Marcy and Anastacia at Arnold's Flower Shop were so easy to work with! They made the process from the beginning very easy and stress free and were very responsive. They were also very accommodating when we wanted to add and change flowers through out arrangements. Everything was beautiful and beyond what we imagined at our wedding and even held up outside in strong wind! -

I cannot recommend the Arnold's Flower Shop team highly enough to anyone who is looking for wedding florals. From the initial consultation to the wedding day they were incredibly responsive and helpful addressing any and all questions. They took our colors/vision/feel and really helped us design what we were looking for in floral arrangements and the entire feel of our wedding environment, and then brought that vision to life and the result was even better than we could have imagined. They were so kind and helpful through multiple revisions of our plan, and then on the wedding day they were extremely punctual (actually early based on the timeline sent to us and our coordinator prior to the wedding weekend) and professional, making sure that everything was set up perfectly. I cannot recommend them highly enough to someone looking for a florist for their wedding. They made the process extremely easy with no stress involved. Their quote was very reasonable for the quality of the florals and craftsmanship that they delivered. -

We couldn’t be happier with Arnold’s Flower Shop! The flowers were absolutely stunning, and the chuppah was breathtaking—it exceeded all our expectations. The arrangements were so tasteful, and we truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t try to upsell us but instead gave thoughtful advice on exactly what was needed.
One of the highlights was the custom flower crowns they created for the mezinka—they were absolutely fire! The parents wore them, and they looked so good. It was such a unique and special touch that made the celebration even more memorable.
We were also so impressed with how efficient they made everything, even incorporating bouquets seamlessly into the wedding setup. The whole experience was wonderful, and we can’t recommend Arnold’s Flower Shop enough for any special occasion! Thank you for making our wedding so beautiful! -

Arnold’s florist was wonderful to work with. They listened to exactly what my daughter wanted, right down to specific colors, types of flowers, greenery etc. The flowers were amazing. The colors were perfect and were really breathtaking. Her bouquet was just as we had pictured, beautiful fall colors with some happy bright flowers. The center pieces were just as we wanted cedar, berries, greenery with small white and orange pumpkins. They were very accommodating with special touches like the pumpkins lining the aisle and on the tables. Arnold’s was very easy to communicate with, when we wanted to make any changes. Prior to the wedding they were great about getting a timeline and delivering the flowers where they needed to be. I haven’t seen more beautiful flowers at a wedding. Real beautiful flowers really brings a wedding to another level. Definitely worth every penny. Can’t recommend Arnold’s enough. -

Marcy and Anastacia were a pleasure to work with! During my initial consultation, I shared the vision I had in mind (slightly loose/organic shape with ivory flowers, greenery, and pops of blue) with a few inspiration pictures. When I received the proposal, I could tell that they had really listened because the descriptions were clearly articulated and just what I had been hoping for. They created beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, and ceremony arrangements that helped create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding, while being aware of our budget. Arnold's Flower Shop did an AMAZING job on our wedding! I was so impressed with every aspect of our experience, from our initial consultation to the finished product. I cannot recommend them enough. One of the things I was most impressed with is that they really seemed to care about my husband and I and not just selling flowers. During my consultation, I mentioned that I wanted a big pergola piece as well as a big head table piece, and rather than say "okay sounds good" and take my money, they suggested that in order to save money we make it so that the pergola piece can be taken down and placed on the head table. Not only did it save us money but it also was less wasteful!! The ease of the website they use for each individual event was also very impressive - it was so easy to make changes, see how much I owed, and make payments! The arrangements were delivered on time and they were BEAUTIFUL! I had very loose ideas in my head when I had the consultation, and they had amazing suggestions and brought them to life in the greatest way. I recommend them 110% -

Arnold's did an amazing job with, what I feel was, so little input from me all the way out in CA. I really had no idea what to expect and Anastacia and Marcy were honest and very helpful. The day of, everything was stunning and I could not have asked for better. So many compliments on all of the florals, especially my bouquet. I will say, something special was how the centerpieces for the reception tables weren't overly huge. They were smaller, spread out and perfectly spread nicely over the tables while allowing the guests to see and have conversations. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Arnold's and hope to get flowers with them again in the future. -

Selecting Arnold's Flower Shop was the BEST decision we made for our wedding! Their attention to detail, beautiful, high-quality flowers added that special touch to our wedding day that we will never forget. After spending countless hours researching local florists in my area-I came across Arnold's through WeddingWire and decided to order a flower centerpiece for my birthday party to try them out. Their customer service is one-of a kind. They are super responsive during the planning phases and go above and beyond for their brides. Their delivery and set-up was on-point! These ladies know what they are doing and their passion is undeniable! When your wedding vendors show up on your wedding day you need professional, competent, confident, positive people working behind the scenes to help bring your wedding vision to life! They were great from ordering and choosing flowers and putting together a proposal to delivering and set up!
Arnold’s flower shop was amazing from taking Pinterest inspired pictures and making my vision come to life! They were able to give me two proposals with 2 price points and were happy to make adjustments for me! I had everything from Boutonnieres, to bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, flower spread for arch and big elaborate centerpieces and smaller centerpiece that complimented the big ones. Worth every penny, the only con was it was an outdoor white tent wedding, and the flowers attracted so many bugs, I took my head table flowers off of the table so we could eat without the bugs! -

Amazing experience with highest quality personalized flowers!
Your flowers will be in almost all of your photos, so don’t forget about these- they are critical! Arnold’s was easy to work with and came up with my design based on conversations we had and photos that I supplied them. I absolutely loved working with Arnold’s Flower Shop for our wedding in Ithaca, and highly recommend them! Before planning my own wedding, I always recognized how important flowers were to the aesthetic of weddings I attended, but did not have experience with how to actually make that a reality for my own wedding.
Anastacia put together our order, walked through my “inspiration” photos in detail, and thoughtfully explained options for consideration. She was incredibly detail-oriented, and the event order she put together for us actually listed every individual flower that would be included in each centerpiece and bouquet. As more of a type-A personality myself, this gave me peace of mind about exactly what to expect… and the final products looked even better than I could have anticipated!
I’d also note that we had to change venues for our wedding very last minute - from an indoor to an outdoor setting. Anastacia was a professional, calming, and flexible presence throughout it. With just a few weeks to go, she adjusted our order to include a beautiful arch, bud vases for cocktail hour, and more.

Marcy and Anastacia are SO wonderful to work with! I showed a few inspiration photos on our introductory call, and they RAN WITH IT. The proposal was impeccably detailed complete with images, so we felt confident in what we were getting and the value of it. We didn't anticipate just how truly beautiful the end product would be! The photos speak for themselves; everything felt whimsical and elegant all at once, and the fall tones were captured perfectly. We also had a few last-minute additions, which were incorporated and executed seamlessly. On the day of, I asked if they would add a piece of my mom's wedding veil (45 years old!) and some family jewelry heirlooms to my bouquet... well, when they delivered the bouquet, all I could do was say "OH MY GOD" over and over again. It was beyond beautiful and meaningful... 5 days later, I still can't throw it away, it's sitting in water on my kitchen table =] I cannot recommend this team enough; they are the very best floral partners you can ask for (ESPECIALLY if you're considering the Inn at Taughannock; their two teams work SO well together!). Thank you Arnold's for everything!

We love Arnold's Flower Shop! I had a very specific vision for the flowers for our wedding, and Arnold's Flower Shop was able to make that vision come to life. I called a few different florists and Arnold's was the most affordable by over $1000. They were so easy to work with. We originally had planned a large wedding in Oswego, but had to shift plans a month before the wedding due to the COVID19 pandemic. Arnold's Flower Shop graciously agreed to shift plans with us! They decorated our Airbnb venue beautifully and arranged beautiful cake flowers. I have received so many compliments on our vibrant flowers. We strongly recommend working with them! -

I had the most beautiful arrangements made for my event by Arnold's Flower Shop in Dryden. Outdoor venue, they came and hung/set up all the arrangements. The vision I had was captured perfectly. I loved the colors of the blooms and greens chosen. They were very easy to work with, responded quickly, and made me very happy! Many compliments on the flowers. I let guests take arrangements home with them and they lasted for over a week. Thank you so much!!!! ( I included some photos. Had a total of about 8 (?) decorated hoops, 2 very large arrangements for alter and entry, about 12 table arrangements, and a hair piece) -

Outstanding
Marcy and Anastacia created our dream wedding.
From our countless emails, phone calls and in-person meetings, they were amazing to work with. No idea was shut down with a "no," and their patience and eye for beauty are unmatched.
My bouquet was my most favorite detail on my wedding day; they used my mother's pearls and lace flowers from her veil and incorporated Scottish Thistle for sentimental value.
The flowers for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, our cake, and bridal party were something you see in a bridal magazine - it was absolute perfection.
The staff who delivered and set up day-of were very professional, kind and polite. They made sure we 100% had everything, and even helped us deliver an extra corsage to another room for us.
I cannot imagine the time and effort that went into making our wedding beautiful, so we are forever grateful. Flowers really help set the day and just add that magical touch.
We cannot recommend Arnold's Flower Shop in Dryden, NY enough. They will bring your dream to life!

I loved my wedding flowers! Everything looked beautiful -- the Chuppah, our bouquets, the centerpieces. All of the colors looked lovely together. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. They worked with our (somewhat small) budget and what they created was just gorgeous. They were also so friendly and were very responsive. Lastly, I really liked the way they handle payment - you pay a few smaller chunks throughout your engagement, rather than one lump sum right before the wedding.

I’m blown away by the beauty these ladies created for my wedding. From day one, they listened to my vision and were understanding when I told them my budget. When I asked Anastacia about incorporating a Spanish fan into my bouquet, she took on the challenge without hesitation, and couldn’t have done a better job! The bouquet was absolutely amazing and I received so many compliments. It looks stunning in photos that I will cherish forever. Everything was exactly as I had envisioned, from the arch arrangement to the centerpieces. They even went out of their way to prep centerpieces for a later setup and delivered all of the ceremony pieces right to our hotel! I can’t say enough about how awesome these two are. The quality of their flowers and their talent is simply unbeatable! -

Wedding bouquet
Our wedding was a spontaneous and quick decision. A small and intimate occasion with immediate family. We called Arnold’s with less than a week until the date we chose. They were fast, attentive, and affordable. My bouquet was perfect and looked beautiful with my dress and in the park setting we chose. I asked for succulents, white peonies and white roses. The best around!
Marcy and Anastacia were AMAZING! I appreciated the fact that they took the time to sit down with myself and family to really build a truly special and unique bouquet and flowers for the rest of the wedding. They really listed to what I wanted and spent the time showing us flowers and helping my vision come alive. They are so knowledgeable and creative. When we had to change our wedding date (two months sooner) due to family and the military, they worked with us to make sure there was a smooth transition and not worries at all. From the flower crowns, to the bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, and the boutonnières they were all beautiful and I could not have been happier with my experience -

I got so many compliments!
I was desperately searching for a florist that could do a loose rustic look for my wedding. I almost settled for something less until I found Arnold's Flower Shop! I was so happy that they knew exactly what I wanted and had done many times before. The whole process was very easy. They called me anytime there was an issue with a flower I wanted or to confirm any information leading up to the big day. I got so many compliments on my arrangements and headpiece. Kortney Sent on 07/28/2018I found flowers to be one of the most difficult parts of wedding planning because they are expensive and it seemed impossible to really compare florists. I got quotes from two other florists who seemed to what to give me their "go to" flowers without really customizing their flowers to what I liked and how I envisioned my wedding. Then, I reached out to Marcy and Anastacia at Arnold's. As I was planning the wedding while living in Boston, and did not meet them prior to the event, however they customized a quote for me using my Pinterest boards. They made several adjustments for me and even used a spool of ribbon I sent them that matched the dresses for the wraps on the bouquets and boutonnieres. Further, their cost was over a thousand dollars less than competitors, and they were very easy to work with. I think you will see the beauty of their work from the pictures attached. This team did a truly exceptional job on our wedding flowers. We went for bold, bright, and colorful and they nailed it. Florists that attended the wedding and I've shown photos since have all raved about how they came out and I was overall extremely pleased. We had a few hiccups and last minute changes, but they were rectified. The ceremony flowers were not exactly what I had pictured and didn't quite match the reference photos we had agreed on. That was slightly disappointing and distracted me during my ceremony, but this is just partially me being nitpicky. All in all, I would absolutely recommend them to any bride in the area! -

The initial planning for florals was great. Flowers were never really a huge deal to me - I think everything is gorgeous and loved the images that Arnolds Floral posted online. Being someone who didn't have a strong sense of details, I kind of said "take this general idea and run with it" and they did a WONDERFUL job - the flowers themselves were beautiful and the woman I worked in my planning meeting with was lovely (I apologize I can't remember her name).
The problems that I ran into, however, were that as the wedding date approached, I attempted to reach out via email to confirm the table numbers and settings. I did not hear back after reaching out twice but assumed that it was because I was communicating via email and not through the vendor portal that they used. Perhaps my messages went to spam or were missed - we are all busy! I understood. So, I sent the final adjustments through the vendor portal and didn't hear back either to confirm that it was received or to coordinate timing. My assumption was that everything was good to go so we rolled with it.
When the day of the wedding came around, once they got there it seemed that the final edits never made it to them so we had to do some quick adjustments - since I did not have a vision in mind, I didn't notice a difference and was blown away with how pretty everything came together, so didn't even think twice about the miscommunication.
Now, where I am really struggling is with this: The day of my wedding was forecasted to rain the entire day - I was told that I needed to make the decision to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony two hours before the start time. Since there was a low chance that the wedding would be outdoors, we decided to set up the arbor florals indoors since we were told by many that there was no way it would be outside. My amazing wedding coordinator and I then decided that on the off-chance that it didn't rain, we would just repurpose the flowers that were on the arbor from the wedding the day before. Of course, they were day-old flowers from a different vendor but it was unlikely that we would be using it anyways - it was a backup plan.
By a miracle, it did not rain! So, we did end up photographing and holding the ceremony in front of the day-old flowers. In the weeks after the wedding, I was told by numerous people (friends, officiant, and members of the wedding party) that they overheard my florist being upset with *me* for using those day-old flowers - and talking negatively about me at the venue in front of my guests.
I am upset because on the day of, I could feel that whoever came to set up the flowers was frustrated with me about the initial miscommunication regarding the missed emails - I tried to make it simple and was never upset about anything while we were adjusting the set-up and tried to let everyone know that I would be happy no matter what. Then hearing from several guests that she was talking about how she was upset with me about the flowers was very disheartening, because I loved my flowers and was overall very happy.
I think that they did a fantastic job, truly. My wedding day was everything I could have hoped for so I was just sad to find out that I was being talked about disrespectfully in front of my friends and family on my own wedding day because I was using my backup plan.
I am sure that this was just a stressful situation on her part but I was of course upset to hear from multiple people of that interaction.
