I can't say enough about Jody and her staff. She took over the roll as Event Director and went over and above for our daughters wedding. From the time we met her until the very end she was always available to answer our questions and assist us when needed. The Venue speaks for itself. Beautiful!

The Perfect Wedding
I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Anthem country club. We decided to get married there about 2 months prior to our wedding, and they were so helpful in getting everything finalized and put together.
Lauren and the team all went above and beyond to answer my million questions & accommodate my family's million menu changes. By the time the weekend arrived, all my questions had been answered and all my nerves calmed.
We did both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Anthem and I have heard from everyone that is was the perfect wedding, venue and weekend. I am still getting compliments on how beautiful the setting was, how well the events flowed and how delicious the food was.
I would recommend Anthem Country Club & Lauren's amazing team 100%

Amazing, Friendly, and Professional!
My husband and I got married at the Ironwood Country Club on April 10th, 2021. Finding a venue during the fall of 2020 was not easy but when I found this one through Wedding Wire and first met Lauren Ogle I knew it was going to be perfect. I wanted an all outdoor wedding since AZ is so beautiful. I wanted space to host up to all 300 of my guests. And I wanted a beautiful mountainous scenery without the look of getting married on a golf course. This venue offered it all. Lauren was very responsive, friendly, and helpful when it came to all last minute questions before the big day and was very professional and kind during the whole experience! The food was amazing! The service from the team was fast and very accommodating! They were quick to flip the yard after the ceremony and did a great job hosting the event. The bartenders were friendly and service was fast! There is genuinely not one thing I could critique or complain about! The whole night is exactly what my husband and I were envision for our big day! HUGE thank you to Lauren Ogle and the friendly staff at Anthem Country Club who helped make our day a success! :)

The most perfect day!
Anthem country club and their team is absolutely amazing. Like many other couples, we had to change our plans due to covid. Our original venue was not accommodating with needing to change plans due to restrictions, so we decided to part ways with them and search for a new venue. I stumbled across anthem country club and am so happy I did.
Lauren and the team was absolutely AMAZING. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, the weather on the day of the wedding was less than ideal, and it started raining about 30 minutes before the ceremony was suppose to start. Lauren helped calm my nerves x1000 and worked her magic by moving the ceremony on the patio. We’re still getting compliments how quickly they were able to change things with the snap of a finger, and how beautiful it still was. They bent over backwards to accommodate all of our wants and needs. The setting was perfect and every detail was attended to. There wasn't a single thing I had to worry about, because they had everything covered long before I even had to think about it.
The team, venue, and picturesque views at anthem country club truly cannot be beat. All of our guests are still raving about it. I 110% recommend anthem country club to everyone, I truly could not have imagined a more perfect day!

The perfect day!
Lauren and the Anthem team made sure every detail of our wedding went amazing despite this wild year of changes! I will recommend this venue to all of our family and friends. It truly has a picturesque AZ backdrop for out of state guests and the best indoor/outdoor feel for a fall wedding. We decided to use both clubhouses for our rehearsal dinner and reception and I'm so glad we did! The Anthem friendors also exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so familiar with the venue which helped the day run smoothly and on time! I cannot thank Anthem Golf & Country Club enough for making my husband and I's dreams a reality on our wedding day.

Absolutely perfect!
This place bent over backwards to make our wedding happen in less than 2 weeks. Due to covid our original wedding venue did not work out, and honestly we are so glad that it didn’t! I was a frantic mess and contacted Lauren, the wedding coordinator. She is so wonderful! She turned our entire 2020 wedding experience into the perfect day that we imagined. She went above and beyond, working on her days off in order to make this happen for us. 110% recommend Anthem Country Club! I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect day. You will love the food and there are so many beautiful spots for photos. They hosted the best party. We were able to extend our reception to get in more dance time! We had a blast and we know that our guests did too.

We got married at the Ironwood clubhouse and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The team at anthem works alongside you to make sure that your wedding dreams come true. Perfect venue for our perfect day
My husband and I are so happy with out decision to have our wedding at Anthem. Their wedding packages made it much simpler for me to pick my vendors and all the details that made our wedding special to us. I was very happy with the way the head chef handled the meals of a few of our guests with dietary restrictions. He even personally came out to speak with them to make sure their needs were met. The entire staff was attentive and accommodating the whole day and we received countless compliments and praise from our guests about how perfect everything was. We truly couldn't be happier with our choice to get married at Anthem!!

Dream wedding
We choose anthem country club for our son and his new bride for their wedding. The Outside wedding ceremony at ironwood was breathtaking. The beautiful mountains as their backdrop was more then we could of asked for and the ballroom was elegant and the service was prompt and efficient. We worked very closely with Danielle who was informative and listened to what my son and his bride needed for their special day. She walked along side us every step of the way making this experience stress free. The reminder phone calls and emails were greatly appreciated. Danielle stayed on with us being our personal wedding attendant as well. We highly recommend this venue.

Anthem was an amazing venue for our wedding! Danielle and Kathy could not have been more helpful and genuinely nice people to work with. Apart from the venue having the most gorgeous views (and awesome saguaros!), they were also more than willing to work with us on any random, tricky requests (they got us a specific Portuguese wine we wanted) and full of useful tips and vendor recommendations. They helped guide us through the whole planning process and were always patient with our cluelessness at each stage in the planning. Working with them really felt like working with family, I couldn’t recommend them more wholeheartedly!

Wedding from a Moms point of view
Everything about the day exceeded expectations!! We did something a little different for the dinner. The bride and groom wanted “food stations” with their favorite food from that area!! American, Mexican, and Asian! This was something fairly new to the venue! At the tasting some things needed some tweaking!! After the Teaka were made, ALL of the food was fabulous! Everything was prepared fresh on site! Sometimes wedding food is just ok, they knocked it our of the park! During our final walk through, Lauren (events director) saw the brides vision and didn’t say no to anything we asked and made wonderful suggestions of things we didn’t think of!!! We received so many compliments from our guests about the ceremony backdrop, food, venue, service and staff. We extended the open bar 2 more hours and the prices were very fair. I would not hesitate to book this venue!!

Just amazing!
There is absolutely no other venue that can compare to Anthem Golf and Country Club! The views are phenomenal and the customer service from Kathy and Danielle are beyond exceptional! Danielle has helped me throughout my whole wedding planning experience and I am so grateful for her! Every question that I had was answered within minutes of sending an email, they were very flexible with whatever my husband and I wanted, and showed such professionalism. I had the wedding of my dreams and it was all because of Anthem. The food was just delicious and the organization of my wedding was off the charts. Choosing Ironwood Clubhouse was the best decision that my husband and I made and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

The Perfect Venue
Tyler and I were married just last month, and I can honestly say I am so grateful that I found a venue like Anthem Golf and Country Club. When we went there for the first time, we were in awe of how beautiful this place is. They have two venue options (both are great), but their main one is absolutely GORGEOUS! The ceremony spot has mountains that go for miles and miles. We met with Kathy for our tour and she is just as amazing as the view. She was not only willing to answer any questions we had, but gave us so many suggestions and helpful ideas. When we expressed our concern for the cost, she took the time aside to build a package specifically for us that included everything we envisioned for our day. She was our Fairy God Mother in our efforts of creating our happily ever after. Rest assured that we found the perfect venue, it was then time to plan the wedding. They provided us so many helpful worksheets and tools for us to succeed when planning our wedding. We then spoke with Danielle, who was just as great. Along with the mess of planning a wedding, Danielle was diligent in following up with me to confirm important details and schedule times to meet. We had the luxury of scheduling our 60 day meeting and our taste testing together, and Danielle was so kind and willing to help. She contributed fresh and popular ideas for decorations and was patient while Tyler and I made detailed decisions. When we explained again our concern of the price of the wedding to her, she was eager to offer decorations and utensils that they had on site. The day before the wedding (aka our wedding rehearsal day), I was given really difficult news. Heart broken and distraught, I called Danielle to cancel the wedding rehearsal, and she was so understanding. She was flexible, and adjusted her schedule the morning of the wedding to make sure she was there to help and direct. The day of the wedding was PERFECT. We thought our day was so magical, and all of our family was so complimentary. Every single person at the club was kind and willing to assist, from the gate keepers- to the staff serving us- to the club members cheering us on when we were getting ready to walk down the aisle. The food was amazing. We also used the cake company they recommend (Bamboo Bakery) and they were just as exceptional. Highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married! They were such a pleasure to plan with. We look forward to hosting any future events through them as well! Thank you Anthem Golf and Country Club!

We love Anthem Golf and Country Club!
Choosing to have our wedding at Anthem was the best choice we made. We cannot rave more about the support we received from everyone at Anthem, and especially Kathy and Danielle. Throughout our planning process, both Kathy and Danielle were attentive and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. Even before the wedding day, Anthem helped create fun experiences for not only us, but also our wedding party. My husband did the groom's golf outing, and had an amazing time. Lunch was included and the course was great. I did a pool day with my bridesmaids, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the amenities. On the day of our wedding, we couldn't have been happier. The setting was perfect and every detail was attended to. There was nothing that I had to worry about, because they had everything covered before I even thought of it. The ceremony site was beautiful, and the reception was more than I could have asked for. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and all the way through the reception, everything was amazing. Everyone at Anthem helped create such a smooth wedding experience for us, and our guests could not have had more fun. It honestly was the best night of our lives, and there is nothing I would have changed about the whole night. I would recommend Anthem as a wedding venue over and over again.

March Anthem Wedding
After looking all over Scottsdale, we landed on Anthem due to their pricing. The venue is beautiful, the service was great and the food was fantastic. Would give everything a 9.5/10 as there was only one thing that wasn't perfect. We went with one of the all inclusive packages which made things convenient. But, the one thing to be aware of is "everything included" comes with an warning; yes everything is included but every single vendor we met with tried pushing and up selling their next package. It was extremely difficult to keep the cost of the wedding what the originally advertised price was. This isn't directly Anthem's fault, but it would have been nice to know at the very start that the all inclusive package was the base package for each vendor. Danielle was very helpful and made our night smooth! Would recommend getting married here.

If we could give Anthem more than 5 stars we would! We had a perfect day! Everything and everyone was wonderful. It honestly could not have been better. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anthem Gave Us A Perfect Wedding Day!
Anthem Country Club was the perfect spot for our special day. They were so flexible and accommodating! Every detail was acknowledged and Danielle and Kathy made sure the whole event went without a hitch. The two even wore our wedding colors--not missing a detail. They were able to help us plan the whole event in less than 4 months and honored both our time and budget constraints. Our wedding was elegant and tasteful with the combination of the club's amenities and the natural beauty of the landscape surrounding the venue.
The vendors they use are AMAZING!!! Amanda Capello (photographer), Array Design (flowers), SKM (Gary Jenkins), and Bamboo Bakery took our vision and made it even more spectacular than we could have imagined. Our photographers went above and beyond just taking our photos by helping when little "day of" dilemmas happened and giving us a thoughtful wedding day gift. Our florist was incredible--Allison Edwards from Array Design made our flowers an elegant focal point of the ceremony. Our cake from Bamboo Bakery was so delicious and all of our guests still talk about how good the wedding cake tasted. Finally, our DJ Gary Jenkins with SKM was excellent! He organized the reception so well and coordinated the wedding events with the music exactly how we requested--our guests had an amazing time and absolutely loved the music. He incorporated Brazilian and American music for us since several guests and the groom are from Brazil--it was a really great touch that all of our guests enjoyed.

We planned a wedding in 2 months. Anthem Golf and Country club made it the easiest. They had it all. The bakery. The dj. The food. They set up everything for me. There was hardly anything to do when I got there, the day of. The ceremony and reception was held in one place, making it so easy too for guests. Many guests loved the food. The cake was awesome. Two people complimented the dj and how good he was too. Danielle and Kathy, I can’t thank you enough.

In just a 4 month engagement, we were amazed how well our wedding turned out. Every detail was just what we wanted and it was truly a night that we will never forget. Danielle & Kathy were so helpful and instrumental in making our wedding perfect, and I have so much confidence in their ability to put on a great wedding for any couple. From the venue, to the food, to the vendors they recommend, it was all so great. We were happy with the value of what we paid for, and even as things got a bit expensive as we went over 100 guests, it was still worth every bit.

We got married in February 2018 at the cafe at Ironwood at Anthem Country Club. We live in CT (I grew up in AZ), so we were planning our wedding from across the country, which would have been stressful, but Danielle and Kathy were AMAZINGLY helpful with the whole process, including on our wedding day!! Danielle really helped me make the little decisions and picture our big day without EVER putting pressure on us to do things a certain way or up-sell us, which was a huge sigh of relief for me. On the day of, she was great at calmly communicating exactly what was going on with our guests (ex: my father-in-law was running a bit late) and helping to make sure everything ran smoothly without ever adding extra stress for me. Our DJ even wanted to set up a bit differently than the Country Club was used to, and Danielle handled it so well and somehow made sure to appease everyone involved. Kathy is a pro! She's done this a million times and knows exactly how everything should run...she even got my husband and I a drink from the bar right when we sat down for dinner! Oh and the food was AMAZING!! I would recommend them to anyone, as it was such a great experience, both in planning and the day of our wedding! We were SO happy with Anthem Country Club for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

I cannot express in words how wonderful the wedding process was with Anthem Golf & Country Club. The venue itself is stunning- mountains in the background, pristine golf courses, luxurious clubhouse. We chose an all-inclusive package, then sprung for a couple of additional things that were important to us (i.e. open bar for the entire night and a second photographer). The packages are reasonable, and include everything that you could need, with reasonable pricing for upgrading services. The preferred vendor list includes seriously high quality vendors that have been working with the club for many, many years. In particular, the DJ, photographers, bakery, and florist were ALL vendors I had been looking at prior to booking. The food is SO GOOD. Aside from the wonderful venue, the most important thing about the process and my wedding day were Danielle and Kathy. These two are PROS at what they do. They are responsive, engaged, and fully invested in your wedding. They both went above and beyond. I had an especially wonderful experience with them. At the time of our signing, my (now) husband and I were told that the venue was working to buy chivari chairs, instead of renting them on an as-needed basis. They were planning to include them with our package. When we had our final meeting with the team, we were told that there were some obstacles in getting the chairs in time, so we would not have them for our wedding. We were bummed. Two days before the wedding, Kathy calls me and says "I'm about to make your day". She worked to make the purchase happen in time AND contracted a private driver to pick these chairs up to get them there before my wedding. THAT, my friends, is service. To sum it all up, there was not a single thing about my wedding that I would change. We really made the right choice in choosing Anthem as our venue. MANY MANY thanks to Kathy and Danielle, and the whole staff for making our wedding the most perfect day!

Not only is the value for the amazing views, service, food, and details the best we found in our search throughout the valley for a venue, but Kathy and Danielle, who manage and coordinate your event, go above and beyond to make sure your day runs as seamless as possible. We looked at numerous places around the valley to get married, but as soon as we visited Anthem we knew we had found the perfect location. We went with the very affordable all-inclusive package because it offered a DJ, florist, photographer, plated meals, full bar, and officiant. We were honestly blown away by each of our vendors. We hosted our wedding at the Ironwood clubhouse. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains for the ceremony backdrop. Our reception was an indoor/outdoor ceeemony on the patio. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to and by far the most gorgeous. Danielle and Kathy were a gem to work with and made sure we were kept in the loop the whole way through! I wish we could do it all over again

We used Jodi for flowers, bamboo for the cake, still life for photos and crazy shotz for our photo booth (which was really fun). Over all a great experience. My only feedback would be to have better prosecco. There are so many great value prosecco options out there.

We chose the Persimmon grass lawn for our ceremony and the Persimmon Patio for our reception and couldn't imagine a more perfect location for our Wedding. From the very first meeting with the team at the Anthem Country club to the day of the event it was easy and stress free this was in part because we used all of the recommended vendors. Cathy and Danielle went above and beyond to help with my special requests during the planning stages and even brought me a tray of snacks right before the ceremony because as most brides do I forgot to eat that day.
I highly recommend this gorgeous venue and will add that the price was well below what other venues of lesser quality charge.

We looked at several places... Then our last place was right here in our very own neighborhood and country club!!! The moment we stepped onto Kathys office I felt all stress melt away... They made our budget look like double the value. The food was fantastic, the decorations and linens were beautiful. We love the views. I live in Colorado but am from Arizona and I could not have been happier with our choice to get married in Arizona but more specifically at the Anthem Country Club! I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free experience on such a special day. From planning, providing ideas, offering feedback and being there for the ground-up, Kathy and Danielle's team were there. They offered additional decorations and props free of cost since they had a wedding convention later that day. It was not expected and it was SO nice of them to even offer. They worked altogether so perfect that you almost didn't realize how hard they were working in the backdrop as everything flowed seamlessly and I didn't have to worry or think about anything. I simply went from the dressing room with my wedding party where I enjoyed many happy moments with my wedding party and giggles over the champagne bucket to walking down the isle where the magic happened on the beautiful lawn of the Ironwood Club to the reception where a delicious lunch / cake display / table set-up was waiting for us. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable, stress-free and special day to my soulmate.

As my wife and I are both individuals whom love to plan in advance and are very detail-oriented, we performed an elaborate search throughout the Valley after our engagement for our ideal wedding venue. In our expansive search, we didn't come across any venues that 'checked all of our boxes' on our priority list until we toured and discovered all that Anthem Golf & Country Club bring to the table. It became an easy decision to book with them for us to host our family and close friends there for our special day as they not only had what we were looking for but were also more cost-effective than many other venues who provided less and had significantly more restrictions/hidden costs. Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were executed flawlessly which allowed us to savor the experience. Kathy and others worked diligently to make sure our plans were properly implemented, providing experienced insight to our vendors for placements, photography backdrops, etc.
We highly recommend working with Kathy and the team at Anthem Golf & Country Club as their experience, quality caliber of venue and overall value is unmatched!

We had a Sunday wedding which allowed us to be the only couple at the venue! It was very private and serene. There was no curfew so we were able to dance the night away!

I would like to take this time to express what wonderful service was provided from Anthem Country Club to Nick, I and our guest on our wedding day. You truly made our Wedding day memorable. I was nervous that morning, but once I got to the club it all went away. Thank you ladies! Kathy, Adriana, Dolce and the rest of the staff put me at ease and I had no worries. My husband and I were married at the Ironwood Clubhouse in mid-April 2015. Although I've lived in Arizona for over a decade, the beautiful mountain views and warmth of the desert never cease to amaze me.
The Ironwood Clubhouse ceremony space overlooks a beautiful mountain range and has a lush grassy lawn surrounded by the desert landscape - these are the exact reasons we chose it as our ceremony & reception venue.
Kathy & her team go above and beyond to ensure that you are provided for not only on the day of the wedding, but leading up to it during the planning process as well. Kathy is an expert and as a self-proclaimed OCD bride...it meant everything to have someone willing to reassure me and answer all of my questions.
Our guests raved about the setting and the food (we chose the buffet) all evening and we continue to get compliments. There is a type of service that the team at the Anthem Golf & Country Club give that cannot be surpassed and for that, my husband and I are so grateful.

My wedding was amazing, and this review is well overdue! ....but etiquette gives me a year right? ....I want to THANK Kathy Cuaderno and Anthem Golf & Country Club for an incredible wedding experience. I felt like the day was a dream come true!!! It was a summer wedding & was nervous about the heat, but the way the sun set and with the open sliding doors, we stayed cool! The windows had just been installed and I felt like it was for me. The Anthem Country Club was beautiful, my wedding backdrop had an incredible view and the ballroom was set just like I had planned with Kathy! I am so glad I used her vendors because it made my life easy. My Dad said they made it easy on his wallet too...LOL! I recommend this venue to ANYONE You will have fun working with Kathy!

We chose Anthem Country Club for our daughters's wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony was on the lawn in front of a group of trees. We hung a crystal chandelier in the trees and lined the aisle with flowers. The country club provides so many things you need, it made it easy for us to add our special personal touches. The grounds are so gorgeous! It must be a photographer's dream venue for wedding photographs! Our photos turned out so awesome! Kathy Cuaderno, the event director, came in the dressing room for the bride and bridesmaids before the wedding and showed the photographer a spot to take the most incredible photo of my daughter in her dress! The photographer would not have seen that spot on the window ledge. I really appreciated that! The reception was outdoors on the patio and the Country Club provided the meal. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our venue was and the food was delicious! I heard many of our guest went back for seconds. Kathy Cuaderno and her assistants were all so easy to work with and professional. They shared ideas used in the venue by others that was very helpful. They wanted my daughter and son in law's wedding to be special and we felt and saw that thoughout the planning and the wedding itself.

This is such a beautiful place to have a wedding at. The location is breath taking, and everyone enjoyed all of the accommodations. This was the best place we could have chosen to get married at. The service and structure was always on point. It was the greatest few months of our lives and it could not have been any easier or more efficiently ran. Thank you anthem country club and all staff that made that night the way it was.

This venue is an amazing place for anyone to have their wedding. The location is absolutely beautiful, the services provided through their all inclusive package were exceptional, and lastly, the main wedding coordinator Kathy, is in my experience one of the best to work with. Any venue can be great but the people is what makes the difference. Kathy was able to help me with all of my needs, she was very responsive and she solved every problem or issue that i had throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went as planned. I would recommend this place if you want a safe, reliable, and dedicated venue to make your wedding day great!

The whole experience with Anthem Country Club was amazing from the beginning to end. Every detail was seen to. The venue is beautiful, the staff professional, and the food delicious. As the mother of the bride, I expected questions and problems to handle. From the time I arrived to the very end everything went smoothly and as planned. I was a participant in the wedding not a solver of problems. The most heard comment from guests was "most epic wedding ever". My thanks to the staff of the Club for providing such an amazing experience.

The wedding my husband Mike and I had at the anthem country club was beyond amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything and anyone better! I loved my coordinators Marjean and Kathy Cuaderno, they were the best and I really got to build a relationship with them throughout my wedding planning. Your admiration for all your hard work definitely showed throughout the whole process of planning, you relieved us of our stress and made it a point to have no worries and that everything would be perfect, and it was beyond perfect! Anthem Country Club was the perfect venue for us. The clubhouse was so nice and the landscape is so stunning we just fell in love with it. All of our guests were raving about the beautiful mountain views. We booked a package with them and they took care of everything which was great since we were planning long distance. We didn't get to even taste the food before the wedding but were pleasantly surprised with how delicious it was! The catering staff was awesome too. We worked with Marjean who was incredible up to and on the big day. She attended to anything we needed even down to the littlest detail. I didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to just enjoy the day which was truly a blessing. I thought the value was great too, the other venues we looked at wanted the same amount of money for much less service.

We had a small wedding at the end of December - booked it in October and we were given the royal treatment. Even though we were having a small wedding they were still very accommodating. They made it all so easy for us. The food was great. The coordination was smooth and made our special day even better. I would recommend them to anyone - big or small event.

We can't say enough good things about Anthem Golf and Country Club. We planned our wedding from Canada with periodic visits throughout the year. The responsiveness and expertise were exceptional. We didn't have to worry about forgetting anything because the team at Anthem Golf and Country Club remembered everything, including details we loved but couldn't have thought of ourselves. The vendors they work with know the venue well and have great suggestions based on experience. The staff at Anthem Golf and Country Club are extremely professional and personable. The venue is phenomenal with gorgeous mountain views. We had so many comments from guests about the beauty and quality of the venue, the deliciousness of the food, and the smoothness and specialness of the ceremony. The staff at Anthem Golf and Country Club truly go above and beyond-- we knew our wedding would be special, but we didn't realize how much fun we would have!

We were very impressed with the service we received. Kathy worked with our budget to create a very memorable and enjoyable day. Our guests traveled from the mid-west to attend our wedding and we are sure they felt appreciated! This review is LONG overdue! Kathy Cuaderno & the Anthem team were FANTASTIC! We found ourselves in a desperate situation when our previous wedding venue closed their doors without notice only 5 weeks before we were to get married. It was a true blessing in disguise! They were able to make our date work, and they were very professional and a joy to work with! Kathy spent hours with us coordinating the details and showing us all our options...and always available for questions or concerns. They were very accommodating, flexible, and attentive to our special requests. Anthem has two wedding locations at their community. We were able to use the alternate location at the Persimmon Clubhouse and its spectacular outdoor lawn for the wedding and covered patio for the reception. On the day of our wedding, it ended up being one of the coldest days of the year. But it wasn't a problem for our coordinators Wendy and Kathy! They were on top of everything making sure we had numerous heating lamps and took special attention to ensure our guests were kept warm. Even before making the decision to keep it outside, they saw the forecast and checked in daily with us to review alterative indoor options if we wanted to move inside. The overall attention to detail impressed us and the food was amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests...some of which came from Chandler and said it was worth the trip! We set up hotel reservations at the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites (free shuttle). Everything worked out perfect! We even used them for our rehearsal dinner. The only regret we have is that we didn't go with Anthem from day one! I'm confident we would not have had the same first class service from our original venue. Kathy, Wendy and the Anthem team were amazing, fun, and made our day that much more special!! Anthem is truly a classy yet affordable venue. So do NOT rule out this North Phoenix location for your wedding venue, it really was one of the best decisions we've made!

Our daughter wanted a small (50 guests) but elegant event that included her and her groom's own personal touches. Kathy Cuaderno and Wendy and the whole Anthem staff made everything turn out just perfectly. Here it is months later and people are still talking about how nice the wedding was. It was almost effortless for us the day of the wedding as we felt confident that all was being taken care of.

I don't know how many venues I looked at before I found Anthem Golf & Country Club but once we met with Kathy, I knew this might be the one. I was drawn to Kathy. After I booked Anthem, we were introduced to Wendy. Wendy worked our wedding and She went over and beyond to make sure it was perfect..I can't believe how much work they put in and do on wedding day. She helped out so much with taking us out for pictures, holding my dress, my bouquet, anything I needed she was there. She made our wedding day perfect. The catering staff was amazing as well..All of my guest loved the food. Anthem may be a little out of the city but it is worth it .I'm so glad we chose them, I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else but Anthem. Thanks again Kathy and Wendy for making our day magical!

Kathy, Jessica, and Adriana were all so wonderful! Jessica was the person we worked with most and she took care of every little detail from start to finish. She was there the entire day (and night) of the wedding along with Adriana to make sure everything went perfectly as planned. They somehow managed to be everywhere at once! Not to mention the venue is breathtaking and the food was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Anthem Golf & Country Club to any bride.

Working with Kathy sure made my life easier, I was the laid back bride to be who needed some help and since my family is all out of state where I'm from, she sure helped me a ton! The site itself is just stunning, I had many out of state guests who had never been to AZ and were amazed at all the sites, and the clubhouse itself was very elegant. It was nice to do the ceremony outside and then go to the clubhouse for reception. The outdoor patio area was enjoyed by all. It was very hot out but I didn't hear any complaints about it and everyone enjoyed our delicious food. Besides Kathy, the staff there on the day of our wedding were very nice to us and kept us up with timelines and helped set up things that I ran out of time setting up. I loved the locker room area that I got ready in. Everyone felt comfortable locking up their purses and not having to carry things around. Our pictures from here are truly beautiful and everyone comments on them or asks where I went because they are impressed.

The Venue was Beautiful. All the staff was amazing. Cathy, Adriana, and Julie made my day run without a hitch. In our search for the venue, we used weddingwire and relied on these reviews to make our decision. The venue was located in a quiet and clean golf course with a beautiful mountain background. We did an all-inclusive package deal and only had to add a few additional items (upgraded alcohol, canopy, and drapes) to have the wedding of our dreams. After the initial meeting with Kathy, we knew that her experience, professionalism, and ability to accommodate would make our wedding perfect. We decided to have our reception on their patio area so that we can have both an indoor/outdoor experience. However, we decided to move the reception into their ballroom a few weeks later. Kathy worked her magic to help us change the reception location even after a different party had already arranged to have the ballroom. Danielle was on maternity leave when we booked with Anthem. After she returned, she helped manage the wedding and did a fabulous job of recommending and coordinating details for our wedding. Their preferred vendor list was exceptional and we can see why Anthem likes working with them because they all did an amazing job for us. We used SKM Entertainment for our DJ, Flowers by Jodi, Stilllife studios for our photographer, and Bamboo Bakery for our cake. Anthem's food was delicious on our food tasting day, but it was even better on the day of the wedding! Our guests gave us many compliments for the quality of the food. Overall, the package deal was worth it because we had exactly 100 guests. We highly recommend! Many thanks to Kathy and Danielle for helping us plan a day we will never forget.

My Wedding in Anthem was AMAZING!!! I was the first person to have a bigger wedding in my family, Kathy and Danielle made it so easy. Kathy went above and beyond providing me 10 different proposals to make sure that I knew each and every option available for my special night. With this being my first wedding I had ALOT of questions, I cant begin to tell you how thankful I was to have Danielle and Kathy there to answer every question. My wedding was Bilingual, Anthem went out of their way to make sure they had all Bilingual staff on duty, menus printed in both English & Spanish, they hired a Bilingual DJ and Officiate. This really demonstrated a willingness to assist and go above and beyond for my husband and I. Anthem Country Club uses nothing but the BEST vendors, I choose Still Life Photography, Valley Mix Entertainment, Bamboo Bakery, and Kay's flowers of Anthem. I have such positive things to say about every vendor used: compliments about Oscar's DJ skills and ability to keep the party alive, Still Life true eye for natural beauty, Kay's flexibility and constant communication, and Bamboo Bakery's amazing cake flavor choices and quality. I would highly recommend Anthem to EVERYONE!! My husband and I wanted a place that was still in the north phoenix area to avoid having to have people drive to Gilbert or Mesa where most venues are located, we wanted that nice outdoor feel which is exactly what Anthem's Patio area provides, and most importantly we wanted to make sure everything was enjoying themselves and never went with out,Anthem's servers were great! If I were to seek any opportunity that Anthem had it would be to make sure you fully understand the details and cost behind all the décor items you are wanting as well as additional alcohol cost in addition to décor items you bring, you are responsible for putting up and taking down the day of the wedding unless purchased through Anthem. I would 100% recommend Anthem!! Thank you again for making my day so special!

I am extremely happy with the Anthem Country Club staff. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff here was amazing. After a horrible experience with Sassi, we decided to move our venue to Anthem. I am SO SO glad we did. Kathy and the rest of the staff are true professionals...they were responsive to every need and request we had. \r\n\r\nBecause our wedding occurred during the busy holiday season, I requested that the Anthem staff take down some of the decorations (because it didn\'t match my color scheme). They were more than happy to do so and went out of their way to take down decorations. The staff meticulously went through all the details of the wedding and were prepared for EVERYTHING. My dress got seriously wrinkled during the photo shoot prior to the ceremony. The staff at Anthem went out of their way to bring a STEAMER and ironed out all my wrinkles for me! Now thats service and going above and beyond!\r\n\r\nAll in all, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone looking for a BEAUTIFUL and scenic venue to really consider Anthem!

The perfect venue.
We were devastated when our original wedding venue cancelled all weddings due to Covid. We were scrambling and wanting to keep our same date. My husband found anthem golf and country club, and they replied so quickly that they were available and things were honestly smooth sailing ever since.
We were SO lucky we ended up at this venue. It was a blessing in disguise. The venue/country club itself is gorgeous and the entire place has such a "wedding" feel. We worked with Lauren throughout most of our time with the venue, and she was so friendly and helpful and kind.
Pricing was fair, options were endless, and guests raved about the venue and the food. We feel so grateful we ended up at Anthem Golf and Country club.
If you select this venue, you won't be disappointed. A wedding is one of the most (if not the most) important day of your life, and it felt so great to be in such amazing hands throughout the entire experience.

Kathy and Danielle were top notch! I couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Anthem Country Club. We chose to go with an all inclusive package which made things super easy--from flowers to photographers and upgrading small things here and there, the selection process was a breeze. I chose Anthem because of the beautiful mountain scenery and the great indoor bar, but it ended up being SO much better with the help of Kathy and Danielle. Danielle was extremely quick to respond to all the questions I had and was very helpful at creating the wedding of our dreams! Day of, Kathy and Danielle went above and beyond what I have ever thought and the staff was great. Our night was the best, ever!

We are so grateful to have had the experience to be at Anthem Golf and Country Club for our special day! The venue and grounds was beautiful and made our photos even more perfect. We cannot thank Danielle enough for always responding to our communications right away, assisting with the millions of questions we had, and being there for every step of the way prior to and on the day of our wedding. We highly recommend Anthem Golf & Country Club for anyone's special day, well worth it!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The setting was everything we hoped for and then some. We had so many compliments on the venue itself and the location. Kathy and Danielle, the coordinators, were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. We are happy we chose to have our wedding at the Anthem Country Club! :)

We wanted an outdoor wedding in July!! The moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was perfect! The outdoor garden space had gorgeous views and the grass area located near the golf course and pool provided a nice coolness...even in July! Budget was important to us and Kathy worked with us diligently to provide an absolutely gorgeous evening and keep costs down. Many of our guests said it was the best food and most beautiful wedding venue they had seen! I highly recommend Ironwood Anthem Country Club!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our wedding, it was far greater than I ever imagined. The Anthem Country Club was the first venue we looked at, and we knew then that there was no need to continue our search. I would recommend this venue to any couple!

We got married at this venue last weekend. This was such a beautiful venue fore a wedding. The food was fabulous and Kathy and Danielle were very helpful. I highly recommend the Anthem Golf and Country Club.
User483049 Sent on 01/10/2011I am extremely happy with the Anthem Country Club staff. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff here was amazing. After a horrible experience with Sassi, we decided to move our venue to Anthem. I am SO SO glad we did. Kathy and the rest of the staff are true professionals...they were responsive to every need and request we had. \r\n\r\nBecause our wedding occurred during the busy holiday season, I requested that the Anthem staff take down some of the decorations (because it didn\'t match my color scheme). They were more than happy to do so and went out of their way to take down decorations. The staff meticulously went through all the details of the wedding and were prepared for EVERYTHING. My dress got seriously wrinkled during the photo shoot prior to the ceremony. The staff at Anthem went out of their way to bring a STEAMER and ironed out all my wrinkles for me! Now thats service and going above and beyond!\r\n\r\nAll in all, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone looking for a BEAUTIFUL and scenic venue to really consider Anthem!
