Portia and Amber were great! Fair pricing, very responsive, and they were both so fun. I did a hair and makeup trial before my wedding and they listened to anything I wanted to change. My hair and makeup came out great the day of and lasted all night. Would definitely recommend! -

Portia and Amber are amazing! My entire bridal party looked stunning! My bridal makeup came out better than I could have imagined. It was very natural and did not look cakey at all. It sat well also and lasted the entire night. I felt and looked so beautiful. I would recommend Portia and Amber to anyone for their hair or makeup needs. -

Amber and Portia were amazing on my wedding day. They made me feel so comfortable and were really easy to communicate with. They also accommodated my schedule for the trial, which I really appreciated.
I don’t normally wear a lot of makeup, but I loved the airbrushed feel, Portia made it look natural while still making me feel elevated and confident. They both listened to my feedback and made adjustments so I felt completely like myself.
They also made my family feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me since getting ready with my mom and sisters was one of my favorite parts of the day.
My hair and makeup lasted all day and night, no touchups done in the photos. I would definitely recommend them to any bride! -

Would recommend them to anybody, they worked great with all my bridesmaids and had them laughing the whole time we were getting ready. They are truly the girls girls glam team and I knew I was in good hands. -

The AP beauty team did an amazing job at both my hair and makeup for my wedding. They made me feel so beautiful and glammed up on my big day! Portia and Amber are both also so easy to talk to and made all my bridesmaids feel super comfortable as they were getting their hair and makeup done. Highly recommend their services! -

I don't normally wear a lot of makeup, and on my wedding day I wanted to look very much like "me," but, you know, better. I also didn't want to spend tons and tons of money. I'm really glad I found Portia to do makeup for me and three of my bridesmaids. People told me all day how pretty I looked and I kept saying, "Thanks, it's the makeup!" All of us felt so pretty. She was also very communicative through the whole booking and trial process and was very flexible about changing a few things about my look between the trial and the event. Highly recommend! -

If you want one less thing to stress about as a bride look no further than AP Beauty. Portia was a godsend in the makeup department. Not only did she make my mom, aunt and MOH look gorgeous, she made my makeup a dream come true. I went into the day not entirely sure what I wanted with just a few inspo pictures and Portia made that come to life and more. My makeup stayed all day long. I sweat like crazy when I’m nervous and Portia’s makeup look didn’t budge. Myself and my mom (who knows my skin) were beyond impressed. I would recommend AP beauty for any makeup look you need. -

Wonderful!!
This team of women were amazing. They handled the stress with changes with my bridal party and going with us being a little unorganized. I think what did it the most for me is. They both have wonderful personalities.‘I felt so comfortable with them starting on my trial. Hair and make up came out perfect for me and my bridal party.! -

Portia and Amber went above and beyond for me! Portia did my makeup and she did not disappoint. I am very strict on how my makeup is done. I brought my makeup bag just in case, but nothing had to be corrected. She perfected not just myself but everyone else in the bridal party. Amber did my hair and omg my hair was amazing. She took her time and her hands were so gentle. Thank you both for making my day come true with your wonderful work! -

Both stylists were very educated in hair and makeup and had our entire group looking like super models! I’ve never felt so pretty. It was such a great experience. They are excellent at what they do. Also, they are just really nice ladies who made the process really pleasant and fun. If you are looking for hair/makeup, look no further. You won’t regret it. -

Amber & Portia were to say the least: wonderful! They were super professional from the initial contact with quick responses, super accommodating & checking in with me from time of booking to my wedding day. I was so very happy with my bridal look and how beautiful my bridesmaids and mom looked. Their execution was just what we all wanted. They also took their time getting us ready, did everything with such ease and made sure we were ready on time which helped so much with the wedding day jitters. They are exceptional hair and makeup artists and I strongly recommend their services. -

Daisy Sent on 09/02/2018My experience with AP Beauty was amazing! I needed hair and make done last minute. Luckily they had the date available for a test run and the day of. Hair and makeup was done efficiently! As I had my hair done, my mom had her makeup done and vise versa. The look was exactly what I asked for & lasted me all day and night (and my wedding was on July 7th, one of the hottest days of the year).

If she thought something didn't look right, she would change it instantly. I can tell she is very prideful of her work!! I had Amber and Portia for my bridal party’s hmu last july 2024 wedding. Prior to having them, I already had a trial from another artist and I can just tell you the difference. The first thing I noticed about A&P is that they actually listen to their customers, a contrary experience from the prior hmu I had a trial with who despite my preference to have an airbrush makeup, went ahead and did traditional. With AP, You show them your inspo pic and tell them your preference and they will do it. Second, they actually were on my budget. Their package for my pretty big party was not something that would break your bank. Last, me and my girls were really satisfied by their work and the result. My hmu lasted til after reception and the perfect look I was going for. They’re friendly and made me and my party felt amazing 😊 -

In preparation for my special day, I went back and forth with Portia and Amber by providing hair and make-up looks for each member of my bridal party. They knew their stuff and made great suggestions to help make my wedding day run smoothly.
I booked them for a hair and make-up trial the same day as my engagement photo shoot, and when I shared that with them, they both went the extra mile to make me feel glamorous. I definitely recommend AP Beauty for your hair and make-up needs. -
