    Arkansas Destinations, Inc.- is a great company! Nice cars, very professional and on time! What more can you ask for?The BEST of the BEST! These guys came through when I was stood up by another company in Little Rock , and I am now a repeat customer. They have as a nice a fleet of vehicles as anyone in Little Rock . They are always early for pickups, even at 5AM. They have nice clean new cars, SUVs, stretch limos, and Mercedes Sprinters.     Nice to enjoy the wedding day!

    They had several creative ideas for the décor, and the wedding and reception were beautiful. We were able to rent many décor items from Arkansas Destinations rather than having to purchase. The best part of their service was having everything taken care of on the day of the wedding! We didn't have to meet vendors or worry about the set up. So nice to be able to enjoy the day!

    Disappointing Experience

    We rented 2 25 passenger vehicles for my daughter's wedding. AR destinations changed the contract to 40 passenger coaches, unbeknownst to us. Post wedding venue departure times were 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 pm. All I can figure out is that the bus left the venue sometime after 8:30 and didn't return until 10:00 pm, leaving many of our guests waiting over an hour for the ride. Further, the bus air conditioning was not working and the driver appeared inexperienced in driving a coach. Several guests commented on experiencing a lot of weaving around the road and one even asked the driver to please stay in the right lane. This came from several guests, not just one.
    AD indicated they would send me driver names and contact information, prior to the wedding, but then did not. This left me very frustrated at the end of the night when guests were getting nervous that they were not going to have a ride back to the hotel and I had no way of making contact with the driver. All in all, this put a damper on an otherwise perfect wedding.

    Ordered 2 25 person vehicles to transport wedding guests from the Marriott downtown to our venue. One bus left the hotel with only 6 people on board. Driver claimed a guest said that was all. Absurd excuse! Another bus was dispatched to the hotel but it was clear the guests would be late for wedding. Some guest drove themselves or waited and were late. It was a complete fiasco.
    Owner failed to accept any responsibility and then blamed the wedding planner. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company, they are expensive, unreliable and unprofessional.
