with.

One Stop Shop!

When we went looking for a DJ for our wedding we were overwhelmed by all of the people out there. After initially reaching out to Arpeggio Entertainment, we knew they were the right fit for us. Debbie, your point of contact, is incredibly responsive and feels just as excited about your big day as you are. We were also able to book uplighting for our reception room, a photo booth, and a monogram to project on our dance floor - all from Arpeggio! DJ Rick did an amazing job using the songs we gave him to get a feel for what kind of music we would want to play at our wedding and he did an amazing job at playing songs for all ages! My dad is very particular about wedding music, and he told me several times how great of a selection Rick played! I would highly recommend booking Arpeggio Entertainment for any DJ, uplighting, or photo booth needs!

Personalized Corn Hole Set

We used their services for a custom cornhole set. They came out better than we ever could have imagined! They put our college logos on the boards and matched to the bean bags. These were a huge hit with our guests during cocktail hour. Our college friends found them extra special!

Debbie was great to work with during the planning process. We went back and forth with ideas and then decided on just one custom set to keep. Since we didn’t meet the delivery minimum, they allowed me to pick up from their store. I really appreciated that. They offer free delivery to your venue with a $500 purchase.

Such a great touch to personalize your wedding. Highly recommend this!

Wonderful People with attention to details

Working with Rick and Debbie was a fantastic experience. Both were very responsive to all forms of contact and had excellent insight on making our Wedding a success. Having a quick and easy online portal made planning our music so much easier on us. They have a large selection of music and even found music for us they didn't have. If you want a stress free experience with extremely talented professionals I would highly suggest working with Arpeggio.

Five ⭐️ Stars!

Arpeggio went above and beyond to help make our wedding a fun and memorable day! Even my 81-year old grandfather was out on the dance floor 😄

DJ Rick was awesome. The playlist was exceptional and we enjoyed hearing so many songs we requested as well as songs he added to keep things running smoothly. Each song had our crowd up and dancing or running to the photo booth- we went with the social option- to capture a fun moment together. It was one of the best days that we will never forget!

The key to a fun wedding!

We hired DJ Rick for our wedding and are so happy we did. The entire Arpeggio team, especially Debbie, made wedding planning so easy! They were one our most responsive and flexible vendors and always happy to help answer questions etc. leading up to our wedding. The entire Arpeggio team that worked our big day were excellent. We even ended up adding a roaming photo booth from them that our guest enjoyed! We are so glad we found Arpeggio and highly highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a really fun wedding full of dancing!

Couldn't ask for better!!

I cannot say a bad thing at all about Arpeggio wedding Entertainment! We had Rick as our DJ at our wedding as well as a Photo Booth through them, which was a huge hit! Debbie was so nice to work with and was great working with us to figure out all the details. You are also able to create a sort of playlist online which is absolutely fantastic and guaranteed that all of our favorite music got played. Everyone danced all night! They worked with our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly and provide music and the sound systems with ease for our outdoor ceremony. We couldn't be happier with choosing them and highly recommend them!

Accommodating, easygoing, professional, and perfect!

It was a wonderful experience working with Arpeggio. Debbie was always available, prompt, happy to answer questions, and was understanding of our needs and preferences. Not once did she (or anyone) bat an eye about doing a lesbian wedding. Once we met DJ Rick, we knew we would be in good hands. He quickly understood our personalities, preferences, and tastes. When we had our in-person meeting, the songs he suggested as we spoke were right up our alley. He was easygoing in response to our multiple requests, one of them very last minute, and helped us feel more relaxed and able to be fully present on our wedding day. He provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and everything felt very seamless. He also coordinated with 2 friends who sang and played guitar at the reception. DJ Rick did introductions for us at the start of the ceremony but otherwise was able to keep the mood happy and the party vibe going without taking an active role, which is exactly what we were looking for. He was prompt and professional, and coordinated with our venue manager so that we did not have to worry about anything the day of. We also went with a photo booth, which was one of the best ideas we made, and created our Guest Book out of the photo strips. Guests LOVED it. We had so much fun looking at all of the images and seeing how everyone took a few minutes to be silly and sweet for us. Thank you, Arpeggio!

We loved the online planning forms! Conner covered all the details in our phone review prior to our wedding and gave us some great suggestions. He even checked in with us a few times on our wedding day. Our guests danced all night with us, and everyone raved about the music selection - it was exactly what we were hoping for! We cannot say enough great things about Arpeggio and Conner our DJ/MC , thank you for everything!

Debbie is amazing to work with. She coordinated everything and answered all of my questions! DJ Rick was so awesome and played all the songs I requested and then some! I danced the whole time!! We also had Arpeggio do the ceremony music, uplighting, monogram, dancing on a cloud, the photo booth, and cornhole! Everything was wonderful and added to the perfectness of the day!!

Arpeggio was a pleasure to work with. The online planning forms made it easy to plan out our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We had several specific requests that DJ Rick was able to accommodate. We wanted classic rock for the majority of our cocktail hour and created a list of artists for Rick to work from which he played the perfect set. The music was a true reflection of us which is exactly what we wanted. We had a great time dancing the night away with our family and friends.
The uplighting was beautiful and helped enhance our venue. The photo booth was worth every penny, our guests could not get enough of it!
We would highly recommend Arpeggio if music is important to you! The entertainment can make or break your wedding and Arpeggio knocked it out of the park and we still have guests talking about how much fun they had at our wedding!

My wife and I could not have had a more positive experience in working with Debbie and Rick to plan our wedding entertainment. Since we were on our own in throwing this party, and having never gone through the experience before, we were understandably quite nervous about our ability to pull off what would in essence be a destination wedding.

After talking to Debbie and meeting with Rick, we knew immediately that we had made the right choice for our wedding entertainment. Debbie responded to our inquiries in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner, and Rick immediately grasped what we wanted for our reception. We walked away from our meeting with Rick knowing that we didn't need to worry about this part of our party.

Our reception could not have turned out better, and this was in large part due to the services provided by Arpeggio. Their services exceeded all our expectations.

Debbie and Rick from Arpeggio were amazing to work with! Debbie was always available for questions and so prompt at getting back to me. I loved having access to the online portal to request "must plays" and "do not plays". Rick was also receptive to our requests and we couldn't have been happier with the music and lighting at the wedding. He kept us dancing all night long! I would highly recommend Arpeggio to any bride and groom for their professionalism, attentiveness, and overall work. You won't be disappointed!

I've used Rick for other events, so I knew how awesome he was, but he blew us away with our wedding. He helped us fine tune our timeline, and found every obscure song we threw at him. I think my husband's words that night were, "Rick was the glue that held our reception together!" For a group that aren't big dancers to compliment us on the DJ was a big deal. We gave him pretty much free choice to play whatever the crowd was responding to, I think the only direction we gave was that our crowd likes the 90s. He knocked it out of the park! Even the large crowd that was hanging out outside was grooving to the music all night. For our entrance song his timing was perfect, too. Thank you a million times over, I recommend Arpeggio to any couple who wants a smooth, successful wedding that is as unique as they are.

I have not a single bad thing to say about Arpeggio. From start to finish, awesome to work with. Debbie was fantastic and so great with communication. I felt no pressure to get certain packages and she explained everything really well. We had a lot of time to use the planning tools online which were helpful. We created a good amount of music on our list, however Jordan did an amazing job with song placement and knew exactly where to throw in his own picks that he knew the crowd would love. Rick was incredibly professional and fun, and checked in with me, the bride, if people were asking for songs. We did not want requests to be taken, and I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure songs played were OK or not. Our dance floor was never empty and our guests absolutely loved all the music.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Arpeggio Wedding Entertainment.

When we first reached out to Arpeggio, Debbie (office staff) was very welcoming and helpful. She gives an excellent first impression and her positive attitude really reflects on the company well. She was also available throughout the whole planning process and checked in frequenting to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.

DJ Rick was awesome. In our meetings with him he was very upbeat and helpful when choosing songs and getting a feel of what we wanted for wedding. He had everyone on the floor all night. Since the wedding, I have received so many compliments about the music from both friends and older family members.

The thing that made DJ Rick stand out is he truly listened to what we wanted. During our meeting we had said we wanted "No More Monkeys" (a Caribbean version of no more monkeys jumping on the bed) played for our twin 2 year old nephews (who were our ringbearers) before they left. Rick had mentioned he would see what he could do but it may break up the flow of the dance floor if it was put on too early in the night. I told him it was not a big deal and decided to let it go. At around 10, my nephews started to fade and my sister was getting ready to put them in jammies and take them home. Without prompting, Rick announced he had a special song for the ringbearers. The boys were so excited to hear their favorite song! Not one person left the dance floor and cheered them on. People aren't joking when they say the whole night is a blur but this is one of the moments that will stick with me forever.

Wow, so Rick (our DJ) and Debbie (the office lady) were out of this world! Debbie was patient with all of my questions (so was Rick!) the day of, the music was perfect and the suggestions Rick made were so on point! He really knows what he’s doing and although we didn’t take one of his suggestions I left saying how right he was! The day of everyone was on time, professional and kept everyone dancing (even our grandmothers!) Thank you Rick and Debbie for helping create the day we dreamt of!!

Rick and Debbie at Arpeggio provided an outstanding service for our wedding. In the planning stages, they were very responsive and flexible. I was always able to communicate with them via email. It was also no problem to set up a meeting time when we were visiting Rhode Island from out of state. Rick provided great suggestions on how to best execute our "big reveal" choreographed dance. They have many years of experience under their belt with providing entertainment at weddings and this was apparent in their professionalism. Most importantly, my husband and I spent our whole reception on the dance floor, just as we wanted. Rick played the songs that we requested but many more that we said were in the genres we liked :) Thank you Rick and Debbie :) I highly recommend Arpeggio for future brides and grooms.

Rick did a fantastic job at our wedding, everything was perfect and we couldn't be more pleased. He set up music and an officiant's microphone for the ceremony, music for the cocktail hour in a second location, and then everything for the reception in a third location. During our meeting two weeks before the wedding we went over our music tastes and what types of music we want for the cocktail hour and reception. Everything went perfectly and he got everyone out on the dance floor during the reception!

Rick at Arpeggio was able to provide great music that kept all of our guest dancing the entire night. Rick and his team were very contentious about the music we wanted to play and also was able to input their professional opinions to keep the party going. I couldn't have imagined a greater DJ with the courtesy and professionalism they displayed. I would recommend his to anyone having any wedding or party. Thank you for the awesome night.

Arpeggio did such a great job at my daughter's wedding!! The lighting was the perfect accent to the room and Rick was able to make adjustments to get just the shade of blue that we were looking for. The planning tools were so easy to use so that we had the perfect blend of music so that everyone could have fun dancing. Debbie made the contract process very easy and sent timely reminders to keep all of the details straight during the planning process. With their help, my daughter and son-in-law had the wedding that they envisioned!

We used Arpeggio for our ceremony and reception music. They were attentive and very organized. I can't pay Arpeggio enough compliments for providing such a fantastic DJ service for our wedding.

We had to find a new DJ only a mere month before our wedding- and not only that- we had to find a DJ willing to travel on a ferry to get to our wedding with a car full of equipment. Thankfully Arpeggio agreed to provide their services. From the start I was impressed with their professionalism, organizational skills and quick response time. Their website was my favorite feature as it has an enormous music library covering many different genres to choose from for our wedding playlist.

DJ Rick was phenomenal. He impressed me with the way he kept the crowd engaged and was instrumental in keeping the wedding timeline flowing smoothly from start to finish.

To top off the night- when it came time for DJ Rick to wrap up- my wedding guests weren't ready to take off their dancing shoes and DJ Rick agreed to keep on playin'!

Thank you for everything,DJ Rick- you contributed to a fantastic evening. Our family will be talking about the wedding and music playlist for a long time to come!

I LOVE RICK!!!!! We had so much fun and people still talk about how great the music was. We danced the night away and he was so cool with having people request songs. I would recommend Arpeggio to everyone I know and definitely recommend Rick to be the DJ. He was so professional and put up with our crazy friends and family. DJ Rob Cimbron was phenomenal! He kept our wedding party guests dancing literally all night. He was able to engage our guests of all ages with a variety of music. The planning process with Debbie and the Arpeggio website was super easy and Rob was able to make great suggestions if we were unable to make a decision. Rob was also very flexible even as changes were being made the morning of the ceremony and reception. Arpeggio also did the sound for our ceremony which was no small feat given the gusting wind off of the Mount Hope Bay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great DJ without hesitation.

I would LOVE to thank you guys for your patience and flexibility with us. I know that we forgot the initial meeting time (I swear, that never happens...) and then we were a casual 1 hour late to the rescheduled appointment (again, this never happens). DJ Rick was so great, and he handled my inappropriate and explosive Bridesmaid with the utmost finesse.
Our guests loved our song selections for all aspects of the event. Our cocktail hour music had folks discussing music (and letting us know that they loved certain renditions of songs), dinner had songs that are so special to most members of our parties/families, and the dancing was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed away from the line dances (I love your hashtag on FB, by the way!), not too much pop music and all tunes that our guests could get down to.
ALSO - you guys were so accommodating with our additional singers/guitarists. Thank you!

Rob Cimbron was abolsultely incredible from the first meeting throughout the end of the wedding night. He was professional, fun and very reliable. The music was nonstop and perfect...our guests started dancing immediately...earlier than planned actually.

We loved Arpeggio! Rick and Debbie are fantastic! Debbie was so helpful in the planning stages, always responding promptly. I felt comfortable from the moment we met Rick – he wasn’t pushy or flashy. Their online planning and music selection tools were really convenient and helpful during our planning. And Rick was outstanding the night of the wedding. He played everything we wanted, and the dancefloor was packed the whole night. He wasn’t on the mic constantly (which I find annoying), but he emceed all the right moments with professionalism and fun! We had so many compliments from our guests on the DJ and music.

Rick took hours prior to the wedding to get to know us, and put together a play list and the list of events to fit us personally. He coordinated with Ocean Cliffs staff to make sure everyone knew what was going on when. He came over the minute we were done taking picture (prior to the cocktail hour) and personally introduced himself again, and thanked us for our business.
My little brother is 11 and a big music fan. I told Rick that he might have some suggestions but to only play it if appropriate (rap/swears...we had young children in attendance). Rick knew him by name, and they talked about music for 20 minutes or so. And he made sure to play one specifically for Kyle. It was very touching.
We returned home from our honeymoon to a card and the book of pictures from our photo booth (with a flash drive of them all as well). It was a great present to return to, and we had a lot of laughs looking through it.
We are so happy with the outcome of the wedding, and Arpeggio events. We couldn't thank them more for their role in our big day! :)

Everyone at Arpeggio was superb and very pleasant to work with. DJ Rick totally nailed the music even though we were a little confusing/uncertain with our own instructions. He responded well to how the event was going through the night and kept everyone dancing to the last minute.

Also, the web site made Arpeggio particularly easy to work with because of the form to fill out for planning the whole evening and selecting music. Well organized and made sure we had all our bases covered.

First he came and did a site visit with me 1 month before the event.
On the day of, He arrived early to set up and iron out all of the technical kinks. He event brought extra stuff. He listened while I discussed what I wanted to be played, he also gave me feedback with suggestions, which I happily took. He made the transitions from cocktail hour to speeches/awards to dancing wonderfully smooth. The guests were very responsive to what he played, things flowed well the whole night. Everything went great. I highly recommend him because he is a very experienced professional with a great attitude.

Music was one of the top priorities for me at my wedding, and I wanted the song selection to be perfect. I have to say that Rick and Debbie were nothing but professional and understanding - from the first inquiry email to the last dance. I took a long time to decide on the DJ selection, not wanting to make a mistake. I should put my trust in Arpeggio from the second I found them. Rick did an unbelievable job responding to the guests and making the reception a party. The dance floor was never empty! Also, he was never intrusive in any way about making announcements, something I've seen as a guest at other weddings I've attended. He even found songs I requested at the last minute. Book them, now. You won't be disappointed.

Working with Debbie and Rick was a great experience. Both of them were extremely professional. The dance floor was packed all night and the photo booth and up lighting were worth every penny. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for responsive, experienced vendors at a great value. Thank you!!!

Arpeggio provided audio and DJ services for our ceremony/reception at the Providence Public Library. Tony and Debbie were both outstanding throughout the planning process and helped walk us through the information needed and making sure we hit all the deadlines. Tony was a great help providing song suggestions for the various components of the event and was very flexible as I threw a lot of things together during the last couple of weeks. The one less than stellar outcome occurred during the ceremony, when many guests sitting at the back were unable to hear the readings/vows/etc. despite the officiant's microphone. Everything else was superb. Tony is an outstanding DJ who expertly mixed in all of the songs that we (and our friends) requested throughout the reception and everyone was dancing the whole night. Music at the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner was also exactly what we were hoping for. Finally, I must mention that both Tony and Debbie were tremendous to work with during the lead-up to the wedding. Their friendliness and professionalism was evident from the beginning and they were a joy to work with during a very busy time!

The music was fantastic and exactly what I wanted. Several of the wedding guests commented on the good music. Rick and I spoke a few days before the wedding however I was under the impression that a microphone would be available (requested in email and over the phone) for the ceremony along with the additional speaker equipment I had requested. Right before the ceremony I found out from the officiant that there was no microphone to use. Fortunately the wedding was moved indoors due to the weather so a microphone was not needed. for the future, ensure all the equipment is reviewed prior to the wedding.

The photo booth was a great hit! Everyone at our wedding loved it. And our DJ, Rick, did a fantastic job. At one point he played a few songs that our guests didn't enjoy as much (the dance floor thinned out a lot) but he responded to the situation and found a great selection of music that kept everyone back on the dance floor for the rest of the evening. I would gladly hire Rick and Arpeggio again.

The best DJ !! My wedding venue had recommended Arpeggio to me and I’m so happy they did. They played everything on our “must play” and most importantly on our “Do Not Play List”. Dj Rick was a fantastic and seasoned MC. He got everyone dancing at our wedding!! Chelsea & Matt

Rick was excellent, assisted us with the flow of our wedding reception, and listened to all of our wants and needs. He announced only the minimal introductions, as we requested. He did a great job with keeping all of our guests on the dance floor all night long! Our wedding would not have been so much fun without Rick, we highly recommend him!

My wife and I arrived to the DJ search a little late, and felt really lucky when we discovered Rob and learned that he would be available to DJ our wedding. He hit the right between having fun with our guests while still being really professional. I had to travel abroad for work until just before the wedding, and he was very accommodating about my schedule and worked with us to make sure he took our song preferences into account even when we didn't give him a lot of notice.

Great lighting, music, and games

We used Arpeggio for our lighting, ceremony/cocktail hour/reception music, and some outdoor games. The lighting and games came out great. I really liked the client portal they used which allowed us to select all of our "must play" music and clearly outlined our preferred songs for specific events during the wedding. I also appreciated that unlike a lot of vendors who 'fell off the radar' during the Covid-19 shutdown, Arpeggio continued to check in with us. Overall, we were very happy with their services.

We wanted a range of music delivered at an appropriate sound level in a professional and dignified manner . They played continually during 1) cocktail hour 2) dinner service 3) dancing after dinner. We did NOT want any Master of Ceremony banter.

They provided exactly what we required and we very pleased..

Rick & Debbie were our main contacts at Arpeggio. They were very organized and professional, both on our wedding day and through the planning process. We thought their communication was excellent - both email and phone - and it showed us how much they wanted to ensure our wedding day was exactly as we envisioned. Side on on the photo booth - every guest liked it and nice add-on to a reception if you are able to do it!
