We went to the store to sell some jewelry. The service was quick and professional. The owner's daughter was wonderful. She was courteous and informative. We highly recommend them.

I bought my husbands band here and I am so happy I did! It was absolutely beautiful, and he loved it! I was able to custome design the band edges to be gold and center white gold and engrave it as well. The staff is excellent and so very friendly! Loni made our experience so pleasant! I would most definitely reccommend this place and look forward to purchasing something from them again in the future! If i could give 10 stars i would!! Excellent!!!!

Exceptional service and quality! We feel fortunate to have done business with Loni at Arnold Jewelers. Loni and staff were able to build us a custom engagement ring and 2 wedding bands within our budget. The final product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. We certainly would recommend their business to anyone. They are a trustworthy family owned business that certainly aims to please their customers. Loni Arnold-Wade was the individual who helped us find my engagement ring. We had my fiance's mothers ring and wanted to incorporate that into a ring just for me. I must say that in going around to other jewelers I never got the kind of personalized "help" that I received from her. Instead of telling me what I wanted she listened, showed me many suggestions (price ranges) and lets just say I felt special. It was such a wonderful experience and I would completely recommend Loni and Arnold Jewelers.

A hug thanks to the entire staff at Arnold Jewelers for making our ring buying experience amazing! From the moment we walked into the store everyone was so professional and helpful. They are amazing and truly care for each and every one of their clients. I get compliments all the time on my ring and am would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase jewelry - I promise you wont find a better selection or price! We have used them for several other purchases as well and will not go any where else!!

We would never go anywhere else! The staff is so attentive and personable, helping you find exactly what you're looking for. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Arnold's almost 10 years ago, and our wedding bands soon after that. We have never shopped anywhere else and recommend them to all of our family and friends. They are honest and fair! Hopefully in years to come, our 3 sons will purchase their rings from this amazing family, too!

Excellent customer service!! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! My husband purchased my engagement ring at Arnold Jewelers and it is beautiful!!! We of course returned to purchase our wedding bands and they spent time showing us different options until we found exactly what we wanted. I imagine that it is not extremely common for a jeweler to have a female customer come to them to purchase an engagement ring for their girlfriend. However, dealing with Loni at Arnold Jewelers was an incredible experience and she never batted an eye at my "different situation." She was extremely helpful, supportive and genuinely excited for this important moment in my life. There was a very wide variety of engagement rings to choose from and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for. The diamond selections were equally as impressive and I was able to get a nearly flawless diamond that is so CLEAR it still shines bright months after being purchased. Loni was also helpful with resizing our rings and getting them appraised for insurance purposes. The entire experience with Arnold Jewelers was top notch and I believe the customer service far surpasses that of the "big name" jewelry chain stores. I would highly recommend these folks for all of your important jewelry purchases! Thanks again Loni!!!!

Arnold Jewelers and my husband designed my beautiful engagement ring and I fell in love! (With my husband and the ring) I thought that it couldn't be any more beautiful until Arnold Jewelers designed the wedding bands to go with it. The quality you get with this company isn't just within the jewelry, but with the friendly, helpful staff as well. Great experience years ago and have used them ever since! My now fiancé always insisted that he would not look at rings with me and wanted to pick it out himself. I was extremely nervous and unsure where and how he would ever find the perfect ring since I have extremely picky taste. Loni did the most amazing job designing the most perfect ring. Because we live in NY, my fiancé and Loni emailed back and forth to figure out every last detail. He described it as the easiest experience, as Loni is patient, knowledgeable and so sweet! I stare at my ring all day and still can't believe it's mine... We would recommend Loni and Arnold Jewelers with total confidence to anyone we know.

If I could give a review more than 5 stars, I would. Arnold's Jewelry has been nothing but good to my family and I. My husband (then fiancé) and I went ring shopping and I initially wanted to go to the mall and pick out something. Well, we were disappointed in the quality of diamond for the high price. We literally visited almost every jewelry store in the Tampa Bay area to the point that I became an expert on diamonds. I was growing discouraged that we would be able to find a quality diamond in our price point. I drive by Arnold's on my way to work and decided to stop by with my husband to see what they had in stock.

I was so surprised because there were literally about 10 rings that I "loved" and before this visit I could not find one! Loni was so nice and answered all of my questions. I found the ring of my dreams but was unsure if my husband could afford it. I was pleasantly surprised when he proposed and the ring was blinging. After i said "yes" i immediately said "is this the ring???" Because it was even more beautiful when the diamond was placed in the setting. My husband informed me that he got a good deal.

Here we are, almost 3 years after the proposal and my ring is still as beautiful as ever. I must admit, this ring has made me a bit stuck up because every time I see someone else's engagement ring, I think "it doesn't bling like mine." LOL I have 4 children and keep my ring on everyday and you would think it should look like "who did it and why" by now, but it is spectacular even though it is in desperate needof a bath.

I am a type of person who isnt loyal to any store. I tend to shop where things are on sale. However, Arnold's Jewelers has made me a lifetime customer and will always be my go-to Jewelry store.

The staff at Arnold's Jewelers made my ring buying experience one of the most memorable moments I have every encountered buying jewelry. Loni provided several selections of different cut diamonds for me to choose from so I could choose the perfect stone for my future wife. The selection was incredible and Loni's knowledge of the stones made it very easy to select a diamond that I was very proud of. I was at a loss where the setting was concerned and considering I tried to show my future wife magazines of settings which she did not want to look at, I again had to fall back on Loni's expertise. Loni was able to recommend the perfect setting for the stone. The ring was amazing and my wife could never have been happier!!!!!!! Loni and the staff at Arnold's Jewelers will make you're jewelry buying experience well worth the trip.

After already purchasing my wife's engagement ring from Arnold's we went back to them for our wedding bands. I can't imagine an easier process and we live 1500 miles from the store!!! Loni "the diamond expert" could not have been more helpful, we exchanged a couple emails describing what we wanted and Loni went right to work within a few days we had the exact rings we wanted. Upon payment they were shipped directly to us. Everything was handled with absolute professionalism and class. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. A first class operation!! Thank you so much Loni and staff! We will definitely be back for all future jewelry needs!!!

I love my wedding band! My engagement ring was not a set and Aronld Jewelers created a band to fit my ring perfectly. I could not have asked for a better jewelry store, they are so nice and responded immediately! I also didn't find a better price and we went to Kay's, a Jewerly Exchange, Macy's and Mayors!

When choosing an engagement ring for me my now fiancé knew he could rely on Loni and everyone at Arnold Jewelers to help. I ended up with a beautiful ring that I get complimented on daily! I am heading back there this month to pick out mine and my fiance's wedding bands. Also, if you ever have any issues with sizing or any questions on how and what to use for cleaning your ring everyone is MORE THAN HELPFUL! I will never, ever go anywhere else besides Arnold Jewelers. They are the absolute best!!

I am very picky, no doubt! I needed a very nice engagement ring for my bride-to-be and Arnold Jewelers explained everything that I needed to know to provide me the finest bridal set. The price was very reasonable and I had it checked out by another jeweler to make sure that it was as valuable as I paid for it. I got the deal of the century! :) There's alot to understand about making such a big decision and Arnold Jewelers took the time to explain everything to me. Go to see Loni at Arnold's and you'll be surprised at the price!!!!!

I had my Rolex serviced at Arnold's Jewelers. I was not satisfied with the time it kept and Arnold's stood behind their work, took it back and now it keeps perfect time. It is so nice when there is till businesses that stand behind their work. Thank you Arnold's.

I needed a nice daimond ring for my wonderful wife of ten years! Our anniversary was beautiful! Arnold Jewelers helped me to find the perfect ring. It made her so happy that it brought tears to her eyes! I didn't know anything about buying diamonds and they explained everything to me. (now, I just need for my wonderful bride to pick me out a nice Rolex from Arnold's) :) You can't go wrong with the qualty and exxperience that these people have in their line of work. My now husband brought a diamond to this jeweler to be set in a setting. The setting he purchased from them is gorgeous. Fast forward to a couple of months before our wedding and a prong that holds the diamond was loose. No big deal, I know it happens. I dropped it off to Lonie (who really is so sweet and helpful) to be fixed. I came back in 30 minutes and the ring was all fixed up. I hopped in my car and noticed a big gash if you will near the head. I went back and the jeweler who tightened the prong claimed he did not do it even though it was never there before and it definitely looked like a tool mark! They decided they would fix it for free but refused to admit they did it and called it a "manufacturer defect" like I wouldn't have noticed it was there for almost a whole year! I later called and actually spoke to the owner who was by far the rudest man with zero customer service skills. I refuse to ever step foot in that place.

This store I went to few days ago to get a link added to a Rolex daydate. It fit but was a bit tight when I went to the store. After they told me the gold pin I had was too thick for the extra link I had they said to come back the next day and they will have someone there who can help me with getting a pin that fits.

After leaving and getting in my car the watch no longer fits. This store has a person come from the back room offering to do the link install for $20. When he said he couldn’t he put the presidential bracelet back on the watch and gave it back to me. In the car I noticed the watch no longer fits. This individual stole at least one single link from my watch.

I am furious and unbelievable that such a high rated shop would steal a link from a local person coming in for a link install.

He had the band taken apart from both directions and put it back together when he said my pin didn’t fit the link I gave him. Their table where they do the work is a little aways from the glass display case and has a wall that makes it out of sight. At this point he stole a link off of it.

Beware of this company. If you go in to have links adjusted or added make sure you count every single link before having them do any adjustments.
