We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Better Together for our wedding ceremony. From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtfully organized. The ceremony survey had great options to choose from and was very easy to customize to fit our style and preferences.
The team was incredibly responsive and followed up promptly with any questions we had along the way, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the day of our wedding, our officiant Erin arrived early to go over the ceremony documents and double-check that we had our marriage license in order (they offer license services too, but we had already taken care of ours). Erin was warm, professional, and made my husband feel especially at ease—which meant a lot to both of us.
The entire experience was wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend Better Together to any couple looking for a thoughtful, personalized, and well-executed wedding ceremony.

Felt like longtime friend
Anthony was so wonderful! He was recommended to us by our venue and we could not have been happier. We met with him the day before our wedding and he was very fun to chat with and easygoing. He calmed a lot of my nerves and the 3 of us had a great time! We had multiple guests ask us if he was a longtime friend of ours! The ceremony was perfect, and we would definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with Anthony. He made sure we were taken care of from the very start. We are so happy and thrilled with how the ceremony turned out. I could not give Anthony and his team at Better Together higher praise! Megan was responsive to all our requests and needs before the ceremony. Anthony brought a passion and enthusiasm to the actual ceremony that was beyond our expectations. He is very personable and made us feel at ease on our big day. A fairytale ceremony every bride wants
Choosing the the right officiant was important to me. I didn’t want my ceremony to be like any other ceremony. When we met Anthony for the first time we knew he was the one. Anthony was awesome! My husband and I met with him twice before our wedding and all of our guests said they thought we had known him for years because of how personal the ceremony felt! My husband loved him the first time we met! He was so funny and personable and he really knew what he was doing. The ceremony came out perfect with absolutely no complaints. Anthony couldn't make it to the rehearsal so he went out of his way to find someone who could not only attend the rehearsal but also help coordinate the ceremony at no extra cost! Erica was his assistant and she was absolutely fantastic! They both made my life so much easier. They handled everything and I would seriously recommend Anthony to anyone. I was really worried because a lot of my friends who have gotten married knew their officiant personally, but that wasn't a problem since it felt like I knew Anthony the first day I met him! Overall a complete 5/5 in every aspect!

Smooth and stress free
Working with BTM was a smooth process! We chose them as they were the preferred vendor through our venue, SoHo63. They gave us all the tools needed to put together our ceremony transcript and even had us fill out a questionnaire about ourselves so they could pair us with the best fit! Our first officiant was very nice and introduced himself, unfortunately something came up and he was no longer available for our wedding, but the change to our new officiant was smooth and stress free! We had Stephen Storto as our officiant and he was amazing. He met with us beforehand to get to know us and go over our vision for the ceremony. He let us know how the day of would go so our minds were at ease. We could not have asked for someone better! He delivered every aspect we requested: easy going, well spoken and added touches of humor. 10/10 would recommend Better Together Matrimonies for officiant services!

February Wedding at SoHo
When my now husband and I started planning our wedding, one thing we were worried about was finding an officiant. We knew we wanted someone laid back and relaxed since that’s who we are as people. After looking around for a while, I found Anthony. With so many reviews and kind words said about him specifically, we set up a time to meet with him. Meeting Anthony was an absolute blast. He was funny, relaxed, patient with our kid who joined the meeting, and understood what we were looking for in an officiant. We decided to book him after the meeting. On our wedding day, he was phenomenal. He must have written notes during our meeting because he included little tidbits about our lives that we didn’t include in our questionnaire. He was funny, compelling, and rolled with my husband’s and I comments during the ceremony. We got so many comments from our guests saying our ceremony was so us. And I thank Anthony for that.

Anthony was absolutely amazing! My husband and I wanted to have a short and sweet ceremony but still make it our own and personal, Anthony listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to achieve that. When we first met with him he instantly made us feel comfortable made us laugh and was able to give us many examples of things that we were looking for and even some new ideas. We wanted to make sure that we incorporated our kids into our ceremony and we had a very unique way to do that, he made sure that it went PERFECTLY. He was able to make everyone laugh during the ceremony at all the right places and made us feel at ease the whole day and day before. I was having a really hard time to find an officiant for our wedding that would work with our non-religious views, Anthony was hands down the best choice we could have made for our BIG DAY!!!

By FAR the best officiant out there!
Anthony Montana is by far the best officiant out there! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone. I have genuinely never heard my (now) husband ever talk so highly of someone, but he was so impressed by our officiant. He said he made him feel at ease before our ceremony started and that he made him feel confident and way less nervous. Anthony Montana made our entire ceremony. I am so happy he made my hubs so happy, but he also made me feel the same. He made our ceremony so personal and perfect. I had so many people compliment him after the ceremony (in fact throughout the entire reception and now a week later I still have people commenting on how amazing our officiant was). Even if you're a little nervous or hesitant since booking an officiant can be stressful -- I promise you, you will be over the moon happy if you have Anthony Montana lead your wedding. He is SO worth it! You'll be happy you did.

From the start of booking to the I do’s, Better Together was such a blessing to my husband and I. Ryan’s reading was BEAUTIFUL and literally so perfect for us. We found Anthony just a few weeks before the wedding as our previous officiant wasn't able to make it. We were super stressed out, but as soon as I messaged Anthony we were immediately put at ease. The process was really smooth and we were paired with Tom Stone to make the perfect officiant speech. We couldn't have been happier with the experience - everyone cried! Tom said the things we asked him to say and also added a few anecdotes from his own successful marriage. The whole ceremony was so sweet and genuine. I found Anthony in a desperate search for a bilingual officiant after finding out that our officiant had been double booked. From the first phone call to the day of, Anthony was extremely supportive and accommodating. From the start, Anthony walked me through the process and explained to me what he needed from us. He also attentively listened to my requests, one of them being to meet in person before booking him. He had no problem meeting us half way and going over everything in detail.
Although Anthony himself isn't bilingual, him and his partner made sure to capture everything we wanted incorporated in our ceremony and delivered it perfectly. We wanted a short, sweet, heart-felt yet fun ceremony that encompassed our personalities and Anthony put together the perfect script. My husband and I are both extremely glad to have found Anthony. We couldn't have found a better person to marry us.

We're so grateful to have been married by Steven Storto with Better Together Matrimonies! He was proactive and reached out to us a few months in advance of our ceremony. He provided a template with options. It was very straightforward in selecting which passages/phrases to read for which part of our ceremony. It also left room for our own customizations, which we did do. Steven reviewed it all together with a final meeting before our ceremony. Couldn’t have picked a better officiant!
My husband and I chose Anthony to be our officiant of our wedding back in September and he is...phenomenal! If you are looking for someone who is personable, funny, and down-to-earth, Anthony is the perfect fit. Following the ceremony, our family was asking if Anthony was a family friend of ours. The funny thing is, we had never met Anthony prior to our officiant search and due to Covid circumstances, we didn’t even have the chance to meet Anthony in-person until our big day. Melissa and I were absolutely thrilled with Anthony. From the moment we met him we knew he was our guy. Anthony is charismatic, thoughtful, and always has a smile on his face. He was a great speaker and told our story wonderfully. When we were completely stressed out, he helped us make our vows and the ceremony flowed seamlessly. We also gave him a script that he memorized and conveyed everything we wanted perfectly. Our Ceremony was beautiful!
We also hired Anthony because he mentioned that he had a bilingual interpreter, Margie Bravo. With her help, our ceremony was in English and in Spanish as she interpreted Anthony's words. She did wonderfully!

So happy we hired Anthony!
Me and my fiancé (now hubby) had agreed to interview a few officiants before we hired one. But as soon as we sat down with Anthony we knew he was the one! We loved his persona and can tell he loves his career in helping people get married and even offers counceling sessions for people to help stay married lol. So we put him to the test and he gave us a pre marital counceling session on the spot. After letting us vent to him he paid close attention (he seemed interested in what we had to get off our chests lol) and helped us come up with some ideas to better ourselves in these everyday life scenarios as a couple. We were convinced and hired him on the spot! The day of the wedding he had a beautiful presentation. The timing was perfect (not too long and boring)and had our audience’s attention drawn into us and we saw smiles which eased our spotlight to say our vows to each other. Anthony was wonderful!! We booked him 3 days before our wedding since our other officiant canceled on us 3 days before. Anthony met us in person that same evening and accommodated to everything we wanted. He had another wedding later that day and our wedding ceremony ran very late, but Anthony made it work and included everything we wanted in our ceremony!

Absolutely Gorgeous Ceremony
We had the opportunity to have Mr. Montana officiant our ceremony on our big day on March 21st 2025. We were able to personalize the script with Ms. Sydney and add some not so normal touches such as our favorite line from the original “Scary Movie” to the end of the ceremony. We decided on the sand part during the ceremony and we got to take a minute of silence for our loved ones that were there in spirit. Overall, it was a beautiful ceremony and we still get compliments to this day on how wonderful it was. We had a slight hiccup at the beginning with names, but we were able to laugh it off since things happen and move forward with ease. I thank Mr. Montana very much for making it personalized and fun, while also elegant and beautiful. Finally, he did answer all of my questions after the fact in a timely manner concerning the recording of the marriage license and helped take the stress away from that as well.

Anthony was amazing! He was very quickly able to get to know us, our style, and our humor to really connect and make our ceremony special and personal. He had great advice and was on point. He worked very well with our group and was even willing to work on his birthday to be there for us! I love that we have a copy of the ceremony in a word document so we always have the script. He is very well spoken and clear in his dictation. You will not have an issue making out his words/mumbling, sound, and he does not talk to fast. I let my husband do this part of the planning and he was so impressed with Anthony there were no other options to consider, once discovered. He customized our ceremony easily, without overwhelming us with too many options and he was passionate about his work. He takes his role seriously and understands he plays a part in making everything perfect. Our guests also had really good feedback/compliments for Anthony too. We never really thought about how challenging it could be to pick a wedding officiant until we were in the middle of the process. We want to save everyone the hassle of trying to guess how good the officiant they might choose is, and just have David (Davey) Singer officiate your wedding. We were so lucky we picked David; he was absolutely perfect. He was professional, timely, a great speaker, and just an overall great guy. He eased our nerves during both the rehearsal and ceremony, and after the wedding, we received so many positive comments from our guests about how he was able to balance the ceremony with emotion and light touches of humor.

The Perfect Councilor and Officiant
Picking Anthony to be our officiant was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My wife and I had talked about doing premarital counseling and decided that Anthony was the right fit when we heard about the SYMBIS program he offered. Anthony was full of positive energy and ideas during our premarital counseling and made it very easy to share personal details and make a true positive impact on our understanding of each other.
Leading up to the wedding, Anthony was always available when we had questions and full of resources and ideas, even when we were ironing out details for a knot tying ceremony in the closing days leading up to the wedding. During the actual ceremony, Anthony facilitated a heartfelt ceremony that was perfect. We overheard our photographer, who had been doing weddings for over 20 years, go up to him and say he was the best officiant he's ever seen. Do yourself a favor and hire Anthony as your officiant and premarital counselor, you will be thankful you did!

The greatest speaker

We could have not asked for a better person to marry us! Anthony was awesome and made our ceremony exactly the way we wanted – light hearted and with a bit of comic relief. Anthony took the time to meet us when looking for an officiant and help us with ideas of what we wanted our ceremony to consist of. In addition, he took the time out of his day to meet us for our rehearsal and run through a glimpse of the process a couple of times before the big day to ensure we were comfortable with the outline. On the big day, he was excellent and made us feel comfortable and less nervous as we went through the ceremony. Thank you so much Anthony for making our ceremony so rememberable and fun!!

Anthony is the best of the best
Words can’t describe how happy we are that we found Anthony.
We originally found another officiant,but when he got very sick and had to cancel all his weddings,he recommended Anthony to us, and boy are we glad he did!
We clicked with Anthony immediately when we first met with him. His warm,outgoing nature and his sense of humour made us feel welcome and comfortable. He took his time to talk to us and get to know us and our story. So when we came around to planning the ceremony with us, he very quickly tuned into what we wanted as well as giving us some great suggestions and advice.
Throughout the whole process,from planning, to rehearsal, to the day of, Anthony has been flexible, accessible and just truly a friend to us.
The ceremony was amazing! It was filled with words of wisdom,encouragement and humour,just like we wanted it to be. Many of our guests actually thought that Anthony was a long time friend of ours because the ceremony was so personal.

Anthony truly set the bar high, he is an amazing speaker and spoke without reading much at all and maintaining eye contact with my (now husband) and I during the entire ceremony. Our guests couldn't stop talking about him and were very pleased with his professionalism and creativity. Anthony made our ceremony feel one of a kind and we wouldn't have gone with anyone else! I am from Canada but my husband and I decided to have our wedding where our parents currently reside in Phoenix. We did not have any contacts in the area for any of our services so we took to online searches. I contacted a few different people that I thought could potentially marry us but Anthony was by far our favorite and we could not be more happy that we picked him. He always got back to us right away, he was extremely friendly and always professional. He did our vows exactly as we had requested and made the event light, fun and memorable. Last Minute Hero Pt. 2
As stated in a previous review, Anthony is a last minute hero! Our officiant was unsure if he would be able to officiate our wedding due to a medical emergency. He told us to come up with an alternative plan, just in case. Our coordinator called Anthony and asked him if he could be " on call " for SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. Anthony waited the entire week for our response and 48 hours before our wedding was able to step in for us! We quickly were able to get on the phone with him and felt as though he had been our friend for years. It never felt like he was second best, honestly, it worked out EVEN BETTER! He understood our vision and was so friendly. After our ceremony he even hung out with some family and talked. I had multiple great comments on how awesome Anthony was! Thank you Anthony for making our special day perfect. (I'm sorry you couldn't watch the Super Bowl!!!)

Our story is a little different than most. My father was diagnosed with aggressive Acute Myeloid Leukemia about a year before the date my husband and I planned to get married. As you can imagine, our life was turned upside down as the doctor's told us it would not be a favorable outcome and he was declining fast. In a whirl wind decision, my husband and I made an executive decision to get married to ensure my dad would be part of our special day.
Our small hospital wedding was intimate and, as you can imagine, incredibly emotional. My husband did some frantic research and stumbled upon Anthony and Better Together Matrimonies. We were instantly captivated by the glowing reviews and figured it was worth a shot.
Anthony surpassed every expectation that we had. From the initial conversations, to the actual ceremony, and afterward -- he went above and beyond for us. He made the process so simple, even letting us customize the vows for the special circumstance. We were touched by his ability to read the situation and be exactly who we needed him to be in such a hard time. His words were spoken with so much heart, almost as if we had known him for years. He made us feel like family. This is something we could never repay him for.
We will never forget Anthony and the compassion, professionalism, and just pure understanding he showed us and our situation. We would recommend him to anyone, any time, for any situation. I contacted better together matrimonies a few weeks before our wedding, and Tony was very responsive, and helpful at getting everything set up right away. For the wedding we had Ty be our officiant, and he was great! He helped us get our script just the way we wanted, and ended up adding some things to it to make it even better. Ty was early to the rehearsal, and the ceremony so we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was great working with everyone involved at this company, and I’m glad we chose them to officiate our wedding. Thank you!

Anthony “Tony” Montana did an absolute amazing job as our wedding officiant! The ceremony was truly my favorite part of the whole day, Anthony made sure to make it very special. He did a tremendous job at sharing our love story and took the time to get to know my husband and I before our wedding. He performed the ceremony very gracefully and was great about being sentimental while also giving our guests some great laughs! Truly an outstanding public speaker and the nicest guy! Anthony is an exceptional officiant. My wife and I were married by Anthony on January 14th, 2018 and we are more than happy with how our ceremony went. The first time I spoke with Anthony he was spending time with his family in Disneyland. He seemed genuinely excited and enthusiastic that we were interested in having him be part of our wedding. Throughout the course of our wedding planning Anthony was easy to communicate with and if there was ever a question or concern regarding ceremony details he was just a text message or phone call away. He has done an incredible job designing his ceremony planner and simplifies the process of creating the wedding ceremony that you envision in your mind. My wife and I met him for coffee a couple of weeks prior to the wedding and spoke with him about the final details. I got the impression that he would be able to accommodate just about any type of wedding ceremony that a couple would like to have. He is experienced with both religious and non-denominational weddings. He offered suggestions to us as well; such as, a thank you to the parents and grandparents of the bride and groom. He is able to do a unity candle or sand ceremony or any other additional ceremony extras that you would like to have included. In addition to all of this, Anthony projects his voice well and looks great in the ceremony photos. You can't go wrong by choosing Anthony. I'm certain that you and your loved one will be as happy as we are, with the services that he provides, on your special day.

Pastor Anthony was a blessing to our wedding. We told him what we were looking for as far as our wedding ceremony requests, he not only listened to what we wanted but he went above and beyond our expectations. Must Have at Your Wedding
Such a seamless process! Sydney, the executive admin, was super communicative and kind. Everything was tailored to our ceremony needs. Our script had a mix of English and Spanish and Better Together was super flexible with it. We had Brisia Sobarzo as our officiant, and she was spectacular. We are super lucky to have had her be a part of our rehearsal and ceremony. Thank you so much!!

So Thankful For Anthony
Better Together Matrimonies, Anthony Montoya deserves so much more than 5 stars. He is so passionate about what he does. We did the Symbis exercise and spent quite a bit of time prior to our wedding with him. It was really special as we got to talk things out and he got to learn about us as well. We would highly recommend a package that includes this service. Neither of us are religious but it was so nice to find someone who would be there in a way that could be impartial, experienced and make us feel more secure that in any "bad times" we could reach out to him and he would be there for us. We know we created a life long friend. Thank you!~

I was so happy by how Anthony and Joy the spanish interpreter connected comfortably with my husband and I as well as with my family. I loved the fact that he made time to wait for the most important guest which were my older children before starting the ceremony. I highly recommend both of them.

Everyone Loved Anthony!
Wow! Anthony did an amazing job as the officiant for our wedding. We talked with him over the phone once and the rest of our communications with Better Together Matrimonies was via email with one of his assistants. After the ceremony, we had people coming up us all night saying how great and funny he was and they would ask how long we've new Anthony because he spoke as if we have been close friends with him for a long time.
