We decided at the last minute to get married at the Aria and they truly made it happen for us. We went to lots of venues in Las Vegas and none of them seem right, but when we meet Ms. McPherson it felt just right. She was a dream to work with, kept her word on everything. She got back to us each and every time. Nothing could have went better. Thank you to the Aria team. -

She was so incredibly supportive and simply made me comfortable, confident and beautiful and that is just priceless. My partner and I cannot express enough how absolutely thrilled we were with our incredible wedding ceremony experience at the Aria, made all the more perfect thanks to the outstanding coordination and support from our amazing wedding coordinator, Brittany.
From the moment we began planning, Brittany was an absolute dream to work with. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for bringing our vision to life was unparalleled. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, expertise, and a constant sunny disposition that put us at ease. No request was too big or small - Brittany handled everything with grace and a solutions-oriented mindset.
When our big day arrived, we were absolutely blown away by how seamlessly everything came together. The Aria's stunning chapel was the perfect backdrop for our heartfelt ceremony. The elegant, light-filled space was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The decor, lighting, and floral design elevated the atmosphere and made it truly magical.
We must also highlight the exceptional photography services provided by the Aria. The photographer perfectly captured every cherished moment, from the emotional exchanging of vows to the joyful celebration with our loved ones. Their skill, creativity, and professionalism resulted in a stunning collection of images that we will treasure for a lifetime.
The production of the ceremony itself was nothing short of remarkable. Every element, from the music to the lighting and sound, was executed flawlessly, creating an unforgettable ambiance. The music, in particular, far exceeded our expectations. The talented musicians and Aria’s program of selecting our own songs added an extra layer of emotion and beauty to our special day.
Most importantly, Brittany's flawless coordination and the Aria team's unmatched execution allowed us to be fully present and soak in every meaningful moment of our ceremony. It felt like a dream come to life, and we have Brittany to thank for that gift. She is a true gem, and the Aria is so lucky to have her.
To any couple considering the Aria for your Las Vegas wedding ceremony, we wholeheartedly recommend this spectacular venue and team, with Brittany leading the charge. March, 2024.
Michelle with the Aria Chapel went above and beyond making our wedding even better than we could have hoped. From florals, to music, and even ceremony coordination - she was directly involved and proactive to make sure things went off without a hitch. Even more, since we unexpectedly ended up getting a new home, she worked with us despite our suddenly chaotic timeline and made everything as close to perfect as we could have hoped. We felt seen, heard, and taken care of, by not only her but her assistants and staff. The photographers were equally delightful, excited to find ways to showcase my new husband's incredible coat and train throughout the venue.
For anyone trying to stay on a budget, or for folks who want the wedding they envision with the help of experts, I cannot recommend them highly enough. -

We were looking for a small intimate ceremony and Aria had just what we were looking for with their "Just the two of us" package. The events coordinator was extremely helpful and attentive to all the details. The packaged included pick up from the air port, a car to take us to pick up the marriage license, the officiant, photography, a small cake, a bouquet for me and a boutonniere for my husband and one night stay in the Aria sky suites. We were able to pick what flavor and design our cake was decorated in, as well as flowers. The whole experience was beyond perfect for what we wanted and I can't recommend them enough. -

Our wedding coordinator, Brittany was amazing! She responded promptly to any question I had and was very professional. Brittany provided several options regarding location of the ceremony and decor. I definitely recommend having your wedding at Aria if you are marrying in Las Vegas. -

Sophia Sent on 05/11/2023A Star Wars wedding that was like a fairytale.
We just got married on May the 4th. We didn't have traditional wedding, instead we picked Star Wars as our theme. It took a lot of planning and preparation but every step of the way we had our Aria wedding chapel coordinator by our side. We live in VA, so this was a destination for wedding for us. Brittany, was beyond helpful! She was always responsive, eager to help and was a huge supporter of all of our non-traditional ideas. Although stress is normal for anyone during the planning process, she tried her hardest to relieve most of it for us. We are retired Army Veterans, Brittany and the rest of the team that set up our reception, even took the time to set up a table for the fallen that could not join us on our special day. I wish for everyone that books their wedding celebration at the Aria or Vdara to get assigned Brittany as their coordinator, she was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you and May the Force be with you. -

Our wedding experience at the Aria wedding chapel was nothing less then amazing. Mariam, who was our wedding coordinator did an awesome job, from the time we met with her until the day of our wedding she was always there to answer all our questions and meet our every concern. We were able to make so many memories at the Aria on our special day. The wedding chapel is a beautiful venue along with the ladies and gentlemen salon. If you choose to have your wedding at the Aria, I would highly recommend Mariam to be your coordinator..you will not be disappointed!! -

Brittney Sent on 07/06/2018We got married on June 23, 2018 and it was perfect. Of course with the Aria, everything is top notch. From the flowers down to the dressing rooms--everything was flawless.
Our wedding coordinator was Isabella and she more than exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly sweet, responsive, professional, and nice. She, along with all of the Aria staff were so incredibly helpful.
We definitely made the right decision to have our wedding at the Aria. It made our day truly special. -

Heather Sent on 10/13/2016Hands down the experience in planning my wedding at Aria was great!! I really have no complaints. Initially when we booked with Aria, Erika was our consultant but about 6 months into planning Erika left and we were given Marcella. I was concerned at first BUT quickly learned that Marcella is great and when wee flew in to meet her in June, she put our minds at ease. Our wedding was this past weekend and we had not 1 single hiccup and the Pastor was great! Our guest are still talking about him and how personable he was. I honestly have not a single bad thing to say because EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT and Aria met every wish we had. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Aria from the front desk to housekeeping to the parking attendants that made our wedding day and week (we had 2 other events there for guest) a huge success. We can't wait to get our photos and will be back next year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! -

Lauren Sent on 03/16/2017My husband and I got married at the Aria on 3/2/2017. The Aria is beautiful and was the perfect setting for our wedding. I can imagine a better setting to fit our personalities. It was beautiful with out being stuffy. We worked with Isabella over the last several months getting everything ready and she was very responsive and helpful through the process. She was able to ease my mind while I planned my wedding from a distance. I think they are very reasonably priced for their ceremony packages and it is a good value. If you get into getting extras to add on to your package it can get to be on the pricier side of things (for example the floral treatments). The only thing I was really unhappy about was the fact that I could not bring in my own photographer. We had to use their's for the ceremony and if we wanted to get shots around the Aria. If you want extra pictures above the package price they are ridiculously expensive and the quality is not great considering how much they cost. The shots were not as creative or thought out as I would have liked. They were super standard and rushed. The rest of our Aria experience was wonderful. -

Their contract doesn't allow for outside vendors and their prices for add ons are steep but their basic packages cover a lot! Little additions like VIP check ins and champagne and strawberries made me feel like an extra special bride :) -

Wedding Coordination….not so great.
Our Ceremony was great, all of our guests loved it. Though some were uncomfortable in the seating.
I wasn’t pleased with our coordinator. Communication was subpar. We primarily communicated by email, and my many requests to include the groom (just reply all) in all communications didn’t happen. Because of our daily schedules, he is more attentive to emails. By only emailing me, there was a disconnect as I would not get to emails for weeks. I would expect a phone call if an email was sent, and no response was received after 4 weeks.
Our wedding package stated: Two Wedding Coordinators available to you and your guests on the day of your ceremony. However, only one was present and did not complete the duties she stated she would do at the rehearsal the prior day. We were explicitly told that a coordinator would walk the wedding guests to the reception venue. This did not occur, and my mother, the mother of the bride, GOT LOST on the way there. She’s an elderly woman on a motorized scooter and was distressed when she couldn’t find the venue. Unfortunately, I will never here the end of that for the rest of her days.
Lastly, I received many complaints from our guests and wedding party on our coordinator’s lack of politeness. They found her to be rude and short when speaking them. Direct quotes from guests & wedding party: ”She was dismissive when I arrived and didn’t send us to the Groom suite” “She was very curt when speaking to me” “She’s standoffish and unapproachable”
Ultimately, I recommend the Aria Chapel for an intimate wedding.
Hopefully, the experience with wedding coordination will be better than ours.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. It was an absolute disaster and my day was ruined! I spent months preparing and working with someone, even scheduling a call with someone to go over final details. Then, she ghosted me! I found out the week of she had returned to her “original position” and I’d been left hanging. I spoke with another woman and her manager who claimed to have it under control and confirmed details, then, when I arrived, they didn’t even have our limo scheduled as discussed to get our license. We stood out in the heat waiting as no one answered the phones to assist. Luckily Mariam, whom I’d never spoken to before EVER cared enough to jump in and get the car scheduled. But…then came my wedding day. Even after discussing my music and sending it over, it was still wrong. Of course I don’t want the video reminder that my day was ruined and people were watching live. The only good part of the weekend was the photographer. Money was wasted and what was supposed to be a beautiful weekend for me was nothing but tears and disappointment from beginning to end.
