A string trio from Antares played for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and they were wonderful. Tammy was our point person before the wedding, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful with picking out our processional and recessional music, and she was also really communicative with our day of coordinator about cueing the ceremony. It’s very clear that Antares musicians have a ton of experience with weddings. I didn’t get to hear much of the pre ceremony or cocktail hour music, but I received so many compliments about the fun music they played. We asked them to play more contemporary music, and our guests loved hearing instrumental versions of many songs, especially the Game of Thrones theme song! I highly recommend Antares – they’re incredibly professional and experienced, and of course, their music was top notch.

From the moment I looked at the very organized and extremely informative , complete with wonderful Sound Clips, Antares Musicians website, I knew immediately that I found a very professional and seasoned group to play at my daughter's Wedding Mass.
Our strings trio + flutist ensemble were simply magnificent and their beautiful music set the perfect tone for the ceremony. The collective raves and praises from our guests ..many music aficionados among them..were endless. We also hired through Antares Musicians a fabulous pianist who provided lovely background music during our sit - down dinner.
Equally important when planning any musical event is the need to communicate with the hired group. Again Antares did not disappoint. My point person Jill ( flutist) was consistently responsive to any and all questions throughout the planning process and she made EVERYTHING flow seamlessly for me.
Antares Musicians are perfect in every way! I not only highly recommend them but will unequivocally state.....ONLY hire them for your musical needs!

The Antares Musicians played for our wedding ceremony and a 1-hour cocktail reception. They were outstanding!!! The live music added something special to our wedding. They added a personal touch to the ceremony that wouldn't have been present with a DJ. The musicians were wonderful and accommodated our special requests for a couple of tunes that we both liked. We highly recommend these musicians-----our ceremony was beautiful and we loved the music.

Antares did such an amazing job at my wedding. They played all of our musical selections beautifully, we got tons of compliments all night. Jill was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. If I had to plan my wedding over again they would still be one of the fist vendors I booked!

Antares did a great job providing our ceremony and cocktail hour music. They are really talented and have an awesome music selection. They are also really organized and made planning the ceremony/cocktail hour music portion of our wedding a breeze. They provided us with a detailed questionnaire which we completed. From there Antares had all of the information they needed. They prepared a cue sheet which they shared with us, and on the wedding day everything went off without a hitch.

If you'd like to feel like an absolute dream on your wedding day, please choose Antares Musicians. On our wedding day, Antares did our ceremony music. It was absolutely beautiful. They were sooo easy to work with and started and ended all of the ceremony music with excellent precision. There is definitely a difference between the songs they played so beautifully themselves versus music coming from a speaker (not saying that's bad at all). But if you've got an ear for clear, beautiful music - I would highly suggest them!

We used the Antares musicians for our ceremony and they were an amazing addition to our wedding. They provided beautiful music and were so easy to work with! They are responsive, detail oriented and professional. We couldn't have asked for anything more! (Side note: guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the music)

We hired a string trio from Antares Musicians for our May 1st wedding. Our trio played during our ceremony and reception and they were incredible- our guests are still talking about how beautiful the music was. Our contact was Tammy. From start to finish Tammy was amazing. I picked two songs for our processional and recessional that weren’t in their music library and Tammy worked with me to find the arrangements online so I wouldn’t have to pay the $50 fee for Antares to arrange the piece. At our reception, my mother requested a song and our trio found the song online and played it for her, all within minutes! We are completely satisfied with Antares- not only were they wonderful musicians but were also lovely people. Thank you so much Antares for making our wedding so beautiful!

We received tons of complements on the beautiful music! It set the tone for a lovely wedding. For 30 minutes prior to the service the music was classical and or religious. My daughter picked non-traditional music for the ceremony....which I admit made me a little nervous. "The Luckiest" for the bridesmaids entrance, "Faithfully" for the Bride's entrance and "Such Great Heights" (beginning where lyrics would normally start) for the recessional. The musicians made all three pieces sound as if they were composed just for them. Truly exquisite! Each is a gifted musician and each a pleasure to work with. I'll recommend them in a heartbeat!!!!

The Antares musicians were amazing. They played every song we selected and sounded amazing. They made our ceremony and cocktail hour even better. It was definitely worth it and one of our favorite memories from the wedding.

The Antares Musicians completely delivered on our wedding day. They performed both at the ceremony and during the cocktail hour. Several of our guests (and our photographer) noted that it was the best music they'd heard at a wedding. In the weeks leading up to the big day, their coordinator (Jill) was highly organized and communicative, making sure we understood our options for the playlist and giving informed suggestions where we needed help. If you're looking for a string quartet, especially one that can play the Beatles and Beach Boys with the same skill as classical tunes, Antares is a great choice.

Working with The Antares Musicians was such a breeze! The value for the service they provided was phenomenal. I wish I had an excuse to have another event because I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Jill was very responsive through email and offered suggestions when I did not know the best course of action. Tammy, Shane, and the third violinist (I can't remember his name!!) were so friendly and kind. My wedding guests commented on how lovely they sounded, and how classy they made the wedding feel. I cannot thank them all enough for their professionalism, talent, and the skill they brought to our wedding day. THANK YOU!!!

We couldn't have been happier with Antares Musicians. We initially booked them for our ceremony for our black-tie wedding. They not only learned our favorite songs for our processional and recessional, they played our cocktail hour as well with very little notice! We hired The Antares Musician's 3 piece flute and strings trio for our September 12th wedding. My family originally wanted us to hire a band for the reception which can be very costly, so our happy medium was live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism we received from start to finish. My emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely matter, and the music that was played throughout was absolutely beautiful. We received many compliments from guests afterwards. I would definitely recommend the Antares Musicians to future brides looking to incorporate live music into their wedding day.

The musician at my church dropped the ball and I had to book ceremony musicians less than a month before my wedding, so understandably I was a little frantic. After sending around tons of inquiries, Jill responded within a few hours, we had a phone call that evening, and I booked the Antares Musicians within a few days. We had a trio - violin, flute, and cello - and Jill helped me pick the music, as well.

The form I filled out before the event helped me get all of the ducks in a row for the ceremony, and Jill was incredibly responsive as I had questions and concerns in hammering out the ceremony timeline, easing my worries and making me feel 100% confident that the music would be perfect.

Definitely book these guys if you're looking for professional, experienced musicians for a good value and high-quality customer service and preparation leading up to the event. They're amazing!!

We chose a string trio of two violinists and one cellist. They were amazing and very professional to work with. I felt so comfortable with their frequent communication before the wedding so I knew they were on top of everything. I was able to personalize the ceremony music and it was so beautiful. I received so many compliments on the added touch of having live music. It really made the ceremony special having them there and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

When I began the wedding planning process, I had never thought about having musicians at my wedding. The Antares Musicians appeared on a recommended vendor list from our venue, so my husband and I decided to check out their website. We were instantly delighted listening to their clips, as there was not only classical music but more contemporary songs as well, like from The Beatles. We decided to go for it and hired them to perform our reception and cocktail hour.

The Antares Musicians were absolutely my favorite aspect of my wedding. The string trio was perfect and were such an elegant touch for our big day. From performing All You Need is love at the end of our ceremony to playing fun songs like Sweet Caroline and the Game of Thrones theme song during cocktail hour, everything was just perfect. I'm still hearing compliments about the music from friends and family.

This was truly a great investment. I hadn't seen musicians play at any other wedding I've been to, but I am beyond happy that my husband and I chose to have them at our wedding. They were absolutely perfect and also a phenomenal value. So many aspects of planning a wedding seem overpriced, but the Antares Musicians were not only reasonably priced, but they were worth so much more and were a perfect fit for our wedding.

Jill was wonderful to deal with and kept us informed throughout the whole booking process. Patty Hammer was fantastic! Everyone loved her music. And she was so responsive---when she heard the best man refer to Casablanca in his toast---she followed the toast with music from the film---totally not planned!

If we have any future events, we will be calling Antares!

The Antares Musicians are the BEST! From the first phone call to the actual event, they were patient, supportive, and professional in their dealing with me, FOB, and the Bride. Once the date/time arrangements were set, Jill turned her attention to the Bride and worked out the music details. The Bride told me how easy it was to work with Jill to get the details completed. They arrived at the facility on time, set up, and went to work. The Antares Musicians' flute, violin, and cello blended with the warmth & beauty of the day and the setting to make for a classy enjoyable presentation. Many guests commented on the quality and selection of the music. Thank You, Antares Musicians for a job well done!

The Antares Musicians are true professionals. We chose to go with a string trio. Their online planning tools were easy to use and about a month out from the wedding, Lisa contacted me via email to confirm final details. She sent a cue sheet which was invaluable and sent a new one each time we made even minor changes. She was extremely responsive and assured me that if we had any last-minute changes that was no problem. The music was beautiful and really created the classy and elegant ambiance I wanted for our wedding day. I would highly recommend them!

The music provided by the Antares Musicians at our daughter's wedding--Jill on flute, Tammy on violin, Jonathan on cello--was exquisite. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, their planning and preparation were comprehensive, their performance was flawless, and the range of their repertoire was remarkable (from J.S. Bach to Marilyn Manson in the course of the reception). Filling out their advance questionnaire was more challenging than we'd expected, but by the time my wife and I completed it we found we'd mastered pretty much everything we were going to need to know about the scope and sequencing of the ceremony and reception. All in all, our trio was simply perfect--and a lasting value to boot.

We used Antares Musicians for our ceremony music and our cocktail hour music. We selected a string trio for both, and the price was very reasonable. Tammy was incredibly responsive and professional. Their use of the WeddingWire vendor website made it easy to keep our contract, wedding details, and music selections all in one place. Their wedding details and music selection questionnaire was extremely detailed and really let me know that they had thought of everything. The samples on their website also made it really easy to select our music. Listening to the audio samples really made us confident in our choices.

The day of the wedding, everything went beautifully. Our ceremony was outside, and it was unusually cold for April, but Tammy and the rest of the string trio were great about the whole situation. The music was beautiful and the transitions between songs were flawless. If you are looking for great music for your wedding, you should definitely contact Antares!

We were so pleased with Antares Musicians. The Peabody Library does not allow amplified music in the cocktail hour space, so Antares provided a string trio for the cocktail hour. Admittedly we didn't get to hear their whole set because we weren't in the cocktail hour the whole time, but what we heard was wonderful and our guests raved about it. We asked for a mix of classical, jazz and pop so there was a something for everyone! It was easy to work with them in advance and they were quite flexible. Highly recommend Antares Musicians!

Jill and Troy did a wonderful job for our daughter's wedding on the promenade at the Inn at Henderson's Wharf in Fells Point. From the pre-ceremony music to the processional and recessional to the cocktail hour, their performance was spot on and set a lovely mood. The processional was the very traditional Pachelbel's "Canon in D" but Whitney chose "Brown-Eyed Girl" for her recessional and we received so many compliments on how wonderful it sounded on flute and guitar! We worked with Jill through the planning process and she was on top of the details from step one and made it very easy for us. I would recommend Antares to anyone!

I worked with Jill while planning my daughter's wedding, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She contacted me weeks prior to the wedding to prompt me for necessary details. They are extremely thorough and professional, and their music is just beautiful. We selected the string quartet for the ceremony. They played 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (30 minute ceremony), and we actually used the musicians' start time as the start time of the wedding on our invitations. This worked out wonderfully by ensuring that the guests arrived on time, enjoyed a mini concert prior to the ceremony, and the ceremony was able to start right on time. They played a wonderful variety of both classical and contemporary music, and they have a very large music library from which to select. We had many compliments from our guest, and I highly recommend the Antares Musicians.

The best!! We got married at Corpus Christi church (which they were very familiar with) so it was really easy for me to just pick the music and let them know what time to show up. They took care of the rest! They even added a song at the last minute that they had to order music for. They asked that I send a check in the mail (I forgot!) and they still played it anyway. I really appreciated their excellent customer service. All of Jill's emails were professional and she always offered her time to talk things through if something didn't make sense or I needed clarification. Everything was so thorough, I only spoke with her once in the beginning to introduce myself.

Having a string quartet was really important to me, and they went above and beyond. They have an amazing range of song options so I did a mix of classics and some more familiar songs from recent films/pop hits. Actually, just before I walked down the aisle they played Moon River, and it was so beautiful I burst into tears. A happy memory :)

I called around to various musician groups, and Antares Musicians had by far the lowest fee. I thought we might be sacrificing quality, but that was not the case at all. They were a pleasure to deal with and they sounded amazing. I recommend them without any reservations.

We had a excellent experience. The musicians (flute, violin, and cello) were familiar with the venue (The Cloisters), very professional, and completely self-directed. Their selection of music was very appropriate for the occasion. Many guests commented very favorably on the music. it was way, way better than the more traditional organ or prerecord music.Jill was our contact person and she made the planning part easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to use Antares Musicians for our wedding. We received a response from our initial email within 24 hours. After going over our event details on the phone we knew they were going to be a perfect for our venue at a historic estate. We selected the diamond package since we wanted them to play during our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

With showers in the forecast the evening of our wedding, we thought we’d be able to have our garden ceremony as planned and move inside for the reception. However, minutes before our ceremony was to begin, it started to rain. The musicians quickly moved to the nearby covered patio where they would be playing for the cocktail hour. We were so delighted that they were able to make the transition quickly and everything appeared seamless to our guests.

Their music was absolutely beautiful and they provided just the right mix of classical and contemporary songs. Many of our guests complimented their talent and musical selections that evening. They made an already memorable day even more special. We would highly recommend Antares Musicians to anyone hosting a wedding a special event.

They did such a beautiful job! Everything was perfect. We used the Antares Musicians String Trio for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and they were fantastic! Tammy is the main point of contact and she is wonderful - attentive to details, very responsive by email, and willing to answer questions. When we changed our ceremony location a few months before the wedding, she worked with us and made sure we could still have the music we wanted.

On our wedding day, the music was beautiful. The trio was on time, dressed professionally, and made sure their music was heard without being too overwhelming. They played at the perfect times during the ceremony and picked a good range of music for the cocktail hour. We're still getting compliments from guests!

We would highly recommend this trio to other couples. We love that they have so many music samples on their website, were very happy with their online process (it is straightforward, organized, and great for a busy bride!), and had a great experience overall. We did choose to add the Bose speakers for our cocktail hour and I would recommend that as well.

The Antares Musicians and especially our flautist, Jill, were very professional, informative, accommodating, and, most of all, excellent musicians. We had an outdoor wedding and Jill provided herself as the flautist and a guitarist to provide pre, during and post ceremony music. Jill provided us with a large list of music from which to choose our processional and recessional music and then aligned all other selections to the celebratory outdoor theme. Even our minister noted that the flute and guitar were perfect for an outdoor, summer event. The Antares Musicians utilize an online system to process the entire experience from contract to music selection, payment and wedding info. It was very efficient and professional.

We recommend Jill and her colleagues highly and thank them for making our ceremony special.

I cannot say enough good things about working with the Antares and the exceptional job they did playing at my wedding. My husband and I decided on the Traditional String Quartet because some of the songs we liked sounded a bit fuller with the added viola. The music was just beautiful and really brought an added sense of elegance to our day at The Belvedere. My husband and I opted for more contemporary pieces and the Antares were happy to learn some new music for our day, which was awesome. They were very accommodating. While we didn't get to attend the cocktail hour, some of our friends said the group even played the Game of Thrones theme song, which I thought was pretty unexpected and cool. The quartet was extremely professional, on time, and just did an all around superb job. I was only sorry that I wasn't around to hear more of their playing. I would highly recommend the Antares for your wedding or upcoming affair where you want quality and beautiful music played.

We loved working with Antares! We originally heard them play at a friend's wedding and knew we had to have them play at ours. From the initial email, Antares was such a pleasure to work with. Tammy was very responsive and had answers to all of my questions. They have a wonderful website with selections of music you can choose from, but Tammy was very helpful in finding the sheet music for a few songs that they hadn't played before. This allowed us to choose songs that were very meaningful to us as a couple. Tammy made sure to coordinate with our day of coordinator to get all of the music cues down perfectly.

We got married outdoors, so we paid a little extra for the Bose system which was definitely worth it. It was a little windy and you could still hear the music perfectly. While my husband and I were taking pictures during cocktail hour, we could hear them playing wherever we were. This made our pictures more fun as we were dancing from location to location.

I continue to hear rave reviews from our guests on how much they loved the ceremony and cocktail music. I think the Beatles songs were the biggest hit. We were more than happy with their performance and definitely recommend Antares for any occasion.

The musicians were lovely to work with prior to the wedding - always super responsive and very flexible when I had changes at the last minute. On the day of the wedding, they were unobtrusive - I hardly noticed they were there (I mean that in the best way) and their music was beautiful. I cannot speak highly enough about Antares Musicians. They are professional, extremely easy to work with, and fabulous with timely correspondence. Above that, you can truly tell they all love their jobs and want to make sure each event is special. That can be hard to do when you do something day in and day out. Being the bride, I only heard the ceremony music when I walked down the aisle, but several people commented how beautiful the music was. The group also played for our cocktail hour which added a nice touch of elegance to that part of the evening. I have already given their name out to four other brides getting married in 2014 - they are THAT worth it.

Very easy to book the pianist, all through email. Responses to my emails were always fast. I had to plan my entire ceremony, and the company provided me with a great checklist to help nail down the timing and music that would occur during the ceremony.

Tammy (our main contact and one of the musicians) was prompt with all communication attempts, whether via phone or email. She made sure that the musicians coordinated with the officiant for various cues and our processional/recessional order to know when and what to play.

Our guests can't stop talking about how amazing the music was during the ceremony and the cocktail hour. The rates for our string trio was extremely reasonable as well. We'd hire them again and recommend them for your ceremony.

My wedding was actually September 21st, the calendar provided when doing this review will not allow me to go back to September. The musicians were absolutely fantastic. Everything was flawless - they were the easiest vendor that I had to work with throughout my wedding planning experience. They sounded amazing and made my event more than special. Make sure you also get the Bose speaker system, the music could be heard very far away! My guests still approach me and tell me how beautiful the music was. I'm the mother of the bride. I can say the music was great. Very professional. The musicians were very friendly, flexible and good choice of music. Got so many compliments from our guest.

We had quite a rain storm on our wedding day, and the musicians had to be shuffled around from location to location and took it all in stride and with extreme professionalism. The guests thought the string quartet was a classy touch, and we thought they played BEAUTIFULLY!! Knowing that "For Good" was one of our favorite tunes from Wicked, the quartet learned the piece to play during our cocktail hour which was a nice touch.

The Antares Musicians are professional and incredibly talented. They have a huge selection of music to choose from, no matter what ensemble you choose. We had a string trio for during our ceremony, but they start 30 minutes before, playing music while your guests arrive and are seated, and then of course for the ceremony and while people are leaving afterward. We knew pretty much what we wanted, or at least we thought we did, but Jill is there to help you every step of the way. She was able to make suggestions and help us make a decision. She helped us with the order of our procession and explained how things typically work. I would definitely recommend using The Antares Musicians. Having live musicians just gives your event a little something extra: romance, elegance, sophistication, refinement, etc. Having the string trio completed the formal and polished feel we wanted for our ceremony and I would use them again in a second. The musicians did a fabulous job! We weren't sure up until the day or so before whether they would be playing outside or inside- dependent on the weather. They were very flexible. As it turned out, the weather was beautiful and they played outside.
We wanted them to play several Beatles songs for the processional. It was somewhat tricky to play the appropriate song at the right time, but they got it just right.
Everything we asked them to do, they did well. They are a very talented group of musicians, and I highly recommend them.

The Antares Musicians provided beautiful music for my son-in-law's memorial service. They were easy to work with, flexible, and helpful with excellent music suggestions--even arranging some of the special songs we requested. We had the string trio along with the soprano and the music filled the church and made the service and the 'visiting' time before the service so much more special (many guests commented on this too). My parents, husband, and I are still getting compliments on how beautiful the string trio was during the ceremony and cocktail hour. The Antares Musicians provided outstanding music for both our wedding mass and cocktail hour. Walking down the aisle to Cannon in D played by a live string trio was pretty much a dream come true for me. We also had requested the group learn a piece of music that was quite sentimental to our family and they did so quickly and perfectly. Every piece was excellent and such a special touch for our big day. My only complaint is that I couldn’t hear more of the music, being away for most of the pieces doing Bride Tasks! However, my husband was able to sneak away during cocktail hour and heard both of the songs he was really hoping to hear.

Tammy was fabulous to work with- professional, courteous, and genuinely wanting to work with us to make our day fantastic. I would most definitely recommend the Antares Musicians to anyone seeking a professional, classy, and beautiful touch for any occasion. Our sincere thanks to Tammy and her colleagues!

Working with Tammy to arrange the string trio to play during my daughter's garden wedding at the Inner Harbor of Baltimore was a pleasure. Truely a professional company of musicians who make your day special. My daughter worked directly with them to make the music choices and she stated they had many helpful suggestions as well as a wide range of variety. Surprisingly, many Beatle's songs work well in a wedding ceremony and were included in my daughter's wedding. With the experience of performing at many pervious weddings as well as their expertise in music selections, they guide you through your music selecttions breaking down the parts of the wedding ceremony, making suggestions based on your preferences, and advising you if a song is too lengthy for parts of a ceremony which only a professional would know. Sample selections are available on line as well. Th music selections can be made during a phone conference which was very helpful since we lived out of town.
As Mother of the Bride, this was one part of the wedding I didn't feel I needed to keep checking on. They were readily available by email, very punctual, and discretely set up in the garden without me having to give it a second thought. The music played while guests arrived and was perfect. They then quickly set up on the second floor cocktail hour area and continued to entertain our guests. Many compliments were received and I highly recommend them!

I had a violinist, pianist and cantor at my wedding at Corpus Christi and they were ALL amazing! I would recommend The Antares Musicians to anyone in the Columbia/Ellicott City area!

Thank you, Antares Musicians, for providing a quality performance at our wedding on May 24th. Tammy Sutton is the main point of contact, and throughout the planning process, she was a delight to work with. Most of our correspondence was via email and postal mail, but I was impressed with your rapid rate of response. Her song recommendations for our ceremony were "on point."

We chose a trio (violin, cello, and flute). Our guests were very impressed with this trio's performance. We had a special request for our ceremony. My brother and sister who have played for years wanted to perform one musical selection at our ceremony. Tammy and the two other musicians graciously accompanied them. Our guests thought that all 5 musicians had played together in the past. TRUE HARMONY!!!!

The Antares Musicians played the music at our ceremony. They did a wonderful job. I especially enjoyed listening to the music they played while the guests were being seated. It helped to calm my nerves before heading down the aisle!

The string quartet was amazing. They were professional, flexible and extremely talented. They even went as far as to play music I wrote for our wedding. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and I would not only recommend them, but I would hire them again in a heartbeat. FANTASTIC!

Antares Musicians were amazing for my ceremony. I worked with Tammy Sutton, and she was so easy to work with. She's extremely responsive to emails and music details, and she sent us a cue sheet for our wedding coordinator a few days before the wedding for our rehearsal to run smoothly. The musicians dressed so professionally, arrived early to set up, and played so beautifully. All of the guests were raving at how lovely the music was. Their timing was amazing too. They are really experienced in timing their music to the number of bridal party members so the music doesn't end abruptly. Walking down the aisle is such an emotional experience, and I will forever remember how I felt during that moment. I can still hear the music playing (Canon in D) in my ears. They are such a delight to work with, and I highly recommend them to any bride!

My wife and i used the Antares Musicians for our ceremony music. Our pianist (Patty) was excellent and we got many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and professional the music sounded. In addition, the customer service with the Antares Musicians was excellent. We booked our contract very late (about 3 weeks before the wedding) but Jill was able to get everything organized for us in a very timely manner. She kept me in the loop with all updates and made it very easy for us. I would definitely recommend the Antares to anybody else!

I found a string trio, the Antares Musicians at a Sheraton Hotel bridal expo in Towson. I loved them and swore I would use them for my wedding...I did and I couldn't have been more happy on that day! I let my Mom and Jill work out the music selections except 1, I wanted to use the Bridal March. Mom said working with Jill for the selection choices and working out every detail for the music prior to the ceremony, during the ceremony and afterwards was wonderful. Jill thought of important details that Mom had not considered. Mom also said the website provided an opportunity to hear the musicians play several pieces over many genres. My guests were so surprised to see the musicians because I am such a geek. My cousin who was the videographer said the musicians were the best he has ever heard. The professional was amazing; the cellist was as good as YO YO Ma on one the pieces played during the dinner period. The Antares Musicians have made my wedding ceremony and reception very special and memorable. These talented and professional musicians performed over our expectations. Anyone looking to provide a special feature to your already important event would want to consider have The Antares Musicians. You will not be disappointed.

On a personal note, I am sorry for the long delay in posting this review. Between the Thanksgiving and Holiday seasons and starting my new life, I have just now have had a chance to post the review.

I found Antares at a bridal expo in Towson. I loved them and swore I would use them for my wedding...I did and I couldn't have been more happy on that day! We hired the Antares Musicians very last minute (read: the week before) our wedding. We decided to add a string trio to our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was such a great addition to our day. We worked with Jill on getting a contract together, song choices, and payment under a really tight time crunch but everything worked out beautifully. They had a large number of song choices, all which could be previewed online as played by the actual musicians which was a very cool feature and saved a lot of research time for us. Jill was always responsive- both by phone and email. The execution and set up was great and the music was really lovely. We paid the extra $ for the Bose upgrade to make sure the music was loud enough, especially for our cocktail hour. We’re not sure what it would be like without the upgrade, but the system made the music just the right volume for the party, so we’d definitely recommend getting that. We would definitely recommend Antares Musicians for your event!

This group played the music for our ceremony and they were great! They had a huge variety we could choose from and I never had to check up on them and always got back to me in a timely manner. The music they played was beautiful and made the ceremony special.

The Antares Musicians performed the ceremony music for my daughter's wedding; they were fabulous from my very first conversation with them through the day of the wedding. First and foremost, their musical talent is beyond compare. Their professionalism, selection of musical pieces, attention to detail and desire to please were reassuring and appreciated. We were able to actually listen to them playing many of the musical pieces online and the website was very easy to navigate. Many of the guests complimented us on the choice of such a lovely ensemble group. We were thrilled with the ceremony and the beautiful musical selections perfromed by the Antares Musicains added to the splendour of the wedding.
