Saved the day!

Apollo's Chariots was my hero the week before the wedding. Our previous transportation service canceled our reservation 3 days before the wedding and left me scrambling to find an alternative in the busiest wedding season! Apollo's Chariots came to my rescue and provided exceptional service to my bridal party. They were incredibly flexible and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend them to any couple getting married.

Photo and End of Night Transport

Super professional. Waited the entire time we were taking our photos. At the end of the night, driver waited for us to get all of our stuff loaded and was super helpful. Great experience.

Very organized Team

We had a very Large wedding for my Son. We had to coordinate 5 limos to pick up multiple parties in different locations. The whole Team at Apollo did not only rise to the occasion but way surpassed my expectations. Even when my Daughter in Law ran way behind they moved everything around without missing a beat. I would highly recommend this Team for any occasion !!

Great Service

Apollo's service was great the day of our wedding. The limo to pick up the bridal party arrived on time and was clean and stocked with waters and sodas. The SUV to pick up my husband and I was ready and waiting to take us back to our hotel from the venue. Easy through the entire process! Thank you!

Easy to work with!

Apollo's Chariots was easy to communicate with, flexible and timely! We used them to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the venue and we have no complaints!

Wonderful to work with and arrived right on time!

We are so happy that we booked Apollo's Chariots to transport guests from the hotel to our wedding and back. They were on time and we didn't have any issues with them the entire day. The driver even went around the reception at the end of the night to make sure there were not any guests left that needed to be on the last shuttle. It was above what I expected. The driver and booking staff were all very nice and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Josh was great with budgeting the perfect transportation for my wedding party. We had a large group, and he was able to accommadate all of us within the budget that I gave to him. The driver for our Limo, Tony, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to see that everyone was comfortable and arrived just on the schedule which i provided for him. He was there when I needed him and answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I had many nice compliments from our wedding party about him. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Apollo Chariots for your event. They are great.

We rented (2) one-way mini bus transfers and (1) limo for 3 hours. Competitors were more expensive and offered less. So this was a no-brainer.

Our guest loved being picked up from the hotel and taken to the venue and back. They even offered bottled water! Our limo was amazing. It had champagne, red carpet, just married sign, and Tony! Tony was our driver. He was the cherry on top of a perfect day. He was nice, funny, and very accommodating in all our additional stops. We were worried about running out of time but Tony made sure we got there in time with no additional fees! If you need transportation hire Apollo's Chariots and ask for Tony.

Great experience! I loved how they have a wedding package that includes all the fees - even the tip! We used the 14-person limo to drive our whole bridal party from the "getting ready" location to the ceremony and then back to the reception. The driver was prompt and the limo was in good condition. He even provided red carpet service when we were leaving the ceremony and a bottle of champagne!

Highly recommend! We used Apollos chariots for our wedding and could not have had a smoother experience. They were professional, FUN, punctual, and extremely accommodating. Their prices are amazing and we only rented one shuttle and they even brought us two! The guys we had even were awesome enough to take some hilarious photo booth pictures with us. We made the right decision but choosing them for our transportation needs. Thank you for everything!!

Apollo's Chariots worked out great for me! I had to make several changes (even the week of my wedding!!!) to my reservation and it was easy to do! I just had to pay the difference from my previously requested vehicle to the upgrade and that was it! I got a text message letting me know that the driver was on the way and a phone call when they arrived. This was a wonderful experience that made transportation for my wedding easy.

I first saw Apollo's Chariots at a wedding show. My wedding was on Julyb16rh and the drivers were very pleasant, they were on time for each transport request and the ride was so awesome. I would recommend Apollo's Chariots to anyone that wants gast and reliable service for a great value.

I just wanted to say thank you for getting my daughter and her friend taken care of on short notice. The driver was actually early which was great! The car was clean and the driver was very professional. They arrived on time for the drop off. On pick up, the same. All the texts updates was very helpful. That let me keep tabs on my daughter and her friend. I will definitely be calling you in the future.

A wonderful and professional transportation service. We reserved a small bus to transport our wedding guest to/from the hotel and our venue. Their driver was on time, curious, and the vehicle was clean. I highly recommend.

I have no idea why the ratings are so bad on some of the cases. We had nothing but excellent things to say about apollos. They picked us up from our hotel and drop us and the guests off at our wedding locations. Josh and his staff were nothing more than inviting and very very nice. The limos were clean and the driver asked us repeatalty if their was anything they could do for us. We were blown away with the service and really want to acknowledge it through a great review. Highly recommended.

We used large buses, limos and small buses. They were all on time, clean and the drivers were friendly and courteous. They had no trouble avoiding traffic and finding alternate routes to get us to our destination on time in nice cool AC buses. The buses looked brand new and the limos were clean.

We are so happy that we chose Apollos Chariots as our limousine service for our wedding. The limousine itself was extremely clean and just a beautiful car. There is a great sound system and beverages available. My husband and I received a bottle of champagne after the ceremony on the way to our reception. Josh and his team were prompt courteous and on time with everything. The limo was clean and stock up with champagne and CLEAN glasses. (Ive been in limos that looked dirty and dusty). The ride was smooth and we we got red carpet service included. Cant beat that. All we asked was delivered. Great Job guys.

I got married recently in Orlando at one of the oldest churches in the city. My husband insisted we ride in a vintage rolls royce and I had such a hard time finding one for our special day. Luckily by word of a family member we came across apollos and we couldn't have been happier. The car was prefect, in mint condition and very clean. Our driver was so nice, very polite and made sure our ride from the church to the reception was very enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, they were very accommodating. I also rented a town car for my grandparents who opted not to drive that evening and a limo for the wedding party. I am so happy that I decided to book Apollos Chariots instead of any of the other car rental companies. Their pricing was competitive, the cars and their drivers well very well kept and professional and the customer service again was truly amazing. I would highly recommend anyone in Orlando/ Daytona Beach Area who is looking for any type of transportation service for their special day.

I had no idea as to who to use for our wedding transportation so I turned into the wedding wire and the knot and checked the reviews for the vendors. I noticed that Apollos had almost a 100% perfect reviews and I was a little skeptical. Since everyone agreed that they provided great service I decided to take a chance. From the first email to the wedding day, their professionals and timeliness was 100% perfection. They always replied to my questions within 24 hours and on wedding day the driver was on time. He waited a long time for us to take our pictures and then drove us to the hotel.
It was a flawless experience and now I know why so many people love them. They are absolutely great.

I contacted Apollo's Chariots the week of the wedding to set up limo service. They were not only able to assist me, but they came in at a reasonable cost. Their professionalism was wonderful. They were prompt and on-time. The limo looked great and fit our entire party comfortably. They provided all of the bells and whistles, having a "Just Married" sign on the car after the ceremony, a bottle of champagne, and a red carpet that impressed all of our guests. We even set up a town car to pick my husband and I up after the Grand Exit. The driver was friendly and professional. The car amazed my mother. It was a perfect addition to our wedding family.

I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I had such a great experience with Apollo's Chariots! I was truly impressed with their amazing service. It was raining the day or my wedding so we feared that our makeup and hair would be messed up while walking to the car and inside of the building. Without even asking our limo driving brought an umbrella right up to our door and walked each of us to the limo. It's the little things that make you so appreciative.The limo itself was very clean and almost seemed brand new. The ice cold champagne was a very nice surprise! I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone!

I hired Apollo's chairots to take my daughter to her ceremony, they were the best.. for whatever reason there was a misunderstanding about the type of limo we wanted josh was amazing... Five days before the wedding when we just doubled checked on limo is when we found out there was a misunderstanding, josh not only upgraded us for free, but was very patient in dealing with crazy mother of the bride !!!!!! Thanks to him it was the best experience !!!! And the driver was most amazing !!!!! Not only was he on time but he was 15 minutes early.. He gave us five star treatment, and even let the little ones get in limo after ceremony... Apollo's chariots is the best!!!! I would highly recommend for any event !!!!!

We had found Apollo's Chariots for our wedding limo service and were extremely satisfied. Recently my daughter had her 16 year old birthday party and wanted to go bowling and to dinner with a couple of her friends. I called up Apollo's and they were so helpful. They even offered to come to the house a little early so we could put balloons and decorations inside the limo before my daughter walked out the door. It was perfect and my daughter was in shock. It was nice to know they were in good hands as they went out that evening.

Apollo's Chariots were amazing!!!! I emailed for information less than 2 weeks before my wedding because I realized I needed a car at the last minute. They worked with me to find the right package and service for my day, I had the same driver when I was picked up from my house and at the end of my reception, and they even had "Just Married" magnets put on the car!!!! It was incredible how much they were able to work with me on such short notice, and when we got stuck in traffic, the driver kept me calm with jokes and stories. It made me feel amazing to pull up to my venue in a nice car, and it was even more special getting picked up at the end of the night. VERY nice people and extremely proffesional!!! If I ever need to rent a car or limo again I will certainly use Apollo's Chariots!!!

We saw you at all the bridal shows and your presence around town was were we got your number. You were the best price for our event and the top rated. Josh (I think he's the owner) showed up with a sparkling gorgeous pearl white limousine. He was extremely polite and very professional. His appearance was also very professional. Since the wedding we have used him for several other events. I love this company...

We used Apollos Limousine for our honeymoon airport transportation and we could not have been happier with them. The entire experience was so relaxing, not having to deal with parking at MCO was so wonderful. We changed our return flight and Apollos had no problem accommodating us even though we arrived a day early and at midnight. I can't wait for the next event where we get to use Apollos Chariots!

First of all Orlando is an awesome city. One never runs out of things to do. What makes the trip an unforgettable experience is being in one of Apollo's Chariots limousines for my bachelor party. This is one of the most professional transportation services I have ever used. Vehicles are impeccably clean, service is wonderful and I will definitely plan to use them again. They were prompt and very accommodating. They even returned my cell phone I left in their car the following day. WOW!

My husband and I reserved a town car from Apollo's Chariots just for the ride from our wedding to the airport hotel we were staying at the night of the wedding. The car showed up on time, the driver was friendly, and we got where we were going without any problems. I can definitely recommend them if you're leaving on your honeymoon right from the wedding and need transportation.

Apollo's Chariots picked us up after the ceremony to shuttle us to the hotel. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that we had to help him figure out how to get to the prearranged hotel.

I contacted Apollo's Chariots and scheduled to have us picked up at our hotel. They were prompt and on time. The driver was very curteous and helped with all of the stuff we had to take for our guests. I would highly recommend this company.

For our wedding at Bella Collina, we reserved a charter bus to transport guests to the ceremony from hotels near Universal Orlando, and returning from the reception to the hotels later that night. Reviews from guests who rode the bus(es) either way were very positive, however, the bus running from the hotels to the ceremony was delayed by around 20 minutes due to another bus accident (from the same company), pushing back the ceremony by 20 minutes. Otherwise, the company was very easy to work with and great value for the cost of reserving a charter bus!

We booked a black escalade limo for transporation to/from the Church and to the reception as well as a single black escalade SUV for the one way transfer to the hotel at the end of the night.

The day of the wedding we were scheduled to have a 1pm pickup. I, the bride, got an email from Josh at 10:30am saying the escalade had a car issue the night before and he would be sending a navigator instead. Thank goodness I had looked at my email on our wedding day! I called Josh and verified everything would be fine.

The limo was 20 minutes late for picking us up at my parents house and when it arrived, it wasn't a navigator, but a hummer. My husband did not actually want a hummer, but at this point there was nothing we could do. We got into the hummer and it smelled like cigarettes and cigars. Our wedding package included a red carpet, just married sign, and a bottle of champagne...none of which we received. Our driver almost drove passed the Church, but thankfully we all yelled and banged on the window and he turned in time.

The end of the night escalade SUV did have a red carpet and just married sign and arrived on time.

Josh was apologetic after the issues with the wedding transportation and was, thankfully, willing to work with us on the prices after all was said and done as well.

There are plenty of good reviews for this company and I'm sure, unfortunately for us, it was just a fluke issue with the car breaking down the night before.

Apollo Chariots did a good job

We got 2 limo services and a car service for our wedding! They did a great job with the transportation. The only thing was they charged us more for having to wait for us after our wedding.

Besides picking my father up late for my wedding and the one driver that was a jerk( the same one who picked up my father late) . I would recommend them to others on the fact that for the amount of limos we had for the wedding probably 12 different pick ups only that went wrong. So I think that is pretty good. I do have to mention Chris as the best driver I have ever had. He was calm and collected and nice to all my guests. My bridal party got a little wild and it didn't phase him. If you use Apollo in the future you have to recommend him as your driver!

Booking the transportation was fairly smooth. The price for the limo was very affordable. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding was not what we were hoping for. My fiance and the groomsmen were welcomed by a driver who must've been having a bad day which was not what we were expecting our our wedding day. The air conditioning was not working so it was very humid in the car. The driver also missed our resort by driving right by it adding 10 minutes to our commute. I did not want to allow that to ruin my wedding day but it's not the experience I was expecting for myself and the bridal crew especially after paying for hair and makeup. Besides the driver and the AC not working the business transaction was smooth and affordable.

This was my only wedding vendor that I could not give 5 stars to. I ordered round trip transportation for my bridal party from our hotel to the wedding venue and I am disappointed at the condition of the limo upon pick-up. The A/C was out so my bridal party had to ride to the venue in a hot car. The driver was under the hood of the car for quite some time before leaving. There was tape on the windows of the limo and the water bottles had mold. Obviously this car was not inspected before sending it out. I did not receive the level of service for the price I paid. It was pricey for a round trip ride. Thankfully another limo that was in better condition was sent for pick-up after the wedding. Not sure I would use this vendor again.....

I would not recommend this vendor for a wedding. The driver did show up on time, however, he didn't know how to get to our wedding location...Casa Feliz. We had to give him directions from the back seat. The limo was dated, and needed some renovations. When we got in the limo, there was water on the seat, and I had to hold up my vail to prevent getting anything on it. I'm just happy I wasn't in my dress. This vendor might be good for a night on the town, but not a wedding. Was not up to par in regards to quality for such and important event.

Unacceptable service

Our experience with Apollo's Chariots went from bad to worse. We reserved a limo for my daughter's wedding to transport the groomsmen to the church and then come back to pick up the bride and bridesmaids. The groom happened to see the limo sitting at the church and had to go out to remind the driver that he was supposed to go back to get the bride. The girls arrived at the church 10 minutes after the wedding was supposed to have started. The driver was not friendly nor professional.
Then an SUV was supposed to pick up the bride and groom at 9 pm after the reception and drive them to their hotel at the airport. We had the sparkler departure but the driver was not there waiting for the bride and groom. It was embarrassing! We had trouble getting a response when trying to find out if the driver was coming and when he arrived, he was defensive and belligerent instead of apologetic. My husband and I ended up driving then to the airport hotel and missed the after party with our out of town guests. We got no response from Josh at Apollo's Chariots for several days and when we were able to speak with him he said his driver accused my husband of making extremely inappropriate racist comments and he was afraid to take the job. This was a total fabrication and Josh took the side of his employee instead of apologizing for the poor service we received. After about a week of phone calls and messages, we finally got our money back for the SUV reservation and were promised a formal apology letter for the false accusation on my husband's character. A month later and we received nothing. I would never take a chance on using this company in the future.

We used Apollos for our wedding day transportation and had a mixed experience. We had many out of town guests that we provided transportation for and they had no issues at all with pickup. The limo for the bridal party had a major issue when the driver didn't notify us right away that he was there to get us and we were late leaving, then he headed to the wrong location. the groom and groomsmen had to drive themselves because they made us so late, and they missed out on doing extra pictures before the ceremony!! then the transportation we provided for guests at the end of the night gave them a hard time about multiple stops when we had paid for a 4 hour rental with unlimited stops! when we talked to them about our issues all they did was take away the drivers gratuity!! completely ridiculous, would never use them again!

I ordered a 14 passenger suv for my wedding and they instead sent a 10 passenger sedan that was old had ripped seats,dirty glassware, and rust throughout the vehicle. Not at all what I expected on my wedding day or for the cost. I called and emailed several times for an explanation/apology but did not get a response. I would not recommend them at all.

Where do I begin....
-Driver arrived late and dressed unprofessional.
-Directives were given weeks before reserved date and all drivers were clueless for pick up and drop off locations.
-18 passenger vehicle A.C. didn't work. Even the driver was a sweaty mess. Even working under the hood outside the venue, bringing concerns to my guests. Handle to get in and out of the vehicle wasn't present, myself and the best man slipped getting in and out.
Tried manuevering the air vent for and it fell from the ceiling.
- 3rd vehicle arrived for pickup. Driver in jeans tshirt and sports jacket. Advised my planner to place my personals in the trunk and not the inside of the truck. My wedding belongings (CAKE, FOOD,PICTURES, FLUTES, SERVER SET, HONEYMOON FUND, etc.) HAVE YET to be returned. My planner has contacted Josh via text and phone all week. His replies were very disheartening even asking why I waited a week before asking for my belongings and he was not a delivery service. Rude and unprofessional on my opinion.

I definitely expected more from Apollo for my wedding. Not once did anyone call regarding my belongings left in their fleet. I assumed all vehicles are inspected at the emd of the drivers shifts. They did offer to deliver my items after multiple calls, even scheduled a time and date. I thought that was a nice gesture to correct the situation and bring all dealings to an end. NOT! I remained home ALL DAY. Not one knock on my door from a driver.

My experience was horrible and still awaiting on my items to be returned or hell I'll even come get them just provide a location.

Apollo's chariots was great to work with until I experienced an issue on my wedding day. Some of their staff very friendly and would respond to my emails and changes pretty quickly and were flexible up until a problem arose, then I did not hear back. The town care we had was great, had A/C in it, the driver was very professional and on time for both occasions...really great experience with her. On the other hand, the limo driver was 45 minutes late to pick me and my bridesmaids up and got us at 4:55pm and the ceremony was at 5:00pm. We were already frantic and come to find out that the AC was broken! you would think they would have swapped out the cars when the groomsmen had the same issue before us! Why would you pick up a bridal party with broken AC...check it before you drive!!! Especially with the price we paid for the limo. After our makeup sweated off and the guys sweated to death in their expensive suits, the radio wasn't working on the way to the reception venue. The limo was very outdated looking inside and the driver ran through stop signs and ran over curbs trying to get to the church...I give her credit for trying to get us there on time since she was late, but please get us there safely. It was an awful experience for all of us and very embarrassing to our bridal party.

The limo pictures on their website are deceiving!!! I hired this limo company for my wedding last month and it was the only COMPANY that I wasn't pleased with. On one entrance, the step was broken and we (the bridal party and I) were only able to enter from the other side. The handles inside the limo were either partially ripped off or gone completely. The AC was not working properly and we were sweating when we arrived at the venue. The leather seats were stripping and some of the black remnants landed on my husband’s white suit! They claimed that there would be unlimited sodas and other beverages, but there was only a few. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.I expected a much higher level of service from their company, and I was quite disappointed. However, they did arrive on time. Sadly, the manager refused to offer a refund or even provide something to make up for the disservice.

Our experience with this vendor was much below average. Our daughter got married on December 31st. First of all, the day of the wedding was incredibly busy for me being the Mother of the Bride...and there I was, getting a phone call from Apollos because my card was declined! I booked this back in the Spring and I am getting a phone call the day of the event for this?? Other vendors finalized payments 2 weeks prior to the wedding day, therefore, avoiding this. Also, the driver was mediocre. He called me to see how to get to Heathrow Country Club. We live in ND, wedding was in Orlando, FL and I had to give him directions. He was relying on iMaps through his phone. Again, I booked this back in the Spring...I expected the driver to know his way around. THEN, he go lost on the way to the church and the bride had 8 minutes to prepare before walking down the isle. We passed him on the way to the church and he was holding his phone by the steering wheel, again, relying on iMaps to get to the church. Driver sure acted like he didn't know his way around, like he had just been hired and moved in from somewhere else. The groomsmen had to get they iMaps and give him directions! For what we paid, I sure expected more professionalism and experience from this highly recommended vendor. I sent them a message and they also never responded back. Disappointed! No star earned

The absolute worst limo company I've ever seen! Our wedding was a Saturday. They over booked our timeline and then the day before they realized that and we paid for a second limo to come get the bridal party and take them to run their errands on the day of. The driver was on time to pick up the bride from the hotel but he had no idea where he was going next, making the bride have to find the address of all the stops on the spot and tell him where to go each time. They were suppose to send both limos as a 10 seater but they really sent a 6 seater, leaving not much space to put the dress. The limo driver had no idea and didnt inform the bridal party that there was a time limit on the limo and he had to come back in the middle of getting hair and makeup done to drop off the bridal party's stuff at the hair and makeup place.

The second limo that was suppose to pick up the ladies was 45 minutes late because it was "stuck in traffic." which we later found out, there was no traffic going that direction. And the grooms party never got picked up and taken to the ceremony venue because the driver was so late in picking up the bridal party. Thank god that one of the grooms party's friends happen to be at the lunch spot and was able to drive the guys to the ceremony so they wouldn't be late.

The kicker is at the end of the night, we had another limo from 9pm-12am to drive us around as an after party for the whole bridal party. We had to keep calling the limo company, and they told us that the limo was at the hotel. what? That limo finally showed up around 10:30pm. Just coming from another party and not equipped with the just married or champagne we had agreed to and paid for. It was actually dirty and had trash in it from the previous party that was in it before us. The locks and trunk even got stuck or didnt work correctly. She didnt know where going, and her GPS "wasnt working." Apollo openly refuses any kind of refund & immediately charged our card without agreement.
