Personal, Beautiful, Unique Favors

My wife, Caitlyn won a giveaway from Antea earlier this year. As part of the giveaway, Antea personalized a wine glass for every one of our guests! All we had to do was provide Antea with a list of our guest's names ahead of time and she did the rest!

On the day of the wedding, Antea arrived and set up for cocktail hour with 95% of the glasses already personalized. Antea did the remaining glasses on site, providing a one of a kind, personalized experience for our guests. Antea helped hand out the glasses to our guests.

We had numerous compliments and positive remarks on the unique favor that we were able to provide thanks to Antea's generosity! We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to host her and look forward to adding more unique items from her collection to our house!

Perfection

Even before getting engaged I had loved Antea’s custom designs. All seasons I have Antea’s decorations over my house. So when it came time for my wedding there was no doubt I had to go with Antea. She is so easy to work with and an amazing human in general. Her signs were the perfect addition to our wedding! We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for being a part of our day !

The Best!!

Absolute pleasure to work with! Antea made us a custom sign for our wedding that we then saved and hung in our house. Along with some detailed decor and a seating chart. We got married September 6, 2020. Like many 2020 brides there was a lot of uncertainty and anxiety leading up to our wedding day. Not knowing if it would go on or not. Antea was supportive and flexible with us during this time. Thankfully everything went on as originally planned and all our items through antea were stunning! We received many compliments on our seating chart! Highly recommend!!

Antea is a dream to work with!

We could not have been happier working with Antea Amoroso! Antea is a true professional but also just a wonderful person! Her positive attitude is infectious! She did all of our signage, card box, and seating chart. We received so many compliments on every detail (big and small) of our wedding. Planning a wedding, especially during COVID, is not always easy. Antea was such a professional, always kept in touch, and was able to adjust to any and all changes we encountered. We could not recommend working with Antea for your wedding enough!

Hire her immediately!

I have loved Antea's work for many moons. She has done many of my friend's weddings and has never disappointed. I knew as soon as I saw her work I wanted to incorporate her into my wedding team. '

I won't lie, initially I was a bit worried because the vast majority of Antea's portfolio is a very rustic charm feel and that wasn't the vision I was going for. After our initial meeting, I knew she could bring my ideas to life! We had requested all acrylic with pops of hot pink and lots of glitter - Antea didn't disappoint!

Antea and her staff answered our many questions through out the planning process without hesitation, created the most beautiful signage that exceeded our expectations and was completely affordable!! I would HIGHLY recommend her for all your event needs!

Antea's Designs are Beautiful!

Antea created the most beautiful signage for my wedding! I was so impressed with her natural talent for calligraphy. I had seen Antea's work at 2 of my friends' weddings and I knew immediately I had to book her for my own wedding. Antea created a seating chart, a welcome sign, table numbers, social media signage, signature drink signage, chair signs, and menus for my wedding. Every single piece came out amazing and helped to create the beautiful wedding I had been envisioning for my entire life! You can tell that Antea is very passionate and caring for her work as it is visible in her final product! Antea was so sweet, easy, and flexible to work with. In addition, she had so many options to choose from when picking out what you wanted to incorporate into your wedding! I could not recommend booking Antea enough for your wedding, you will be so happy you did! Thank you Antea for creating such beautiful masterpieces for my big day, you are incredible!

An attentive and creative designer with a wonderful eye for detail

Antea Amoroso went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding (at The Barn at Gibbet Hill in July 2018). When I first saw examples of her signage and calligraphy online, I was blown away with both the beauty of the piece and the elegance of the lettering. I scheduled a meeting with her at her location in Reading, and I promise you haven’t ever walked into a shop as gorgeous as hers (it’s like a real-life Pinterest board). When I arrived, I felt like I just wanted to buy everything that I laid my eyes on, and as it turned out most of what I wanted was included in the wedding package that I chose! Upon our initial consultation I chose what items I believed I would need for the event; these ended up changing slightly (i.e., I originally I had asked for a seating chart but ended up changing that to escort cards, and I did not end up needing the table numbers (as the venue had ones we liked) like I had anticipated). Antea was great about editing the order, even though she only knew about the revisions a few weeks before my wedding. Since the changes that I needed to make caused my order to cost less than I had originally paid for my package, she offered to decorate our escort card table with rustic crates and lanterns and to make us a custom sign that would be displayed at the wedding but that we would be able to keep (and were also was able to choose the wording for). We currently have that sign displayed in our foyer and it is a piece that I see us using for a long time to come. Her work was all incredibly beautiful, and I felt that she was able to capture exactly the image that we had in mind. She is an incredibly talented designer as well as calligrapher and you will not regret choosing her for your event!

Antea made all of the custom signs for our October 2017 wedding, and they came out AWESOME! She is so creative and easy to work with, and we got so many compliments on our signs! We were able to rent everything, and return them to her after our wedding, which made the costs decrease significantly! We would work with Antea again in a heartbeat... definitely consider her!

Antea did a few signs for my wedding including a large seating chart on a mirror. Every sign came out so perfect!! She brought everything to my venue and picked it all up the next day, which took a lot of stress off trying to figure out transportation for the items. I would 100% recommend her services! I couldn’t have been happier.

Antea’s design and taste was exactly what we were looking for. there is so much flexibility in her offerings and we were even able to customize some of the wording we wanted and provide some of our own pieces for her to write on. Antea helped bring my vision to life better then I could’ve imagined. There is an easiness in her business model as she even offers the service to drop off and pick up all decor along with stage the venue. Because if her professionalism and knowledge of a magnitude of venues, allows Antea to be versatile and the perfect choice for any bride!

Let me jus tell you that if you are not hiring Antea to assist you in your wedding planning and decor, then you are doing it alllll wrong! We hired Antea to help us with the wedding shower, rehearsal and wedding. All of these events were very different as I did not want the events to compete with each other. She was able to pull off my Tuscan/lemon themed bridal shower, our casual but cute rehearsal dinner and our glamorous, glitzy and perhaps "over-the-top" wedding! Her talents are so diverse and she had amazing suggestions and ideas. Everything from the calligraphy on the envelops and escort cards to the decor rentals were fabulous. Not only is she an outstanding event planner, she is a sweetheart too!! She was so accommodating and allowed us to drop of many personal items at her shop for her to bring to my events. When my venue demanded I get everything out of the room by the end of the wedding she came to the rescue and was happy to pick up my items (and hers). I would hire Antea a hundred times over again (and I know I will for future events)!

Antea was amazing to work with! I stumbled upon her shop while on Instagram. I stopped by to see the shop and from the moment I walked in I instantly fell in love with all of the rustic decor! All of her decor is absolutely beautiful and she has so many options to choose from. From the first meeting up until the day before my wedding Antea was so accommodating and responsive. She even gave us ideas of what to add to make the decor even for beautiful. For example we wanted a wood program sign and find your seat chart. She added white flowers and leaves on both items and it looked even more beautiful! She also made a wood guest book sign with the lyrics to our first dance song on it. If you love rustic decor and beautifully written script I highly recommend stopping by her shop!

Oh my gosh, Antea is such a doll! Not only that, but she is beyond talented, accommodating, and was open to my rather left-of-center idea to write directly on some old books that were part of our centerpieces for our Friday the 13th wedding. I cannot recommend Antea enough; her shop is gorgeous, she is such a sweetheart, and her prices are super reasonable. The girl will write on anything! So if you are in need of a calligrapher go and see her! :)

Working with Antea was absolutely wonderful!! She did some custom signs for my wedding (bible verses from Song of Solomon), a beautiful welcome sign, perfect custom signs for our sweetheart table, my table numbers, card box and sign, instagram sign, and even some custom writing on a wooden heart that a friend made for me! She is SO SWEET and SO WONDERFUL to work with. If you want custom decorating, I CAN NOT recommend her enough!! She was so accommodating and made all my wedding ideas a reality. Her work is beautiful and her prices are super reasonable. I have 3 of her signs hanging on the walls in my condo right now! :)

Brides are asked to make so many decisions on their wedding day, and when we decided that we wanted to have signs and calligraphy throughout our venue on our wedding day - Antea was our obvious, and only choice. Not only is she an absolute dream of a person to work with, she is BEYOND talented at what she does. Her shop in Reading MA is beautiful - and the variety of work to choose from (and rent!) is incredible. Rarely do guests notice small details that you put into your day - but the signs and decorations that were placed throughout our venue were noticed by ALL of our guests - so many commenting on how beautiful they were, how they pulled together our rooms, and how fun it was to take pictures of them. We actually rented several of the signs and decorations, but also had her create two framed canvas prints for us to keep after the wedding and they are truly two pieces from our day that we'll have and love forever. I've sent her to several of our recently engaged friends, and each are beyond excited to begin working with her. Her prices are SO reasonable, her demeanor is so kind and professional and we are so happy we found her for our wedding day!

I couldn't be happier with Antea and her work at my wedding! She took over all the small details that I had almost overlooked and were driving me crazy. I didn't want to buy all kinds of things only to be stuck with them after the wedding. Antea's business was perfect for this. She was so professional and understood my vision right away! Everything looked perfect the day of the wedding and guests loved it all, especially our seating chart! I couldn't recommend Antea Amoroso Design more. She will take a lot of stress off your shoulders while creating some beautiful areas at your wedding! In addition, I was on a budget and seeing her work and shop, I assumed I couldn't afford her...that wasn't true! She's quite affordable and will definitely work with your budget!

Antea is nothing short of amazing! She took my visions and ideas and turned my wedding venue into more than I could have imagined. She is extremely talented at everything she does. All of the small details really made my wedding stunning. I am still getting compliments on how gorgeous everything was. My wedding photographer was so impressed with her work, she submitted us to The Knott Magazine for an upcoming issue. Using Antea's services was beyond worth it. Antea Amoroso Design was amazing! She did the wedding signage for my wedding and I absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I wanted. My colors were black, white, and gold so I decided to have chalkboard signs with gold frames to incorporate all of my wedding colors. I would highly recommend Antea if you are looking for something different, yet elegant, classy, and a bit rustic :)

All of those little touches, extras, signs, finishes (you name it) you see on that staged, or perfect Pinterest wedding. Well she can do it! Antea was the best vendor we had! She made our wedding picture perfect! Not only is is great to work with but she brings all of your ideas to life... And beyond! Her creativity, attention to detail and ideas made our large wedding magical. My family and I are pretty crafty and at the beginning we thought we would be able to accomplish all of the details our self. Well I was wrong! We would have never been able to make, set up, or design what she did! I can not recommend her enough! She creates wedding magic, that every bride should should have.

Antea did an amazing job for my October wedding at the Fairmont Copley in Boston. From table numbers, memory table, bar signs, and a gorgeous display of a mirror sign introducing our wedding party. I would highly recommend her for your events and suggest having her to the setup and pickup just to make a bride's life easier.

We used Antea to help us with decor for our wedding and rented several items from her including lanterns for center pieces, ceremony decor, signage through out cocktail hour and the reception, as well as favor cards. Through out the entire planning process Antea was easy to reach, extremely responsive, willing to listen to my ideas and provide thoughtful ideas and responses. Our wedding could not have been more personalized and was gorgeous, I highly recommend using Antea for your wedding!!

Antea is amazing! With her antique flare I was able to give my wedding the final touches it needed. Antea did our seating chart, cup cake display, bar signage, welcome sign and decor set up in front of our sweetheart table. The details she adds to each piece of decor really brings a uniqueness to an event. Our guests kept asking where we got everything, and were surprised when we said we rented it all. That was a great thing about Antea's work. You can rent it and it's all personalized! She was great to work with, organized and detail oriented. She does all the set-up herself so the vision you discuss with her is exactly what you get. She is such a creative talent and a wonderful person to work with!

Antea was a dream to work with. My wedding planning style I was on top of most things while I left other details to the last minute which I let some of my decor items fall into that category. When it finally came time to make my vision happen, I reached out to Antea with just 3 weeks until my wedding date! Her calm professional approach made everything seamless in making each detail come to life. I cannot recommend Antea enough! She is not only talented, but incredibly sweet and easy to work with. During my bridal consultation, she understood my vision right away and worked with me to make selections that would compliment my venue (Alden Castle). Having seen pictures of her work at other weddings, I trusted that she would do a great job, but nothing could have prepared me for seeing everything come together on our wedding day. I was lucky enough to see a lot of her work before guests arrived as we did a first look and photos at the venue prior to the ceremony. When I walked into our cocktail hour space, I almost cried (I am not exaggerating here!). She truly went above and beyond and took my vision to an entirely different level. I felt the same about the ceremony and reception decor. I've never seen a wedding so beautiful and many of my guests said the same!

If you want your wedding to be truly unique and absolutely stunning, don't hesitate to hire Antea. She is fantastic at what she does and I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Antea is very knowledgable, flexible and helpful. She is willing to make your ideas come to life. I gave her some ideas I had, she offered some great ideas, and she made them happen. Anything on Pinterest she can make well. That's what was so great! I didn't have time to make table numbers, signs, ect. And let's face it...who is going to use these after? She, however, already has these wonderful pieces done, at a very reasonable price.

Antea had so many unique decorations for me to rent for my wedding, and I felt that I had all my pintrest items to choose from and even better, for so cheap! ,she was so nice, layed back, and was quick to set appointment with me. Her work she does with her hand written chalkboard signs were so neat, beautiful, professional.. we did:
Window panes for the seating chart,
Tree bark sign for Instagram hashtagS,
mini chalkboard table numbers,
Signs like pintrest that said
Photo booth this way,
DIrectional signs for reception and ceremony,
A sign as people walked into the ceremony "choose a seat, not a side, we're all family once the knot is tied",
Bathroom signs to put next to my bathroom baskets saying, you look so pretty, now get out there and dance!,.
I rented a really cool card box, an old fashion crate, tiered stand and barrel and drink jug for Apple cider and donut set up with a string chalk board sign specially made for that too, said cider and donuts,
Her and her husband helped me load my car, she helped me brain storm ideas,
.. I could go on forever but, my wedding was beautiful and affordable really thanks to antea and her wedding shop!

We did a destination Wedding in Boston. Antea managed an excellent job where we had 7 hours of time difference and could only got in touch via emails. We were so happy with everything in our wedding that we even asked her to work together for our Celebration Dinner in Istanbul.

I've known Antea for years and throughout the years seen her amazing work posted on social media. I was having a really tough time planning my wedding with my extremely hectic work schedule and was struggling finishing details and finding a florist. After seeing pictures of gorgeous flowers and unique signs I reached out to Antea and Rachel at The Flower Shoppe. Both ladies were able to take my vision and turn it into more than I could have ever hoped for. I was originally just looking for flowers but after seeing Antea's work I ended up renting several items and having something custom made to remember my wedding day by. Working with Antea was stress free and fun! My only regret was not discovering her work sooner in my planning process so I could have budgeted for more of her amazing items. Antea is truly a visionary! Beautiful and affordable rentable products but she is also very accommodating to personalized products! Not only did she help make our wedding look gorgeous but she was so sweet and friendly to work with. She also helped me with a personalized gift for my father for Christmas! All of my wedding guests asked where I received the signs from and my sister in law is meeting with her for her vow renewal. Best thing you can do for yourself is to meet and let Antea help you :)

Antea sure knows how to make someone's big day, is the BEST day! I looked forward to our first meeting at her adorable store that showed off all of her beautiful & very talented work. We discussed what I was looking for and my style, and she took care of every decoration you could imagine! Bathroom decor, welcomes signs, reception, ceremony decor, and so much more! Not only that, but it comes in storage bins, all numbered and prepared for you wedding coordinator to easily put each piece where they belong, and to box back up (my wedding coordinator was very impressed!). I couldn't wait to tell her how pleased I was with how everything came out, and my guests are still talking about all the personal touches and ask for her information! I can't say enough great things about Antea and her work, and I look forward to returning to her store again and again!

I found Antea through a mutual friend and worked with her on my wedding October 2014. I couldn't even begin to describe how talented she is. I rented multiple signs/centerpieces/table numbers and other things from her for my wedding. All turned out absolutely perfect. the personal details she puts at your wedding are priceless. And the value of her products isn't found elsewhere. She allows you to rent personalized items which saves the client money and also so you aren't stuck with a bunch of wedding stuff after your wedding that you don't know what to do with. Antea is a pleasure to work with and I have recommended her to other friends for weddings and they are just as satisfied as I was. I have also worked with her for my personal christmas decorations and bridal showers. She is the best!

Antea's signs and table numbers made our wedding so special. Having custom signs on our 6 month old daughters wagon as she was pulled down the aisle brought tears to my husbands eyes. The chalkboard signs were a theme throughout the entire wedding, from ceremony then at cocktail hour and our reception. We received so many compliments and I owe it all to Antea. We even loved a sign so much that we bought it to hang in our house as a reminder of how amazing our day was! I am so glad we used Antea and I would recommend her to any bride!

Antea was a pleasure to work with and she is very talented. I first noticed her awesome chalkboard signs at a local barre studio and was really impressed with her work. I contacted Antea because I was interested in using some of her work for my upcoming wedding. She made an awesome custom sign for my engagement photos on short notice after I discovered an idea on Pinterest for pet photos. I also ordered a few other items for my wedding. My wedding coordinator at my venue even commented on how pretty my decorations were for my wedding. Antea was amazing! I found her on Instagram and knew I wanted to use her right away.

I used Antea for calligraphy for envelopes, 2 welcome signs, signature drink sign, seating chart/display, card box, and bath room sign. She captured the theme of my wedding beautifully. When everyone got the envelopes in the mail, they could just tell by the envelopes what they were expecting inside! The welcome signs were just perfect! I am so happy that I got to keep the wooden one. I am going to hang that in my house forever! The signature drink sign was just so beautiful! I love how she drew the drinks, perfect touch!! And the escort card display, let me tell you...it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and I am so happy I could have it at my wedding. People were talking about the signs at the wedding and just loved them.

Bottom Line-Do not hesitate to hire Antea! You will be blown away by her work and so will your guests! Her work is the cherry on top of any wedding!

I met with Antea at her shop in Reading, and from the very start I was incredibly impressed. Her decor is creatively beautiful and unique. I ordered table numbers, various decorative signs and menu boards. We also used her calligraphy talents for our wedding invitation addresses. It all came out perfect, just as I had imagined for our special day. Antea was wonderful to work with and she was able to accommodate my ideas while also adding really good suggestions to make it all come together. Our florist recommended Antea to us, and we are so happy she did! Antea made six signs for us to use as part of our reception decor, and they were simply adorable! At our initial meeting, she was very helpful and suggested we go 'a la carte' instead of using one of her packages since it would best fit with my vision. She had great suggestions and I loved that we could see the actual windows/mirrors/signs that she would be using right in the shop. She was also very flexible and accommodating when we made some changes to the initial quote, and she was happy to use some of my own mirrors as well. There is no doubt Antea is SUPER talented. I was thinking I would figure out signage for my wedding by myself until a colleague referred me to Antea - which was a blessing of an idea. Not only is her work wonderful, she is so sweet and very easy to work with. She did our (mirrored) welcome sign, table numbers, social media sign, cigar bar, card box, guest book, and dessert bar. All of which were STUNNING. These detailed signs really brought my wedding together. They stood out perfectly and helped to create the theme I was going for. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when I went to pick everything up a week before the wedding, there were quite a few stands missing, and the names were incorrect on the welcome sign. Once I was able to connect with Antea, she really came to the rescue. I brought the sign back to her, and it was beyond impressive to see her at work right then and there. She fixed the sign so quickly and effortlessly! She also went and purchased the correct size stand, and brought it to my office within a couple days - she really did go out of her way to make sure when the day came, I would have everything I needed. Her shop is so divine - if you didn't think you needed anything else for your wedding, see Antea, and you will find something. She will make your vision come to life - as she really is so creative and talented! We received so many compliments on the detail to have these signs - they were just perfect. I followed Antea with her first small Etsy shop and when she evolved her business to include wedding rentals and special customized Calligraphy products, I knew I would use her as a wedding vendor one day. She is easy to work with and is very helpful in taking your vision and emphasizing it with her products.

Antea was a treat to work with. I truly admire her work and she's done beautiful signs for my wedding. Given that Antea is very much on-demand and that it is a one-man shop, Antea appeared too overwhelmed with accommodating communications with her clients. There were times when I waited for her calls and she didn't call back. Her phone numbers listed for the shop was also disconnected when I was trying to reach her, which caused a bit of a panic attack. I think this concern could be remedied if she would consider hiring an assistant to keep her schedule more organized. Other than that, I truly appreciated her beautiful works and I would highly recommend her to any other brides (especially, if Antea could be so open to hire an assistant :))

It was a pleasure to work with Antea for our wedding. Her craft is so unique and awesome! Something I’m yet to find comparable in the north shore. She was a must for our wedding day!

We were able to rent easily from Antea for our New Years Eve wedding. The sign she made for our ceremony as well as our Mr and Mrs signs came out beautiful. We would definitely recommend her !!

Antea’s work is flawless and being able to rent decor for my wedding was a great opportunity. Her signs really made our day special, and they were so beautiful. Antea is sweet, and very accommodating but it was extremely difficult to get in touch with her to finalize the details of my wedding day. It all ended up working out, but it added a layer of stress to my planning. Worth it though!

Signs were beautiful, but not worth the stress

I reached out to Antea initially and she was great. She talked me through a bunch of options I had for signs that I wanted at the wedding including a welcome sign, table numbers, and guest book sign. She set up a proposal and I made my initial deposit. The signs were very beautiful and were exactly what I was hoping for to finalize the details for my wedding.

That is where the good ends. She dropped off the face of the earth after that. I sent emails, texts, and left phone messages for her and it would take days for her to respond to any of them. I made requests to update the proposal to add more signs or change things and she would agree to them and then send incorrect proposals over again and it would take another chunk of days before I would get it corrected. When she provided the signs they were incorrect and we had to have them fixed. She provided stands for the table numbers that were different colors (gold, silver, and black) and were different sizes and there were not enough. Additionally my venue reached out to me because they were having difficulty getting ahold of her as well.

The majority of the experience working with Antea Amoroso Design was stressful and the product was not worth the stress. Would not recommend to people and if asked about it I would recommend against it.

She did not follow up on meetings, I drove 45 minutes to meet with her for our scheduled meeting that she forgot about, she doesn't use "out of office" when she goes on vacations, and she rescheduled my first meeting 3x the day of. Most importantly, she missed multiple signs at our wedding. Her work is great but make sure you stay on top of her. She needs to hire an assistant to actually run the business.
