After searching for a company to provide rental items for a large wedding reception, we discovered A&R Party Rentals and we are glad that we did. The items were delivered right on time. The furnishings were new or looked new and they were beautiful. We and our guests were impressed with the quality of the rental items; they were first class. The following morning, they items were picked up. From start to finish, our exerience was 100%!!!!! If you are looking for quality of service and quality of materials, look no further.

Impressive yet cost effective!
Impressive and very reasonable!
I actually found this business on Offer Up. One of the best decisions I made was to go with A & R Chiavari for marquee letters that my son & daughter in love wanted for their wedding reception.
After messaging/emailing with Adan back & forth for a few weeks (I'm surprised he didn't stop responding to me & am glad he didn't! - I can be annoying with endless questions & nit picking charges but Adan remained responsive & professional) I signed the contract for these 2 letters & 2 symbols, with delivery, set up & after hours pick up, all for $301 - what a deal!! It would've been even less had I gone with 6 ('Mr & Mrs'), or I could've bought slightly smaller letters & symbols for slightly more, but I had no need for such.
Seeing them set up in the wedding venue is what really impressed us. They had delivered to this venue before, and these were put in the perfect location to really illuminate the space & back drop perfectly at the base of the staircase for their grand entrance.
I would absolutely use this business again if the need arises. If you're considering this business, look no further and book them! You won't be disappointed. -

This was a smooth and easy process!
Using A&R Chiavari Chairs marquee letters for our wedding was the best decision. The entire process from inquiry to delivery of items was smooth. They are also cost effective, and when planning a wedding that is a plus! The beautiful letters were a huge hit at the wedding. I would recommend anyone to use this company for any type of event! -

Perfect for my moms 70th birthday!
We love this company! Highly recommend. We rented their queen throne and chiavari clear chairs for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration and we got so much compliments! They’re also very professional and easy to talk to. Best in town! -

Best Chair Rental Vendor in the Vegas Valley!
Would give a 10 star rating if I could! Not only are the prices competitive, but Adan was amazing to work with. The quality of the chairs were great and the were the perfect addition to complete the ballroom for the wedding. I highly recommend this company! Trustworthy, reliable, and great communication! I am an event planner by trade and work with my rental companies in the valley and this was by far the most pleasant and easy experience with a rental company! Don’t go anywhere else! -
