I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with my services. I was going to let this slide but we just received our wedding video and the sound is TERRIBLE because we did not have working microphones. For your reference, I will copy a portion of the email that I sent to Tony (the owner)...
1. There was not ANY music being played whiles the guests were being seated.
2. The mics did not work. Our officiant and speaker had to speak very loudly. We can only HOPE the sound will be heard on our wedding video.
3. Due to the fact that we didn't have mics, after we were announced as Mr. and Mrs. our recessional music did not start. Instead, there was a long awkward pause! My husband had to yell "Cue the DJ" because apparently the DJ couldn't even hear what was going on due to lack of microphones.
4. During the reception, the DJ did not interact with the crowd at all. We honestly don't even know what his name was. Our list was a combination of old school love, upbeat fun love songs, & dance music that we KNOW our guests would've danced to. However, no such music was played. The music was absolutely terrible. And we know our families...so if the music is good, they'll dance all night long. But this was not the case, our guests actually left early.
5. After our first dance and the wedding party dance, the DJ played "Wobble", which is the very 1st song on our DO NOT PLAY list. The music continued to go downhill from that point. At one point, I literally walked behind the DJ area and pointed to the laptop screen & showed him which songs to play.
6. Our lights were a TERRIBLE lime green color (whereas our colors were apple red and silver) & the words were supposed to spell out "Williams", but instead the letters "LIAMS" were floating around the room.
7. Also, we had an "Adults Only" wedding, so had we known a child would be controlling the music we definitely would have not agreed to those terms.
THIS IS OUR RECAP OF WHAT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. BEWARE Future Brides!I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with my services.
