Totally Perfect

Chef Cathy was amazing! She was so flexiable when setting up our tasting and when we were in contact the month before the funeral. She was very clear and honest about the types of feed people like at wedding. On the day of she was so great and got everything set up and made sure we had time to sit and eat. The food was perfect, Chef Cathy did an amzing job. She packs the bride and groom a to go box with a little of eveything we had and it was great 2 days later!

Delicious food and friendly staff

Chef Cathy prepared an incredible spread for our wedding. We had a taste test prior to selecting our menu and left “Thanksgiving Full”. Every single item was so good we had a hard time choosing. She was able to please both our Latin family side and Southern side. The only sad part was that we saw none of the leftover food. We opted out of our bride and groom take-away meals to provide for our vendors but we still had a lot of food leftover. That said, I’m sure with Cathy’s heart, she put the leftovers to good use. Thank you again!!

Wonderful food and exception staff

Chef Cathy and her staff were wonderful. Cathy helped us through the entire process of picking out the food, keeping me from ordering too many options, setting up the reception timeline so the reception would flow better and made sure we knew exactly was was to be expected from her staff. She was very professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and was always very helpful. The food she and her team provided was very good and we received lots of compliments on how attentive the serving staff was and how good the food was. Everyone loved the beef tip roast with sauce, the glazed carrots, the cranberry almond chicken, stuff shells and meatballs. The amount of food that was provided for the amount of money we paid per person was very reasonable. Cathy's staff made my my daughters wedding a wonderful success with tasty food. Thank you all for a great job!

Excellent Taco Bar

chef Cathy was accommodating from start to end. Food was plentiful and all delicious. Many many clean plates! We got pork and beef with the best corn casserole and black bean salad. Highly recommend working with Chef Cathy. Thank you for making our day stress free and making a delicious dinner for our guest.

Amazing experience

I hired Any Occasion Catering for my wedding reception. The food, service, and the bartender were all amazing. All my guest were very pleased. Also, Cathy and Tara were very responsive when I had questions or changes up till the last minute. Thank you again!

Simply Perfect

Ched Cathy and her team were amazing. From the first email I had with her to after was perfect easy and stress free! The food was amazing. We had many compliments on the prime rib and chicken and guests said it was some of the best wedding food they've had! Chef Cathy and her team were professional and just awesome. Would highly reccomend for anyone!!

Excellence in catering!

Food was FANTASTIC! We received sooo many compliments on the food! (Choose the roast beef...Delish!) We did 3 butler served hors' deveours of coconut shrimp, BBQ meatballs and sausage stuffed mushrooms during cocktail hour & 3 entrees of roast beef with gravy, parmesan crusted chicken and fettuccini alfredo, sides were a mashed potato bar, candied carrots, salad & yeast rolls! We also had 2 bartenders for the whole day! We were very happy with the whole experience from the first meeting to the cleanup at the wedding! Chef Cathy was great, the bartenders were a hoot, the servers and the overall service was great! I do a few contractor events at work each year and will be using them here forward for that as well! Great stuff!

Combat Veterans Christmas Gala

Chef Cathy and her staff arrived early and ready to set up. They were so professional in dress and offering to assist with my own dessert bar.

The food was hot and absolutely delicious. It's been a month since our event and our guest are still talking about our event and especially the food. When we set this years date our committee was ask to contract with Any Occasion Catering again.

Delicious food and professional staff

We planned our wedding from Pennsylvania, so we weren’t able to have a tasting, but Chef Cathy was really easy to work with. She suggested which appetizers and entrees would work best in our venue and fit with our overall picture of how the dinner should go. The waitstaff and bartender were very professional and gave the reception an elegant atmosphere. The food was all delicious; I made sure to have some of everything!

Catering service review

I have used this catering service on a couple of occasions at my model home and have always been totally pleased with the outcome.
The food always receives rave reviews and the service and professionalism displayed are always beyond reproach.
I plan to use them again when the need arises and enjoy referring them to others as well.

Great Experience with Any Occasion

Chef Cathy catered my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary party. Everyone was pleased with the quaility of the food, the presentation and Chef Cathy's professionalism. She was very easy to work with and also very accommodating with our requests. She offers a great variety of food and drink choices and has a very direct approach to planning and executing. I would definitely use her again for my catering needs and I highly recommend her.

You want amazing food for a great price go to any occasion catering!

Chef kathy is the best! She was prompt when it came to meeting, discussing the menu we wanted. She made the most amazing food that my guest were talking about for weeks! They even wanted recipes! I highly recommend her and her staff for any catering experience you need.

Amazing food/staff

Chef Cathy did an amazing job at my wedding, first she responded very well to emails with all my concerns and questions. She set up a tasting right away and my parents fell in love with her spunky personality and taste of food. She had a conversation with me the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in order and i never had to say a word during wedding day to the bartender (which she supplied) or the staff. They were on point. Gave us food first, made sure we were taken care of then feed my guests with 2nd's and 3rd's. Definitely someone i will recommend for a lifetime.

Honestly, that was everyone’s first reply today.
For years we have used local restaurants to cater but on a whim I decided to hire Cathy after a recommendation came from a friend for our Pastors appreciation lunch today.
I decided to go simple with the pan seared chicken, whipped potatoes and a salad. Honestly, for a church lunch I could not have picked better. Her meal was simple perfection.
I ordered a little more than I really need in hopes people would take a little home for an evening snack.
We had members going for seconds and thirds and instead of asking people to take a little home, they were begging to take home a plate.
I highly recommend Chef Cathy and I can promise, we will be using her more often.

We live in Pennsylvania so we were never able to taste test any of the food prior to our reception. Cathy was very friendly and extremely helpful and made everything so easy for us via the phone or internet. The food was delicious and received great reviews on the chicken marsala and vegetable lasagna. We relied solely on the reviews from the website and were very pleased that they were very true and accurate.

Chef Cathy and her crew were by far one of the most professional services we have ever encountered while we were planning our wedding. We had some difficulties working with some of the vendors or facilities, but with Chef Cathy everything was a breeze. The staff was quick and seamless with their duties. The food was absolutely fantastic; in gracious quantities without lacking in quality. Chef Cathy is detail oriented, friendly, and accommodating. Everything you could ask for in a Caterer for one of the biggest days in your life.

I found this catering service thru internet reviews. I was looking for kind of last minute catering for a UCF Peach Bowl party on New Years Day and Kathy absolutely came thru for us. The brunch food was beyond my expectation and was delivered promptly. My guests were impressed with the professionalism and everyone really enjoyed the great tastes, especially the French toast casserole. I am already planning my next party with Kathy.

Professionalism and pricing unparalleled. Guests very impressed with presentation and overall quality of food. Portions were more than enough. At conclusion of service, to ensure guests were accommodated, a hydration station was set up to last the remainder of the celebration.
Chef Cathy was reassuring and she delivered. We were more than satisfied with the service for such a monumental milestone for our beloved centenarian.
Would highly recommend this vendor. Hands down!!

This is not a review that is done quickly and without thought. Let's start with access and response. Chef Cathy returns your calls promptly and often answers herself, which is vital when you are trying to plan an event. Now imagine hearing one of the most friendliest voices, responding to your questions and sounding like she really wants your business. I know, rare, right? Now imagine being directed to a website and a delectable menu with costs listed, and being told..."If you want something different or modified, I'll make it happen." Now imagine deciding on a menu, answering logistics questions in a no muss, no fuss manner and the food being delivered on time to the second, without one mistake. Now finally, imagine your guests ooohing and aaahing over food you wish you knew how to cook and spending the evening with great food and great friends. That was my experience with Chef Cathy

My husband and I hired Chef Cathy’s “Any Occassion Catering” for our 10 Year Anniversary Party. Chef Cathy and her Staff were awesome. The food tasted yummy and I received many wonderful comments on how great it was and how nice they were. They were easy to work with, on time and I didn’t have to worry about any of the food preparation or clean up. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely use them again in the future. Chef Cathy catered my son's rehearsal dinner on 10/20/17 for over 50 people and did a fabulous job. It was an all inclusive event. She came and set up, passed appetizers, served the dinner and did the clean up and it was flawless. My husband and I did a food tasting in her shop and were very impressed. She served us the exact menu we planned for the rehearsal dinner and boy were we impressed. I had so many people comment on how delicious the food was for the evening. I must say that when the food was served, it was piping hot. That impressed me since she arrived at my home at 5:00 and we did not eat until after 7:00. What impressed me most about Chef Cathy was her willingness to please. It was all about the menu, our guests and the schedule. She stated to me several times that the time schedule was flexible and she would accommodate our schedule with the rehearsal at the church. I am so happy I found Chef Cathy and would use her services again in a heartbeat. She is very professional and an excellent chef. I'm looking forward to the next event I plan where I can use her services. Thank you Chef Cathy. :-)

Chef Cathy catered my son's wedding for me in October 2017. From the initial contact in February, till the day of the event, she answered all questions and concerns, and is meticulous and detail oriented. Cathy was extremely flexible to any changes, including me adding a third entree two weeks before the event. The day of the wedding was AMAZING! She coordinated with the DJ on the timeline, and she and her staff took care of everything seamlessly. What a relief that was, I was able to enjoy the day and leave all the details in her competent hands. The food was top notch, I had so many people asking me who the caterers were, and complimenting the food and service. I cannot express in words how pleased we were with Chef Cathy and her team, I highly recommend this caterer, and won't hesitate to use her again. She treated us like we were her family, and for that I am so grateful. Chef Cathy, THANK YOU for making my son and his wife's special day so important to you.

Chef Cathy was wonderful. Her priority was on making sure we were satisfied with our choices( which I changed a few times). The food was great. I highly recommend the eggplant parmigiana definitely a favorite with my guests. The salad was fresh and not overly dresses. Prime rib station was a crowd pleaser. I would absolutely recommend her and her team.

Cathy, did an outstanding job for our daughter's January 20th, 2017 wedding! From first email contact to the event, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Planning a wedding from a different country, 1500 miles away, has its difficulties, but she made this aspect so easy!

The food was excellent! Tasty, hot, aesthetically pleasing, absolutely perfect!

Cathy and her staff, wow! Friendly, engaging, willing, warm, everyone treated our guests amazingly! We had many, many compliments on it all!

I wouldn't in the least hesitate to recommend her. In fact, if you're looking for a very reasonably priced caterer, someone who pays attention to detail, who wants to please you, who provides excellent food and service, you need to call her.

So many of our wedding guests have complimented us on our buffet dinner!!! We knew they would enjoy it because we were blown away by the taste and hot food during the tasting. She really listened to what types of food we wanted to give us a combination of tastes to choose from. We had salmon and beef, so moist and tender. Father of the Bride couldn't stop with the compliments! Extremely good value for the price and she was helpful for suggesting two buffet stations because of our 136 guests.

I do not even know where to begin. Chef Kathy was an amazing asset to have. She is so flexible and seemed to be available by phone and/or email 24/7. When we discussed what we wanted for our menu she was all ears and attentive. Her questions were not only only point but extremely helpful and many times addressed things that we had not even thought of. Her professionalism is beyond compare. When we were discussing final head count, I did not include the vendors (I was very focused on my guest and it completely slipped my mind). About two days before my wedding we were speaking on the phone and the vendors came up and we discovered they had not been included. She said it was no problem and included them. When I asked what the additional cost would be (because I wanted to make sure she was properly compensated for her work), she refused any additional payment. During the cocktail hour and reception the food just kept coming. Every person that we have spoken with since our wedding has simply raved over the food and the special fruit tarts that she made for us. They say you will spend the most money on your wedding on the food. Outside our venue, this was correct, but it was worth every penny for her care, concern, and individual treatment. I could not have asked for more or been any happier with the service that we received. Should I ever need to cater an event again, I will certainly be calling Chef Kathy.

Chef Cathy is amazing! We have hired her to do our wedding coming up in 3 weeks and she has been so amazing to us. We went for our tasting a few months ago and we are going with the meat lasagna, chicken piccata, roasted green beans, potatoes and my fiancé and I were in heaven when we sampled it all. She is accommodating, polite and really makes you feel like you are hiring a friend. I recommend her to everyone and have complete faith that everyone will be swooning about our dinner at the wedding.

You won't find a better caterer! Chef Cathy was amazing! She made Chicken Piccata and Honey Ginger Pork Tenderloin for the wedding and I have never tasted better! We have hired Chef Cathy, of Any Occasion Catering, quite often for lunches at my work place, so I had no hesitation in requesting she cater my wedding knowing her level of professionalism, friendliness, variety of food choices, as well as delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. We selected a barbeque dinner for 60, and initially chose pulled pork and chicken. The Chef immediately suggested we vary our choices and offered chicken skewers even though the item wasn't on the menu. So, we chose the skewers in addition to the pulled pork and it came with three side dishes, rolls and a beverage choice! The delivery was re-confirmed the morning of our wedding, and the arrival was perfectly on time. We couldn't possibly finish all the food provided, and truly received compliments from everyone who attended our wedding. Chef Cathy helped make my wedding day enjoyable and stress-free!!

Chef Cathy's menu selection and food were excellent. We received many compliments on how delicious everything tasted. She was very careful to accommodate the specific guests' menu requests. The only critique I have is that it could have been done more discretely but overall the guests felt honored to have their requests be taken seriously. Chef Cathy provided excellent guidance for choosing the wedding menu, when I didn't have a clue about what to serve. I told her the budget and let her do the choosing for the size and time of day of the wedding. She arrived on time for set up the evening before, worked quickly and efficiently and made detailed notes about what was still needed for the reception next day. Day of wedding, she and her serving staffed arrived early and had everything set up, piping hot, and looking beautiful, right on time, down to serving the appetizers and the meal itself. Several of the guests commented on how good the food tasted and how elegant and beautiful the venue was set up and decorated. My husband, who is hard to please, said "Chef Cathy and her staff are real professionals, her quality of service was outstanding... I was impressed." After the reception was over, Cathy and her staff quickly cleaned up, wrapped up , took care of the leftover cake and table decorations and carried all the trash to dumpster, and even carried totes out to my car for me, which was a great help! The church kitchen was left immaculate and she was out the door in record time. Do not hesitate to call on Chef Cathy for your wedding reception needs...she can DO IT!

Chef Cathy was very professional, nice and super flexible with our menu. The appetizers were great and our food good. With 10 no shows, I was surprised and a little disappointed that there was no food left over. We had asked to keep any leftovers but was told there wasn't any? Other than that it was great.

Chef Cathy was friendly & flexible prior to my daughter’s wedding reception & served a delicious tasting. Overall the reception food was good, tho some items bland or over baked & the meat portions small compared to what we had sampled. The sliced beef was as tender & delicious as ever. All got eaten, except for some salad & rice, even tho the servers controlled portions by spooning food onto each guest’s plate. It made me glad we paid for 5 adults who didn’t come, or some would have gone hungry! We paid for 5 servers. Only 4 came. Apparently Cathy would have been the 5th, but she cut her finger earlier that week & chose not to come. By contract, they were to serve “a separate tray of apps for wedding party.” By the time I noticed they failed to do so, only 1 of 2 appetizers was left. Incidentally, if 1 app ran out so quickly, I suspect the portion allotted per person was scanty. We contracted for 2 separate buffet lines so our 130+ guests could be fed quickly. Her staff set up only 1. I objected, but Cathy only sent enough chafers for them to do a single line! So all were served at half the anticipated pace & the entire evening’s schedule delayed as a result. By contract the caterer should bus tables and clean up all areas utilized yet the venue owner had never seen her place left such a mess. She called them back from the parking lot to finish their cleanup. Even so, trash remained on tables & the cake cutting area was left a mess of crumbs. I emailed Cathy describing these issues & others I don’t have space to mention here, & requested a refund for the server who didn’t show. She apologized profusely for the way things went & mailed a refund for the 5th server plus an additional sum that amounted to about 2% of the total bill. I suppose this was meant to compensate for not meeting multiple terms of the contract.

Broken promise

When we did the tasting the food was amazing! My husband and I were so pleased. As all vendors say the bride and groom will have no time to eat, and this is so true. Chef Cathy promised us a to go box for the bride and groom and any leftover will not be thrown out. Well we went home hungry and had McDonald’s. Everyone said the food was good but coming from the married couple we wouldn’t know. If Cathy was there I think it may had been a better turn out, who knows.

I was really disappointed with how Chef Cathy treated us on the phone and with the lack of reply via email on follow up questions. Then for my baby shower there were no warmers for the food including for scrambled eggs which, I had asked about and received no reply. Overall I am sad with how this catering service turned out and do not recommend it.

Was not a big fan of this caterer , there was not enough food or alcohol for our guest. I found the owner to be rude when I got upset. We paid for an open bar and had no alcohol to service will an hr left to our event. Then she blamed me and told me I didn't inform her how much everybody was going to drink. I'm not a mind reader and I don't think I should have to know exactly how much everybody's going to drink when I pay for an open bar for a certain time. Everything from my event was perfect except for the catering. I would run and find another caterer . Good luck on your hunt
