We booked our wedding venue at Arlington Acres in January of 2022 right after getting engaged. Upon arrival we could tell that this place would be special. We pulled up to a giant white barn and as we stepped foot inside we could feel the romantic charm that filled the room. The original barn has had so much work done to keep the authentic rustic feel as well as new touches such as chandeliers to make the space more magical. Immediately upon seeing the venue we knew that it would be the place where we would say, "I do". We loved the gorgeous barn and the white pavilion was just an added bonus. Arlington Acres is so versatile that it can be decorated and transformed into your perfect wedding venue so easily. We loved that you had many options at Arlington Acres and it wasn't a "one size fits all" type of venue.
The owners of the barn, Sarah and John are the sweetest couple and Sarah was the one to give us our first tour. Through talking with Sarah we learned of her and her husband's love for their venue. You could easily tell that Arlington Acres was not just a hobby for them. To them, Arlington Acres was so much more. It was a place that others could use to grow their love and to make memories at. It was a place that was driven by family and a place that they wanted to share with others. I love how hands on Sarah and John were throughout our wedding planning. Sarah had given us many opportunities to visit the farm throughout our wedding planning. She had open houses and offered opportunities to meet with vendors who we could book for our wedding. Sarah was constantly available to bounce ideas off of or to ask questions to. They have a wedding website and portal that you belong to once you book with them. This portal made it so easy to plan out and get organized for our day. There were even layouts for us to play around with for each of the spaces so that we could see where we wanted things set up for the day of.
Our wedding weekend was incredibly stress-free thanks to Arlington Acres and the amazing vendors that they suggested. We decided to add on the additional hours to decorate on Friday which I would recommend to anyone who has lots to set up for their big day. We loved that this was offered and was well worth the extra money so that we did not have to decorate the morning of. Sarah was there the entire time to help us and to listen to our questions and ideas. She helped make sure that our ideas were transformed into what we wanted. The barn and white pavilion were both top notch clean and they already had the tables and chairs set up where we wanted them when we came to decorate on Friday.
Saturday morning was an absolute dream. The ladies all got ready in the adorable bridal suite and the men all gathered in the groom's suite for the morning as well. These are such nice spaces and our hair stylist and makeup artists loved the amount of room and set up of the bridal suite. Throughout the morning, Sarah was available to help with any vendor questions as they arrived with flowers, food, and our cake. We chose to have our ceremony in the barn and our reception downstairs in the new white pavilion. We loved these two spaces and the guests loved how they were all on one site.
We are so thankful for Arlington Acres and the memories that we made there. I would recommend them again and again to any couple looking for a venue. When choosing venues and vendors for your big day it truly is all about the people who are going to make your day stress free and special for you. It is all about booking people who have a passion for what they do because you know that they will follow through and support you throughout wedding planning. We are so lucky to have found that in Arlington Acres and we will always be so grateful that they shared their farm with us.

We knew before even touring that Arlington Acres was our venue. (Truly, we booked it before seeing it in person.) Sarah was not only a friendly face throughout the entire process, but also unbelievably organized, maintained clear and consistent communication, and genuinely was the reason we felt confident going into our day at her venue. Sarah wants your day to be as perfect as possible, just as much as you do, as the bride and groom. Arlington Acres is charming and unlike any other barn venue we have ever seen. Our guests were amazed at how unique and beautiful the property is, and we got raving reviews all evening and beyond. Arlington Acres recommended fantastic vendors, has a built-in rain location, heaters for the reception area for colder days, and is a gorgeous blank slate to add as little or as much to the space as you dream of. It is the perfect venue for any wedding theme - sleek & modern, boho & romantic, rustic & western, you name it, and you can create it in this space. Honestly, we could not think of a single thing we did not like about our wedding planning experience from start to finish. Our day was genuinely perfect, thanks to Sarah and her amazing family -

I got married at Arlington Acres this past July, and it was honestly everything I dreamed of and more. The venue is absolutely gorgeous—so cozy, stylish, and just has that perfect vibe. Plus, it’s super versatile, which was super nice when planning.
Sarah and John are truly the best. They were kind, helpful, and made the whole process feel so smooth from beginning to end. You can tell they really care about what they do and about each couple that comes through.
Our day was hot and ended with a bit of rain, but thanks to the flexible setup at Arlington, nothing was thrown off. It still felt perfect, and I didn’t have to stress about a thing.
Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the whole day felt. I feel so lucky I found Arlington Acres while scrolling online. I wish I could go back and relive this day all over again!
100% recommend Arlington Acres to any couple looking for a place to get married—it was everything we hoped for! -

Arlington Acres was the wedding venue of our dreams! From the very beginning, Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with—responsive, kind, and so helpful every step of the way. She made the planning process so smooth and made sure we always felt supported. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. My husband and I fell in love with the historic barn and the beautiful acres of land—it was everything we had envisioned and so much more, right in our hometown. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous it was. We absolutely LOVED working with Arlington Acres and Sarah for our 5/18/25 wedding. I cannot say enough great things! The property is absolutely stunning, and there are so many amazing spaces to use for the ceremony, dancing, eating, etc. MANY guests came up to me and told me how incredible the venue was! But the real star of the show is Sarah - she made our wedding planning process so simple and stress free. She truly does so much on the front end to ensure your day goes perfectly. Booked couples for Arlington Acres get TONS of free resources for planning, some of which are so detailed it shocked me! These amenities are so uncommon for venues and I was so impressed. Sarah made herself available all throughout engagement and on the wedding day, always responding in a timely and clear manner. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. -

Arlington Acres was what took our wedding day over the top. When choosing our wedding venue we were looking for a place that had an outdoor touch but still an intimate setting and Arlington Acres gave us the best of both worlds. The barn is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and so well kept, and not to mention Sarah is an absolute dream to work with. Sarah was always there to answer any questions I had, day or night, she was always keeping us up to date with any changes being made, and she was constantly checking in during our wedding to make sure that we were happy and satisfied! We couldn’t recommend Arlington Acres more! A beautiful place, family, and venue to have your wedding day! -

The Boltes, who own and operate Arlington Acres, are phenomenal to work with. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Not only is their venue STUNNING, but it boasts an exceptional rain plan that allows you to leave your reception space untouched and still have plenty of room for guests to mingle for cocktail hour. Arlington Acres has two beautiful suites for the bridal party to get ready in, two equally gorgeous areas to host reception events, and a naturally beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Not to mention, there are so many great locations for photos that your photographer will love! Arlington Acres provides monthly open houses for booked couples so that you can do walk throughs with family, friends, and vendors, test decor, practice walk throughs, ask questions, and even do photo sessions. Sarah even went as far as to help us schedule a private time to do our engagement shoot on their property. We also booked majority of our vendors through the recommendations made by Arlington Acres. They have built an incredibly helpful website with all kinds of tips, suggestions, and measurement info for their spaces. We booked Arlington Acres for both the Friday before our wedding and the full day of our wedding, Saturday. This gave us an additional day for set-up and we held our rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday evening. We looked at 5 venues with Arlington Acres being the first and nothing compared to the venue itself, or the hospitality and kindness shown by the Boltes. They are as invested in making sure your special day is flawless, as you are. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful their space and property are, and they loved the photo opportunities their sunflower patch (seasonal) brought to our day. If you’re questioning booking with Arlington Acres, just do it. You won’t regret it and you’ll love working with Sarah! If we had to do it over again, we would without a doubt still choose Arlington Acres! -

A dream venue!
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah and Arlington Acres! Everyone asked why we picked a venue “out of town” we’re from Toledo and picked a venue in Tiffin. Simply put, Sarah was amazing from the first message to our wedding night. The venue is absolutely STUNNING and the ability to use every area for something different was a big selling point for us. We got married in the fall and the colors were just amazing! Sarah was beyond helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. You won’t regret having your wedding here!! -

Amazing Venue
When you see this venue it is clearly GORGEOUS but once you book with this venue you realize how magical it truly is. Not only is every spot on the property gorgeous, Sarah and her family are truly some of the nicest people and make your special day completely unforgettable. Sarah is EXTREMELY attentive to emails and questions and helps you through every step of the planning process. Arlington Acres truly makes you feel like you’re in their family and makes every last dream of your wedding day come true. I would HIGHLY recommend Arlington Acres to anyone and everyone. -

Beautiful Venue
Arlington Acres was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was prompt and incredibly helpful. Sarah made sure everything was set up in a timely manner, and even provided heaters to keep our guests comfortable during the outdoor dancing. The quality of their work and value was simply spectacular - the venue was gorgeous and surprisingly affordable. We could not have asked for a better location to celebrate our special day. Arlington Acres truly helped make our wedding day perfect in every way. -

I got married here on 9.29.24 and cannot say enough good things about Arlington Acres! From the initial inquiry, tour, all the way until the wedding day, Sarah was so helpful in making my wedding dreams come true. She was always so quick to respond to my million emails and so willing to help give feedback when I was questioning certain decisions. It ended up raining on our wedding day, which wasn’t ideal, but even with the rain, our wedding was PERFECT. The venue is gorgeous, there is so much room to really make the event unique and personable to you, and we loved that we were able to choose all of our own vendors. I can’t even tell you how many of our guests came up and told us how gorgeous the venue was. My husband and I would recommend this venue a million times over. If you are considering it, book your date now!! You absolutely will not regret it. Thanks Sarah and family for everything!! -

The Perfect Venue for Our Wedding!
Where do we even begin. This venue had literally everything you could ever want and then some! Sarah is absolutely amazing to work with. Very helpful and quick to respond and just easy to talk to! The barn is stunning and makes for an amazing photo backdrop. The white pavilion is so spacious and gorgeous. The patio off of that is so nice too and equally spacious! We were able to do our ceremony outside by the silo and that was another perfect spot! The rooms for the bride and groom to get ready are exactly what you would want. We had so many people getting ready there and it accommodated all of them easily! All of our guests were blown away by everything and couldn't stop talking about it! We cannot say enough good things about this venue and highly highly highly recommend it! -

This venue is absolutely beautiful! We didn’t need much decor because the venue just speaks for itself. I feel like it would work for all styles of weddings as well. After our wedding I was so sad realizing that I would probably never be back there, unless someone else had an event there but I fell in love with it from the first time we seen it. On top of how great the venue is, the owner is so nice and helpful! She had open houses throughout the year which was nice to get better ideas and bring family and friends in. She was there to assist if we needed anything on my wedding day, as well as rehearsal. We highly recommend this venue, you will love it! -

Absolutely beautiful and perfect venue for our wedding! As soon as I pulled up for our tour I knew this was the place for us, everything is picture perfect. Sarah was so great to work with, she was so helpful throughout the whole process and on our wedding day. My vendors easily could talk to her for anything. You can tell how much Sarah and her husband care, they really have the perfect place for your wedding day. I’m so excited to get all of our pictures back to share. 🤍 -

Beginning to end - perfect day, perfect venue.
The Barn at Arlington Acres was the perfect wedding venue for us!! The barn is rustic, elegant, and simply beautiful (seriously, just look at the photos!). We were able to get ready on site, have our ceremony outside, pictures on the property, and reception in the barn. Their property offers it all! Sarah and John were so great to work with - answered all of my many questions, always responded quickly, flexible working with us, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and so kind!! We had the most perfect wedding, and I can't imagine it being anywhere else! -

This ceremony & reception venue is by far the perfect mix of rustic elegance. The white chippy exterior gives it that vintage, country charm. While the interior of the barn is just stunning with the wood beams, chandeliers and twinkle lights making it a magical night. The bar area is awesome and so unique to your wedding if you customize the chalkboard sign behind it! Our guests had so much fun out on the lawn entertaining themselves with the lawn games we brought; and we had many compliments from people saying the barn, even at the end of June, felt great temperature wise inside. Sarah has thought of every little detail to make this venue perfect. She is wonderful to work with and very prompt on answering any questions you may have. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding! -

We genuinely can't say enough wonderful things about Arlington Acres. When we started venue shopping, we were not able to visit anywhere because we were living in different states. Arlington Acres's website is so seamlessly designed and effective that we booked the venue without even visiting. Once we were finally able to visit in person, we were in awe of how it was even better than we were imagining! The venue itself is stunning-the perfect balance of simple and elegant. It has a mix of rugged charm and modern appeal. They have a variety of spaces that can be used during a wedding, so we were able to personalize the feel we wanted for each event. Bonus: I did not have to worry about weather at all because of their built-in rain plan! All of the spaces were comfortable, clean, and easy to access. This made for a smooth, stress-free set up so that we could fully enjoy our day. The most valuable part of Arlington Acres, in my opinion, is the family that runs it. Sarah is organized, communicates in a timely manner, and is there for you the ENTIRE process. You don't feel like you are getting married at a typical wedding venue. At Arlington Acres, you are not choosing a "package"-you are making your own package. It feels personal and encouraging. This venue and the people will always hold a special place in our hearts and memories -

The property and team at Arlington Acres are truly unmatched. We chose AA for its functional layout and the stunning scenery—especially in the fall. Our photos are absolutely breathtaking and capture the beauty of the grounds perfectly.
The rustic barn atmosphere aligned with my husband’s vision, yet the modern, elegant touches spoke to mine. Arlington Acres is the perfect blend of both and can easily complement any wedding style.
Sarah and her team were incredible from start to finish. She was beyond organized, supportive, and so intentional throughout the planning process. The team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life—even ordering and building a custom décor piece and collaborating directly with my florist to make it happen.
Our experience felt so personalized and seamless. I cannot recommend Arlington Acres enough!
