Perfect Outdoor Wedding Venue

Apple Blossom was best-case scenario for our September 2021 wedding: not only is the secluded venue beautiful in every season, but its staff are amazing communicators who helped us ensure the fine details added up on our special day. Couldn't be happier with our choice in wedding venue!

Phenomenal Wedding Experience

We had our wedding at Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens in June of this year and it was such a wonderful experience. Kathy and her staff not only met but anticipated every need and helped to make the difficulties and stress of wedding planning a bit easier. The grounds are also absolutely gorgeous and the convenience of having the reception area just a short walk from the ceremony area is a huge plus for guests.

Wonderful Experience!

Due to Covid issues last year we had to change our venue from Alaska to closer to home. It was pretty last minute. I found Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens and it was honestly the best fit for us. They were more than eager to help us out and keep things within our price range. We ended up having the wedding of our dreams because of them!

Kathy is amazing! Her property is gorgeous and she is dedicated to creating a flawless and memorable experience.

We were thrilled with our elopement package at Apple Blossom. The grounds were gorgeous, the chapel was intimate and and decorated beautifully for the holidays. The ceremony was eloquent and touching. We were able to have a small number of friends and family with us and it was perfect. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and memorable day for us!

Gorgeous venue and amazing coordination!

We were married at Apple Blossom Chapel & Gardens in September 2020, and they were FANTASTIC to work with. The venue is absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for the elevated, backyard garden wedding my husband and I had dreamed about. Our guests commented nonstop all night about how gorgeous the grounds were. We were married at the garden gazebo, and then held our strolling cocktail style reception in & near the tent. Kathy and her team are a dream to work with. They were so helpful through out the whole process, especially as we navigated uncertainties and changing plans with COVID. They nailed our vision for the tent with white string lights and white organza - so romantic. Not only is their communication wonderful, but they also help with the planning and handle the day-of coordination. Cannot recommend Apple Blossom enough!

Low stress planning

The options at this venue and the planning was low stress and enjoyable. It was the second marriage for us both and a small wedding, at the end of the fall season. We were able to quickly move the ceremony from outdoors to the chapel, no problem.

Amazing, beautiful venue

Kathy and her team were beyond amazing to work with. We had problems with a couple vendors and Kathy was right there to step in and help alleviate. She calmed down this crazed bride and was just all-around a genuine great person. Her grounds are beautiful -- you can tell she takes pride in her work and my guests loved the garden and gazebo for photo opps. She also worked with me on ideas of how to have a safe COVID-friendly wedding (I was probably on the phone with her discussing ideas for over an hour and she didn't mind). One of my biggest areas of stress was what we were going to do with the cake (we were coming in from out of town and bringing the cake with us). Without hesitation she offered up her fridge for the night at no extra fee. I also had a cake malfunction the day before and she helped out with suggestions of what to do with that too. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Kathy and her team helped turn my vision into a reality. I can't say enough good things about Apple Blossom. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could! If you book a wedding here you won't be disappointed.

Simply amazing!

My husband had an under the stars wedding and it was magical! I highly recommend this venue! The staff and minister were amazing! Could not have chosen a better place to say I do!

Excellent experience!

I would highly recommend them! They are so nice, flexible, and helpful with whatever you may need. It was a great surprise to know that I had a personal "wedding coordinator" for our wedding day. I didn't think I'd even really need to use her, but when it came down to it I was extremely thankful to have someone to do the extra running through the garden to grab what we needed. I appreciate you all!

Wonderful experience!

Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens was amazing. They weren't our first choice, but we found them in an attempt to still make a COVID wedding work. They were so flexible and helpful, and they made it feel simple to organize a last-minute wedding. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I were blown away by how professional the staff members were, and how smoothly the day went. You would never even know that we didn't have a dress rehearsal! It was as if the whole day had been perfectly choreographed. I 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a memorable wedding day. The property is beautiful, and the staff members and owner are so friendly and helpful.

Excellent Venue and Professional Team

My partner and I are from out of state, but this location is very special to us. So, we contacted Apple Blossom close to a year from our wedding date. From the first email/phone call to the wedding, we were extremely satisfied. Katie Giovannucci was the best at communicating, understanding our needs, and suggesting places to use such as flowers or photographers. The grounds at Apple Blossom are so beautiful. Our wedding day was simply perfect!!

Beautiful!

Apple Blossom was the perfect place for our intimate elopement ceremony! We were so impressed by everything about this place. The gardens and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony in the Old Orchard which was a lovely and intimate setting for our small ceremony. Katie was wonderful and made planning stress-free. She customized our ceremony to be exactly what we were looking for and made me feel at ease about everything. Kathy and Katie were so flexible when we had a family emergency that caused us to have to postpone our event. I would 100% recommend Apple Blossom to anyone!

Elopement Ceremony

We decided on Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens for our elopement ceremony. Wow. Our expectations were exceeded. Katie and Kathy were wonderful to work with. Our ceremony was very personal. We chose to get married by the pond. The flowers were fresh and full of summer color. We are so glad we got married at Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens.

Amazing Ceremony Setting

Amazing Elopement

Very Beautiful chapel great coordination from our planner quick and happy to adjust to some last minute changes .
There is no place I would have rather held our small wedding and would also be great for larger outdoor wedding once the weather warms

Short, sweet, perfect!

Katie and Kathy at Apple Blossom are AMAZING to say the least! They made our special day easy and worry free. We contacted them and set up a meeting date, went over all the information, had contact while waiting for our big day to come, and as the day approached answered all of our questions without problem. When we showed up to get married they had everything we had asked for in place and we said our vows (Kathy married us), took pictures (Katie took our wonderful pictures), had some time with our witnesses/son, and went on our way! They really made our day special even though we eloped and were not having a traditional wedding. This is an amazing venue to get married at and we will recommend them to anyone who asks! A perfect space for our perfect wedding.

We cannot imagine a better place for our winter elopement. Kathy and Katie were both incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to come out a week ahead of time to check out the space. They were flexible, prompt and extremely communicative. We held an outdoor ceremony in the middle of January after the first major snowstorm of the year, and it was absolutely perfect. The grounds were charming, picturesque and a perfect fit for our intimate wedding. We'd highly recommend -- we wish we could do it all over again!

Kathy and her staff were incredible. They were always extremely helpful and straight to the point when meeting, emailing, calling, you name it. They helped you, and made it quick, which is essential with wedding planning. Any questions I had, they had an answer and then a game plan. You have a concern, they have it covered, or will do what they can do help. They are on top of it and know what they're doing for sure! O\I only met with Kathy and her staff twice in person during the wedding planning, once for the consult, and once for rehearsal, but yet, on my wedding day, she hugged me and teared up as if she had known me for years.. her heart if golden. All of that aside, the venue is beautiful, and functional. We chose the garden ceremony at the larger gazebo, and with a head count of about 130 guests, and we were able to get everyone seated with room to spare, along with appropriate parking with no issues. The grounds and gardens were well maintained, and the property has so many options for a unique wedding. Certainly made for beautiful photos. We are glad to have chosen Apple Blossom as our wedding venue, it was a beautiful place, with wonder staff. Couldn't have been more pleased!
Thank you to Kathy and her staff, you never failed to impress us!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here in mid August, 2017, and it was the perfect venue! Kathy, Katie, and the rest of the Apple Blossom staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They took care of everything - the setup, the tent decorations, the centerpieces, the timing of the ceremony, and even organizing directly with the vendors to make sure they came at the right time. They made the whole evening stress-free and take care of way more than your typical venue. Kathy's property really is spectacular. We've had tons of comments from our guests saying how picturesque the whole evening was. So beautiful - thanks, Apple Blossom!

Married 8-19-17. The grounds were beautiful. Kathy and staff went way out of there way to make our day special. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants there special day to be as special as our was. It does not get any better we are sure of that!!!!!

Apple Blossom was the absolute best choice for our wedding venue!! Kathy is so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They were so sweet and VERY accommodating and understood exactly what I wanted. Even though my husband and I wanted a small intimate ceremony with family they still made the day special and did everything I wanted them to do! Kathy and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. The venue and grounds were beautiful and everything went so smoothly day of. Anytime my mom/sister would start to do something, her girls would come over and help or take over to relieve our stress. I originally planned on only using this site for my Ceremony, but when I saw the place and met with Kathy, I fell in love. Throughout the whole process Kathy was so helpful. She helped me with all of my concerns, alleviated most of my stress and went above and beyond any expectations. We are from Chicago so we were not familiar with any vendors in the area. All of her recommendations and suggestions were wonderful. She even picked up our marriage license for us.
The Wedding itself could not have been anymore perfect. Everything went so smooth and I did not have to worry about anything. Kathy and her team were so helpful. Everyone told us how beautiful it was and how it was "the best Wedding that they had ever been to". Our photographer called it "a photographers dream" to take pictures there. I would not have changed a thing. Thank you so much for everything Kathy!

Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens was an ideal location for our vow renewal. If you are looking for an awesome outdoor venue, this place is ideal. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and offered many unique places for fantastic photo opportunities. Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with, and made our day very special. She assisted us in finding vendors, working with the delivery of our cake before our arrival, and getting things ready for the ceremony. She made the day just perfect.

We had a small, chapel wedding at Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens and could not have been more pleased! The venue is beautiful, the staff is so accommodating and took care of everything for us, and the experience was just perfect. We couldn't have picked a perfect place to get married. We would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Kathy was exceptional. From the moment we met, we made a connection and knew that Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens was where we wanted to have our ceremony and reception. Kathy's energy and enthusiasm is contagious and magnetic! She has a keen eye for detail and anticipated our needs and wants before we even knew them. She accommodated us with everything we asked for and more. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely happy and satisfied. Kathy and her staff helped with every whim and request without hesitation. It was a beautiful venue for our ceremony and reception! All of our guests complimented us on our choice and Kathy and her team. Kathy made this process stress-free and easy. Kathy was absolutely spectacular! We had both our ceremony and reception held at Apple Blossom, and everything went perfectly!
She was so easy to communicate with, and always very prompt at responding, and made me feel at ease with any questions I had. On the day of our wedding, her crew members were always around and available, and took care of pretty much the whole set up, we gave them our favors and decorations, and everything, and she made sure it was done beautifully! I had an exceptionally stress-free wedding day because of them. It was absolute perfection. I would highly recommend Apple Blossom to anyone looking for a ceremony or reception, all of my guests commented on the location and the sheer beauty of the gardens and everything! Cathy and Holly were amazing. I was very nervous and unsure of all the details, they made everything so much less stressful! I sent an incomplete list of music and told her I was still deciding on the last song for the ceremony. She sent me a list of suggestions. Then when I wasn't too sure of how I wanted the ceremony to go she was so helpful. Over all great experience!

Our wedding day was perfect! Their "Instead of the Courthouse" package was a great value. Kathy and her helpers were awesome with helping us get our decorations up and keeping everything running smoothly. We didn't need a rehearsal because they cued us for everything. Kathy's service was lovely and she was very accommodating. She even took my idea of having our first dance under their gazebo and made it even better by making it a part of our ceremony in a way. I would highly recommend Kathy and her gardens for your intimate wedding!

We had an outdoor wedding under the gazebo x and I couldn't have pictured it to be any more beautiful! A pond with a fountain as a background, and a beautiful line of trees behind. Kathy did everything for us, and made it so perfect. Weddings are what she loves to do, and it shows how much she cares! We drove over 3 hours to have our wedding here, and we loved it so much, we would have driven longer if we had to!

The week of our wedding was freezing, it started snowing the last week of October the week of our wedding. I insisted I still wanted a outdoor fall wedding and thank to Apple Blossom it happened made last minute changes so that my guest would stay warm and the decor was better than expected.

I really enjoyed planning my wedding with Kathy. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does. There are 2 reasons why I picked Apple Blossom. One I didn't have to find an officiant to marry us, Kathy could do that, and the other reason was after you selected how you wanted everything to look, the rest was up to them. We had a garding wedding and it was just absolutely beautiful! The grounds and setting were amazing and is a very relaxing environment. We received so many awesome compliments about your location and about how friendly your staff is. From the minute i got to the location, someone was there to help me, get items out of my car, parking my car, making sure everything was okay. Then they helped me load everything. I was so impressed with how everything was already set up. Made my night so much easier.

Our photographer was in awe of the many pictures setting he could choose from.

Cathy treated us like family from the minute we met her. She made our family ceremony relaxed, fun, intimate and special.

Thank you for our making our special day just that special. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience with Apple Blossom Chapel & Orchard was wonderful. The setting is an absolutely gorgeous area. The photos that were candid taken by family, look professional in this back drop, which makes me super excited to see the professional ones. And there is a lot of area for kids to run around in & not have to worry about getting into trouble. Our ceremony was small but if we wanted to, this venue could easily fit a lot people. The ceremony was beautiful, there wasn't a dry eye on either side of the aisle. We are not a religious couple, however my parents are. They wanted to see a religious ceremony, but we didn't want that. Kathy read a few passages, but managed not to make religion the focus of the event.

We showed up not knowing what to do because we decided to forgo the rehearsal as we were out of state. Kathy had wonderful suggestions and gave clear direction on what we should do.

The pricing for the packages are extremely fair for what you are getting. We got 2 hours at sunset, which was plenty of time to get ready, photos, a slightly extended ceremony, and dessert afterward. I would recommend this place to anyone & already have.

Living in two different states (other than Michigan) with hectic work schedules, my daughter and I met Kathy and her daughter Holly for the first time 3 days prior to my daughter's wedding. Their demeanor was both warm and calming-truly a gift for nervous brides and moms! The photos on the website do not do justice to the beautiful setting that is Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens.

Kathy took her time and listened to what was important to us for our special day. Her daughter and her made everything effortless, smooth and provided a very intimate and romantic setting. Absolutely the most beautiful day and gorgeous ceremony. Very personalized.

We highly recommend Apple Blossom Chapel for your wedding! From the beginning Kathy was the greatest from organizing to keeping me (the bride) calm. Everyone knew what to do and where to be standing because of Kathys skills. The chapel was perfect! Everything about it was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful! Perfectly manicured, beautiful with flowers and arrangements and very warm and welcoming! I'm still getting great compliments from our guests. The event, our wedding, was a wonderful and magical day. On the day of my event it was raining and cold. Kathy and her staff made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with the weather. A few changes were made but overall the venue and event turned out beautiful.

Apple Blossom Chapel & Gardens is AMAZING!!! It's such a beautiful place and the staff are wonderful!!! They helped me make my special day perfect! In fact, it was like a fairytale dream come true!!! Kathy was so helpful and a pleasure to work with!!! She made all of the planning and preparation painless...she was so reliable and on top of things, all i had to do was tell her what i wanted & then just show up & enjoy my day, i didn't have to worry or stress about anything!!! Words cannot express how extraordinary my experience with Apple Blossom was!!! Everything about it, the people, the place, absolutely GORGEOUS!!! It's a shame that i can only marry my husband once because i would go back to Apple Blossom in a heartbeat!!

Kathy is just wonderful! She runs an unbelievable business! She is very attentive to the bride and groom to be sure the big day goes smoothly! I just can't say enough good things about Apple Blossom Chapel & Gardens! I cant imagine getting married anywhere else and we are both so happy we found this little piece of "Heaven"! It's well worth the drive and just minutes from Lake MI to get in beach and sunset pictures! Kathy's daughter Holly is a gem also! I can't thank you both enough!

Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens is a beautiful place any time of year! Our wedding was outdoors in May, and we loved having the chapel available as a backup in the event it rainy/cold. One less thing to worry about! Kathy is amazing! She is very helpful offering suggestions and options to make your day perfect. Our wedding couldn't have gone any better. It was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Apple Blossom Chapel and Gardens!

Kathy went above and beyond everything that we expected! It was amazing being able to walk into the venue and have everything looking gorgeous and ready to go! I never had to worry about a thing! She always responded to my emails right away and everything ran so smoothly! Would recommend her to anyone!
