    Our venue has Any Occasion as their preferred vendor and we see why! We rented tables, chairs, tableware, and a tent through them. Everything looked perfect on our wedding day. We appreciated Lester helping us figure out exactly what we needed.

    Fantastic!

    I needed table and chair linens and glassware for my reception. I found a beautiful selection at Any Occasion! Marlen was a pleasure to work with; she helped me pick my beautiful lavender table linens with a lace overlay - gorgeous! And all the wine and champagne glasses I needed were available. Great business! I would heartily recommend Any Occasion for your special event!

    Wow what can I say, this company was AH-MAZ-ING and I am still stunned at how they accommodated my needs so well in such a short period of time. I am an event planner for a company here in Houston and I was in dire need of a tent in two weeks for a last minute Christmas Party. Numbers are not my game and my attempt to measure the space of where the tents would be placed is very similar to watching a child eat cheerios for the very first time. Alas, I called Any Occasion and was able to schedule Lester to come over for a fee of $75. For those other planners that like to make things look pretty, sometimes have trouble counting and want to stick a tent in a crazy place.. this fee is WORTH EVERY PENNY. Lester measured very specifically and answered all my questions about the crazy tent placement (under trees, over deck and with a car the we couldn't move almost backed into it). At that time we finalized a floor plan and I easily ordered linens, chairs, heaters, tables and string lighting. Though all of this, I still had to stick to a budget, and it was very easy to go over the invoice with Lester to show me what items I could cut to meet my budget. On delivery day the tents were set up flawlessly and the crew who worked on them we very courteous and answered all the questions I had. Lester came by to check the tents and make sure I was satisfied before the event day.

    Overall, this was an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend to go with Any Occasion over any rental company out there.

    Any Occasion was integral to the success of our wedding. We had a backyard wedding with more than 200 people. They took a blank space and turned it into the dream wedding location. We used them for all of our rentals from tenting to chandeliers to tables and chairs. We worked with Mary and she was one of the best vendors I worked with during my wedding. She was so detail oriented and made sure that everything went exactly as we hoped. She was flexible as we changed plans, responded to weather and she literally thought of everything. I was so impressed with her and her team. The guys who set-up and took down the tent were incredibly professional and helpful. So many people at the wedding commented on how impressive the tent was. I highly recommend working with Any Occasion and specifically Mary if you can. She will make sure your event goes off flawlessly!

    Our wedding was on April 12, 2014 and we used Any Occasion Party Rental for our tables, chairs, dishware, and linens. This company did a fantastic job! They delivered all of the items on time and even helped us move some heavy objects around that they did not provide. Their team was very friendly and I really appreciated their professionalism during our special day!

    Any Occasion Party Rental provided the chiavarri chairs we wanted for my daughter's wedding. The chairs were delivered on time, in great condition. Any Occasion set them up (well worth the extra charge), and they picked them up on time. We feel we got a great product and great service for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

    they have great variety of items everything from silver ware, linen, to cake tables. they are very professional and friendly i would deifnitely use them again for any event i have in the future

    I used Any Occasions for my backyard wedding. They arrived on time and everything was perfect! They were so easy to work with. They allowed me to make changes a week in advance of my Wedding, which meant a lot. Price is reasonable. I will definetly use them again.

    We used Any Occasion for all the items needed for our wedding vow renewal ceremony. They showed up on time, provided quality equipment and were flexible in every aspect of the transaction. They [provide one stop shopping for everything including outdoor a/c units, sound system equipment, catering supplies and more! You can't do better you can only pay more!!

    They were so easy to work with and a great value. They had the best prices of all of the places that priced. I was able to take care of everything over the phone, I even made several changes leading up to the wedding, and it was all ready to pick up exactly as I ordered when I arrived.

    We walked in here with about 4 weeks left to go in a bit of a panic. The staff were friendly, helpful and the prices more than reasonable.

    We settled for some pipe and drape, 2 peacock candelarbras and a few other small bits to decorate our minimalist set-up.

    Not a problem with this vendor, everything on time, perfect condition and easy to set up!

    We only need a few candles/candlelabras for the church. They were very reasonalbly priced. Because the church had certain rules we had to actually pick them up-but they do have delivery. I had to change this the last minute, but they were very flexible and it reduced my priced. We did not have to bring anything back till the Monday after the wedding, which was nice. Everyone is very helpful. We went down there in person and talked to several people on the phone-all very pleasant. Would use again!

    We needed a few extra items right before the wedding and were able to find everything we needed with just a quick phone call. Changed the order a couple of times in the span of a few days.     Strange that the two bad reviews have very similar sounding stories and were written a day apart. Doesn't sound very real, especially when its so inconsistant with the other reviews.

    This place is great for rentals. We rented the white resin folding chairs and decor for our ceremony. They delivered promptly. A great experience overall!

    This is a really good place for any and everyone that is having a wedding o9r any type of event! This place will have you cutting your cost no matter where you are getting married. From the Linens, to the Stainless Steal Cake base, that many places over charge you on. I highly recommend this place, but the things you see online are the same things in the store, but I say go see it yourself and you will be amazed of all the stuff.

    This place was great! They have a huge selection of rental items. They had exactly what we needed for a very affordable price. They were great to work with. The service is great, and the employees are very nice. They are very flexible with you on pick up, drop off times of the rental items. I would recommend this place to anyone needing items for a wedding.

    We rented 100 chairs for our wedding and had them delivered to our venue. Lester was responsive and easy to work with. They set-up and broke down and we didn’t have any issues. They helped make our wedding day run nice and smooth.

    Brad was great to work with! Every little change we wanted to make, he responded quickly with the adjustments. We used them for our outside wedding in the Spring area, and rented tables/chairs/linens. Their 'Carmel Moire' linens were beautiful and shimmery, well worth the added price.

    When the forecast predicted rain and we had to scramble to rent a tent last minute, Brad we extremely helpful and called us immediately to set it up for us. Their staff day-of set up the large tent in 2 hours, were very friendly and even helped with some chair set-up.

    We rented vases from this company. All vases was in good shape except for one. We was able to swing it for the wedding. However, they did apologize for the mix up and refunded us for the vase. Thats great customer service. I would recommend this company.

    This vendor was very reasonably priced and helpful. One of the glass cups to hold tea lights for the candelabra broke during set up, but we had extras to make it work and they were very understanding. Tea lights are included. Highly recommend this company!

    Any Occasion Party Rentals handled all of the rentals for my April wedding. When I realized two days before the wedding that I had forgotten to order table linens, they were very friendly and accommodating in going through their inventory and helping to make sure my tables weren’t naked! Several of the tablecloths we received had dirt on them, though, and two of the glasses were chipped or cracked, but we were able to turn the cloths so it wasn’t terribly obvious and we had extra glasses. Overall, I was satisfied with their services.

    I needed a tent last minute for my wedding. Lester and the staff at Any Occasion were wonderfully helpful and courteous. Lester answered all my questions and helped me pick the best tent for the time of year, time of day, and weather conditions. I was pretty nervous about the big tent ruining the ambiance of my outdoor garden wedding, but the way they set it up incorporated the hedges and greenery in the courtyard space so it still felt open and garden-like. We also added bistro/cafe string lights and it looked great. Thank you!

    We had rented benches for our wedding ceremony and they were able to deliver them a few hours before the ceremony and was able to pick them up the same night, which was great. However, the ladies over the phone were very rude.. the only nice sales associate was Penne, who answered my call the first time around. If you are looking to work with them, I would highly suggest Penne!! If you need benches, I would definitely work with Any Occasion, because we couldn't find them from Aztec or any other party rental. Penne is great - she will email you and respond to you quickly. Thank you for helping us make our ceremony more complete!!

    Positives: The order was quick and easy. The delivery and pickup was prompt and professional. Even though we had a small order, they treated it as equally important.
    Negatives: After submitting the necessary forms, I never received a confirmation. After not receiving a response to my emails, I had to call and confirm everything the day before everything was supposed to be delivered. Also, the tables we received were very rough looking and damaged on the surface. We had planned a more simple, rustic look without tablecloths for our wedding afterparty, but had to go buy tablecloths to cover the ugly table surfaces as soon as they were delivered.

    When I would e-mail the salesrep, it would take a few days to get a response. So, I started calling to make changes or ask questions. The only thing is I never had the same salesrep. I guess they do this to keep you from having to wait on a specific person to respond. As we got closer to the date, I was able to get in touch with the same salesrep. The only otherthing I would say is that most of the time the salesrep wasn't very personable. The most personable, accomodating and easy to get in touch with person I worked with there was Mary, on the tent rental. The others, it just seemed that they weren't always patient with me.
    The delivery and pickup and quality of the rentals themselves was great!

    Go with another company!

    Lester is one of the wedding coordinators, absolute worst. Rude, unprofessional, will blow up and mock you for simple questions. She is on edge and waiting to snap. Someone please get her anger management classes or fire her so she can do a job where she doesn’t randomly belittle unassuming customers when they are excitedly planning a happy event.

    BE AWARE of Any Occasion Party Rental. I reserved chaffing dishes and skirting a month in advance for my mom's 60th. However, upon my cousin's arrival to pick up the items she was told there was no credit card on file and that my order was canceled. I had my email traffic with not one but two of their representatives providing this info. The serving dishes and skirting I requested was now no longer available. The only option I had was to accept whatever they had left. Which did not include skirting and chaffing dishes that I did not want. Since they do accept credit cards over the phone my cousin had to pay for the dishes with her card. Not only was my cousin inconvienced with the foolishness she also had to pay for the crap. I went to drop the dishes off this morning and of course asked what in the world happened to my order. I was immediately told by the reps after checking with them that they didn't get my email. Lizbeth Rios was very sure of herself because she checked her emails from Friday. She also said someone called to check on the order Friday and she told them the order was just a bid and she had no record of it being a credit card on file. I told her no one would have called Friday because I had taken care of this a month ago. And if you told them that I would have known Fri of their error. She dismissed me like I was the idiot. I of course pulled out my phone and showed her the email traffic from Nov. FINALLY she did a proper check and discovers the email. Then comes the apologies and we will refund the card that was paid. So not only did you lie to me that you didn't get the email and that someone called Friday to check on the order but now you refund my cousin's credit card after I have already given her cash for her inconvenience. I asked to speak with mgmt to recieve payment. Mgmt gave me BS about the company refund policy. Isn't it co policy to take care of your customer's order and get it right in the first place?
