Unforgettable photos

We hired Anne Lee to be the photographer at our wedding in July 2019. Anna was professional and easy to work with. She made sure that she understood what our vision was for the day and she provided great direction when photographing us. The photos are so special and we love seeing that day through her lens. Her experience with live concert photography really shows in the excellent photos from our reception dance floor.

We didn’t get our wedding book printed right away, but when we reached out to Anna a few years later about getting it done, she picked it right up and did a great job communicating with us about what we wanted. She put together a great layout with our selections and we were extremely satisfied with the finished product.

We highly recommend Anna as a wedding photographer and wedding book designer.

Incredible!

Anna is amazing!!! She took my high school senior pics, our engagement pics, our tiny “elopement” wedding during COVID, AND our rescheduled “wedding” a year later. Needless to say, my husband and I have used her for any and all possible important life moments and she has done an amazing job every single time. She has a way of making everyone look their best in pics and is great at posing people, making sure that there’s not a stray hair in your face or weird lighting. I would forever recommend booking with her if you can!!

The perfect photographer -- she's the one!

Anna was absolutely incredible and we could not recommend her more. She flew out to Costa Rica for our wedding and captured every moment -- perfect is an understatement. All of our friends who see the photos cannot get over how beautiful they are (and how good she made them look!). She was professional, great to work with and get to know, and an absolute pro -- she nailed it. I can't imagine hiring anyone but Anna Lee!

Knowledgeable, helpful photographer

At the start, I felt very unsure of how to 'engage' with this experience of being professionally photographed. (Would I be stiff? Awkward? Have something in my teeth that no one noticed?) Anna put me at ease and had lots of suggestions on how to get breadth of different photos. I really appreciated working with her and loved my experience!

Exceeded our expectations by far!

Anna was the perfect photographer for our last minute micro wedding! We had postponed our original date and when we were ready for a ceremony, only had a couple short weeks to plan it. She was helpful in the planning process and easy to book/pay. I had an idea for some of the images I wanted of our multigenerational family and she captured all of our favorite moments and then some. Anna is incredibly talented and creatively used natural light and at times a flash to create stunning images that our family will love for years to come. I felt awkward at first in front of the camera and she put me at ease when she showed me a quick look at a photo that seriously looked like it was already edited in her style- she’s definitely an artist and can work magic with her camera alone. We received the previews so fast and then the final gallery even faster than I expected. We were all so happy with the way the photos turned out and would highly recommend Anna!

I've been spoiled! I don't want to use anyone else.

Anna Lee did engagement and wedding photos for me years ago, so when I needed some family portraits, I knew I could trust her. She listened to my ideas, and worked to make them better. She's efficient with our time, especially important with little ones, and still manages to get tons of great shots. The style is exactly what I look for. Recently when I did extended family portraits with a different photographer, neither my husband or I were impressed at all. I'm not sure I could place exactly why they weren't our favorite. That's when I realized how special Anna's photos come out.

Amazing Wedding Photographer

Couldn't have found anyone better

Anna did such an amazing job. All the pics came out looking so natural. You cannot even see how stressed I was. I am very self-conscious but she made the entire experience so much fun. She knew just how to coach me with posture, angels, how to breath so my smile would look natural, etc. so that the pics would turn out perfect and I would look great in them. She is incredibly easy to work with, so friendly and professional. This woman has a lot of wedding event knowledge even beyond photography. She went above and beyond in all that she did. I cannot express how impressed and thankful we were to have her as our photographer. Thank you Anna Lee!!!

Wouldn't trust anyone else!

Anna has taken photos for so many important milestones in my life that I may have even lost count. Time and time again she goes above and beyond to get so many perfect shots. She has done portraits, maternity, engagement, wedding, newborn, 1st year, and 2 year photos for me and my family! She has also taken photos for my business- product and fashion photography. She is great at instruction and helping you get the shots you want. She's also very down to earth and easy to work with.

A Dream to Work With

I had the pleasure of working with Anna on a wedding recently and the experience was exactly what every wedding planner dreams. I have worked with many photographers and Anna is definitely now at the top of my list of recommended wedding photographers. She’s professional, patient and great at her job Wedding pictures are one of the most important details with planning a wedding because they will last you a lifetime. She even attended the final details meeting to ensure that we were all on the same page regarding the big day. The day was perfect! Her and Her team helped make everything go so smooth. They actually stayed on schedule with the timeline which is very important to a wedding planner. She brought so much fun and personality on the wedding day it was hard not to have fun and because of that our client’s pictures came out absolutely gorgeous! She has a great eye and you will be lucky to have her on your vendor team.

I would recommend her over and over again!

Anna was incredible to work with. She made me and my husband feel totally calm and happy throughout the whole experience. Neither of us love to be in front of the camera, but Anna made us feel totally comfortable. It was truly fun to work with her and I can't wait to find another excuse to hire her. Anna also delivered the photos in a very timely manner! I hadn't even had time to wonder when they were coming! She gave us access to previews and then a few short weeks later, the entire collection. Every photo was beautiful, she kept to the true essence of who we are and what we wanted, while simultaneously making us even more beautiful than we felt. I would recommend her over and over again!

We love Anna!

From day 1, Anna was extremely responsive to all emails and texts with a confident "I got this" personality that I needed from my photographer when I was in the thick of wedding planning stress. Anna checked in on us and met with us in person to get to know us and what we wanted out of our photos. The day of our wedding, Anna came with a great vibe that helped keep me calm and cool -- the photos came out unbelievable. On top of everything, her turnaround time was insanely fast and gifted us a few surprises here and there. There are no words to describe Anna's talent. Shes truly gifted! Anna was so wonderful in every way! She went beyond and above her job. She was a true professional, and worked with a tight schedule and large families. She also spent the time learning about our religious customs so that she would be familiar with them the day of the wedding. Anna was FANTASTIC to work with. We definitely spent the most time choosing our photographer over ever other vendor especially because with choosing not to have a videographer, I needed our photos to tell the story of our wedding day. What drew us to her was the fact that she also is a band photographer and often on tours - we knew she was creative, flexible, and perfectly capable of capturing every moment without making us feel like a cliche bride and groom. All of our family and wedding party have made comments about how awesome she and her assistants were that day. We also had a small shuttle mishap that delayed our ceremony, not only did she take advantage of all that extra time to get more amazing shots, but after the ceremony we were pressed for time on the family photos and she was so organized and ready, she got us through them in a quick blink and we still had a few moments to spare to mingle with our guests. I highly recommend Anna to anyone in the LA area looking for an engagement and wedding photographer!

Anna is such a rockstar! I had a great experience working with her. She was on time and professional and just had a great energy throughout. She definitely put my clients at ease throughout the whole process from engagement photos to wedding day and delivered the complete gallery in such a timely manner. The pictures literally took my breath away and my clients were so pleased with the final product. She is worth the investment!

Anna photographed our wedding this June and was AMAZING to work with. Photos were really important to us and so we spent some time trying to find a photographer who would fit with the “vibe” of our more non-traditional wedding. After meeting Anna we knew she’d be a great fit. She is extremely organized and professional and had unique, creative ideas for shots. She has a casual, friendly personality that makes you feel happy and comfortable, which I think resulted in much more genuine, relaxed photos. We also really loved that she took a few instant Polaroids so we had a couple photos to take home with us that day! All of our photos turned out better than we could have ever expected and we couldn’t be happier, highly recommend!

I found that finding a great photographer is hard! What you see isn't always what you get. There is so much more to hiring a wedding photographer than just what you see in pictures. I put in a lot of time researching because I wanted to make sure we had someone we felt 100% comfortable with taking pictures of our big day. I read countless reviews and reached out to brides who had used their services to get their feedback. I was very excited when I came across Anna Lee Media. Not only did i love her style, I loved that brides were head over heels for HER as a person. To make sure she was a good fit, we set up a time to meet and discuss the details of our wedding and what we wanted out of a photographer. She was everything I hoped she be and more. Our wedding pictures turned out so spectacular. She has an eye for taking the most flattering shots and also makes sure to get those special moments when you thought no one was looking. We have has several printed and hanging throughout our house. You get so much more than what you pay for with Anna. I would highly recommend her services!

Anna is AMAZING! Worth every single penny and then some. Her work is truly art! Our family is such a fan of what she does that we hired her twice this year; once for my sister's wedding in June and then for my wedding in December. Anna shot our engagement photos and she did such an amazing job! We had a very difficult time choosing our favorites and ended up printing tons of them for ourselves and our families. She was very helpful with staging and with finding spots that would look great in photos!

When you are a professional photographer looking to have your own pictures taken, you tend to be pretty picky. So when I say that Anna exceeded every expectation I had and absolutely blew me away with both the experience and final product, you can know that it is coming from a place of sincere admiration. She truly has a gift for composition, both technically and aesthetically. You can be assured that every detail has been taken into account so that you look your best in every frame. And as if her talent weren't enough, she is so easy to be around. Her calm and collected demeanor will no doubt bring a relaxed atmosphere to your pictures. Anna was wonderful. Planning our day of schedule was so much easier with her help. She got all of the shots we wanted and more. The turn around time was quick and they look excellent. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Not only did Anna do a great job with our wedding and turn out a beautiful product - she went out of her way to make this a great experience for us. From holding Skype sessions with us to having such a calm command of everything on the wedding day, she was so accessible, professional, and friendly. I know this is never a guarantee, but she got the finished photos back to us just ONE WEEK after the wedding, and they looked amazing! We made the right choice, and I could not recommend Anna more highly.

Anna's photos turned out great! She was so much fun and very quick and efficient. She was practically invisible during the ceremony and reception, but still managed to capture all the special moments of the day. Highly recommend!

My husband and I used Anna Lee Media for both our engagement and wedding photographer. She is the most wonderful photographer I could have asked for, and I cannot say enough positive things about her work. The pictures were beautiful, and she really captured some wonderful, spontaneous moments. She is very organized, kept to the schedule provided, and provided clear instructions when taking pictures. The picture poses and ideas ranged from traditional to unique, and I love the blend. I can't wait to hang them around the house, as these will be treasured pictures for the rest of our lives.

I really don't think that I can brag on Anna Lee enough! We searched for weeks looking for the perfect photographer for your engagement/wedding pictures. To us, having good photographs was the most important part of our wedding, so we wanted someone who met all of our expectations. Anna not only met them, she exceeded everyone!

We wanted someone who uses natural light, is good at directing poses for pictures, and (of course) affordable! When I met her, I knew she was the photographer for us. She put us both at ease and made the whole uncomfortable picture taking fun and memorable. Anna took our engagement pics in November and she did a phenomenal job. I didn't think we could possibly get any better pics than that and boy was I wrong! We flew Anna to our Cancun wedding and we ended up with the most amazing pictures you can imagine. From our wedding, to the reception, and our trash the dress shoot we did in the ocean the pictures really were breathtaking. I think it is rare to look through an album and love each picture more than the next, but that was the case for us. Everyone thinks they have the best wedding pictures, but I cannot tell you how many complete strangers saw our pics through a friend of a friend and loved them so much they had to stop and take the time to compliment...now that is a successful photo album!

I would recommend Anna to any and everyone getting married. Affordable and awesome...you can't do any better!

I am absolutely IN LOVE with Anna's work. There are a lot of great photographers out there, but Anna's photos have something special. They look straight out of a magazine. She's so great at capturing candid moments that you don't even realize she got until you get your photos back. In addition to being a phenomenal photographer, she's just super cool to be around, which means a lot when you're not especially comfortable in front of the camera. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You won't regret it!!

Best decision I made was selecting Anna to be my wedding photographer! She is professional and definitely knows her business. I trusted her the whole way through and knew I was well taken care of. She has such a great vision and every step of the way I knew I was getting the best of the best! You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. We first used Anna Lee for our engagement pictures about a year before our wedding. As soon as we got those back we immediately booked her for our wedding. She was up front with pricing and the logistical aspects of getting to our wedding in Alabama. She is very organized and knew where to be and what to do at each point in our wedding. She met with us a month before to create a timeline of events so that we stayed on schedule and got all the pictures we wanted throughout the day. On top of all that she was great to work with. She was always looking for a moment to photograph and captured all the fun and candid moments that happened throughout our wedding and reception. She was very conscious of these moments and even made sure our videographer was able to get the shots he needed as well. We cant say enough about Anna Lee and will be using her for any of our future photography needs! I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

Anna was great to work with! She and her team were extremely professional. She knows her craft, always responds quickly when I had any questions, and really worked to capture the kind of images that I wanted from my event. My pictures are beautiful and they are exactly the way I had imagined them. She really listened to what I wanted, but also knew where to add in the extra little things that I forgot. LOVED ANNA!
She was a pleasure to work with throughout the process... responsive and easy to work with. Engagement pictures and wedding pictures all came out beautifully (and fast!) On our wedding day, she guided us through our first look and bridal pictures, keeping us on schedule w/out being pushy. During the ceremony, I never even noticed her - but she got tons of beautiful shots without being intrusive. My family has all commented what a great job she did, plus she's just a sweetie!

We're so glad we had Anna Lee to take our engagement photos. We knew we had to trust her skills, and it paid off. The pictures are beautiful! These were taken in downtown OKC, which highlighted OKC perfectly, just like how we envisioned it. The best part of the session was the fun we had. Anna Lee was easy to work with. Anna, is one of my former roommates from college and a great friend. I was so excited she was able to shoot our engagement, wedding and bridal photography. We didn't think we would be able to do engagement photos because I was living in New York but Anna made time on her vacation to NYC to shoot our pictures! We love how all of the pictures turned out and she was super helpful giving directions while taking photos. I used Anna Lee Media for my engagements, bridals and wedding in 2013 and was absolutely blown away by all of the beautiful photos from each shoot. Anna's photos clearly speak for themselves but she had a lot more to offer than I had anticipated. Anna sat down with my husband and I to plan our wedding day schedule, she had plenty of helpful suggestions on timing of the photos that we wouldn't have known to anticipate and helped our day run so smoothly. This ensured that we were able to get all of the shots we wanted but it was timed so that we could relax and fully enjoy the experience of the day, especially the reception! This was priceless to us. Anna is a fantastic photographer! We used her for engagement pictures and loved her style and professionalism so we naturally booked her for our wedding as well. I can not say enough amazing things about Anna and her talent as a photographer. A wedding is such an important day that cannot be redone and the importance of finding someone we trusted was crucial. Her work speaks for itself. One look through her photo book at the bridal fair and I could see that she had an eye that was extremely talented and different which I loved. She is extremely personable and attentive to so much detail. Every time I needed to contact her she responded in such a timely manner. I was so impressed with her professionalism throughout the whole experience down to the personalized USB drive and case that we got with our prints. She made sure that I did not just feel like another bride she was shooting, I felt like she became one of my friends! We still can not get over how happy we were with our decision. We are beyond impressed with all of our shoots: engagement, bridal, and all the wedding photos. I have showed numerous people her photos of us and constantly have gasps and comments that go on and on about how talented she is and how amazing her pictures are. What I love about her is that she is very creative and original and not scared to try something new. We have pictures and poses that I have not seen her do with any of her other couples. She even climbed into a tree to get one of my most favorite pictures during our engagement shoot! My most favorite thing is the photo book that was a part of her package. She got it to us in such a timely manner which I was not expecting and when it arrived I couldn't believe how it just told the story of our wonderful day! I have showed multiple people and have had more than a few of those cry while looking through it. They say that they just can feel the emotion and that it feels like they were sitting right there in the audience...now that is amazing! What a talented young women Anna is and I would 100 million times use her again! She was worth every penny!

Anna was so easy going and fun to work with not to mention the fact that she brings artistic style to pictures that bring them to life. She was very professional and the end products were AMAZING. Photography was one of the most important things to me for our wedding. It was the most expensive thing budget-wise, but SO worth it. I stumbled across Anna's photography Facebook page and fell in love with the style of her photos. Her beautiful use of natural light, soft colors, and unposed casual looks were exactly what I wanted for my vintage eclectic wedding theme. She did our engagement pictures, my bridal session, and shot our wedding, so we got to know her relatively well since we worked with her so much.

She is AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about her. She explained her packages and contract in a simple and straightforward way, and she was very open to working with our budget. We customized our own package to cut a few unnecessary costs and got to look at a wedding album she had already designed to get an idea of how the finished products would look.

As far as actually taking pictures, she made it so much fun! At all three shoots, she found the perfect balance between posing us but still giving us freedom to move around and do unposed things. She is very easy going and funny - she made me feel at ease and comfortable quickly, and I enjoyed every shoot. Being the avid organizer that I am, I gave her this huge list of "must-take" photos I wanted for the wedding. But looking back, I am glad that on the actual wedding day, I just threw it out the window and trusted her to get good shots that we would really love. She's great at capturing life as it happens.

It's tough to plan a wedding - but even after all the cake is eaten, the invitations are thrown away, and the people go home, you will still have those pictures. And I can tell you without a doubt, I am SO thrilled that we picked Anna. She is a fantastic photographer, and you won't regret it if you choose her.

She did a great job and I love my pictures! I would have liked a little more airbrushing for professional pictures and I should have given her a little more direction in what I wanted, but that second part was my fault. Anna was nothing less than amazing while photographing our wedding. We wanted a less traditional, more fun wedding and needed a photographer who fit the style and understood what we wanted. Anna fit the bill perfectly. Our event was outdoors in Los Angeles and spanned the daytime and evening. She was great at capturing everything we wanted and coming up with additional ideas for cool shots. She was adept at shooting inside, outside, in the sun, in the clouds, in the light, and in the dark.

What we liked the most about Anna was how responsive and flexible she was. Originally we had planned to have a the ceremony and reception on one day, but ended up eloping, spitting the events into 2 days. She was willing to work with us and split her time across the days so we could have pictures of everything we'd spent so long putting together. We also went to multiple locations, including a beach and In-n-Out, and Anna never missed a beat.

All in all we are extremely happy we took the risk we did. Choosing a photographer is scary. You only get one chance to capture your wedding and you don't want to make the wrong choice. We are very happy we made the choice we did.
