My wife and I are very thankful we had our wedding at the Architects Golf Club. Not only was the venue beautiful, but their team was incredible to work with. They were so accommodating and down to earth. Everyone we interacted with, and everyone who helped us prepare for the wedding before and during it was so kind and thoughtful. The photos of this venue speak for themselves, but it was the hospitality of the team that makes this an easy place to recommend for anyone who is planning a wedding.

We knew from the beginning that we wanted a tented venue with a nice backdrop, so when I came across Architect's Golf Club in my search, it immediately caught my eye. From the moment that we met with Julie, we felt so comfortable and at ease. Julie and her team worked so well with us on pricing, dates, and menu choices that it almost seemed too good to be true. They were VERY affordable and willing to work with us on making sure we had everything we needed within our budget.

On our wedding day, we truly did not have to worry about a thing. MAJOR shoutout to Kristin, the day of coordinator. Oh my god. We met with her in person the day before the wedding and again, we immediately felt at ease. She truly had it all together and her and her team worked so hard the day of our wedding to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. We cannot thank her enough.

Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be -- from the views, the delicious food (we got so many compliments from our guests on the food), the drinks (Kristin even helped us come up with our signature ones), the beautiful tent, and the people who made it all happen. I would recommend Architects to any couple looking for a low key but stunning venue, with the best people who run it!!! You will not be disappointed!

My daughter and son in law were recently married at the Architects Golf Club. Everything was amazing! The venue, especially with the view of the golf course, was beautiful. Kristin was so helpful, always checking in on everyone and going above and beyond! Gabriel was very friendly, making sure everyone was having a good time with cigars and drink!

Everything about the wedding planning was so easy thanks to Brad and our day of coordinator, Kristin. They were so accomodating and made everything including the day of feel so stress free. Would 1000% reccomend this venue to anybody who's looking to have an amazing wedding.

We had our dream wedding at Architects Golf Club (AGC in September 2023. The venue is absolutely stunning. If you haven’t visited, I encourage you stop on by. The food served here is delicious.

The entire AGC team was supportive, responsive, and very professional from the day we selected the venue and up to and including the wedding date. I want to give a special shout out to Brad Schultz who was with us from day 1 and supported us in every way needed. The entire team really did an outstanding job making the entire process as stress-free as possible for us.

If you are torn and have to select between AGC and a few other venues for you wedding (like we were), I would strongly suggest AGC! We’re so glad we did!

We got married at Architects back in June 2023 and it truly was the BEST decision we made regarding our wedding. Everything was flawless - the venue and their flexibility and willingness to help, the incredible food, but most important the staff. Brad - the director of food and beverage - was quick to reply to questions, accommodated literally anything we needed/asked for, and genuinely cared about us as people first. And Kristin was unbelievable with all the finishing touches, made sure the day went perfectly, and helped recommend a lot of decor options to us that looked incredible. They are just the best team, and we couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Architects Golf Club was a great venue for an incredible value. We would highly recommend. The staff was great to work with and very responsive during the planning process.

Our wedding was on July 16th, 2023 and it was such an unforgettable day. Some people say that it is normal if your wedding day does not meet your expectations, but for us it was the opposite. It was truly the best day ever and I wouldn't have changed a thing! It rained for most of the wedding, but Kristin, Brad and the team were quick on their feet and adjusted accordingly. During the entire day, we did not have to worry about a thing, and were just able to enjoy ourselves. You can tell that they love what they do and we felt like a part of the family. The whole team was amazing and made the entire day magical. The venue itself is also very beautiful, and all of our guests were amazed by the scenary.

Throughout the entire planning process, Kristin and Brad were very responsive and accessible and did everything in their power to make the process as stress-free as possible. If we had any concerns or questions (which we had quite a few), one phone call or email from them made us feel less stressed.

When beginning to look at venues, our priority was having an all inclusive venue. The architect was the clear winner since it included catering, rentals, etc. The only other vendors we needed to hire were photography, officiant, DJ, and florals, and Kristin worked directly with all of the vendors to make sure that everyone knew the timing of the events. The food was amazing and all of our guests loved it! I just wish we were able to eat more of it lol but we were having too much fun.

Most venues have a day of coordinator if they even have a coordinator, but Kristin starts to reach out around 2 months before the wedding day. This is a great benefit because Kristin knows the space and has a ton of experience working with couples at that venue. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable. They went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality.

The golf club's picturesque setting combined with the dedicated team's efforts created an enchanting atmosphere that left us and our guests in awe. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate our love. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day truly magical!

Brad and his staff were nothing short of amazing. We had a few vendor difficulties and brad was always there to help us in anyway he could to relieve the stress. Brad was flexible with our food and beverage menus and made the day of a breeze and stress free. On top of the great scenery, We highly recommend this venue due to Brad and his staff.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Architects. Brad and Kristen and the whole staff were AMAZING!!! Our wedding day was honestly so perfect. They made sure everything went smoothly, and made sure we had anything we needed. They were so on top of everything from decorations to day of coordination of all of our bridal party and family members. Our wedding was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. Truly a fairytale. Thank you!!!

Brad and Kristin were so personable and made the day so care free. They really were responsive to every question I had and helped wherever they could!

The venues ground are wonderful for pictures and they provide a cart to get all over the venue. Thank you so much for such wonderful stay leading up to and the day of our special celebration!

Great venue that stuck with us through multiple Covid postponements and made things easy. Grounds are beautiful, food was great, pricing was fair and everyone had a great time. Amazing service we well. Would give my highest recommendation.

The Architects Golf Club venue is absolutely gorgeous. We chose it for the mountain views, but if the weather hadn't cooperated, we would have been more than content to have our wedding inside. The tent is huge and amazingly beautiful, the ballroom is a perfect balance of old style, but updated, and the rest of the venue such as the bridal suite, bathrooms, patio, and foyer are also amazing. Our photographers were fantastic, but the beautiful venue also made it easy to get great backgrounds and lighting. In addition to the venue itself being great, the people there are AMAZING!! Brad was SO responsive, SO friendly, SO easy to work with, SO perfect. We LOVED working with Brad. We planned our wedding from Texas, and Architects'/Brad's great communication made it easy. In addition to Brad, on the day of the staff were GREAT! They made sure that my husband and I ate, checked in with us to see if we needed anything, were flexible when the weather wasn't perfect, and went above and beyond to make the wedding day amazing. We are so so SO grateful we found Architects because they made our wedding day perfect.

After looking at many different tented venues during our wedding search, Architects won our hearts. We were married Oct.9, 2021. The scenery and value was perfect! We loved that there were options just in case of rain or the cold. We booked pre-pandemic, and unfortunately both of our food tastings were cancelled so we went into choosing food pretty blindly but on the day of the wedding everything was amazing from the cocktail hour to the buffet dinner we chose & pretzel station later on! We originally booked with Julie, but after she left Vicki took over and she helped us plan and answer all of our questions both in person and through email flawlessly. We loved how flexible Architects was, despite how nervous we were about the pandemic. About two weeks before the wedding, there was some confusion since Vicki had to take a leave, but Linda stepped in for her and helped us to plan every detail flawlessly despite barely knowing us (and us being a little neurotic of the change). All of our covid concerns were answered and worked with. On the day of the wedding, Linda, Jessica and everyone who worked there ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed while the bridal party was getting ready. It was so fun to take the golf carts out to take pictures all over the beautiful grounds for our first look! Jessica did a great job wrangling all of the bridal party and the guests throughout the night. The ceremony and reception went so smoothly and guests raved about the views and kept asking how we even found such a gorgeous place.
Our ONLY issue of the night was that a sewage truck (which was supposed to arrived earlier in the day) arrived right during the first dances to clean and some guests complained of the rancid smell. We were a little embarrassed when we were told about it by guests later on, but it did not take away from the fun and dancing of the rest of the night. Someone was always there to make sure our drinks were replenished and to ask if we needed anything. They even let us have a funfetti cake which was DELICIOUS and highly recommended!! Although the night goes so fast, we've just received our wedding pictures and are overjoyed by seeing all of our guests dancing, laughing, and having a great time at Architects! I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride!

We loved the venue as soon as we saw it but it was really the excellent service which made my daughter's wedding day so wonderful last Thursday. Our coordinator Vicki helped us as we planned the wedding and was brilliant anticipating and providing for our needs the day of, including all the elements and ritual needed for a Jewish wedding. There was not a glitch, it was an easy day and I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding. All of the staff were professional and truly kind. The menu was vegetarian/vegan and the chef rose to the challenge. Our wedding plans were COVID-safe and weather-dependent, and Architects smoothly and (invisibly to us) moved setups around to make refreshments and food available inside and out during our cocktail hour, which made everyone happy. We had the ceremony and reception in the airy tent with the lush view of waterfall, golf course and mountains in the background. The bridal suite and groom's room are spacious and well-appointed. Five out of five stars!

Our wedding at Architect’s Golf Club was a dream come true. We cannot recommend this venue and Vicki Malko, the Catering Director, enough. She helped us to plan every detail and even provided us special surprises throughout the night! From postponing due to covid, our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day, Vicki and Architect’s exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful to have found such an incredible venue for our wedding!!!

We had the most incredible experience working with Julie and her team at Architects. We booked about a year out, and Julie promptly answered any big or little questions I had about everything from food to decor to whether or not we'd be allowed on the course for photos (we were!). I loved her system at the final details meeting - they asked about everything from a receiving line to if we were doing a blessing before dinner. The day of, my husband and I didn't have to think about a thing. We just showed up and allowed Julie and her team to do their jobs perfectly! We dropped off our decorations the night before with loose instructions on how to set them up - they were beautiful! We wanted to take pictures on the course - they had a cart there within 5 minutes! We wanted extra rolls during dinner - they were there! It was the little details that mattered so much to us and we would recommend Architects to everyone. Also, I just want to say that we LOVED cocktail hour. They replenished the stationed hors dourves multiple times and we didn't have to chase down passed hors dourves. They treated every guest as a VIP and we can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did with our wedding day.

First of all, the views at Architects Golf Club are absolutely beautiful and everything I was looking for. Our guests complimented all night on how breathtaking the venue was and it made for really beautiful photos. Though the views were great, what really helped us make our decision was their flexibility with the weather. We had our ceremony on the patio and reception in the tent but in case of bad weather, there are 2 indoor areas to flip flop between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We lucked out with great weather but did rent a heater for the outdoor tent since it was chilly!

If all of that didn’t make you choose this amazing place - you need a Julie in your wedding planning. Seriously, amazing. Every brides worst nightmare is her DJ not showing up and yep, that was ALMOST me. Before I found out, Julie Hill with the Architects Golf Club already had a back up who could be there quickly and was already setting up their own speakers and compiling a list of our ceremony songs. Our DJ ended up showing up thank god but Julie was on top of everything. She and her crew had everything set up and made all of my wedding dreams come true. Her attention to detail was perfect. I would recommend Julie and the Architects Golf Club over and over. Absolutely amazing service and the most magical night ever.

got married at Architect’s Golf Club in August 2019 and it was absolutely amazing. Julie, Barbs and all the staff I came into contact with did such an amazing job. The set up was beautiful and the attention to detail was outstanding. Leading up to the date everyone was very responsive and seemed to truly care, this attitude was extended on the day of the event with our wedding guests. From the Cocktail Hour through to the Sundae Bar and the To-Go Coffee Station I was impressed. The venue is gorgeous with an amazing view. I’m happy to say the background in all my pictures is simply stunning. They made this stressed out bride very comfortable and really gave me a sense that they had everything under control. They really went out of their way and I just can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this place.

From the moment we met with Julie, we felt at ease. She is so friendly, helpful and went out of her way to answer all our questions (and we sure had a lot). The entire planning process felt so simple with Julie guiding us along the way. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful. As soon as we saw the gorgeous views, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. We were lucky to have a picture perfect day (but Julie advised us of many backup plans if we had to make any changes due to weather). The day of the wedding we were taken all around the grounds on a golf cart (which was also fun) to get soo many amazing photos. All of our guests raved about how beautiful it was. And we can't forget Hillary! She was like superwoman running around on the day of our wedding to make sure everything was going smoothly. I was even able to get an emergency shot right before I walked down the aisle, lol! We can't thank them enough for such a perfect day!

Also, if you're looking for somewhere to have a rehearsal dinner...we actually had ours right at Architect's the night before the wedding. During the summer they have barbecues every Friday night under the tent. Julie and Hillary set aside a bunch of tables for all our guests, gifts, etc. It was really the most fun I've ever head at a rehearsal dinner. It was so laid back, the food was delicious and there was even a band playing. It was also super easy for all our guests to not have to travel to multiple locations. And you can't beat the cost. I highly recommend it!

Julie was fantastic to work with. She helped us customize our day. It was affordable and absolute perfection. We highly recommend The Architects!!

I can't recommend the Architects club enough! Julie and her team could not have made the planning process any easier for us - any question I had was met with a prompt response, and they were super flexible and worked with us on everything we wanted for our big day. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about ANYTHING which was such a blessing since the day is such a whirlwind to begin with. Any time I needed a drink or a plate of food somehow I would turn around and there it would be! It also doesn't hurt that the venue is so beautiful :) Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone getting married! You won't regret it.

The BEST decision we made wedding planning was having our reception at the Architects Golf Club. The clubhouse and tent were stunning and the food was delicious. The best parts though were AGC's availability, attention to detail, and transparency. Every call and email was responded to quickly with professional and exceptional customer service. They gave us an incredible selection of packages, cocktail hour options, and enhancements to choose from to make the day special and unique. They worked with us to help customize a few items as well to help keep us on budget. Everything was clearly explained and given to us in writing so there were no surprises or additional fees. My husband and I took a moment during cocktail hour to step into the tent and I honestly cried. It was beautiful and exactly what I had asked for - and I had asked for a lot. I could not have asked for more in a venue or service.

Had a great wedding here. Julie was helpful during the entire process and she was super responsive with any questions. The entire staff did a great job ensuring everything went smoothly and as planned.

We had the best day at Architects Golf Club! Everything, from the moment we arrived and booked to the time we left the night of the wedding, was beyond amazing. Julie and Hilary were so accommodating, flexible, friendly, and professional. We had a mostly DIY wedding and told Julie how we wanted everything set up and she made our vision come to life better than we could have imagined. During the planning process, we had no worries or concerns with Architects even while planning from across the country. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect and exactly how we wanted it. The guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful the venue was. We could not have asked for a better venue. It had everything we wanted (e.g., outdoor ceremony, ballroom cocktail hour, tented reception, bridal suite, 3-course seated dinner, ice cream sundae bar, scotch and cigar bar, fire pit, rolling hills, and lots of greenery, etc.). I highly recommend the Architects Golf Club for a wedding or other event!

We could not have picked a better venue for the best day of our lives!!! Working with Hillary was amazing from Day 1, and she helped make our day so perfect! We booked the venue in July 2017 and went to the food tasting in April 2018 -- the chefs and Pierre the baker are so talented! We had so much fun picking out the food and the cake. On our wedding day, our guests raved about the delicious appetizers, entrees, and cake! Hillary and her staff were so friendly and helpful to us and our guests. She also worked with us every step of the way to make sure that every detail was accounted for and perfect. The bridal suite and members lounge are beautiful -- we were there from 7:00 am until the wedding started at 4:30 pm. Hillary made sure that we had everything we needed. We planned to have our wedding on the patio, but had to switch to Plan B the morning of the wedding when it started raining. Hillary made it so easy! We had the ceremony in the tent and the pattering rain created such a romantic setting. The cocktail hour was quickly set up in the tent while we went out on the course to take pictures. Our photographer brought clear umbrellas and the pictures with the Architects Golf Club backdrop were stunning! Our reception was in the ballroom and was just beautiful. We brought decorations but the venue is so beautiful on its own. We could not recommend Hillary and this venue more! :)

The Architects Golf Club provided us with our dream wedding. The food was delicious, the service and the venue was exactly what we were looking for. If I had to do it all over again I would chose the Architects Golf Club.

The artichtec golf club was great. I couldn't be more happy the way my day turned out. The staff was great and very helpful. The scenery was beautiful and food was amazing.

My husband and I worked with Julie to plan our wedding from start to finish and SHE IS AMAZING. She met with us as much as we needed, guided us every step of the way and ensured everything went smoothly on our wedding day. I would hear stories of how stressful your wedding day could be and how issues will pop up, but I can tell you Julie and the entire team at The Architects handled everything with such professionalism, all we had to do was enjoy our day and spend time with our guests. From the ceremony to the bartenders and late night snack stations, everything was flawless. Thank you, The Architects! Our wedding was better than we ever dreamed!

My husband Ryan and I were married at Architects Golf Club on 6/23/18. We had the most amazing day and I cannot thank everyone at Architects enough for helping to make our dream wedding a reality. The venue is stunning - I've had multiple people look at pictures from our wedding and comment that the scenery looks like a painting. We had our ceremony on the patio and our reception beneath the beautiful tent. Everywhere you turned you were surrounded by mountains - it was amazing!

The food was SO good. We attended their tasting event prior to booking and then again right before our wedding and knew we would be in good hands. My husband is Polish and we decided to have their Polish station as part of our cocktail hour. Delicious! I then thought it would be nice to include an Italian station as well to represent my heritage. Even though Architects didn't offer this particular station they worked with us super last minute (literally only a few weeks before our wedding!) to help us create a unique Italian offering. It ended up being one of our guests' favorites. Everything we chose for our menu for both cocktail hour and dinner was amazing. My only regret is that I didn't eat more!

Between the amazing views and food, I have to say the highlight of having our wedding at Architects was working with their team, specifically Julie. She was fantastic in every way. She was super flexible with us as we had several last minute requests. She always answered our questions immediately whenever we contacted her. She was also super supportive when the weather called for 100% chance rain all day and didn't pressure us to move our ceremony indoors when I said I wanted to risk it and pray for the best. There ended up not being a drop of rain! Julie and her team are 100% alone worth having your wedding at this venue. Special shoutout to Hillary, Emma, and Bailey as well for all your help!!

Our wedding at the Architects Golf Club was perfect from start to finish. Julie, the wedding coordinator was extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We planned our wedding in a short 6 months and truly could not have executed it as successfully without all of Julie’s help. The actual wedding day was seamless and perfect. The weather was a little sketchy, but they were so flexible and let us make our decision about where the ceremony would take place just a few hours out from our start time. Julie was calm, confident and flexible through the whole process. The food was delicious and everyone still raves about how fabulous it was. The grounds and space are stunning. We truly can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with everyone at Architects. We are in complete gratitude to them for helping make our wedding the best day of our lives!

Finally getting around to my review.. my husband and I celebrated our wedding here on 6/4/17 and it was a perfect day! The original game plan was outside ceremony, tent cocktail hour with reception inside. However Mother Nature had other plans and it raining. Julie and her team did an amazing job of switching last minute from outside to inside ceremony and seamlessly transformed the room back for the reception while our guests enjoyed cocktails. Julie was amazing to work with and her team was extremely friendly and on point with their service. Our guests were blow away by the service and the food. No one went home hungry! My husband doesn't really eat sweets so they made a rum cake and it was perfect! The price was within budget and we definite got our money's worth! Have recommended them to a few friends who were venue shopping for their special day. I wouldn't have changed a thing (except maybe the weather ^_~ )

This review is long overdue and well deserved - I got married here October 2016! 

If I could promote this place a million times, I would! Not only are their prices extremely reasonable, but their service is absolutely impeccable. Architects is so flexible and laid back, which made for stress-free wedding planning - and the gorgeous location doesn’t hurt either!

First person to note - Julie Hill was such an awesome coordinator. She was always reachable, patient, and beyond helpful, even at 8 months pregnant! I remember emailing Julie a novel of worries late at night 3 months before my wedding because of this completely false critique of their services, and she was so reassuring and did whatever it took to make me feel comfortable again. She even offered to meet with me the next day! Julie and Hillary made such a great team!

On that note, Hillary Notorianni was amazing! Right off the bat, I felt completely at ease with her. She was extremely caring and always available. On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything! She made sure the golf carts were ready for me, my husband, and our photographers when we arrived, that the bridal suite always had food and drinks, and that me and my husband were drinking (literally, she handed me my hard cider, which she was able to stock the bar with last minute at my request - before I even stepped foot into the reception area) and well fed (We were actually able to enjoy the delicious food!). She executed the decor flawlessly and even more beautifully than I imagined. And she made drop offs and pick ups so easy for everyone involved!

I really could go on and on about why Architects played such a huge role in the best day of my life.. but just take my word for it. Book now - you will not regret it! 

Architects was amazing. We had the perfect wedding and we are so thankful that we chose them. The staff was great, the food was amazing, and the over all atmosphere was perfect. A big thank you to Julie for taking our wedding vision and making it come to life!

Julie Hill is wonderful to work with. Very accommodating and has solutions oriented approach to issues. My wedding was small and Julie didn't treat it any less important than a larger event. My only constructive feedback is there wasn't enough seats at some tables. I anticipated they would review the place cards and set up chairs accordingly. That caused some scrambling and table switching. Don't leave it to chance, provide the staff with the exact number of seats per table.

We can't say enough good things about our experience working with Julie and The Architects for our June wedding. We booked about 11 months out and the entire process very smooth and easy. They were easy to communicate with and plenty flexible with any questions or requests that we had.

The venue is beautiful and the landscape makes for some beautiful photos. We were very lucky with the weather and our photos came out absolutely perfect. As the sun sets the changing light on the hill sides really helped create some cool pictures and the venue provides a golf cart and driver to bring you out to any remote locations you might want to use. The tent itself is very nice, we ended up going with chandeliers and draping inside but did not choose a wooden dance floor. We were happy with all those choices and even though it had been a pretty hot day the tent remained a pretty comfortable temperature the whole night.

We attended the food tasting event held earlier in the spring and ended up choosing the buffet package. We don't tend to love buffet food but we were very happy with it and the food quality exceeded just about everybody's expectations. We would definitely go this way again. Best of all, they actually made us eat which probably wouldn't have happened without any urging. We had asked for certain kegs the venue was able to provide be set up in the tent for our wedding and they were able to do this but we were surprised by the pretty decent selection of bottled craft beers available as well.

Wonderful venue and people and again we can't say enough good things about The Architects. Perhaps most surprising is that it is much more affordable than a lot of area venues.

I got married this past February at Architects and could not have been happier with our wedding day. It was so beautiful! Julie was amazing throughout the entire process. I am a very detail oriented person and she made everything so easy. I did not worry about a single thing leading up to the day. Architects was amazing for so many reasons. I remember when we wanted to book our wedding there, I was nervous because we were getting married in the winter and I was afraid of snow. They told me it would not be an issue because they would have the parking lots completely ready no matter what. And worst case, they agreed to let us have it the next day no problem if we had a blizzard or something substantial. It was so nice knowing we had a back-up plan. How many venues would be willing to do that?! From the beautiful interior of the club, the views, food, packages to fit many budgets and especially the great staff, you cannot go wrong having your wedding here. You will not regret it! So thankful for this place and the beautiful day they gave me and my husband for our wedding day!

Love this club. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and had to move the ceremony AND the cocktail hour locations due to inclement weather. They did so with ease, none of our guests knew what was going on as it was discreet and done beautifully. The food was amazing and Julie is the absolute best! She kept everything going smoothly and perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and most of all, Julie!

We loved everything about the Architects Golf Club for our wedding on June 9th, 2017. Julie Hill was the greatest to work with! Paid attention to detail, very responsive and truly cared about our special day! The other staff members, the food and of course the gorgeous view were excellent as well! Everything turned out exactly like I wanted. They set up perfectly and packed it all away for me and the food and staff were so friendly. Gorgeous venue I just wish I can relive that day over and over! They accommodated waiting til last minute to set up ceremony outside in case of rain! Highly recommend

The Architects Golf Club is the perfect spot for couples seeking a gorgeous outdoor venue, attentive service, and a reasonable budget. The scenic backdrop behind the stone patio where our ceremony took place is set against rolling green hills and breathtaking mountains (we were also incredibly blessed with clear skies that day). The Bridal Suite is also lovely and spacious, and includes a bathroom so the bride and bridal party can prep in private.

However, Julie Hill, the Event Coordinator at Architects, deserves the biggest shout out in this review. We had a lot of special requests and many many questions in order to make our wedding feel extra personal, and Julie fielded them all with grace, patience, and professionalism. She handled every detail with attention and care, helping to give us the peace of mind we needed during an inherently hectic and unpredictable planning period.

The day of the rehearsal, she was on top of every detail, from decorations to order of events, to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our actual wedding day was a whirlwind of last minute decorating and prepping, but Julie was standing by to make sure we were right on schedule and that everyone was where they needed to be. I've heard other girlfriends of mine having difficult relationships with their event coordinators, but thankfully Julie quelled any reservations we had going in, and with her help made our wedding one of the most incredibly and joyful days of our lives :). I would recommend Architects, but particularly Julie, to anybody!

We had a wonderful experience with Architects Golf Club for our wedding reception! So many guests commented on how "perfect" the venue was, from the beautiful views, to how delicious the hors d'oeuvres / entrees / desserts were (some guest favorites were the grilled cheese shooters and the mac n' cheese bar), to how flawless the service was. We had our own bridal room where the bridal party could go and take a breather and have appetizers brought to us, and I even had my own bridal attendant who was very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the night.

Additionally, Julie was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We booked Architects about a year and three months before our wedding (fyi, many summer dates were already beginning to fill up by April of the previous year, so don't wait too long). In the time that followed, I emailed Julie on various occasions with planning questions I thought of - she was always happy to answer my questions and provide suggestions, and she did so promptly.

Breathtaking views, amazing food- our cocktail hour was B-A-N-A-N-A-N-A-S, helpful and attentive staff, AMAZING value. The featured picture with purple and lace table cloths, pink and white high top floral arrangements located on the outside upper patio was from our wedding. Having our wedding at the Architects was honestly the best decision we made. The prices are so reasonable compared to other venues and the views can't be beat!

We highly recommend The Architect's Club! The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful (especially Julie), and all of our needs were met! We also had our rehearsal dinner here. The whole experience couldn't have been better from start to finish. We especially loved that there were separate areas/floors for the ceremony/reception and cocktail hour. If you are looking for a fantastic value, but exceptional service, The Architect's Club is the place to go!

We had a great wedding thanks to the staff at Architects Golf Club. The staff is attentive and extremely helpful in making things run smooth. It didn't matter who we talked to either the bar tender or the Coordinator everyone was helpful and extremely professional. My florist came in from Vermont. He has raved days later what a pleasure they staff was.

Architects Golf Club went above and beyond to give us the best possible service on our wedding day. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, responsive, and did an excellent job. I couldn't have been happier with the way our day went! They set up and took down all of our decor, they provided my husband and I with everything we asked for, and they did it all with a smile. The director of catering, Julie, was professional and very helpful with every question or request that I had. The venue was clean and beautiful and the views were spectacular. I am so happy we chose Architects!

Wish I could of given them a 6 in all categories. The service was impeccable and met every demand i asked for. My guests were impressed with the food and venue and my husband felt it was all worth it. Julie was organized and managed her team well. The bartender paid special attention to the bridal party and as the bride and groom we felt completely spoiled.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy we are that we got married at Architect's! Over the 18 months that we planned our wedding, everyone there went above and beyond to ensure that our vision came to life & our guests were happy.
I worked closely with Julie & Tim, and both were truly a pleasure to work with! They were both there on the day of our wedding & made sure that all the little details worked (so that I did not have to).
We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Architect's & I truly would not change a thing. They even helped us set up a day-before-the-wedding golf outing for our guests, which was a big hit. The tent outside is truly a lovely reception area with amazing views & a great breeze. I really enjoyed the food & I haven't stopped hearing rave reviews from our guests about the venue, location & food.
Overall - if you are looking for a beautiful, classic, indoor/outdoor setting, you really do need to give Architect's a look. I would not have changed a thing!

One would be hard pressed to find a venue as flexible and accommodating as The Architect's Club. They are anything but a typical NJ big box wedding venue, which is precisely why we fell in love with the banquet hall and the greens. Once we met Julie and Chef Bryan, we knew we were in good hands. We were intent on executing a small (~75 ppl) fusion wedding, blending both Indian and Greek culture into as many aspects of the wedding as possible. The most critical aspect was the menu, and it was admittedly among the bigger risks we assumed in our search for the right venue. We had no idea what to expect, but after a few discussions and tastings with the Chef we came up with a menu we were excited to serve our guests. Chef Bryan was enthusiastic and openminded to trying recipes and techniques he had little experience with, and we were highly impressed with him and his team's talent. They did an amazing job pulling together our offbeat menu, and our guests could not compliment the food enough. Our cake was also amazing, and although we were unable to do a tasting, we couldn't have been happier with the quality or deliciousness (and I don't even like cake!). The pastry chef even went of his own comfort zone to design the cake to match our global theme; there was no shortage of accommodations provided by the The Club! Julie was easy to work with leading up to the wedding and, on the day of, her whole team was on point putting together a wonderful event for us. Brad (maitre'd) and Sydney (assistant event coordinator) were sweet, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Jamie and Gayle made the signature cocktail flawlessly, and kept the drinks flowing for our thirstiest guests :). The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the night. If we could do it all again, we'd pick TAC without a doubt!

This is a beautiful venue and to compliment that, from the very first moment we set foot on the property Brad created a welcoming and friendly environment filled with professionalism and the willingness to do whatever it took to make this our very special day. Brad made every effort to make sure our wishes were met and if there were any requests which could not be readily accommodated Brad found a way in which to make it work. Right from the start Brad said it was our special day and made every effort to guarantee it was. The venue only supports one event per day truly ensuring the entire day was ours. He adjusted the beverage choices to have our favorites available and without blinking an eye met my dietary needs, specifically having the teams prepare everything I was given to eat lactose free. Not to mention, our guests raved about the food for a while after the wedding and we were definitely pleased. They were able to provide alternate suggestions in case of rain which we had earlier in the day. Despite the spotty rain, Brad and the team were able to complete the decorating outside and we were able to have our guests witness our vow exchanges outside just as we had envisioned.
Working with Architects and Brad was one of the best experiences we have had making our day a memorable one. We highly recommend Architects for any type of occasion, especially a second wedding such as ours!

Julie was always very professional and polite. She worked with my husband and I on the prices and kept us up to date on the food tasting events. Their cake is amazing by the way!! We loved the scenery. Everything was just beautiful there. We would definitely recommend using this vendor.

We are so happy we chose Architects for our ceremony and reception. The location is gorgeous and our photographer commented that you cannot take a bad picture here. Julie was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and really put me at ease during the weeks preceding the wedding. She made me feel like everything was under control...and it was! Sydney helped set up everything the morning of the wedding and was always available for last minute questions. Everyone we worked with was helpful, experienced, and professional. Guests loved the location, the service, and the food. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

This venue is beyond amazing! Wonderful staff and coordinators along with unbelievable views! I got married outside with a beautiful white tent above for the reception. All of my 134 guests were impressed with the food, service and location and overall great atmosphere. Didn't feel stuffy at all, which is what I was looking for heading into my wedding.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks for the Architect's Golf Club! Julie was absolutely amazing. Thanks to her, our wedding day was flawless. Julie was accommodating, flexible, professional, always able to get ahold of, and caring. Everything we asked for including the set-up of all of our decorations was perfect. The Architects Club is a beautiful venue who’s staff is too notch. They are very professional and think of everything! I chose this venue based upon the great value reviewed and the wonderful professionalism from Julie and her staff. The food was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for a better day!

We used Architect's for our venue. It was really nice! The day went by wonderfully and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how nice the staff was. The only things we didn't like is that there was a large staff turnover, so we had 3 different contacts at the venue in our planning stages, which also seemed like they didn't talk much to each other. We also felt like the day of, they didnt really put out enough food and guests were hungry. They didn't refill the display stations and many guests missed out on a lot of the appetizers because they ran out. Otherwise, Brad was phenomenal!

This venue is beautiful. It’s absolutely amazing. The food is delicious and the scenery is breathtaking.

I had a major issue when I came for my last meeting before my wedding when I was told that the woman Vicki no longer worked there. No one from the establishment bothered to reach out and notify us of a change of contact. Not even a simple email letting us know. Luckily, Jessica stepped in and made things so wonderfully right. I can’t thank her and her team enough for their help in making our special day so special.

I chose the Architects Golf Club as my venue because of the beautiful picturesque views and the wedding package I was able to get! My wedding was Sunday 9-2-2018 before labor day. IT was a hot day but it was beautiful. They only have 1 reception at a time so I could either choose to have it in the cover patio tent outside or in the inside reception area. Both options were beautiful but I chose outside for the reception and cocktail hour inside. I also has my ceremony on the patio as well!
Architects was very accommodating but I was not super impressed by the attentiveness of the Events Coordinator on the day of my wedding. We arrived fairly early around 7am to do hair and makeup and I didn't see her all morning. It wasn't until I was ready to do first look pictures at 1pm that I had to have my bridesmaid find her! She hadn't checked in with me all day up to that point. I had been planning my wedding for 2 years so I did have everything planned out well but I would have liked her to make it less stressful for me and not have to look for her.

When I arrived outside I overheard many of the people setting up that they had no idea where some of the decor went and I specifically told the coordinator and sent her a document listing it as well. It just seemed like there wasn't much direction. Considering they had a wedding the night before I was surprised they were so disorganized.
After pictures outside, I noticed the tent was finally put together and the decor was where I wanted it to be.
The ceremony went beautifully. After the morning, the coordinator was more helpful. However, I did ask for draping and chandeliers in the tent for the reception that we paid for and the chandeliers were not there. The Event Coordinator was very apologetic and ensured we would get our money back.
The dinner was wonderful. All the guests loved the food choices and raved about the meals. Overall my wedding was beautiful aside from a couple of things. I would recommend.

The place is really nice food was very good-I would just suggest trying the food before you put it on your menu for your guests. We chose the fish for our guests and there was too much on the fish, some said they were unable to eat it. Everyone raved about everything else on the menu. I did ask for a vegetarian option be placed on the menu for my guests, but that was not done so I was a bit concerned about that. Overall it is a great place! Nothing can be perfect on your wedding day as much as you want it to be!

We booked the Architect's club over a year in advance of our wedding and we were so excited. They were nothing short of great to work with and it was the perfect venue for our wedding. Brad, in particular, is a dream to work with and ALWAYS made himself available to us. The day of our wedding went fairly smoothly as well, and we had a beautiful time. Our guests were raving.

I would give five stars across the board if not for the fact that the venue decided to add $10/a head to our price TWO WEEKS before our wedding. It was immensely stressful to have to rework our budget at such short notice. On top of that, there was issues with communication over adding last minute string light installation to our bill that resulted us being saddled with that extra cost last minute too. Again, it was stressful but once the day of the wedding arrived we had a great time, and the lights looked great, too.

Architects made for a beautiful venue for my wedding. All my guests raved about the view and the food. Everything was delicious, I was only a little disappointed when they missed one of the hor devours we had requested. Dinner service ran a little slower than I would have liked but over all it was pretty close to a perfect wedding. Tim and Rebecca were super helpful the entire day.

One note: we were promised the golf course would be closed and we would have the club to ourselves but a group of golfers dined on their side patio for a majority of our reception and there are golfers visible in a few of our pictures. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but not what was promised.

This will be a long and thorough accounting of my November 2021 wedding experience.
I’ll start with the good things for my Architects Golf Club (later “AGC”) wedding celebration, as the list is shorter. The “day of” food and cake were very good, and the final set up of the reception room and ceremony space were nicely done.
Now, for the reasons this should be a 1 star rating if not for the above mentioned reasons. NOTHING went according to plan at this venue. There was constant re-planning as the wedding date got closer.
The wedding was originally set for 2020, but things changed for personal reasons (death of parent) and also the pandemic dampened things for everyone’s wedding planning, so our wedding at AGC took place in 2021. We didn’t get to have a food tasting, “due to the pandemic,” so we picked all of our food selections blind. Friends getting married elsewhere and earlier in 2021 had food tastings at their NJ venues, so it’s still unclear why that was not the case at AGC.
I started preparing the details in late 2019. From that time to the wedding this month, I had dealt with 4 different venue planners and essentially had to go over the details for my big day 4 times, and things were still missed, and altered by the venue last minute. On top of dealing with 4 different planners, we weren’t notified of the change in contact person, and discovered it when we went in for our final details meeting and no one was aware we were scheduled. *enter planner #3 that was plainly a “smoother,” who quickly passed some of the details from that meeting to final venue planner #4*
Result of these staffing changes and venue missteps? 1) First, we sat out in the cold on a patio without heaters for our rehearsal dinner on a 45 degree day. Why? They rented out the indoor seating space because “no one told the staff the space was already reserved,” though it was confirmed at our meeting with planner #3. So, my wedding party ate outdoors in the freezing cold the day before my big day, and we didn’t go elsewhere since no one is local and we didn’t want to add inconveniences to our family, as we’ve experienced with this wedding venue. 2) Next, our ceremony was moved from inside in front of the fireplace, where our florist created a floral plan during a walkthrough with venue planner #2, to outdoors in the heated tent THE DAY BEFORE our wedding, and a decision was wanted on the spot. 3) Also, my table linens matching my wedding palette, planned from 2019 with planner #1, “weren’t available” when being ordered the week before the wedding. 4) Most difficult to swallow, being the reason I picked this venue aside from the mountains surround, the cocktail hour was planned to be on the main level’s “Legacy Hall” with raised pub tables and an amazing wooden bar, and florals again planned around the aesthetic, BUT a couple weeks out I was emailed: “[the] Legacy Hall had a maintenance issue last weekend and is closed for repairs. Options for your cocktail hour will be the outside tent- which will be heated, or the main foyer.” When we arrived for rehearsal, we see the Legacy Hall space repurposed as a sitting area with a big screen TV for the golfers and nothing else about the space had changed or appeared closed for any repairs. 5) The day of – a bride should be relaxing and carefree; right, that’s the vision? A) I pulled to the entrance to unload my car with getting ready snacks, my dress, etc. The AGC owner walks in as I’m walking towards the doors and they close before I get to them hauling items (not held, not door stopped etc.) I go to and from my car to the bridal suite a few times (my bridesmaids aren’t local and got lost and delayed on the way over from their hotel, so I was first on scene solo) and on my last trip from the car, the owner (in a office beside the bridal suite) asked if I needed a hand, at which point it was comical. My girls arrive, and we pre set up and unbox the reception and cocktail hour items and go over placement with planner #4, while rotating out for hair and make-up in the bridal suite. B) The bridal suite floors were covered in dust (unearthed by hairspray application from our stylist). C) A water pitcher was set up from the day before it appeared, and we were thirsty from setting up, so requested fresh water; they oblige and bring it filled with ice water. Someone gulps it down, another fills a glass and sees white particles floating around the clear glass, gets another cup and the same white particles floating around. We stop drinking water. D) A bridesmaid sees a tray of coffee creamer, stirrers, sugar, and cups and asks for coffee; presumably a coffee jug should be present as well as water—1 cup of coffee is brought in, the bottom filled with an inch of coffee grounds. 6) Also, the groom’s and groomsmen getting ready locker room space, described as just the groom’s and groomsmen’s space for the big day, like the bridal suite is just the women’s, went over with planner #1 was false—the space was shared with day of golfers. The men were given unlocked lockers to put their items (who would use that?) and golfers used the bathrooms (loudly) inside the locker room and were in and out the entire time. HARDLY a “nice photographer opportunity” location as described when booking at the venue. 7) Lastly, the carving station meat was cut paper thin and they resisted wanting to give more than one piece. The reception and open bar was advertised as ours until 8pm, but they closed up at least 30 minutes beforehand and guests started trickling out, taking that as closing time.
Now, add up all of these missteps, what I boil down as rudenesses paired with bait and switch, and imagine being told you have an outstanding balance of just under $27 when it's all said and done.
After your wedding day, you should be basking in the joy of your perfect day: the smooth planning and execution, the friendly and accommodating staff. But instead we got reflecting on every moment leading up to it, and wishing we had eloped and saved ourselves all the white hairs and headaches. Brides, consider these things when booking this venue and at least be prepared for what you may very well be faced with as well. I don’t wish my experience on anyone else, so I had to post a recap in the effort of saving another wide eyed bride, envisioning her perfect day.
