The best day of our lives!
Our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore was truly the weekend of our dreams. From our first visit, we were completely taken by its beauty, rich history, and the incredible desert landscape around the property. Celebrating our wedding there felt timeless, like we were becoming part of the Biltmore’s story for a weekend.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person we worked with was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. They made both us and our guests feel genuinely cared for, and it showed in every interaction. We were catered to at every step, and the smallest details never went unaccounted for.
We could not be happier to have these memories, the stunning photos, and such a meaningful place to return to for years to come. The Arizona Biltmore will always hold a very special place in our hearts. -

We had a wonderful experience planning our wedding with AZB! When we first visited AZB as our potential venue we just fell in love with the charm, elegance and architeture and knew this was the p[lace we wanted to get married. Tami Spencer was our catering manager and she went above an beyond what we could have asked for. She was very attentive and responsive especially leading up to our wedding day. The day of our wedding went as smooth as it could have because of the professional staff at AZB. I highly recommend booking with AZB for your wedding!! -

There aren't enough words that I could write to convey how wonderful Lindsay Russel is. She went above and beyond to make everything on our wedding day perfect. She is incredible responsive to email- sometimes even late at night, and was so organized that planning was very easy. The Biltmore was so spectacularly beautiful for our wedding- cocktail hour in the Aztec Room, and reception in the Gold Room. Our guests, many of them out of town, absolutely raved about how beautiful the resort and rooms were, and were so interested in the history and tradition. I'm a Phoenix native, and have truly dreamed of getting married at the Biltmore my whole life, and I can honestly say that it was a dream come true. -

Our wedding reception at the Arizona Biltmore was absolutely incredible! Catering Manager, Carrie Lage, and her team created a wonderful experience not only for us, but our guests as well. Several guests have said that ours was the best wedding reception they have ever attended. Wow! For two average people, the Arizona Biltmore made us feel like royalty. We will definitely have future events there. -

I'm so thrilled we got married at the Arizona Biltmore. What a great choice! Lindsay helped us and she was incredible! Very attentive and eager to answer any questions we had. She always showed us nothing but patience and excitement for our day. The package included open bar, food, and the wedding cake. We felt like it was an incredible deal! -

I had my wedding at the Arizona Biltmore Aztec Ballroom and Cocktail hour in the lawns for 130 people. My wedding was so beautiful and guests raved about the gorgeous ballroom and historic hotel. The service was exceptional, the day of the wedding my wedding coordinator Lindsay Russell took care of all the details and was always in contact and ready to answer any of my questions. All of my guests were waiting on hand and foot with delighted servers and banquet attendants. The Biltmore is Worth every Penny, I would highly recommend to have your elegant, old Hollywood wedding venue here. -

I cannot speak highly enough of this venue! We held our cocktail hour in the Aztec room and reception in the Gold Ballroom. Both were absolutely incredible. There are many beautiful resorts in the Phoenix area, but none hold the unique history of the Biltmore. It is a true landmark where the 1920s era lives on. The service was impeccable throughout our planning process and exceeded our expectations the night of the wedding. Carrie Bayless, our coordinator was so helpful that it really felt we had our own wedding planner even though we did not hire one. She even set up our candy bar for us. The entire hotel and event staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was an unforgettable experience. The food was superb as well – we got many compliments. Our experience at this location really made our wedding the incredible event that is was. Choosing the Biltmore was absolutely the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding venue. -

Well of course I loved my wedding venue, but I can't even begin to tell you how accommodating and service oriented the Biltmore Hotel is. It shouldn't be surprising, but it's totally appreciated. Our ceremony was in the Paradise Garden, which was just stunning. Then we had the reception in the Gold Room. When I say the Gold Room is gorgeous, you just have to see it at night to believe it. It is breathtaking. The food and service was fantastic. We had a personal server that attended to all our needs. My husband and I could really enjoy the food and setting because we had nothing to worry about. If I could do it all over again, I'd stick with the Biltmore Hotel! -

I worked with Lindsay Russell at the Biltmore and she was fantastic. They went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed and that my day went smoothly. She was always quick to get back to me with any of my concerns and also worked to customize pieces of the day for me. The food the venue and the staff were wonderful! We had guests staying at the hotel for the whole weekend any not only was the wedding beautiful but our guests had a wonderful time over the entire weekend!
It was a fabulous choice for us and we would highly recommend it. -

We had our reception in the Gold Room at the Biltmore. It could not have turned out more beautiful! The food was amazing, all of our guests were raving about it. Karen Doan was more than great to work with and made all of our reception desires come to life. She is very knowledgable about weddings and has been in the business forever. This really helped guide us. Couldn't ask for a better reception! -

Having my wedding at the Arizona Biltmore was always a dream! We had used the hotel for other family events years ago and I thought that having our wedding at the Biltmore would be out of the question. Well I took my family there to see the property and we just fell in love with it again and knew this is where the wedding needed to be!
Everything was wonderful. The staff is amazing to work with, the food is great and the grounds are just beautiful! I highly recommend the Arizona Biltmore for events and even for a great vacation!! -

We had our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore and it was wonderful. Our coordinator was Lindsay Russell and she was fabulous. She worked with us to make our day great and was very flexible by helping us out with our budget, scheduling, rooms, etc. The staff is extremely professional. The hotel offers high end service at a great value. I would definitely recommend getting married and having your reception at the Biltmore.

For our event, we worked with Lindsay Russell and her team. They were absolutely amazing! The hall was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the grounds were stunning. The staff at the Arizona Biltmore is top notch, friendly and so helpful. They pride themselves on professionalism and customer services. I highly recommend contacting them for your venue. -

The Arizona Biltmore was a beautiful venue. We had an outdoor ceremony and had lots of great site choices. The catering staff was absolutely outstanding from the tasting to the quality of the food to the actual reception - service was impeccable. All our guests complimented. The catering manager, Rulla Effa, was also one of the highlights of the experience. She was professional and first-class in everything and always made things go easier than expected. Without a doubt the Biltmore and its staff exceeded expectation. What a great choice! -

Stacey Shapiro is the coordinator that helped me through everything! Anything I wanted or needed she was right on top of. It was great to not ahve to worry about finding a caterer and the food was to die for. The cake was beautiful and delicious and the rooms were amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything better! -

The Arizona Biltmore has everything and more you would want for you wedding!! We had our rehearsal dinner, reception, and brunch there. We worked with Tangie Jensen, who became a true friend during the process. She made all my decision making easy and always was there to hold my hand through the planning process. Then the weekend of the wedding she went above and beyond all my expectations. I would recommend this venue to everyone!! -

A absolute dream location, It was summer so we had to have a great venue inside and it was fan-tas-tic. Could not be happier, the Biltmore is one of the top places in Arizona and the architecture was so classy and beautiful. just awesome -

Lindsay and Carrie are wonderful! We cannot express how happy we were with the Catering Department.
All our guests are raving about the food!!! They all had a great time!!! They loved the food, the desserts, the cake, and the beauty of the room!!! Everyone complimented how beautiful the venue is !!! it worked out perfectly with the ceremony, the cocktail hour and dinner all in the same area. Aztec Lawn, Gold Patio, and Aztec Room. It was very private and the guest really seemed to enjoy everything!
A special touch, Lindsay sent us notes in our getting ready rooms, with chocolate, wine and champagne! so sweet!!!
We had a couple challenges with the front desk staff but not a big deal. (during check in and check out) They are two seperate departments. The catering department and Lindsay Russell and Carrie Bayless-Lage are wonderful! -

On Saturday, I had my wedding reception at the Biltmore. Lindsay Russell was our catering sales manager and she was FABULOUS! She was responsive, kind, thoughtful, personable and very helpful. I truly loved working with her!
My fiance and I looked all over Arizona, Colorado and California for our wedding, and found nothing. I was almost in a panic because we searched high and low! Until we took a tour of the Biltmore. I'm a native of Arizona and I waited to tour the Biltmore last, because I thought it would be out of our budget. But, I was wrong! The Biltmore was within our budget and we were in love with the service, location, beauty and class of the property. We were so excited to announce that we would celebrate our love at this amazing piece of Arizona history! The Biltmore is my favorite hotel in Arizona, and I was so excited that this would be MY place!
Our wedding was truly amazing; the food was to die for, and the cake was delicious. Speaking of cake, we went with the cake made at the Biltmore, and I have to say, we do NOT regret that decision. It was moist, flavorful, DELICIOUS and very beautiful. It looked exactly like the picture I gave. My brother, who is a health nut and never eats sweets, ate several pieces!
The room was set up exactly as I requested, the tables looked amazing, the dance floor was perfect, and the sunset cocktail hour had people laughing and enjoying the ambiance. What I love most about this location is that candle light and elegance are all you need to make a beautiful evening. The honeymoon suite was huge and quite lovely! The property is unique and beautiful, so I can't wait to get our photos back!
In the end, I had the wedding of my dreams at the Biltmore and I would not change one thing about the evening. The entire evening was elegant, personal and fun! It was everything I ever imagined; and I had VERY HIGH expectations! Truly amazing and memorable! -

The Biltmore exceeded every expectation that we had for our wedding day!
When we decided on the Biltmore we knew that we were going to have an amazing wedding...but they literally did even better than expected in every way possible. We had our ceremony on Cottage Court and our reception in the Aztec Room.
Lindsay Russel was a pleasure to work with and was so responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She and I became email buddies and she was great at answering everything that we brought to her with professionalism and courtesy.
The food was FANTASTIC and our guests raved about the Chicken Piccata. Our wedding cake was designed specifically from a photo that I brought in and the chef did a fantastic replica. I was shocked that during the reception, the pastry chef came into the reception room to make sure it was to our liking!
All of the staff did an amazing job and I can't say enough about the excellent service that we recieved. Thank you AZ Biltmore for making my wedding the very best day of my life! -

We had a small wedding here in April of 2014. I have a history with and personal connection to the property, so it was wonderful to have something as important as my wedding here. The architecture and design of the property is very unique, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful the property is. Overall, our experience was very positive, and a large reason for this was due to the amazing catering manager (Carrie Bayless-Lage), who I was in regular contact with for months. My now husband and I live on the east coast, so I was communicating with Carrie and other staff at the Biltmore from a distance. I really can't say enough good things about Carrie. From our first conversation I felt comfortable because she was clearly very professional and detail-oriented. She was always patient and extremely quick to respond to my (many) questions over phone and email, and she had great suggestions based on her extensive experience in event planning. If you have a chance to work with Carrie, definitely do it.
The only real issue we encountered was during our outdoor cocktail hour, when a band at a nearby event drowned out our music. Keep in mind that with a very large property like the Biltmore, which is a popular venue hosting many weddings and other events on a single weekend, this type of thing can easily happen. But once again, Carrie was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Overall, our wedding at the Biltmore was beautiful and we'd highly recommend it as a venue. -

The Arizona Biltmore Gold Room was the perfect reception venue for our wedding. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious and the catering staff was really top notch. Lindsay Russell, our catering coordinator, was helpful and professional. We had quite a few out of town guests and the Biltmore's room block coordinators were also great. -

I worked with Lindsay at the Biltmore and couldn't have been more pleased with her service. Lindsay was responsive, flexible and really helped up with negotiations. We had a blended Hindu/Christian wedding and had two ceremonies in two separate locations on the property. Our reception was in the gold room (AMAZING). We had Indian food which was fantastic and we are food snobs. The beer and wine list is not the best and the mark-up is ridiculous but the food cost was extremely reasonable which made me feel better about the wine up charge. My guests loved staying at the Biltmore and the room block prices were very good. -

I've always dreamed of having my reception at the Biltmore, and boy did they deliver! Our reception was beautiful, the food was just as delicious as the tasting, and the bar package was very reasonable. I would highly recommend having a wedding reception here -

Perfect venue for an intimate outdoor wedding
We are thrilled that we chose the Arizona Biltmore for our 100% outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. The facilities are beautiful and the service we received from Lindsay and the whole team was exceptional. We got married on the Cottage Court Lawns and it was perfect for our 75 person wedding. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay and for the entire day of the wedding. We also hosted welcome drinks, and after party and a farewell brunch at the Spire Bar on property which worked perfectly. Can’t say enough positive things about the Arizona Biltmore. The Biltmore was a beautiful place to get married. There is great history in this hotel, and all of our guests stayed for a few days and enjoyed a long weekend. Our ceremony site was set up beautifully together with our florist, it was a very romantic setting. The only complaint was that for the money we spent, there were no exceptions made. At over $200 per head, and 90 guests staying at the hotel for a minimum of 4 days, we had to pay extra for any and every request we made. There was no flexibility. We didnt have anything "thrown in" as many of our friends venues had done. We paid large amounts for a minimal bar upgrade, extra for 30 minutes more bar service, extra for anything we asked for. And we were not given much of a discounted room rate for the large number of guests we brought to the hotel.. -

The grounds are beautiful and great for families! We booked our wedding 14 months before our wedding. We contracted a room block. Per the contract, our guests were to have upgraded rooms (balconies and views) and be near each other. As guests arrived, they did not have the upgraded rooms, nor were they near each other. The front desk manager told me guests had to ask for the balcony and he could not guarantee rooms would be together. Front desk staff was telling our guests "those rooms aren't nice" at check in. Thursday night before the wedding, I saw a construction zone surrounding the ceremony site, All the plants were bare and the concrete structures holding the flowers were falling apart. They put a few planters around the flowers to block it and removed the scaffolding. Our honeymoon villa was the furthest villa on property from the ceremony space. When I tried to move to be closer to the site, we were told not to worry that we'd have golf carts taking us. Wedding day: the golf carts were late, they left the groom at his villa to get the girls, then went back for the groom. We lost 30 mins of photo time and didn't get a lot of the photos we wanted. Our bridal party took time to make a basket of treat for when we got back to our villa at the end of the night. Staff delivered it to the wrong wedding and didn't get it to us until the next day. The reception staff was AMAZING. Carrie, Kevin, Sonia and the rest of the catering staff were impeccable: detail oriented, professional, responsive, and friendly. Our guests did not know about problems we were having. Everyone talked about the wonderful service and beautiful venue. Overall, it really was wonderful. Carrie was incredible; she helped me through the whole process. Sonia and Kevin were amazing. Jeffery was fantastic. I loved our wedding and the service, overall, was great. -

The Arizona Biltmore offers more than a gorgeous reception venue. The resort helped us create an unforgettable wedding weekend for all 200 of our guests. Thanks to the Biltmore staff, our wedding was perfect. -

My husband and I held our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore on April 2nd, 2011. The catering staff was amazing, and everything was provided to us to our satisfaction. We stayed in one of the villas for our wedding night and the room was absolutely amazing. They had chilled champagne and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived, and the whirlpool tub was absolutely what we needed after a very long day. We ordered room service in the morning and it was excellent. Great hotel, beautiful property, and great staff. -

We had our wedding on 11/28/09. The Biltmore provides the most awesome venue, but service was lacking. Our flowers, vases, and other items disappeared after the reception. It is taking three weeks to track down our items. -

Beautiful venue. Food was good, though a little expensive. Wedding coordinator was professional, but sometimes scattered with details. -

The biltmore was a superb venue overall! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for each category was the horrible event planner, Lindsay Russel. She was rude and unprofessional, she showed up late for the ceremony and our DJ had to take over coordinating. I think I saw her for about thirty minutes the entire night. Thank goodness for our amazing DJ, Eric Cheroske for making it a wonderful evening! I would definitely recommend the Biltmore, just not Lindsay. -

Biltmore is great, Lindsay Russell, unfortunately, was not! She was absent, unavailable and condescending, ask for a different coordinator if you get married at the Biltmore. -
