gorgeous and versatile venue
We held our October 2025 wedding ceremony and reception at Ariel International. The space is large and the views of the lake and downtown are amazing! I specifically chose Ariel International because I'm a bit of a minimalist and the venue has enough character from the exposed brick to the lighting fixtures to speak for itself. Tracey and staff are super kind and responsive. She definitely calmed my nerves and provided vendor referrals when I didn't know where to turn in my wedding planning. The venue is very accessible with large elevators and restrooms. We were very fortunate to have such a versatile venue space for our family and friends! -

Beautiful Venue for a Wedding
Our daughter's wedding was held at the Ariel International. We cannot say enough about our experience. The views from the roof for the wedding and cocktail hour were spectacular. The reception space was equally wonderful. Our guests could not say enough about how beautiful and comfortable the space was. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful leading up to the event and throughout our event. We appreciated the convenience of the on sight ready rooms. We needed to drop off lots of cookies for a cookie table. They let us drop them off the day before which was so helpful. I would highly recommend the Ariel International Center for an event. -

No complaints
We got married 10/22/22 at this venue and were utterly amazed! Working with Tracey was amazing & she was always available for questions we had. The staff was accommodating and quick to respond. The views here are out of this world. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married! -

Can we get married there again?
Ariel International Center was the perfect place for us to get married. Tracey, who was our coordinator, was an absolute rockstar. She works harder than any other person you'll meet throughout your planning process. Tracey made everything super seamless and was happy accommodate all of our ideas! We had a family tragedy occur the morning of our wedding and Tracey didn't bat an eye at helping us flip our ceremony and cocktail hour. She was an incredible partner throughout the whole planning process. The venue is beautiful and we loved the historic industrial vibe, but working with Tracey really made the process unforgettable. If I could, would get married there again in a heartbeat. -

Dream come true
I don't think there is enough room in this comment box to express how deeply appreciative my wife and I are for the team at Ariel. We booked our wedding festivities (ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception) in fall of 2018 for our spring 2020 wedding. They held on as long as they could during Covid, to avoid having to screw up our plans. They even allowed us to have a photo shoot on site with our 2nd photographer. When the state shut down in 2020, they allowed us to push back our celebration date to 2021 (for what would be our 1 year anniversary, because we ended up still getting married on our back porch). Come January 2021, my wife and I were very apprehensive about continuing with our plans, given the remaining health and safety concerns relating to Covid. Our event coordinator, Tracey, did everything in her power to make it the most "normal" event as possible. Luckily, the CDC restrictions lifted and we were allowed to have dancing and the open bar. It was a long 3 years worth of planning and waiting. When the day finally came, it was down-pouring...... ALL DAY. Tracey jumped right into action and helped coordinate our last minute changes. We couldn't have done any of this without Tracey. She truly is such an amazing soul with the best personality and she has a passion for making miracles happen to bring "the vision" to life. We will always be thankful for Tracey and the management team at Ariel. We are so blessed to have finally been able to celebrate in our dream venue with the people we love most. -

Where our perfect day started and finished!
We had a vision for our wedding - exposed brick brewery themed wedding. We looked all over Cleveland and we were getting discouraged. Ariel International SAVED us. This venue is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention, Jessica, our wedding coordinator was fabulous. She helped us every step of the way - answering dozens of emails from me, and making great recommendations on our final walkthrough. She made things stress free and having her there on our day was amazing.
I love that the venue for the ceremony is the rooftop, but there's a backup location provided, so I never stressed about weather. The Venue was set up for us the morning before so we could see what it would look like in case we wanted to make any changes.
The rest of the staff was amazing. We didn't even notice the security guard, and the bartender kept mine and my husbands drinks full all night! I never went to the bar once - she came to me!
If you want an easy, stress free day with a beautiful venue, it's highly recommended! -

Areil International was the perfect venue for me to re-invigorate an annual event that had become stale. Our guests absolutely loved the venue, the convenience, charm of the building, and the view. The staff were so helpful before, during, and after our event. Five stars, for certain.

Ariel Pearl Center was absolutely beautiful and we got so many compliments on the venue. We were actually one of the first weddings to ever be held at this venue and saw firsthand its transformation from a construction zone to what it is today! There are so many cool features of this venue, in particular we especially loved the restoration of the original vault! There were a few extra logistical things to figure out because it was so new (designing a layout, signs for parking, etc.), but Radhika and Tanya were adaptable and helped us figure things out in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and responsive- Radhika once replied to an email within an hour while she was in India! I would definitely choose this venue again for our reception. -

My wife and I held our wedding reception at the new Ariel Pearl Center in Old Brooklyn, Cleveland. Everything was perfect, beautiful, and well coordinated. The Ariel Pearl Center building is bursting with tasteful historic charm while still maintaining a 'blank slate' appeal which let us personalize the space to our tastes. Our guests have showered us with compliments on our choice to hold our reception here. Ariel Pearl Center is a new venue and our experience working with Ariel International Center's staff from the early planning stages through then end of the reception was exceptional. We would highly recommend Ariel Pearl Center. -

Our wedding at the Ariel International Center was perfect! We hosted our cocktail hour on the rooftop, which was beautiful with views of Lake Erie and the Cleveland skyline. We then hosted our reception on the 4th floor, with so many windows you could still see the beautiful views! The rooftop also made for beautiful pictures at sunset. Marlina was so helpful throughout the planning process and made sure we covered all of the details for our big day. She was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and kept us on our wedding timeline. Sharon was there on the day of our wedding and she made sure that everything ran smoothly with all of the vendors. The Ariel International Center was a great place to host wedding, we had a wonderful experience! -

I have read several of the other reviews here describing The Ariel International Center and was completely surprised by some of the concerns raised. Our experience with Ariel's staff was great. They were very responsive and got back with us promptly whenever we had a question or concern. Value for this venue was excellent considering its premier location - our guests were wowed by the fantastic views of the City of Cleveland and beautiful Lake Erie in the adjacent window. Ariel offered great add-ons to our venue like an additional couch for guests and the space was very accommodating for a medium-large sized wedding like ours. We were extremely satisfied with this exceptional and unique venue and would highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasteful venue that celebrates and compliments Cleveland's historic, industrial past. -

Wonderful Venue and Staff
We had our wedding in September Ariel International Center and it was all perfect. Jessica worked so tirelessly, calmly and kindly throughout the entire day. She was on top of every detail and vendor and was so helpful when it started raining unexpectedly an hour before our ceremony on the roof. She was very well organized and so responsive to us throughout the entire process of planning and day of. We felt great about having so much in her hands and she went beyond our expectations, even restringing the lights above the dance floor herself to make them look perfect. We would recommend her highly to all! The venue was beautiful and we got so many compliments on it. -

Ariel Pearl Center - We were immediately impressed with the Ariel Pearl space. We saw it back before it was finished and saw the same potential as the owner that it was going to be a fantastic venue. When it finally opened, we were amazed at what I beautiful space it was! There are many different rooms and you can decide what to do with each one, which I really appreciated. We had our ceremony in the big ball room, then moved everyone into the smaller room for cocktail hour when the staff did the "flip" to dinner and dance room. The bar stayed in the cocktail room, but we made the fireplace room our "lounge"/game room.
We also added alot of complexity because we didn't go with a traditional caterer; we decided to do a Taste of Cleveland with our favorite restaurants all bringing food in. We also rented all the silverware, glass ware, plates, chafing dishes, etc.... this was a huge cause of anxiety, but Tanya, Jess, and her team were unbelievable and, somehow, everything went off absolutely perfect!! I still can't believe that the only "drama" was that the table cloths were slightly too long.
The hall is to die for, and every angle is beautiful. My guests are still talking about the experience and the venue.
My only bit of critique (which I'm not sure what you can do about) is that the cocktail hour room gets deafeningly loud. I was at the APC for another wedding the weekend before with 185 people and you couldn't hear yourself talk. I heard that even my cocktail hour with 115 was loud.
Definitely would recommend to any couple looking for a bit of a more unconventional venue. Thank you so much for everything, APC!! -

We absolutely loved our wedding at Ariel! All of the ladies were extremely accommodating, flexible, kind and a pleasure to work with. Tanya went above and beyond for us, even coming in on her days off to help me go over details and oversee our rehearsal and wedding. She coordinated all of the day of details with all of our vendors so I literally did not have to worry about a thing or lift a finger on our big day. (Note we did pay the extra to hire her as the day of coordinator and it was a great value and worth every penny.) The venue was gorgeous, had a great layout for both the ceremony and reception and I can't stress enough how smoothly the entire day ran. We received so many compliments from our guests on how great the space was. The only warning I can give is be prepared to spend a premium on the bar. You are required to order all alcohol through Ariel and the markup is on the high side so if you are on a tight budget, look into your estimated alcohol order before you commit. That being said, I still wouldn't have changed a thing and highly recommend Ariel to any couple getting married in Cleveland. -

Loved having our wedding here! The rooftop was amazing for our ceremony and all of our guests absolutely raved about it (most saying it was the coolest wedding they'd ever been to!). Marlina (the event director) was also fantastic, she was super helpful when we were trying to figure out logistics and number counts for everything. The only downside is the fact that you have to bring in all your own vendors, which is great on one hand because you're not limited to anything, but can be tedious when it comes to putting the whole day together. They also have their liquor license so you have to buy their alcohol (which is crazy expensive) but we liked it because our bar never had to close because it wasn't on an hourly basis. Overall, we really loved it, you can't beat the views and it made for some pretty awesome pictures! Plus, all of our guests had a blast and couldn't say enough great things about the venue! -

We loved our wedding at Ariel! Everything turned out perfect. The staff at Ariel is great and were all so helpful in working out details right up until the last minute. They also offered great vendor suggestions throughout the planning process. The view is amazing and the rooftop was worth every penny! One thing I didn't love was that the clean up fee was not included in the total cost/down payment and that we were told by multiple guests there was no security outside during the event (which we paid for), but these are very minor details and would never change my mind about having an event at Ariel! Highly recommend this venue for weddings or business functions! -

The ladies at Ariel have been wonderful as my fiance and I begin planning our wedding. We were given a wonderful tour, Irene was knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with us to create a contingency plan in case of weather and were extremely accommodating with our catering needs (we have religious and medical restrictions that go on for days). -

Beautiful but pricey
I loved the venue. It was gorgeous. We did have to hire a day of coordinator to decorate it and break down at the end of the night. Also the alcohol prices at the venue are very inflated. But you can’t beat the views ! -

Ariel was absolutely beautiful! Our guests were in complete awe the entire evening. The hall needs little decor because of the amazing views. We used the 3rd floor for our ceremony, rooftop for cocktail hour and the 4th floor for our reception. The price is about high and we were surprised they didn't work with us more since we practically rented out the whole building! Myself and my bridesmaids got ready at the hall, we were allowed to bring in our own food and drinks and the hall did allow us to start setting things up and dropping things off the day before the wedding. We also were able to have our rehearsal at the hall as well for no charge. You may have to send more than 1 email to get a response but towards the end Marlina was there for anything and everything we needed! I would highly recommend Ariel! -

We had a wonderful reception here with pictures that turned out amazing from the rooftop that over looked the Cleveland skyline. Marlina was AMAZING at answering every single crazy question that I had and was SUPER helpful. The venue was exactly what my husband and I had in mind for our special day. Everyone whom i was in contact with leading up to the wedding reception at arial was so helpful. Cant give five stars because the night of the reception there were some issues trying to find the event coordinator (for which you have to pay for), whom had control over unlocking the rooftop, my husband had to spend over a half hour of our reception trying to look for this man, once he was found it seemed like he was with other coworks on a different level of the building having a party. This was the only issue we had. -

The first time we saw the Ariel International Center we knew our search was over. The scenic location combined with the modern rustic look from the exposed brick and complimenting decor makes for a beautiful wedding venue. From the walk down the aisle to the last dance, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and planned so diligently to create. It would not have been possible without the professional, hardworking, and accommodating staff that helped make our wedding perfect. -

We booked Ariel Pearl Center while it was under construction and Radhika was a thrill to work with. Overall we had a good experience with Ariel. They did switch event coordinators twice without notifying us. Other than that, they were very accommodating with our requests. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! They allowed us to come a day before to set up any of our personal items and keep overnight. They are relatively serious about everything being out by midnight so be prepared to pack up at the end of the evening any of your own belongings. We did leave a piece of furniture behind and they were very gracious about us picking it up a few days later. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! They will work with the floor plan as much as you want. Pleasant to work with and I think we were one of the first weddings there! -

Our wedding review.
Our search for wedding venues in Cleveland led us to the new Ariel Pearl Center. In regards to the building, words cannot describe what an excellent venue it is for the wedding. Even now, our guests still comment on the Ariel Pearl’s unique, classy feel. You will definitely want to take advantage of the fireplace room and the bank vault during your event. These additional spaces were unexpected and allowed us to create separate areas for smaller group socializing during happy hour and one-of-a-kind photo opportunities. The management team also let us utilize the basement area with its unfinished brick walls for some wedding party group shots. There is also ample parking space behind the venue.
Overall, working with the Ariel management team was a positive experience. However, there were some bumps in the road along the way. The event coordinators/managers were very quick to respond to email inquiries and phone calls throughout the process. With regard to the contract, theirs is very detailed; however, if you read it thoroughly, there should be no surprises with regard to costs - it is all laid out in the contract and additional appendices. Another reason for us choosing the Pearl Center is that Ariel had not yet obtained a liquor license for that venue (as of our booking date in August 2017). We were told they would have it by January 2018, and that once they obtained it, we would have to purchase our liquor from them. The downside to this is that their liquor pricing is very expensive (about 3-4x what you would normally pay for a bottle or case of beer) and there are no per person all inclusive options. Everything is a la carte. We were able to negotiate their alcohol pricing down by about ⅓ due to the fact that they could not guarantee that they would obtain the liquor license. Luckily for us, they never obtained it and we were able to provide our own alcohol. However, this is where the first bump in the road occurred. When the Event Manager informed us that we would be able to provide our own alcohol, she told us that we would now also have to pay a “bar set up fee”, purchase bartender service and bar wash through Ariel, and pay an additional “corking fee” per person. We challenged this assertion, since we had already signed our contract and none of the above language was included in it. The manager at the time (luckily, she has since moved on) eventually conceded we were correct.
Another positive attribute about having your wedding at the Pearl Center is the ability to choose your caterer. The Ariel team has a list of 5 caterers (may have changed since then) that are considered “preferred”. These caterers cover a variety of price points and options, so you should have no issue finding one. If you do not utilize a “preferred” caterer, they will charge you a “non-preferred caterer” fee of $4 per person. We ended up going with one of their preferred caterers, Italian Creations, and would definitely recommend them. The owner, Ross, is super helpful and has an established relationship with the owner of the Ariel Event Centers.
Our second bump that we experienced was in regard to the max capacity of the venue vs capacity allowed with a dancefloor. When we spoke with the first manager, who has since left, she told us that the max capacity of the venue is 250 people; but if you want to have a dancefloor, then no more than 225. However, when it came time to put together the venue layout chart with the new event manager, she informed us that the maximum number of people that could be accommodated with a dance floor was actually 200. We were slightly panicked because we had already sent out our invitations with a target guest count of 225. Luckily our our new planner, Michelle, was amazing, and she worked with us to have a mix use of table styles to accommodate everyone and still have a dance floor. We ended up with 210 and there was plenty of space to dance.
The Ariel Team will also work to accommodate all your needs and is very flexible. For instance, if there is no event the night before your wedding, they will let allow you to come in the day before to drop off any decorations, alcohol, etc. Definitely worth it to make your life less stressful. One hiccup here, though, is that we found out the day of that they were going to charge us $50 to open the building for us for the 1 hour we needed to bring in all the alcohol, favors, etc. Nowhere was this additional charge located in the contract, and it was never mentioned to us in our discussion. I believe in the end our caterer ended up covering it or coming to an agreement with them, but again - no one needs that kind of last minute stress.
As long as you read the fine print and understand all of the items there were no surprises for us at the end. Our wedding reception was awesome, and we have no regrets. During the night of the reception, the event coordinator assigned to our venue did a wonderful job, and worked well with our day of coordinator. She even made sure that we had appetizers during our happy hour and brought drinks to us as we were socializing with our guests! It was a nice added touch that made us feel special on our day. We definitely recommend the Ariel Pearl Center to anyone looking for a one of a kind, historic venue that's definitely not your average hotel ballroom.
Ariel International Center's reply:
Hello Matt!
Thank you for your detailed review. While we did go some growing pains as a newer venue, we try our best to make sure every event is personally attended to. Every choice our management team makes is for the best interest of our clients. Such as the choice to no longer obtain a liqour license, it is a huge saving for our clients.
Thank you for yorur kind words. I appreciate your understanding and attention to detail. Your planner, Adam, was a delight to work with. I truely enjoyed our time together during details meeting.
Best,
Michelle -

We had a our dream summer wedding here. Ariel is one of the most beautiful venues I have been too. Our out of town guest were beyond impressed with the rooftop views at cocktail hour. If you plan to have your wedding here during the warm weather months, book the rooftop for cocktail hour!!! I had no problems getting in touch with Marlina, although I do not believe she is responsible for the wedding planning anymore. She was however great to work with. In the end you will end up spending more money than just the room rental cost. You have to order your alcohol through them but will receive money back on any un-opened bottles. They provide a certain amount of chairs and tables but anything over you will have to pay for. Read through the cost of renting chairs, chair covers, linens, extra tables (especially for cocktail hour) and the alcohol before you book, to make sure you have it in your budget. They do take credit card, but to save money on the extra charges for using your CC we paid with a check. There are no other venues like this near the city, you really cannot beat the views and the building is beautiful, you do not have to do much decorating. -

Ariel International was a dream spot from the start! We were on the 4th Floor which I believe is called the Sky View Room, it has glass windows on all 4 sides with a skyscraping view of downtown Cleveland outside the one and Burke Lakefront Airport and Lake Erie out the other. The space itself doesn't even need a lot of decorating because the exposed brick makes it amazing in itself. The onsite free parking was a great bonus as a lot of the other locations we looked at cost money. The entire back lot where cars park is enclosed and owned by Ariel so it gives guests a safe feeling to walk to their cars at night time. The only thing that happened at our wedding that bothered me was that our wedding coordinator for the night was no help at all. When the bridal party showed up we went to the 3rd floor to walk up the stairs to get announced in and I had asked her to take something up for me and set by my chair. Her response was "I am the building coordinator not your wedding coordinator and I don't have time to do that." She also kept coming up to ask me questions that my different vendors had already confirmed with me before hand which got annoying. However, I did not let her ruin our night. It was an absolutely amazing night and everyone wouldn't stop asking how I found such a unique place! If I had to go back to planning my wedding again I would always pick Ariel International as our reception location :)! -

My husband and chose this venue because of the beautiful industrial loft vibe that the space conveyed and because of the location in downtown Cleveland. We were immediately taken by the history of the building and the passion and vision that Radhika (the owner) had for this space.
We were then connected with the event coordinator Marlina, who was our contact moving forward. She was very attentive when we corresponded with her via email prior to meeting in-person and we felt at-ease about having her with at our wedding to answer questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately, Marlina let us know at our first meeting with her that she was not able to be at our wedding because of a prior engagement. However, we were assigned another staff member Hannah, who was present at all of our meetings.
For the wedding, we were able to get into the building a few days early to start bringing things in and decorate, which was great! My biggest stress of the ceremony was that my dad and I didn't know when to make our way to the ceremony space to walk down the aisle. Being that the space that you get ready was on a different floor- you had to take stairs/elevators and I was worried about people seeing us beforehand. Make sure you have a day-of wedding planner or someone to serve as a "runner" for this purpose!
My biggest complaint was with one of our bartenders. She went out of her way to be disrespectful to many of our guests (including my mother) and this was very upsetting to both of us. We had many guests and family members come to us after the wedding making the same complaint. My sister-in-law even had to take her aside and ask her to tone the rudeness down. Because of this person, we cannot give Ariel International 5 stars.
Otherwise, this venue was great and our wedding day was exactly how we pictured it! The breathtaking views of the city, exposed brick and gorgeous chandeliers made the perfect scenery for our winter wedding!

This is a beautiful venue, no other venue we looked at could beat the look and feel of this place inside and out. The view is amazing. It was somewhat confusing that there were two event coordinators that we worked with who didn't always communicate with each other. I wish we could have worked with the same coordinator from booking to the actual event date. -

Ariel International Center is new in the wedding business ... which is both a positive and a negative. Most of our guests, some of whom live in Cleveland, had never heard of it prior to our wedding, but were totally blown away by the warm decor and the beautiful city & lake views. This is precisely why we chose this venue; it has a funky urban loft feel to it and the event center is surrounded by windows, which provides for unparalleled views of city skyline of Cleveland. The quality of service we received was nearly excellent -- when we could get ahold of the folks at Ariel. I had to take 3 stars off of the Responsiveness category because as my wedding date got closer and closer, it become more and more difficult to get ahold of anyone working there. This added a significant amount of stress to an already stressful time. Due to some major tax deadlines, the small staff at Ariel was unable to return many of my phone calls and emails, but were responsive once I showed up in person and expressed my concern. Frankly, I think the business has grown too quickly for the extremely small (4-5 person) staff, and they are having a difficult time keeping their heads above water. However, I will note that during all of my interactions with the owner and the staff, everyone (but especially Butch) was very professional and extremely accommodating to my requests. I also consider Ariel a good value given how popular it is and fully expect the venue rental fee to go up in the coming years. In a nutshell, I did experience some frustration with the management staff at Ariel, but the venue itself was unique and beyond beautiful, and all of our guests absolutely loved it. We had a fabulous reception there, and the renovated warehouse look of Ariel totally made the vision I had for my wedding come alive and was the key element in making my wedding a very special and memorable event. -

We choose ariel international center for our wedding reception. There were definitely some pros and cons.
Pros: It is a very unique venue-beautiful views of the skyline, near downtown Cleveland, and beautiful brick décor. The rooftop is gorgeous-we used that for our cocktail hour and it was amazing. We had guests complimenting our venue all night! It was a huge hit. We also had Kiera for our reception coordinator- she is fantastic! Highly recommend. She was very responsive to e-mails and was a huge help for setting up our reception.
Cons: We had some hiccups with this venue in the beginning in terms of wedding date availability. I also at first purchased a wedding planning package and did not hear anything from them until ~ 8 months before the wedding. I requested to cancel the service and use day of coordinating only- which they were very accommodating with. They went through several coordinators, which made us feel a little uneasy, but towards the last 8 months, we got to meet Kiera, and she was great!
I would say those were really the only concerns, but honestly, the venue was so beautiful, and made the frustrating moments we went through worth it. We wouldn't have changed a thing about our day.

Very easy to work with! The carpet needs work but they will be "refinishing" their floors sometime this year or next year. The only issue I had was supervision the day of the wedding. Facility/event supervisor working at the facility did not introduced themselves to me or my now husband on the day of the wedding. Everything still went great though as the caterer likely knew who to contact. We had our ceremony on the roof top. I believe if you rent the roof for 2K you should also receive chairs to go on the roof as well. Everything is worth it in the end! Guests LOVED the venue! -

The Ariel is a really stunning and interesting venue, but it still rather new and working out the kinks. We chose the Ariel for it's really cool space and the ability to bring in all our own vendors, as well as our own alcohol. However, three months after we signed our agreement we were informed that they had recent acquired a liquor and would have now purchase all of our alcohol through the venue. While this was a huge (and at the time upsetting) surprise, the Ariel staff worked with us to offset any additional costs by this change.
In the months leading up to the wedding, it was sometimes difficult to get a response and would take a few phone calls or emails, but things went really well the day of our wedding. The Facilities Manager who was on-site the day of the wedding was absolutely fantastic. -

This space is beautiful with panoramic views of the lake and the city. However, they are very difficult to deal with. They are terrible at responding to email and you get a different answer to basic questions depending on who you ask. There's no main event person. The one we had been dealing with went back to school and was only working 3 days a week, but no one bothered to tell us that...and it's not like they responded to email anyway. -

The elevator failed and I had to walk down four flights of dirty stairs in my wedding dress which stained it pretty badly. They changed some policies after our contract was signed and didn't bother to notify us until a week before our wedding date, but they did work with us and were somewhat accommodating - AFTER I freaked out. There was roof-work being done which rained down debri on us during our set-up and tear down. We had to clean several times while trying to set up -Not to mention it was in my HAIR! I also spent a while STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR the day before my wedding when I had other appointments. It's beautiful venue, but there were far too many problems and headaches for a wedding. And they never even offered a discount of any kind for any of the inconvienance which I found totally unprofessional given all that went wrong. Look elsewhere. -

Beautiful venue but staff was not responsive when sometimes contacted prior to the reception and during the reception the coordinator was nowhere to be found. Pictures that had been delivered a week prior were not displayed, and then reported lost but eventually found. The container for the wedding cards was not on the 3rd floor as I had discussed with the Ariel coordinator. I had to leave my guests to find it. In addition, the bar was grossly understocked and the Ariel coordinator, who was supposedly a wedding planner, had no sense of urgency to restock the bar which caused frustrated bartenders and guests. Because the band, food, and florist were outstanding, the overall event was enjoyed by everyone. However, after so much planning and expense it was extremely disappointing to me (bride's parent) that my memory is tainted by the Ariel coordinator's inept performance of her job. If choosing Ariel as a wedding venue, I would recommend hiring a wedding coordinator for the evening to oversee the reception events. -
