They had great communication before the wedding and made sure they had all the correct and current information. The day of they were timely, professional, and the shuttle was immaculate!

This was our 2nd wedding in 90 days and both times Jen Moir and her team did an outstanding job in all aspects. The drivers were awesome! Friendly, prompt and concerned about all the details that make transportation run smoothly!

Patricia was a wonderful driver. Which was very important that our wedding party and guests have enjoyed transportation time given it was a 30-40min ride. We specially appreciated her being flexible with our pick up time from the venue back to hotel, as well as being friendly and approachable to our guests.
Logistics team that helped us with making reservation was also helpful to find the right plan for us. Thank you all!!

I was so happy with the service provided by Aristocat Limo. From the beginning, they were helpful, informative, and responsive. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

The driver was early to both pick up locations and safely took us to each stop. I had a terrific experience with this company!

Jennifer helped me book a limo bus for my wedding. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The limo bus was perfect for transporting our wedding party, was clean and the driver Betty was very professional.

The only thing I wish I had known ahead of time is that when we requested an additional cooler to store more beers it would be a large igloo cooler sitting on the floor of the limo bus. I assumed it would be part of the bus in the back or something like that. It leaked water on the floor getting on my and bridal party's dresses, and took up a lot of room making for a cramped ride with 17 of us in there.

Richard was great - very professional and on time! The limo was clean and they provided bottled water and a bottle of champagne for both the girls and the guys. I highly recommend this vendor for any/all wedding day transportation needs.

Aristocat did a fantastic job and providing a beautiful limo bus for our wedding. They were on time, polite and very respectful of all guests on the bus. Our driver was very cautious on the road and provided great service at our wedding.

We would like to thank John and the rest of the Aristocat team for the wonderful service! From the very start, everyone was very helpful. Our driver was outstanding. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule (on his time) to ensure we had enough time to get all our belongings on the bus and did not have to rush. We also used our bus to shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue. There were no problems and our guests enjoyed the comfortable ride.

The booking, communication before the wedding and service on the day of were excellent! I shopped around (5+ different companies) and Aristocat had not only the best prices but the most personable service. Jen was great at communicating and our driver on the day of our wedding was professional and easy to talk to.

Lady we talked to was very nice. Driver was so cute, I can't remember his name but he was so nice. He did whatever we asked with a smile. I have heard some horror stories about limos so I was worried. We did have to ask not to having the wedding package. An extra $150 for a red carpet and a sign isn't quite us. I would totally reccomend them!

We were very pleased with the limo and the driver. They were very punctual (well, early, which is good), and extremely professional. The limo was clean and perfect for our bridal party. Our specific driver was also great in helping me (the bride) get in and out in my dress. We would recommend them to any of our friends.

The office workers helped me through my entire process of getting a limo and saved me a lot of headaches. The limo was beautiful and clean and the driver was timely and polite. I'll be sure to use them again!

We had an excellent experience! The limo was very roomy, nice and clean. However, the limo driver (Steve) really shined for the company, he did not even flinch when we had to change our plans at the last minute to pick up my husband before me. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and family!

Great group to work with. They were on time and the driver was professional. We had one of the party buses which was so easy for the girls to get in and out of in dresses! We have no complaints!

Aristocat was great overall. The driver was timely, professional, and friendly, and the shuttle bus service worked out wonderfully for our guests.
I originally worked with Amber, and booked the two contracts with her, and she was great. I signed the contracts fairly early on, so there was no communication for quite a while. When it got close enough to the wedding that I was getting nervous I hadn’t heard anything from them, I called and asked for Amber, at which point I was told she no longer worked there, and in addition they weren’t sure I was going to get the vehicle I had reserved, since there had been some issue with it. It was kind of surprising to me that no one had contacted me in the interim to tell me either of these things, but it turned out just fine.
The people I ended up working with at the office were very helpful and friendly, and the limo SUV was great. Overall, a very good experience, although the communication could have been slightly better in the interim between booking and the big day.

pretty good... however, driver asked us for directions to reception when we gave them detailed directions with the contract! That was one of the reasons why we hired a driver!

I rented two limos from Aristocat for wedding day transportation. The people working in the office were very helpful and the limos arrived right on time.

It was 90 degrees on my wedding day. I understand that this is very hot for Michigan, but the air conditioners in the limos didn't seem to work. The bridal party was a sweaty mess. We were hoping the limos would provide some relief from the heat after taking outdoor pictures, but it almost made it worse.

Also, the sparking wine provided in the limos was terrible. I didn't expect anything nice, but if they paid a couple bucks more per bottle, they could get much better quality sparkling wine.

We hired Aristrocat for our wedding downtown Detroit, I had heard good things and they were accommodating when I needed to add an additional hour to the beginning of our service to pick up the mother of the groom from a different hotel and bring her to pictures before the ceremony. The chauffeur did not check with valet or front desk to see if there were waiting guests (who were sitting in front of the hotel) which he should have being that he needed to park on a side street. As a result, the party bus for the wedding party went to pick up the mother of the groom, this resulted in a 15 min delay for pictures which there is rarely extra time before the ceremony for weddings.
The chauffeur then called the bride's room at the other hotel asking when guests would be ready, and when she requested he make trips between hotels to check he said that it would be inconvenient with traffic and construction.

Ultimately they were accommodating when booking but not as far as providing service, as they only provided portions of the service we hired them for. We were very thankful for Detroit Bus Company being so flexible during the mishap.

Do not use this company as a shuttle service. Driver was rude asking guests how she was going to get paid if we went over our time limit, although I (Bride) had already discussed this with dispatch and had CASH on hand.

Guests ended up driving themselves fearing that the shuttle would not pick them up if we went past midnight. Driver said that is when she was done.

Last but not least check your statements. I was charged the 200$ deposit fee twice!
