  Absolutely beautiful!

  I hired Epperson Strings to play the music for our wedding ceremony. We had a violinist and cellist. They did absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for being so accommodating to our requests, it all turned out beyond perfect!

  Wonderful!

  Everyone loved the cello and violin duo! And Jim was super flexible speaking with me late at night the day before the wedding. I definitely recommend them.

  we LOVED them!!! They sat down with us prior to our wedding, and listened to what we really wanted and we had no flaws the day of the wedding. they mixed both classical selections along with contemporary.

  Apperson Strings trio provided the music for our son's outdoor wedding and outside cocktail hour. The music for the wedding was traditional and beautiful with seamless transitions from one selection into the next. The beauty of the venue was matched by the beauty of the music. The cocktail hour selections were varied - from the Beatles to a Katy Perry (a tune arranged especially for the day) - all were a joy! Apperson Strings - so professional, so experienced, so very musical. Have heard them in other settings - they never disappoint!

  Appears on Strings are amazing in every way! They have provided the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post wedding/reception music for members of my family and friends. They are a huge repertoire, which means they can play whatever music YOU desire. You will never regret hiring them for any special occasion. They are truly professional in every way!

  The Appersons played at my brother's wedding, and were fantastic and professional! I took private viola and violin lessons from the Apperson family and theyre great people to work with. Jim has consistently led the orchestra at my church for as long as i can remember. 5 stars!

I met with Jim to discuss the ceremony and what I envisioned for the music a few weeks before the wedding. He offered up many great suggestions and played samples of them from YouTube. He listened to the types of music that I didn't want to include and provided me with some "non-traditional" options to make our ceremony unique. Apperson Strings also has a very large contemporary selection of music, which I chose from for our guests to listen to as they arrived. Jim even went as far as writing an arrangement of the "Up Theme" from the Disney Pixar movie "Up"! Apperson Strings were easy to work with and did everything they could to make my vision come alive. It was a pleasure working with them!

  We had a string trio for our wedding ceremony, reception and dinner. They did a wonderful job and played beautifully. It was such an elegant touch and everyone loved the selections played. We are very happy to have chosen Jim Apperson and his musicians to be a part of our special day.
