    Perfection

Aside from the Arizona Inn being the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding reception, I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Crystal, the Banquet and Event Manager, as well as the banquet staff. Crystal’s experience and flexibility made it easy for us to plan out all the details, and the Inn’s accommodation toward our outside vendors (florist, baker, etc) enabled us to enjoy a stress-free wedding day. The food itself was outstanding and wedding catering package a tremendous value.

    Arizona Inn's reply:

Thank you so much Renee! It was a pleasure working with you! I send my very best to you, Amy, Clint and the rest of your family.

After my engagement, I emailed around 10 different venues in Tucson to check for availability. Arizona Inn was the first to respond, and the person who sent the information was extremely courteous and polite. They were very flexible with our arrangements, and Diane was awesome in general. We ended up having a beautiful wedding, and our out-of-town guests who stayed at the Inn absolutely loved the hotel. Also, the food was great! I highly recommend this venue.

Every need and detail was anticipated and every expectation was met----and more. They even provided champagne for the bride and groom in their suite and for the parents of the bride in their room.

If you have your wedding at the Arizona Inn, you will not be disappointed. We worked with Reber on our wedding details and he was incredibly responsive, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. The weekend of our wedding the entire staff was incredibly generous and helpful and willing to help us out with anything that came up. The setting of the Arizona Inn is just gorgeous for your ceremony and photos, the food is delicious, and the entire experience was easy and fun.

Working with their catering manager Mary Jane Weiboldt, the Arizona Inn provided exceptional service and made my wedding day a very special day for me and my guests. I was able to plan with them for my wedding in less than three months. I would recommend the Arizona Inn to anyone who wants to have a beautiful wedding.

The Arizona Inn is a beautiful venue in the heart of Tucson, with amazing outdoor ceremony sites and well-kept indoor reception rooms. It is also a great place for professional photos to be taken, both outdoor and in. Our contact, Diane, was prompt and professional, and she helped us make sure that our wedding day would be beautiful. For example, when we visited the venue during the week before the wedding, the flowers in the flowerbeds at the ceremony site were dead and needed to be replaced - Diane made sure that they were taken care of in time for our wedding. The venue was also helpful when it came to the meal options - we needed to provide a vegan option for a few guests, so they took care of that and also provided a vegan hors d'eouvre, both of which are not on the regular menu.

One major problem arose, regarding the alcohol. We stated that we did not want hard alcohol to be available at the open bar - beer and wine only. Unfortunately, there was some sort of miscommunication, because there was indeed liquor available at the open bar. More unfortunately, everyone who knew about this request spent most of the cocktail hour having the professional photos being taken, so there was nothing that could be done about the problem until a lot of liquor had been served. I cannot say how the Arizona Inn has handled this issue, because I am not the person who paid for the evening and am not involved in settling the bill.

Other than this major problem, the event went off without a hitch! My only other nitpicks are that they charge outrageous prices for chair coverings (or to use much nicer-looking chairs), but who pays attention to the chairs, anyway?; and, Diane insisted that each place card somehow convey which meal should be given to that guest. This was not communicated to me until the week before the wedding, so I had to figure out who wanted what (couples and families had simply listed the number of each meal on their RSVP cards) and track a few people down. These are just minor nitpicks - I would definitely use the Arizona Inn in the future!
