We had bought a package deal and unfortunately the person who gave it to us was no longer with the company, but Camille was very good about working with us and giving us what the previous person had promised us. After that little hiccup everything went great. The wedding day was perfect and everyone loved the Photo Booth as well as the attendant, Camille. First thing we did the day after the wedding was look at the memory book of all out guests photo's/notes to us! It was amazing and we are so thankful to shutter booth!!

We had to make a last minute switch about 2-3 weeks before the wedding. Shutterbooth not only said no problem, they were also affordable! I regret not looking into them sooner! They were so easy to work with. The graphic artist was amazing. She captured exactly what we wanted the first time, no joke. We didn't have any back and forth of "Oh this is good but..." Done. First time! Shelbie was our main contact and she was so sweet and easy to work with! Very attentive and sent me the quote as promised without delay or issue. I chose the gold sequin background for our open-air photobooth and was far from disappointed. Once they were set up, our guests all lined up and it was hard to keep them out of the photobooth! The attendant was so sweet and helpful the night of our wedding. I would recommend them for ANY event. They are so professional and you can rest assured they will arrive and bring a superior product with them.

I am so please with the PhotoBooth we rented from ShutterBooth! My guest could no stop talking about how much fun they had with it! Our host was so fun and energetic, she even helped us pick out props and poses! The scrapbook was so fun and well put together I am so glad we decided to get it! I would HIGHLY recommend Shelbie and her team for any special event!

This was my second time using Shutterbooth for my fundraising event, and let me tell you, they are beyond wonderful to work with! From start to finish their team is involved in making sure all the "i's" are dotted - "t's" crossed! Our guests enjoyed choosing from the different props, as well as the different photo-finishing options! Also, since we had multiple sponsors, they were able to design a custom booth skin, as well as place logos on the photostrip for branding/ recognition. Overall the quality of the product and service provided was top notch, and I wouls definitely recommend them for your next event!

This what the highlight of our wedding! Was such a big hit! Everyone loved it! The photo book after was amazing. We came home from our honeymoon and re lived our wonderful night with the pictures of everyone.

No other photobooth company can compare to ShutterBooth. Shelbie and her team are... dare I say, all-stars? YES I DID. Because frankly, everyone loved the booth at our reception. Bryan was the attendant for our booth and he basically became apart of our family and friends that day. Not only was it fun for all ages, but as the bride and groom, we couldn't have asked for more. From the custom logo, to the best guestbook anyone will ever have, online access to the strips, and a canvas for our new home? Not to mention the quality of the photos are great. Having a spacious booth is also a given. We hit it big with booking ShutterBooth. It was so much fun, that my engaged cousin ended up booking one for his wedding last weekend. That speaks volumes. Bryan was handsomely dressed, a genuinely fun guy, and went above and beyond. Who needs random favors your guests will possibly keep, when they can have their photo strip(s)? It's a treat going to houses and being told how much fun it was and see their photos from the booth posted as decorations.

Shutter booth was so much fun! All my guests had a blast dressing up and taking funny photos. I got a copy of all if them and it was such a great memory book! The attendant was very friendly and helpful too!

I am a physician on the Board of Directors for Students Supporting Brain Tumor Research, the largest student run non-profit in Arizona. Our premier annual event is a Walkathon, which was just held 2/22/14. ShutterBooth has been a wonderful partner to our organization over the past few years in helping us raise over $2 million for research. They are meticulous in their preparation, which included designing a perfect custom logo for the excellent quality color photo strips for the guests attending our event. Jared and Shelbie have been an absolute pleasure to work with in coordinating all the details for our big day, and Kendra, the on site attendant, was caring, warm and extremely professional in her approach to our many participants.

This was by far the biggest hit of the night! Our guests LOVED the photo booth! It was definitely worth every penny :) From the very beginning Shelbie and Jared were extremely easy to work with. They answered any and all questions I had. Tim, the photo booth attendant, was just great at getting our all guests into the booth! He was very nice and professional. Thank you ShutterBooth!!!!

What an amazing addition to our wedding!!! Everyone had such a great time and I loved getting the book to look at the next day! So cool to be able to see everyones pictures. The attendant was a sweet heart and made sure everyone was taken care of! I absolutely loved working with this company and couldnt have asked for better service!

The folks at Shutterbooth did an amazing job. The were fun and engaging with our guests, professional and they made our day very special. The album with photos and guest signatures is now one of our most treasured items.

Jared and the entire team at ShutterBooth were AMAZING!!! It was soo great having a photo booth at our Wedding, it was such a huge hit with all of our guests!! We researched a number of different photo booths on-line and at wedding expo's, and decided to go with ShutterBooth AZ after meeting Jared and his staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us put together the right package for our big day. Our assigned attendant was Shawn, who arrived plenty early before the reception to set everything up. Everyone enjoyed the props, and their own photo strips to take home! We enjoyed the photo strip album and having it on DVD as well. But most importantly, we all had a blast! Our friends and family are still talking about how much fun it added to the reception. We can't recommend ShutterBooth AZ enough!!!

Working with ShutterBooth Arizona was amazing. I cannot say enough kind things about Jared and Bryan. Not only were they extremely professional at all times, the responded to emails and phone call extremely fast. They were able to answer questions in no time at all.
I was amazed how easy the ShutterBooth was to use as well. It was set up in 10 minutes and ready to go.
I LOVED that Jared created a custom logo for our event. All of the photo strips were customized with our event name and logo. It was amazing!!

Wow-- ShutterBooth exceeded our expectations! They were professional from the start, and everyone absolutely loved the photo booth at our reception! One awesome feature that I loved, we were able to customize our own logo for each guest when they printed off a copy of their picture-- we were even able to make a mock design of our wedding invitations! So cool! The attendants were fantastic as well... super fun and very professional. This is definitely the company to get your photo booth from!

Last year, I won a Facebook contest for a free Shutterbooth. Jared and his team at Shutterbooth Arizona went above and beyond anything I had expected. He stayed in contact with me throughout the year finding out my vision for the wedding and working with me for any extras I wanted to add on to our package.
My husband and I weren’t sure how well the Shutterbooth would work or if any of our guests would use it. By the time we came in for our grand entrance, there was already a line!! The Shutterbooth was a big hit! We made our own prop box and the guests definitely had a blast. The booth attendant was very helpful with guests, made sure all guests knew how to operate the touch screen if it was their first time, and made copies for anyone that requested it in each photo.
Mike and I were very happy with the service that we received from Shutterbooth and would definitely recommend their services for anyone’s upcoming wedding!

Excellent quality of color images created with our organization's logo accompanying each photo strip. ShutterBooth's representative on site was punctual, well organized, courteous, warm and extremely professional to all our guests. Set up and clean up was efficient and meticulous. Communication with ShutterBooth regarding preparations and our specific desires prior to our event was excellent. I would highly recommend ShutterBooth without any reservations whatsoever.

Due to pricing we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get a photo booth for our wedding, but Mike Fazio gave us a price we couldn't walk away from. We had so much fun in the photo booth, all of the guests loved it and had a blast! The two attendants were so nice and friendly, our guests keep telling us how great they were! We were being pulled in every direction, but the photo booth attendants made sure to hunt me and my groom down to get our picture together prior to leaving. I really appreciate that! They could have left but they made sure we got our picture even though they went a few minutes over. The photo album is so cute and is a fun interactive guest book!! Thank you for quick replies to my emails, great customer service, and for making our guests have tons of fun!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I could not have been happier with ShutterBooth. Jarrod was amazing! Everyone had the best time and loved that we had a photo booth. I went to a wedding a month prior to mine and there was a photo booth there that was not ShutterBooth and the quality of the pictures and professionalism was a joke compared to our experience with ShutterBooth. You will not be disappointed with them.

I actually won a Facebook contest to have this photobooth at my wedding. We added the prop box and a guest book album to our package. Even though we did not pay for the photobooth itself, I feel that we received incredible service from the company. Jared was great at communicating what information he needed from us and when he needed it by.

The gentleman that ran the photobooth was very polite to our guests and everyone had a blast taking pictures. The album was a great addition because we now have a copy of all the pictures our guests took. The guests were also allowed to sign the album near the pictures, so we have funny comments from our guests about the fun they were having through out the reception.

They also custom designed a logo for the bottom of the photo strip that matched our wedding invitations. It was a great keepsakes for the guests to take home and have a fun memory of our special night.

I would definitely recommend this company to use for your wedding or any event where you want to add some unexpected fun!

Jared and the whole ShutterBooth staff were fantastic! I worked mostly with Jared throughout the planning process, and he was so responsive and great to work with. He checked in with me throughout the planning process and was always there with a quick answer if I had a question or needed something. Sean was out attendant at the reception, and he was wonderful as well! He was shutting down for the night, and my grandma hadn't taken a photo yet, so he let her sneak in for one last photo booth session. She really appreciated it! I would hand down recommend ShutterBooth to others, and if I'm ever in need of a photo booth for another event, I know who I'll call!

My mother-in-law got us ShutterBooth for our wedding and I am so glad she did! Jared was great to work with and easy to get a hold of. He even worked with my mother-in-law on payments. Everyone loved the photo booth at the wedding! They also love that the pictures are available online too! I loved that they made a scrapbook for us out of all the pictures that were taken that night. Very nice touch! Also, the attendants walked around and got people to go into the photo booth with was a great idea as well! Great job guys!

Having Shutter Booth at my wedding was the best decision I made in my planning experience. All of my guests enjoyed every minute that it was opened, and I have so many wonderful pictures that I can laugh and cry too. During my planning experience Jared was always in constant communication with me, he would respond to my many emails in the matter of 24 hours. Jared is very flexible to your needs and I could tell that he truly wants your experience to be wonderful. As for the actual photo booth experience, Brian was awesome and was so helpful and energetic. Every time I was near the photo booth I always saw Brian interacting with my guests and laughing. He made sure that the photo booth was running smoothly and never once did he look bored, he always wore a smile. Everyone enjoyed the props that were provided and the set up and display was wonderful and very easy to use. Also the picture quality is very good and our logo was a hit. I would recommend Shutter Booth to any wedding or event. It is something that we will never forget.

We and my husband loved shutter booth, they were great and very friendly. They always kept me updated with everything and making the payments online was very easy and convenient. The day of the wedding they were awesome, my whole party loved it. I would definitely use them again!

Our friends and family loved the photobooth. We enjoyed getting to see everyone playing with the props and getting their pictures done. Everyone raved over the booth being great for their wedding favors. A friend even wants to use it at her wedding too! It was a blast.

Jared did an amazing job at our wedding! He was prompt, professional and very enthusiastic. Our guests had a blast using the props he brought, and we love the final products of a guestbook album and disc of shots. Everybody had a ball, and with such a large booth, we got some pretty great large group shots. Jared was very patient with our child guests, too!

Jarad did a amazing job from start to finish. He was quick to get back to me on questions and was very organized. This was a hit at the wedding, everyone loved getting in. We got a scrapbook at the end of the night. We had so much fun looking through all the funny photos and lovely thoughts people wrote the next morning. We will use ShutterBoth in the future.

I recently had a ShutterBooth photo booth at my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I made. All of my guests enjoyed the booth and had a lot of fun with it. I was able to use the prints for a guest book and all of the guests got bookmarks as a favor.

One of my favorite things about ShutterBooth is the service. Jared made planning this aspect of my reception easy, even though I was planning the wedding from out of state. All of my questions were answered immediately via phone and e-mail. Jared visited the reception site in advance to work with our vendor, set up early (well before guests arrived), and importantly had the photos posted online and a disc of the photos sent to me almost immediately.

Starlight Children's Foundation - Arizona can't thank Jared with ShutterBooth enough for generously donating his photo booth services to our 2012 fundraising gala. He was part of the success of our event and created many fun memories for us to look at in years to come. Starlight supports seriously ill children and their families, because of companies like ShutterBooth more of the funds raised that night will go towards the kiddos. This was the funnest opportunity for our guests at the wedding reception to put on fun props and have their pics taken and go home with a keepsake of the night! We loved working with Jared H. at ShutterBoothAZ as he was so easy to work with and so honest and dependable and made everything flow flawlessly, which with the stress of a wedding was such a plus!

Jared with Shutter Booth did a fantastic job! Our meeting prior to the wedding date was informative and he made it extremely convenient for us with our hectic pre- wedding schedule. In addition, he took the time to meet with the venue's event planner and subsequently followed up with us. We had complete confidence that he would be there on time and would provide a fun atmosphere for our guests...and he did. Everyone is still talking about the "best wedding ever" and Shutter Booth helped make that possible. Thank you!

Jared from ShutterBooth, AZ was an incredibly helpful and delightful vendor to work with. During a very busy weekend for Shutterbooth he procured an extra booth just for our event. Jared and his lovely partner arrived and stayed for the duration of the event, interacting and assisting the guests with photos. I would completely recommend Shutterbooth Arizona to anyone looking for a fun factor element to add to their special event.

Used them for a wedding and would definitely recommend. So reasonable. Infact, they stayed even later then they were contracted to do so because everyone loved the photobooth. We had children at the wedding that went into the booth almost a dozen times and the girl that was "maning" the booth welcomed them and was so kind. Everyone loved it. The quality of the photos were good and I think if you are considering a photobooth, you should go with shutterbooth for sure@! Dont forget to tip them afterwards! They deserve it!!!

Jared from Shutterbooth AZ was nothing short of amazing. This was one of the highlights of our wedding. Jared was easy to contact, very friendly and put together the best book from all our funny pictures. We will hire shutterbooth AZ for all our big parties to come.

This was a fun indulgence at our wedding and one we would do again.

My wife and I were planning a destination wedding in Sedona Arizona and were looking for as many fun ways as possible to capture memories of the day. We did not want to skimp on photos and decided to look into photo booth companies to go along with our photographers.

We called Shutterbooth and worked with Shelbie and Jared to coordinate the photo booth rental. After working with Shelbie, we opted for a promotional package that included a guest sign-in book that included the photo strips along with other items. Through the process we did not hear much from them, but when push came to shove, they were at the wedding, on-time, set up and ready to go. An added bonus to us is that the photos are available to us on CD and on-line.

Here are 2 recommendations for folks considering this: (1) We rented from the started of the cocktail hour until our 5 hours were up. Our recepton went later. Hindsight we would have started this later and have the booth until the end of the reception. The booth got a lot more use once people got looser after a few adult beverages. (2) Get your guests in the booth. Drag them in with you if you have to - even the shy ones. You and they will not regret it! It is not cheap so use the heck out of it.

It was a lot of fun for us and our guests. The memories will be with us forever. Thank you Shelbie and Jared...

Shutterbooth is awesome! All of my guests had a great time and said this photo booth was one of the best. The staff is super friendly and professional and always answered any questions that I had in record time! I would recommend them to anyone! :) Thanks for helping make my special day so much fun!

My only concern was that the staff who happened to be a couple were not engaging my guests as I would have hoped. I felt that the company itself was far the best value, great communication, and when I gave them my feedback regard my concern, I truly felt that it was going to be address promptly. I would still use them again for another event.

They were great at getting back to us almost immediately. We were kind of a last minute thing with needing to relocate 2 weeks before the wedding and they were incredibly helpful with it all. Not only before the wedding but afterwards too they were awesome at getting pictures, photo album & thank you cards to us as well. Definitely recommend.

ShutterBooth provided awesome entertainment and our attendant Devin was very polite, helpful, and entertaining himself. We were very pleased by the product and the attendant.

The only negative? We had trouble with the 100 party favors we ordered. My now wife and I spent a few hours tying thank you notes and ribbons to the bookmarks provided, only to find out they picture strips our guests received, did not fit.

I was lucky enough to win a portion of the photobooth cost during a bridal show. It was a very appreciated surprise. The hosts were great. They were very helpful and accommodating and always had smiles on their face.
If I based this review solely on the day of, they would have been rated higher. Several factors account for the rating I am giving. First, prior to the wedding, communication was hit or miss. I finally gave up on it. Don’t expect responses over email. Second, had I known the poor quality and condition of the props, I would have bought my own. 80%+ were broken in some way. I expected much more than that.
Finally, there was no chair or step stool. My ceremony had half kids, half adults. Most kids were barely in the photos because they were so short. The children were told to step toward the back to get in the picture better, but this only helped a little. I’m disappointed with the outcome of most pictures I saw. To do over again, I would absolutely have a photobooth again, but I wouldn’t have made my choice on the bridal show winning and I would have chosen a different company.

This is a bait and switch company. They promise you all of these add-ons with their packages but when it comes to your wedding day, they don't deliver. I was promised and open photo booth where multiple people can participate in the picture. I also was promised a customized background. Neither of these things were provided. They gave me a regular photo booth that you would find in a mall that only fit 2 people.
