Anna is amazing! She did my makeup for my wedding in August 2025, and I cannot recommend her enough. She was transparent about pricing and communicated quickly to any of my questions. I completed a trial a few months before the wedding which was a success (just tweaked a couple things). She was very open and communicative throughout the process explaining different options. The actual day- of she was a calming presence! She worked quickly but thoughtfully with me and all of my bridesmaids/Mother of the Bride/Mother of the Groom and flower girl. I truly felt so beautiful and received so many compliments. Anna is a gem! -

Highly Recommend!
Anna was wonderful to work with! She is so kind, calm and talented. She really listens to what you want. My makeup stayed perfect ALL day and I was a sweating/crying mess haha. I LOVED my makeup and it felt so natural and beautiful. All my bridesmaids looked stunning as well! She was very timely and got all 12 of us done in 5 hours. I would highly recommend Anna for your wedding or any type of makeup needs. :) -

Anna was absolutely incredible to work with! She’s an amazingly talented makeup artist, timely, professional, kind, caring, the list goes on. On wedding morning, she somehow managed to get myself, as well as 10 other women in my bridal party done right on schedule. She doesn’t miss a beat. She brought such joy, light, and laughter wedding morning, I couldn’t be more grateful for her, and couldn’t recommend her more! -

If there’s one thing you won’t have regrets about on your wedding day – it’s booking Anna for your makeup! I had a large bridal party, plus a few additional attendants and family members who needed their makeup done (15 in all) so we ended up having her associate Amanda come with her. I am so happy with how seamless everyone’s makeup looked together with two different artists! Both Anna and Amanda had such sweet and calming personalities – and I didn’t even realize the importance of having this this positive energy on such a monumental day in my life. I know that everyone was happy with their makeup (which was extremely important to me) because a few people who initially weren’t going to get their makeup done had regrets about opting out after seeing how the others looked! Anna and Amanda were kind enough to squeeze in makeup applications for these additional girls – something they did not need to do but was so greatly appreciated! I can only hope that I have the opportunity to work with Anna again in the future. She is such an amazing makeup artist and in general an absolutely wonderful person! -

Anna was seriously so so GREAT!
WOOOOOW!! Anna was all I ever dreamed of in a makeup artist and so much. She was so accommodating and knew exactly what she was doing. Everything came together extremely well and I could not have asked for a better wedding day. It was AMAZING and I am so glad Anna was a part of my big day!! -

Anna Joy Makeup did such an amazing job on my wedding day. I was stunned to look in the mirror when she finished my makeup and was almost in tears with how beautiful I felt. My bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning as well. She was so much fun to chat with, super nice & bubbly. They are just naturally talented. Highly recommend. :) -

An absolute joy to work with and a master at creating the perfect bridal look!
Anna was absolutely fabulous to work with!! As someone who doesn't wear a ton of makeup on a daily basis I wanted a more "natural glam" look on my wedding day and Anna nailed it! She was incredibly detail oriented and was sure to do touch ups right before pictures to make sure everything was perfect. The look lasted all day/night and I received so many compliments from family and friends! If you're looking for someone who is kind, personable, and a master in creating the perfect look go with Anna! -

Anna was AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about my wedding makeup. I felt like the best version of myself. Initially I was nervous to get my makeup done and not look like myself, but after my trial I was not worried one bit! Anna made me look so amazing! -

Incredible Experience!
Anna was INCREDIBLE. I have never felt prettier in makeup and to have it be on my wedding day was so special. Not only is she so on top of everything, she is the kindest human. During both my trial and my wedding day, it felt like I was talking with a friend. Although we had a small ceremony due to Covid, I had people asking me throughout the day who did my makeup. I wish I could have her for every event and heck, every day! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Anna!!! ❤️ -

Anna was an absolute dream to work with! Not only is she an AMAZING makeup artist, but she is so kind and personable as well! I had so much fun getting to know her at my bridal trial, and LOVED everything about my makeup. As a 2020 bride who got married in December during the wedding reception shut down, our initial plan changed multiple times in the month and a half leading up to our wedding day. Anna was so responsive, flexible, and willing to make it work for us no matter what our final plan ended up being. We got married in a small ceremony with just our immediate family, and I am so glad I decided to still get my makeup done! It turned out gorgeous, made the pictures look amazing, and overall made me feel so beautiful! We rescheduled our wedding reception for Fall 2021, and Anna was so accommodating with the postponement. I would highly recommend booking Anna for your wedding - I am SO excited that I have the opportunity to work with her again in a few months! -

I hired Anna for my wedding on July 25, 2020 and I am sooo happy I went with her! She was so easy to work with and always answered my questions. She was able to do my make up, 6 bridesmaids and 2 moms all by herself and got everyone done in time to leave for my venue. INCREDIBLE!!!!! I would hire her again and again if I could! Our makeup lasted all day and we looked so beautiful, I still get comments! Thank you Anna for everything! You're the best makeup artist EVER! -

First of all, Anna’s work is lovely. I felt so beautiful ALL day because of the effort she put in to make me feel that way on my wedding day! I selected Anna from pictures of her work that I found on her website and by reading her reviews. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to schedule a makeup trial in her well-appointed home studio. Anna listened to my ideas and spent the time needed to get the details of my makeup just right. I would highly recommend her air brush option, as it felt light and stayed on until I took it off. Anna not only has wonderful makeup skills, but she has a friendly, warm personality. On the day of our wedding, she was relaxed and even flexible enough to include two additional people, who asked if they could have their makeup done after they saw her impressive work. I would trust Anna to look your best on your special day. -

Okay Anna is absolutely amazing! My makeup looked flawless on my wedding day! At my trial I had no clue what I wanted to do because my makeup is usually pretty minimal and I usually go for a natural look. Well, Anna knew exactly what to do and my trial look was what I thought was pretty perfect. But little did I know on my wedding day somehow she made my makeup look actually perfect! She suggested changing it up a bit and making my eyeshadow a little darker than it was at my trial. The changes she made and how she did my makeup turned out better than I could have imagined! I received compliments all day and was so surprised about how well it stayed until the end of the night! To top it all off, every single one of my bridesmaids LOVED their makeup and raved about how good Anna is! Alsooooo Anna is so sweet, easy to work with and makes you feel so beautiful! Definitely reach out to her if you're looking for someone to do your makeup for any special occasion! -

Ugh I love Anna so much. She is so sweet, and so good at her job. Anna did a wonderful job doing my bridal makeup as well as my wedding party of 6 and two moms, she was on time, professional and kept us on schedule and everyone's makeup looked bomb and lasted all day. Anna is truly amazing! She is the sweetest and really great to work with. When I had my trial, I came with a couple of pictures on ideas for makeup and told her what I was thinking and she truly mastered it! I have never felt so beautiful!!
I highly suggest the airbrush makeup, as well! It felt so light, had full coverage without being cakey and I loved it! Anna traveled onsite for our wedding and day-of she did such a great job with my makeup and all of the bridesmaids and moms. Everyone truly looked flawless and I’d highly recommend Anna!! -

I could not have asked for a better makeup artist for my wedding day than Anna! Not only is she extremely talented (and affordable!), but she was an absolute blast to be around! She made everyone feel so comfortable and everyone looked and felt beautiful! I think the highest form of flattery for wedding vendors is recommendations, and I have already recommended Anna to all of my friends who will be getting married, and they have all been happy with her work as well! -
Christy Sent on 10/07/201810/10. No question, Anna is amazing. I actually had another artist booked and after my trial I decided it wasn’t a good fit. Anna had actually done my makeup for my boudoir photos a few weeks earlier and THANK GOODNESS she was available for my day. She does airbrush and I absolutely loved my makeup (so did the other 8 girls she did!). It stayed all day, even in the heat and humidity (& rain, and tears). She is so personable and I loved getting to know her from my boudoir photos, trial and wedding day. She truly made me feel beautiful and I loved my makeup!

Ann Sent on 12/11/2017Anna is one of the most talented people I have come to know! Her work is simply flawless. Anna traveled over 45 minutes early morning to get myself and bridesmaid ready for the big day, and showed up smiling and ready to work. She connected with all of us, made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time, and was so efficient with her work! Our makeup lasted the ENTIRE day, and each one of us had a look that best suited our personalities--- That is remarkable to be able to capture, as she had met the entire bridal party for the first time that morning. Anna is amazing with communication and her prices are unbeatable. I was able to remain calm because of Anna, and have never looked as good as I did on my wedding day, because of her makeup. I highly suggest Anna Joy Makeup for all your future makeup needs!!
