The first word that comes to mind when I think of our experience with Ardenwood is "wow." My personal goal for our wedding was to keep things as low-stress as possible, and from our very first e-mail interactions with Claire and Stephanie, we knew we were going to be in good hands. They were super responsive, getting back to most of our e-mails in under 24 hours (honestly most messages received a response within about 2 hours), and responsiveness is HUGE when it comes to planning any event, especially a wedding, so it was amazing to have them in our corner throughout the whole process.
First of all, if you've never toured the farm it's worth a visit even when you are not planning an event there. The grounds are gorgeous, and the farm has lots of weekend activities that are great for families. The options provided for the ceremony site are expertly chosen and make great backdrops for your photos. And the pool site reception area is secluded in such a way that you feel like you're entering a special secret woodland hideaway for dinner and dancing.
We chose almost all of our vendors from their extensive list of recommendations, which left us with peace of mind knowing the people we were working with were already knowledgeable and comfortable in the venue space. It made coordination a breeze.
They have a great menu to choose from for appetizers and dinner options (our guests are STILL talking about the ravioli almost 3 months later!), and the wait staff and bartenders were all so kind and amazing throughout the entire evening.
The day-of coordination was spot-on. Stephanie and Claire kept me and my husband clued in throughout the day on our timeline and how things were going, and they ran a very tight ship without being "pushy." Everything went off without a hitch (or if there were any hitches, they were kind enough to not let me know about them LOL). In my personal and professional life I pride myself on being the kind of person who has their act together and is very organized, so I'm so glad we ended up with a venue and coordinating team that reflected those qualities, to the point that even our guests commented on how well the evening progressed through the different sections/activities.
Overall our experience at Ardenwood was 10/10 and I'd highly recommend their site and services to anyone looking to have a beautiful and well-coordinated outdoor wedding. If I could, I'd do it all over again, and again and again ;) -

Ardenwood Farms was a beautiful venue for our wedding in September- perfect weather, the grounds were well maintained and there were even baby peacocks! But what set this venue apart for my husband and I was the dream team that made our wedding so seamless. Claire, Stephanie and Lindsey are not only incredibly sweet, responsive and organized, but they executed our day to perfection. They somehow managed to keep all the details straight, even when I changed my mind several times. They even went through the buffet line and brought the food to us so we could have a chance to sit and eat! The venue even makes it simple with so many aspects that you can rent: table numbers, heaters, lawn games, etc. It made wedding planning significantly less stressful, and they are happy to make recommendations when you get stuck. I could not recommend this venue more! Everyone raved about how perfect it was. -

Ardenwood Farm is a beautiful place for wedding if you're looking for an outdoor, nature vibe, have enough parking space and a place that only host 1 wedding at a time. I have many guests complimenting the food was delicious and the nice warm setup. My wedding turned out to be awesome and I appreciated all the staffs' help on that day. The venue does have some restrictions such as preferred vendor list (you can pay extra and go through approval process if you want to hire your own), and limited time to put up the decoration before the ceremony starts. I did not hire vendors to do the decoration, so I had to be through and well prepared before the wedding and get enough helpers to make sure the decoration is done. I am sure if you hire a vendor, they will be able to get it done in time because they are more familiar with the venue. A big downside of using Ardenwood in my opinion is they take checks only. For events like this, we could have earned so much points by using credit card, but unfortunately, it is not an option. Overall, we had a great wedding and we were happy that we choose Ardenwood. -

The whole team at Ardenwood is absolutely fantastic! They made planning my wedding so easy, and my wedding day went of without a single issue! Claire, Stephanie, and Lindsey were the most wonderful people to work with and their communication throughout the whole process was unmatched (especially considering they helped me plan for almost 2 years!). From the attention to every little detail to the execution of the most wonderful day of my life, I literally cannot say enough to let the world know how amazing this team is. The venue is stunning on its own, but this team is what really made my day flawless; I actually got to enjoy the whole event without worrying about anything because I knew they had everything covered! I'm pretty sure they use literal magic here. If you're in the market for the most dreamy, fairytale venue and a team to match, look no further! Ardenwood will exceed every expectation! -

Ardenwood was a fantastic venue for our wedding in September. The grounds are well-maintained and there is natural beauty everywhere!
From our initial tour to the evening of our wedding, Claire and Stephanie were absolutely awesome to work with. They are both super professional, quick to respond to any of my million questions, organized, and friendly. Coming from a project management background, I was delighted and impressed with just how helpful they were in making sure our wedding was well-executed. They provided sample timelines, checklists, their own personal advice/recommendations...definitely went above and beyond. They also provide a list of in-house vendors, which made it easier for us to choose, and it helped that the vendors were familiar with the venue.
I couldn't have asked for a better team, and I highly recommend this venue! -

What makes this venue great, besides the scenery, is the team. The Ardenwood went above and beyond to make sure our big day was exactly what we imagined. They recommended amazing vendors and helped me when I was completely stumped on deserts. Not only did they help execute the big day, I feel like they truly care about their couples. They checked in with my husband and I to make sure we ate throughout the night and were enjoying ourselves. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. Thank you Ardenwood team! -

The absolute best venue and team out there!!
We had our wedding in June and I cannot put into words just how incredible working with this venue has been. Not only is Ardenwood Historic Farms gorgeous and historic, it has the absolute best team of people managing every step of the process. Claire, Stephanie, and Lindsey were the utmost professionals from A to Z. My partner and I really wanted a farm/barn theme and visited a lot of different venues. When Ardenwood popped up in the search, we drove over and immediately fell in love as soon as we entered the parking lot.
The team really made themselves available for any questions or concerns that popped up throughout the process. Claire helped us secure all of the major details ahead of time and we worked with Stephanie as the day-of coordinator. We ended up renting a few of their in house items since they fit our vision so well! The rehearsal was so organized. I was blown away with the instruction and as a dancer I very much appreciated the attention to detail and formation (It really translates in the photos!). The in house vendors that Ardenwood works with are all top quality professionals. We loved every vendor we hired from their list@
Additionally, we loved the split between the ceremony and reception site. The stunning grounds and surrounding farms were so beautiful for roaming. Not to mention, it is in such a convenient and central location for our Bay Area friends and friends traveling from out of state (SFO is not too far!).
I can write so much more but this is just a glimpse of the magic of this venue. 100/10 recommend. :) -

I had the absolute best experience holding our wedding at Ardenwood and I'm so glad we chose this venue!
The venue itself is unmatched in beauty and charm. It's a true gem. The historic Patterson house, the plants and flowers, the gazebo, the large trees, the peacocks... There is no comparison for it. It's also so conveniently located, right off the freeway.
We had the best time working with the staff and organizers. They are the best in the business! Claire, Stephanie, and Lindsay were so knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be around. I miss working with them now that the wedding is over! Having them with us on the day of the wedding took all of my stress away. They solved all the last minute problems that arose, kept us on schedule, and checked in on us constantly. I had a very specific vision for the wedding of "secret enchanted garden" and they completely bought into and helped my vision come to life.
They also helped add structure to the wedding planning process. They gave us lots of information to help guide us, connected us to the best vendors, and answered all of my many questions in a timely manner.
If I had to plan my wedding over again, I wouldn't change a thing. If you're planning a wedding do yourself a favor and add Ardenwood to the list is venues you're touring. You won't regret it!! -

If you’re looking for a beautiful, enchanted and elegant outdoor wedding venue, look no further! Ardenwood Farms is absolutely breathtaking! Though the scenery is stunning, it’s the team behind the venue, Claire and Lindsey, that truly make this a stand out venue. They absolutely brought our vision to life and made our dream wedding day a reality (and within a very reasonable budget). No detail or question was too small or silly. We were initially nervous planning a wedding, but they made the process so easy and enjoyable. Claire and Lindsey are so down to earth and easy to talk to. You can really tell this isn’t just a job for Claire and Lindsey, but a passion they put their heart and soul into. Each wedding is very personal, and they made us feel so special from the very beginning. Not only did we have a perfect day, but all our guests and other vendors had a wonderful experience too. I can’t recommend Ardenwood and the Palmdale Estates team enough! Thank for the most beautiful, special day! -

This was our first and hopefully only wedding. At first we were drawn in by the instagram photos of Ardenwood being used as a wedding venue by others. And after attending the bridal faire hosted by Lindsey and Claire, we were certain that this venue was the one for us. It was close to the freeway for easy access to our guests and had a woodsy / outdoorsy vibe that we were looking for.
After selecting the venue, we needed to select the details. Weddings at Ardenwood are made easy by Claire and Lindsey as they show all selections available and help in the planning process much like a traditional wedding planner. And they also serve as day of coordinators for the special day. On our special day it felt like we were scrambling / missing timelines but Claire and Lindsey were there to help us stay on track and stay calm. The result was that our guests thought "oh wow the food was good", "everything went smoothly", "I had fun", and "I chased a peacock!"

We’re so happy that we went with Ardenwood for our wedding day! The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious (we got many compliments), and the staff were all very helpful and professional. Lindsey and Claire were very patient and walked us through every step of the wedding, which really eased our anxiety over the course of 5 months. Claire gave us an on-site tour of the campus and explained all of the wedding packages to us to help us make our decision. Then Lindsey walked us through the detailed schedule and answered all the questions we had about food, furniture placement, decor, and timing. They also introduced us to very courteous and experienced vendors, 3 of whom we eventually chose for our big day. Lindsey and Claire were also super flexible and accommodating—they even allowed us to add vegan options and stemware within a week before the wedding. Stephanie was also amazing—she walked us through the wedding rehearsal and drove us all over campus in a golf cart on the day-of so that we could get to the best locations for our couple’s photoshoot. My husband used to visit Ardenwood as a kid for school outings and was thrilled to find out that he could celebrate his wedding at such a memorable place. We couldn’t recommend Ardenwood more highly! -

Dream wedding!
We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our wedding! The venue itself is stunning - from the gorgeous greenery, to the historic Patterson house, to the string lights in the reception area. Not to mention we loved working with Lindsey and Claire who made trying to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic much easier. They were so helpful I honestly wasn’t worried about anything once I got to the venue on my wedding day. I also loved the preferred vendor list - I wouldn’t have even known where to start planning without that list. Our day went so smoothly, all thanks to Ardenwood! Whether you’re looking for farm vibes, historic manor vibes, lush garden party vibes, forest vibes…Ardenwood has a little bit of everything. If you’re like me and can’t make up your mind of exactly what “style” you want- Ardenwood has it all! -

After the pandemic restrictions made our big July 2020 wedding plans impossible, Lindsey and Claire worked with us to create a new vision for our wedding. We decided to have a very intimate ceremony at Ardenwood our original wedding date, and have a bigger reception there in 2021. Lindsey and Claire were absolutely amazing at ensuring all COVID-19 precautions were adhered to and yet still managed to ensure we had a truly beautiful wedding day.
If you're looking for a stunning outdoor venue with incredible coordinators, have your wedding at Ardenwood Historic Farms. It was the best decision we made!

We both cannot thank Claire & Lindsey enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! They played a huge part in making everything come together with our vision and working with our vendors. We had unique requests for our wedding day which they were flexible in accommodating. Their professionalism and attentiveness to our needs helped ease any stress or anxious feelings that surfaced. One detail to be aware of is that if you have a summer wedding there will be bugs/mosquitos, so be prepared to have a few bites. Claire and Lindsey had bug spray available for our guests however we were surprised at how many of our guests were bitten. Other than that the venue itself provided the perfect backyard theme we were going for and the food and appetizers were delicious. -

Perfect reception spot!
We are so happy that we had our wedding reception at Ardenwood. The venue is conveniently located in the Bay Area but feels like it's a million miles away. The farm has such a wonderful rustic charm that created the perfect backdrop to celebrate our wedding.
One of the best parts of having our wedding at Ardenwood was working with the planning team. Claire and Lindsey were so responsive and worked with us to create such a special day. We felt like we were in such good hands! Additionally, the Adrenwood team has curated a great list of recommended vendors that was very helpful during our planning process.
Oh and I also need to mention that our guests raved about the food! -

Ardenwood Historic Farm was an absolute perfect venue for an outdoor wedding with that rustic feel. It was literally the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I got married mid-September with 110+ of our close family/friends and the weather was perfect. Our guests loved everything about our wedding. They were surprised this hidden gem was located just in Fremont, CA. Also, our guests loved food which was catered by Ardenwood. We had our ceremony under the Oak tree, which was stunning in the evening once the sun was shinning down. The reception area (the pool site/redwood garden), was under the bistro lights and surrounded by trees. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND INTIMATE!
To top it off, the staff was great, nice, professional and organized. Both Lindsay and Claire (wedding/venue coordinators) are the dream team to work with!!! They made wedding planning less stressful, walked us through everything step-by-step and made sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have done it if it wasn’t for them.
We will always recommend Ardenwood Historic Farm to our friends, family and future couples without a doubt.

Amazing wedding experience!
Ardenwood Historic Farm is absolutely beautiful and I am so glad we chose it for our wedding venue. We had around 130 people at our August wedding, and the day could not have been more perfect! The weather turned out perfect and all guests enjoyed their time/told me after how beautiful the day/venue was! The reception site is to die for, surrounded by tress and string lights, and the multiple spots to choose from for the ceremony was great. Could not be a prettier venue/location for a wedding. The 'Something Borrowed' collection they offer was amazing to have to rent wedding specific items from as well, and the food was delicious!
Claire and Lindsay (the wedding coordinator and wedding manager) are so awesome! They are/were so easy to work with and really know what they are doing - you have nothing to worry about with them! Anytime I emailed Claire, I got a response almost immediately. Having them throughout the process, and especially the day of, was so helpful and left me at ease the entire time!
I also went with all of their preferred vendors, who were equally as amazing to work with!
I have and will continue to recommend this venue for future brides. Don't hesitate to book this venue - you won't regret it! Thank you so much Claire and Lindsay! -

Dream Farm Wedding
This was absolutely the wedding venue of our dreams! Ardenwood Historic Farm is filled with so much character with animals you can play with and a beautiful green barn. At the same time, the ceremony and reception locations are so elegant. We had our ceremony in front of the gazebo with the Patterson house as our backdrop. The reception location had tables throughout the grassy field with the dance floor, buffet line, bar, and dj on the concrete area. Both the ceremony & reception had a more garden wedding feel rather than a farm, which was a perfect balance for us.
Claire and Lindsey were SO accommodating and organized! We booked our wedding only 6 months out because that was the only available Saturday evening date in 2019 and we just could not pass up on this beautiful location. The planning process was so easy because Lindsey helped us through exactly what we needed to figure out. Claire really reassured that everything will go smoothly starting from the rehearsal and all throughout the day of. We did not hire an outside wedding coordinator and had family help out with DIY decorations and setting up, but Claire and her staff were there and available so it went extremely smoothly.
Our concerns had to do with the weather being out of our control, but since Ardenwood is located right by the bay and the reception area is surrounded by trees, we really did not have to worry about the sun glaring down on our guests. We also loved that Ardenwood had so many options as backdrops for our wedding photos. Claire not only led us to the picturesque parts of the farm but also helped with my cathedral length veil and wedding dress train the entire time.

Lindsey and Claire supported us every step of the wedding process from planning to the actual wedding day. They would constantly stay in touch by providing helpful tips and suggestions for how we could decorate the venue, and what would the process be like on the day of the wedding. Their experience really showed through. Claire was an awesome day of coordinator by keeping us calm and providing refreshments as we took pictures with family and friends. She also was very informative during the rehearsal. I had both parents walking me down the aisle and she gave tips on how my parents and I should link arms or hold hands. We had a cold table and some passed hors d'oeuvres. The hors d'oeuvres were excellent and all of our guests enjoyed the food.
The farm has so many things to offer as well. My guest were able to walk around and enjoy the animals as well as enjoy the historic day since it was a Sunday wedding. They could ride the train and see the animals being sheared. We also loved that flowers were blooming near the end of June and the trees provided good shade that it did not feel hot at all.
Overall I would say my experience with my wedding at Ardenwood Farm was very positive and I would recommend people to have their wedding or any sort of party here. -

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the Ardenwood Farm staff is. The venue is beyond beautiful, and Claire and Lindsey are the dream team. The venue has catering on site, and my husband and I were concerned as to what kind of food it would be; we picked the menu out after a tasting and our guests loved the food. The ceremony area is truly beautiful as is the open area where guests will mingle after the ceremony with the Patterson House as a backdrop. Truly breathtaking. The reception area is also gorgeous with a white picket fence surrounding the area, a dance floor, bathrooms, etc.
Claire and Lindsey are truly the most professional and organized wedding planners/managers. On the day of our wedding, Claire ensured that everything was done the way we had talked about. Lindsey was also incredibly professional and kind. I cannot say enough about this venue; I recommend this venue for all brides and grooms. It was truly the happiest day of my life, and I am SO happy my husband and I chose Ardenwood. I also went with many of their preferred vendors, and their services (Cathy Breslow Photography) and SoundWaveMobile DJ (Mr. and Mrs. David Gomes) was PHENOMENAL. Ardenwood is an absolute dream! My expectations were exceeded every time I met or spoke with Lindsey and Claire. Both of them bring so much passion and love and joy into their work and it really shines through in their event managing skills and the ways they handle all your needs.
Claire is an absolute god-send; she was so incredibly supportive and personable throughout my wedding planning, since my mom is out-of-state and my then-fiance was sort-of involved per his schedule and personal choice. She answered every call, email, text, and my million and one questions, often sending me photos of things and inspiration for decor decisions. If she didn't have the answer, she looped Lindsey in and the two of them worked together to provide me with the BEST wedding experience ever.
When the weather was predicted to be colder than we thought, we were able to add heaters to our bill the night before. When there was some minor drama with family at the rehearsal, Claire stepped in and handled it professionally and personably. When I wanted to bring a whole group of people to my details meeting, Lindsey and Claire accommodated everyone. Our wedding and reception went off without a hitch because of both of them and their tireless work behind the scenes to make it amazing.
I am SO glad my husband and I found Ardenwood; our wedding was one I couldn't even dream up because it was so perfect, and I have the Ardenwood team to thank for that. I look forward to visiting the farm and Lindsey and Claire whenever I'm back in town. -

I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere other than Ardenwood Historical Farm. This was my first and only choice!
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The Coordinators, Lindsey and Claire are so energetic and Professional. They make your experience incredible.

I Would Book Them Again (And I've Already Booked Them TWICE!)
Ardenwood Historic Farm holds such a special place in the hearts of me and my husband. We truly lucked out when we found this venue, pretty much in the backyard of where we grew up, after we nixed the idea of having a destination wedding. Not only did we celebrate our Wedding Reception at Ardenwood, we loved the experience so much we celebrated our Happily Ever After Party there on our 1 year anniversary! The grounds are beautiful! So many great places to take photos, that we didn't need to repeat photo spots the second time around. They do the catering and we enjoyed the food very much. And the best part? The staff! Big THANK YOU to Lindsey and Claire for being attentive, sweet and great communicators through the entire process! Another bonus is the fact that you can come back to this special place year round :) -

Vanessa Sent on 10/07/2018I cannot say enough about how amazing Claire and Lindsey are. Right from the start my husband and I knew this venue was the one for us. From our eventful, rainy site visit that still wowed us up until the end of our wedding that left us feeling bittersweet because of how the venue just tied up such a beautiful wedding. It was a setting that allowed our love for each other to be shown in such an intimate and romantic way and we were so happy to share our love here with our friends and family.
Claire was our main point of contact during the planning stages and she was so responsive and went above and beyond to get measurements, random information, suggested vendors, etc to make sure the wedding was just as we wanted. Our meetings were timely and productive and it was so fun planning with her and Lindsey. They both have such a hospitable, caring vibe that allowed my husband and I to have peace of mind knowing they have everything taken care of. So many of our guests loved the venue and even hinted they might use it for their weddings ;)
The event staff at Ardenwood Events are also so very friendly and professional and if anything went wrong, we didn't see any of it. I do want to make another shoutout to Claire! It was 7:15 pm and we had not taken our sunset photos(should've been at 7:05) because of a miscommunication between our photographers and the staff and she took action so quick to make sure we got those in before the sun went down. She pulled out her radio, called someone to bring the cart over to us and drove like a pro to our sunset photo destinations. This was one thing that really stood out to us and we appreciated it so much.

Ruth Sent on 08/24/2018Wow! What can I say? I am so grateful that I found Ardenwood Historic Farm. Planning a wedding for 200 people in 6 months was a lot of work and Claire and Lindsey were so wonderful in helping me maintain my calm in the midst of it! Their care, experience, attention to my detailed requests, and willingness to help me every step of the way really put my fiance and I at ease. They made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with! Our guests said it was the most organized wedding they'd ever been to! I was debating on hiring a wedding planner, but instead I decided to pay for their top wedding coordinator package--The Grand Redwood Coordination Package (a much cheaper option). This really gave me the freedom to ask for everything I needed and be well-taken care of. I was able to email/text/call Claire at anytime and ask her for advice and answers to questions and she always got back to me right away. I felt like we became friends : ) It was so wonderful to rely on a wedding professional in this way and I was more than happy to pay the extra cost! Also, the overall price was just right! And it's so helpful that the contract kept getting updated with every change we made--it really helped us to keep track of the costs! Our total cost was just above the average cost of a wedding in the Bay Area which I feel is really amazing considering we had 200 guests. Since my time to plan a wedding was limited, I greatly appreciated their list of recommended vendors. We used all of their recommended vendors and every single one of them was fabulous. Oh and I love how I could rent items from their "Something Borrowed" Collection, since I didn't see the point in buying items that I was only going to use for one day. And the food was great! You can completely trust this team. Let them take care of your special day!

James Sent on 08/21/2018My husband and I got married in June '18 and since we're from out of state, we didn’t have a lot of time to browse wedding venues. We had a list of 5 locations and Ardenwood Historic Farm (AHF) was luckily our first venue visit cause it was beautiful. We immediately loved the venue and booked it in '17 since it was a huge property that could do ceremony, cocktail, and reception all in one place, it was handicap accessible for our grandparents w/ golf carts available, Lindsey and Claire were so professional, so accommodating and really overall just great people to work with, and everything from vibe to endless picturesque spots to price to roaming peacocks was so perfect. There’s so much I want to say about this place cause I was super impressed with how everything came together and how seamless and fun our wedding was. At times like this I wish I was an English major to describe that whole day and how I’m so happy a big milestone in our life involved this place and the people that work here. I would have to say without Claire and Lindsey and their experience on running events, it would not have been as seamless as it was. From the beginning Claire and Lindsey were so responsive with my many ?'s, helpful, and flexible with the random times we were in town for tasting and rehearsal. On the wedding day, I don't think I've ever been so stress free for an event to just laugh and enjoy every moment of it. I stress more during my fam holidays. During the wedding, it was a little hot and our grandma was feeling tired from the heat, but bam! within a seconds you see Lindsey speeding to grandma with cold towels and grandma was up and moving in no time. It was a situation that could have resulted in panic, but just shows how they are ready for any situation and always thinking ahead. Love the place, love the people here, gonna come back for fam events, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for having us AHF, plus all of the shenanigans.

Ryan Sent on 07/08/2018My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Ardenwood in June 2018. We absolutely loved this outdoor venue, it has so much natural beauty. All of our wedding guests commented on how much they liked this venue. It is truly a hidden gem in Fremont. Lindsey and Claire were fantastic coordinators from the beginning stages until all the way through our wedding day. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. They always responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. We were so pleased by how smoothly our wedding day went and how at ease they made us feel. We would highly recommend this venue to all future couples looking for a gorgeous rustic/farm style outdoor ceremony and reception.

Rachel Sent on 10/24/2017My husband and I are wedding photographers, and we photographed a wedding at Ardenwood Farms a few months ago. Lindsey and Claire were AMAZING to work with. They were super friendly and helpful. Claire accompanied us during the couples portraits to help the bride fluff her dress and fix her hair. She even gave us great advice on where other people did formals.
We loved the venue too. There were so many different spots to take photos, and they were all gorgeous. 100% would shoot here again. -

One Saturday, we called Ardenwood Historic Farm and left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes from Lindsey Caravelli who is their Wedding Planner. She said we are welcome to come visit the venue that same day, and she is available to meet with us. The minute we got to Ardenwwood we were SOLD. We knew that with it's picturesque Eucalyptus Trees, Historic Patterson House on property, lush gardens and farm animals that it would make for an amazing wedding location. Lindsey is a Rockstar she was so fast getting back to us with availability and we booked our wedding at Ardenwood the first date it was available. Lindsey and her team are veteran's, with their 9+ years of wedding planning we felt very comfortable and knew we were in great hands. Claire is on Lindsey's team and was our day-of wedding coordinator, she made sure everything was perfect on our big day. The food and drinks at Ardenwood are SOO good, and it's all in-house along with almost everything else! If you need, they have the best vendors for music, cake, photography and flowers. I HIGHLY suggest Ardenwood Historic Farm as your Wedding Venue...you will not be disappointed. THANK YOU!! (Adam & Olivia)

We got married in June 2021 moving towards the end of Covid right before everything reopened. Ardenwood was the perfect place for our small wedding of about 55 friends/family, and the beautifully intimate Pool site garden surrounded by trees and greenery made the space feel like a secret garden. The beautiful and rustic space embodied us perfectly and it felt like the most magical place for such a sacred commitment. It was also such a convenient place for us and our guests to get to with plenty of parking. Claire and Lindsey were wonderful in answering our many questions leading up to the day and helped to clarify details and walk us through everything. They also made some accommodations for us to fit our needs since we were having a ceremony-only with a boxed lunch, which guests could either take home or eat on the premise. We are so grateful for their hard work and kindness in making the day so wonderful. There is no place like Ardenwood! :) -

I cannot say enough good things about Claire and Lindsey. They both love what they do and it shows in their attention to detail and quality of service that they provide to each of their clients. I felt like they genuinely cared about us and having our vision for the wedding come to life. They made our wedding day (and the 14 months prior) run so smoothly, letting us enjoy ourselves, the party and celebrate our love. 10/10 highly recommend Ardenwood! -

My husband and I got married at Ardenwood Historical Farms on September 14, 2019. Lindsey and Claire were super helpful for the entire process from beginning to end. Even though my husband and I chose to do the majority of the planning ourselves, they provided great suggestions and helped us through any hurdles that came our way. We had such a wonderful experience and would recommend their services to anyone who is looking to get married at a beautiful rustic outdoor venue with lovely help from the venue coordinators. Tiffany Sent on 10/06/2018After checking out a few venues and not feeling “quite right” about them, we booked a meeting with Lindsay Caravalli for Palmdale Estates Events at Ardenwood—and boy, am I SO happy that I did. Lindsay was super responsive, charming, and kind. Despite having only a few months to plan, her and Claire Thompson (who is also AWESOME) worked their butts off to make sure we would be happy with our decisions and as stress-free as possible. FYI- Claire comes with the Grand Redwood Package. Everything in the package ended up being what I assumed would happen anyways, so I can’t really attest to its superiority; Claire took care of the rehearsal, the day-of bridal room, the ceremony. I honestly can’t imagine working with any other package that doesn’t offer that. I will say, during the rehearsal, we did expect water, but there was none offered on that hot afternoon, so a family member ran into the office to get some water. But the wedding day was PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL.
Ardenwood Historic Farm is also STUNNING. You would not think that Fremont, California would have this hidden gem. The grounds are huge—and you get it all to yourself after the park closes! We didn’t enjoy all the mosquitoes, so make sure you have plenty of bug spray on hand!
DO go with their preferred vendors--they were all the cheapest BY FAR and did a wonderful job. I should have saved myself the headache from all my research and gone with their vendors from the get-go.
One thing--The end of the night was a bit chaotic. The package says we are responsible for clean-up, but I wish they included clean up as part of that upgraded package…
Anyways, even after the event, C&L were still super responsive. We went back the next day to pick up our extension cord and Lindsay had saved our flowers! That attention to detail & care for their clients even beyond the listed services, is something that you won’t get anywhere else.
We couldn’t have asked for a better event, a better day, a better set of coordinators! -

Lindsey and Claire provided top-notch service and are so incredibly good at what they do. From the very beginning of the process, Lindsey was incredibly responsive, detail oriented and helpful when I asked her a million questions. Claire was absolutely amazing the couple weeks before the wedding, and the day of making sure everything went off without a hitch. She helped us keep everything on schedule, and kept everything calm and drama-free so we could enjoy our day. The farm is absolutely beautiful...you can't beat the rustic scenery. The food was amazing too, and they were very flexible in meeting the dietary needs of our guests. It was a joy to work with these amazing businesswomen and to get married in such a nice setting.
